Shoddy cold burger. Barely put together

Great staff. Particularly Ade. Lovely and helpful employee.

Ade was great at the Burger King in Newcastle Airport cleaning up everything and was very kind

Burger King Newcastle Airport. A big shout for Ade!! The food was great and hot. Fresh ingredients Place was packed with little availability to sit ( as you can expect on a bank holiday Friday), but Ade was brilliant in keeping the tables and the place clean and more pleasant. Keep doing the good work, Ade.

The food was prepared quickly and the person at the counter was very patient with me.

Out of ketchup and both coke machines were empty. Manager needs to up his game. Staff were helpful and food was fresh, though.

Coffee machine not working again, been 3 times in last 3 months at least now, miserable service, expensive menu, below par quality and dirty tables - not a nice start to your holiday. Need to to better for the premium price you're asking.

Wrong order. One of the drinks machines are off. No ice in the machines. Many of the drinks not available on the drink machine. They fixed my order and gave me a freebie but surely it’s not that hard to get right. The old lass managing had a good personality.

Worst burger ever, 1st order was freezing cold, replacement burger was absolutely tiny and dry as a nuns c#%t, extortionate prices.

Service was friendly and bacon sarnies and coffee fine. Bit pricey. BK should improve the decor a lot. Was a bit of litter etc when we arrived but staff were cleaning when we left.

An absolute disgrace . Paid for my food on the touchscreen pads and got no receipt printed or confirmation of order but money was took outve my account. Then had to go up to till and show that money was took outve account yet was still made pay for the same meal again therefore paying double for one meal. Was told my money would be refunded which it hasn’t and now saying they can’t refund it.

Terrible. Me and my friend ate here, she was sick on the plane and the next day I had what I can only say was food poisoning all holiday which lasted over a week. Now looking at reviews it doesn’t surprise me. It’s understaffed and and very untidy.

I paid 10.28 for burger meal and got cold chips with it at 8.07am, very sad that franchise is not keeping its standards at the airport. Need to return the chips and ask for fresh ones to be made (no apologies). Visited again today 15 June 2024, served by a polite gentleman Anish Handa, good service and quick. Portions of chips is decent too compares to 6-7 we get from BK.

Great rapid service this morning for the obligatory airport Burger King and pint at 5:48am. Anish absolutely top notch on the front desk, instant service and no queue because of his efficiency. Anish did a fantastic job at serving us. He was attentive, polite and had a great attitude. Our food was ready quickly, and for an airport was good value for money. Unfortunate that the coffee machine wasn’t working.

handa was lovely customer service and very helpful with my order today.

Unfortunately not the best Burger King experience: Our burgers were super small and already fell apart - before opening. On of them I could hardly see the patty. The tables were also not cleaned and the bins were full. The staff was friendly though. If eating at every burger king‘s restaurant isn’t on your bucket list, you could skip on this one 🙂

Our whole plane had to be offloaded and everything was closed. A small team of Burger King re-opened and fed the whole plane! Hope the staff gets a nice thank you for this!!

Asked to do a review by Burger King when the place looked like a bomb had hit it, dirt , sauce and rubbish all over . Food was average, price ridiculous for a bacon sandwich.

Worst burger king I've ever had. The only thing fresh is the Coca cola. Bun was stale and extremely bendy. Burger itself was dry, chips cold and extremely overpriced. Food was not edible and staff especially Trevor was not friendly at all and no manners when giving out the food.

Worst Burgerking I've been to. Most expensive also!! Burger was cold, bun was stale. Bins over flowing. Man preparing the fries was touching and handling half of the fries that went into each box after using his hands to fill sauces and dips sachets. If this wasn't in an airport with 1-way customers, this branch wouldn't last as it is currently run. The people working there seem to hate their job so I didn't even bother bringing the burger to their attention, it went in the bin. My friends Chicken royale had two bottom buns. Place is a joke. Eat in any of the other places in the airport!!

You can eat Burger King before boarding. It's good because it's cheap and easy to eat at the airport. There were plenty of seats.

Finding the right food was made easier for me and my friends Charlton and Jonny by Manager Jack.

Zero customers - sign in front said 3 minutes on average from order to receiving the food - took us 12 minutes and saw people behind us receive their food first. Three of their burgers weren’t available, and ZERO hot drinks. Guess that will explain why the onion rings were lukewarm warm. A mumbled apology for our wait; I suggested they might want to update their sign re how long it takes to receive food from ordering it. Burgers we ended up ordering were ok.

Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger meal and paid almost £10. The burger bun was very stale. The burgers were cold and hard. No sauce anywhere on burger so it was very dry and tasteless. The self service drink machines were filthy. Overpriced, tasteless, cold food. Avoid.

One of the servers comes around to each table and asks customers to write a Google review while they are in the middle of the meal. He literally fills in the reviews for some people essentially giving himself 5 stars. Though customers seem, irritated by it, most people are very polite and just oblige.
