Ordered on just eat and never came I paid by card too

One of the worst experiences ever! The food was the worst and the manager was really rude! Will never step into that restaurant again!

Walked in for a kebab on the way home , after the match. Paid one penny shy of £8 quid for what I can only describe as garbage. The kebab meat was greasy and lacking in volume. Chips over cooked and pitta covered in grease. Better places to go. I’d avoid unless you are desperate. Totally 👍 underwhelmed and wasn’t cheap. Been here before and has been better. But not tonight

Worst kebab I have ever had and I have had a few meat and chips tasted like they had been cut out of cardboard not cooked never again.

Waste of buying, Too much of oil in pizza which hurts stomach immediately after eating. Not recommend to buy pizza for healthy concerns.

Would of rated it more but the poor quality of the food asked for a parmasan to come plain with no salad and no chips and no sauce and charged 15 pounds through uber eats very disappointing however the parmasan itself was lovely but if I order one of these it always comes with salad chips and sauce

Great hot food after a drink in Toon Portions were good size Pizza was bit under cooked but rest of food was great.

the food really depends, it’s either good or bad sometimes decent. It’s good that they’re open at late hours and have relatively low prices but the biggest problem is the attitude of the staff. They’re really aggressive and the food takes a long time to get out of the kitchen. They seem to enjoy fighting with customers more than serving food…

The chicken was lovely in the kebab but the chips were rank.

will never order again!! we ordered x2 cheesy chips, chicken wrap 2x garlic, can of dr pepper and large bottle of diet coke at 1am. it did not arrive until 3.20am!!! we were over charged on card, they missed the bottle of pop and the food wasn’t even cooked !! absolutely disgusting

I ordered a chicken kebab and was not allowed to cancel my order as it was being prepared, fast forward to three hours later and it had “arrived” although when I went down to meet whoever the driver was, they weren’t actually there

Really rubbish if I'm honest. The kebab meat was overdone to the point it was barely edible, it had clearly been cut too long ago to be edible and should have been thrown out. Instead they give it to customers. The chicken with it was rubbery, was surface coated in a cheap nasty tikka sauce, and the whole lot covered in an insipid garlic sauce that barely tasted of anything. Ohh, and the place was generally dirty. The toilet didn't really look as if it would pass basic hygiene.

Good food for a reasonable price. Be careful with paying by card, the bloke tried to charge double for my food - he apologised and refunded me in cash.

Food was nice but checked my bank this morning after birthday celebrations and they charged me 12.50 for a chicken kebab and its 7.50 on menu. Robbed blind as I'd had a drink

If I could give this 0 stars I would perhaps the worst pizza I have ever eaten service was very bad as I waited over two hours for 1 pizza and it came cold vile, avoid this dump at all costs

My twin brother Stephen and I were pub hopping down Percy Street and decided to drop into Munchies and what a great visit. A nice fast food restaurant, neat and tidy, modern decor and furnishings and adequate seating options. We were here on a Monday night, we both ordered a pizza each, cheese & tomato, service was quick and our pizza meals were ready in no time at all . Pizza in here was surprisingly good ,a thin base and a very generous topping, served steaming hot ,it really was a superb, tasty and filling pizza that was just what we needed to set us up for the night of pub hopping we had planned. This Munchies outlet is easy to locate along Percy Street, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 7pm till 3am. Most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Decent pizzas, only problem is they never answer the phone and you get chavy kids in and out all night hitting that punch ball. Not the right place for aggressive teens

Absolutely shockingly tragedy of a business this place is, ordered off Uber eats, never arrived, and I tried calling them probably about 100 times, never picked up, no help whatsoever. Do not get any scran from here. Terrible. Trust me

Went in this takeaway and i honestly wish i joking but there was cockroaches all over the floor like honestly i looked behind the counter and it was just scum. Take your chances id you so choose

The people serving look like they hate you, insipid tasteless chips, bog standard donner kebab with soggy salad & even soggier pita bread, I'm lucky if I buy 2 donner kebabs a year & to be honest after this pathetic excuse for food I think it will be my last.

Lost my purse in Munchies (next to Tesco express in Newcastle) on Saturday 9th December 2017. After Leaving and ringing back around 30 minutes I was told no purse was handed in and that I needed to call the SAME number I was already on the phone too as I was apparently not speaking to the correct munchies in Newcastle city centre, even though I was told that I was speaking to the munchies next to Tesco express at the start of the phone call. On Sunday 10th December I then returned to the shop and requested to see the CCTV footage from Saturday night when I was then told only the Manager could watch the footage and I'd be contacted once he'd had the time too look...it's now Monday 11th December and I've AGAIN contacted the shop where I was rudely told that my purse was not there, the CCTV was not being checked and I was AGAIN on the phone to the wrong munchies...which then decided they'd hang up as soon as I mentioned involving the police. My purse contained money, ID, bank cards and important information. HORRIFIC customer service and I honestly hope that the shop is shut down for how awful they have been dealing with the situation.

Visiting from Glasgow and such friendly staff and amazing pizza try onion and pepperoni with a garlic dip my moth is watering thinking about it.

Utter disgrace 2 hrs+ waiting time for no delivery never use these ignorant idiots again
