Polite and well spoken staff. Food is standard McDonald's.

Simply put, it is not 24 hours. I work shifts and can confidently say that if you go there between 0200 and 0500, they will not surve you. The reasons always vary but I have visited many times and have NEVER left with any food during these times.

Disappointing as usual, food warm at best and don't get me started on the new cupboard lids for hot drinks. Yeah great idea, and yet keep the plastic ones for cold drinks 🤨

If I could leave no stars I would. Staff are very rude! Also too busy messing around to even bother customers stood waiting. My order was sat under the heat bulb for 15 minutes before they even bagged it up (this wasn’t even ordered at peak time). Staff weren’t even wearing hair nets or hats! Safe to say I will not be returning. Avoid at all cost!

Slow service and sometimes get your order wrong and on some occasions not very hot

This was rated the worst in the county. I see nothing has improved over time as it is years since I was served up a frozen vegetable burger . Having been offered a coffee by way of recompense (I had already bought one) I waited in a queue for a replacement. It was then an elderly couple approached the counter and slammed their burgers down complaining theirs was fresh from the freezer too and never saw the heat. Haven't been back since .

It doesn't matter whether you eat in, use the drive through or order, the food is always luke warm and they always get something wrong or forget something. I have been given hot chocolate instead of coffee when eating in. I've ordered a meal at the drive through, not received the drink, then was told there was no drink on the order so was forced to drive around again to get a drink separately. And ordering is so bad, I once placed a £50 order that never arrived despite ringing the restaurant multiple times, and when I have received an order there is always something missing. This place is completely useless, give it a skip and drive up to the one at Dunball!

Lots of staff but weren’t very organised. Food wasn’t very hot.

Dirty smelly toilets and cold disgusting food. If i could give zero stars instead of one it would have zero stars and zero stars for food hygeine

Used click and collect only had to wait a few minutes, which was amazing considering how busy the drive through was

Received our delivery. The food was cold and we didn't get any drinks or sauces. Ubereats delivered and their customer helpline was useless.

Don't even bother trying to get food around midnight, they're always shut. Every single night they're shut. Why advertise 24 hours if you're not open for 24 hours.

Waited 20+ mins for a cheeseburger, not so fast food. More interested in servicing the just eat and Uber food orders instead of the customers actually at the restaurant When food finally arrived it wasn't great. However it was a rare occasion when the ice cream machine was working, so managed to get a Mcflurry

Make sure you check your orders at drive thru. I have to as I have missing food 90% of the time

I was served very quickly, clean and tidy... lovely stuff, definitely will come back again.

Much like any other McDonald's, service is usually good but often tired and over worked staff. Leading to mistakes on orders and generally poor atmosphere. But not always that way sometimes the staff are amazingly helpful and polite. They must have had nice managers in on those days ;)

Met up with my friend for tea. Clean, clear the tables quickly. Food was good

Way outside my normal comfort zone! My 10 year old grandson handled the food ordering which was beyond my comprehension. Food arrived, was edible and filled a gap. The eating area was kept constantly clean and served it's purpose but it definitely lacked any atmosphere. Is it supposed to have atmosphere? Long story short, the grandchildren were happy and fed and I had experienced a new way of eating! Happy days!

Shocking service again, ordered through just eat, only fries and drinks arrived, fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday, chewy, cold and strange tasting. Female staff member incredibly rude when I rang to enquire about the rest of the food and then put the phone down on me.

Actually never met a bunch of people that incompetent in my life. Managers are absolutely useless, ignored me and did not apologise about a 20 minute wait for two bloody burgers and hash browns. For somewhere that had 10 plus staff in the kitchen, waiting 20/25 minutes for a few bits, it just shows the level of incompetence. Not a gcse or visa in site. How hard is it to allocate staff to a certain part of the kitchen? If this happened there would have been some form structure instead of running around like a bunch of bag heads. Absolutely awful.

After 20 minutes waiting for my order, it looks like they forgot about it, wrong order, drinks taste like water. Uber eats arrives after, and they gdt thr food faster than other people I prefer to do a few more miles and go to another macdonalds because on this onel they don't know what they are doing.

