Too much mayonnaise and not enough flavour with the burgers

pizza was cold plus the waiting time kept going from 15min to 10mins then back up 15 mins few time

food cold. 2pc combo didnt have 2 wings and a strip. hardly any chips

the food was cold. There were no ketchup or mayonnaise with the food. No tissues. very bad experience.

Dixy Chorlton are consistently good. The prices are reasonable, the order is always correct as they read the notes. The delivery time is always earlier than stated and the food is always hot and tasty. Dixy Chorlton is my go to munchies spot. Big thanks to their friendly staff.

Undercooked chicken and cold chips

I told them not to put cheese on my burger as i am allergic and they put 2 slices on further to this i paid extra for peri salted chips and i didnt get them as well as the food being cold never ordering from them again

Ordered the half chicken with the lowest spice, they absolutely put the hottest thing they had available and slapped it all over the chicken. I can handle spice but this had me needing to put my tongue under the tap after every bite. Fully ruined the meal, cheers guys.

Ive ordered from alot of dixy chichen chains and this one is the worst from my experience. Everything tasted weird and all the food was soggy. Its entirely possible this was a one off as food is usually ok to decent from every other chain.

I tried to cancel the delivery options but cancel option wasnt available as I wasnt aware of collection only

Not happy food cold and delivery took exactly 2 hrs to arrive, fix up guys quality and service is going down every other week in Chorlton branch , will be ordering from fallow field next time

I feel like there's no flavour in the coating on the chicken burger at all..not even abit of salt, its very bland also the corn is terrible. Enjoyed everything else, chips were good and nice flavour in the coating on wings & chicken piece.

the food was lovely but cold.quickly sorted in microwave!the complaint is the driver didn't knock the door or ring the bell.i was in the front room,so would easily hear it.it was by chance I found my food on the doorstep when l looked out for the driver.not good enough service by the driver.

The ingredients were fresh and delivery was early. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Perfect delivery, driver came to the door rather than asking me to come out on the main road just because there was no parking right in front of the block. Food was also fresh

Outstanding! I know this branch. Used to live nearby and order from them years ago. Recently they really worked hard to make the best quality food. It came early, fresh, juicy, hot and most of all delicious! Even the delivery driver gave us the best of service! Warm smile and handled with care. Thank you guys.

Bag which food arrived in was very wet and ripped, I payed extra for peri peri salt on both portions of chips and they both came plain, the cake was a lot smaller than anticipated and the food was cold.

Great guys, gave me a 12" pizza when I only ordered a 7", made my day after a hard shift. Always a great attitude and of course, great food. I recommend them highly!

Had the peri chicken with hot sauce, peri chips and gravy. Mini fillet burgers. Food was great. Glad it was early!

My food was very late. When I rang the lady was very rude and even slammed phone down on me whilst I was talking. Very poor service of a once delicious chicken shop.

Went to wrong address. Told him to turn round . He didn't understand. Had to keep repeating. Not the first time this has happened it is a T junction. When the delivery person is told turn around for to the other end of the road they don't understand. It is 1 am in the morning they are calling and had to call back. I'm not walking down the street. Food is all cold and not properly cooked

My children are very picky eaters with different taste however the whole family love this place from the pannis to the burger boxes everyone love it. Adults especially love the char on the chicken wings with the spice just right. 5stars from service to delivery

I ordered 3 meals, panini meal but it came with no chips. A peri box meal with gravy and medium spice on burger this also came with no chips and no gravy and extra spicy flavour on the burger they sent coleslaw instead. And a boneless box meal with gravy they sent a box of wings full of bones and no gravy they sent another coleslaw. Delivery driver didn’t come to my door. Stood at the gate stating he couldn’t get through while pointing at the gate. Told him all he had to do was open it it’s only a gate. Tried ringing Dixy straight away on several occasions but no answer !! Very disappointed

There were no chips in the box meal and the gravy was still frozen I telephoned the place the women said the manager wasn't in and there was nothing I could do and hung the phone up pls check your meals before paying

Received a half pounder & cheese but with Salad/sauce where I asked for No salad No sauce. Rang the shop and was told they would do nothing to help me.

Really disappointed this time. The driver knocked on the door at 1am even though I mentioned in the notes that they should call me when they arrive. ALSO, I ordered 2 Peri Peri Wraps and both came as Grilled FRIED Wraps... Never wanted it fried, tasted so so greasy. Poor from you.