I ordered a Big Mac with everything removed. There was a little confusion with my order, but it arrived in a timely manner. It was presented impeccably. Can't complain!

Supposed to be 24 hours 3.45 I wanted coffee the staff are inside ignoring the drive through & the door is locked staff are just acting like nobody is there.

How hard is it really?? It says what to put in the bag and yet again missing 3 items out of 10 !! Useless

I've got issues on my app. The lovely menager Lucy was very helpful to understand what happen and give me right advice. She also treat my family with free food as apologise. The place are lucky to have her as menager !

The food wasn't great honestly, the biggest issue is sandwiches were poorly stuffed with the very minimum, chips were a bit better than burgers, drinks were not actual coke, fanta or sprite, they tasted too different and bad, i think these places mix the real thing with cheap knock offs so the taste and the fizziness are really poor. The only good mention is for Corey, an employee who kept being smiley, helpful and friendly the whole time, he's the only reason we'd give this McDonald's another try.

Poor service. Cannot cope at busy times. Had to wait 20mins plus. Made burgers so early, had to wait for chips 15mins plus, then burgers were cold. Need to be able to cope much better during busy periods.

I went to this place with my friends, and when I paid for one with a tenner drink, which was only £2.69, i only got paid back £5.21. Idk where they took the rest of my money so I dont recommend going to this place AT ALL.

Possibly the slowest fast food place in the UK... If you like to wait for cold fries and warm burgers this is your best place to go.... Yawn I'm bored of waiting

I've visited this McDonald's several times, and unfortunately, the experience is consistently disappointing. The wait times are always long, even when it doesn't seem that busy. It feels like it takes forever to get your food, which is frustrating when you're just looking for something quick.Another issue is that the milkshake machine seems to never be working. It's a constant letdown, especially when you're craving one, and it's always out of order.On top of that, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. The tables and floors often look like they haven’t been properly cleaned, which makes the whole experience less enjoyable.

1 hour and 20 mins for order and stone cold and wrong. Allergy order covered in cheese and mustard! Coke only half a cup and shake fully defrosted. No straws or napkins. Disgraceful and dangerous!

They have a bad manager, and one time them forgot a burger from my order that was done through the app, and when I called to tell them, they told me to take it up with uber eat but they only delivered it, and today I ordered through the app but when I went to the restaurant to collect the order they were closed and when I called they said they closed at 11 ever through they still advertising they are 24 even though it's a lie.

The Clink Bridgwater. 2nd visit in 2 weeks. Fries taste of burnt oil both times. Chucked them. Also lots of tiny potatoe end fries. Better off going to Dunball

Used the Drive through, ordered 2 large Double Big mac meals, but when I hot home we only got standard Big macs in Double Big mac boxes, so recommend going in and checking as rip uou off at the drive through, good money saver Mcdonalds!

I was there to buy a food,there was an Indian manager name CRESSIDELLA she was very rude to the customers and my order get so delayed and I went there and asked about my food but she showed her attitude face and provided me food and I have missing in my order

I'm an Uber driver and I went to pick up two orders at 11:30. I had to wait for 30 minutes and then the manager, Cressidela, told me that the shop was closed and they couldn't give me the orders. However, I saw the orders already packed and asked her to give them to me. She intentionally gave me the orders without the drinks (I asked for them and she said there were no drinks with the order). Managers like Cressidela should be fired so the business can improve.

TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. The last four times we’ve visited this McDonald’s we’ve gone through the drive through, only to be told to park up, wait 20 minutes, and then either never receive the order we paid for (they don’t give receipts, so you have to show the notification from your bank on your phone - even then they say you ordered what you were given). Either you get no food at all, or you get your order (at least 20 minutes late, our longest wait has been 55 minutes) but items are ALWAYS missing, and all of the food is either burned or stone cold. And to top it all off, if you leave your parked car and go inside to ask for a refund or replacement or your ACTUAL order - they refuse. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS.

Was made to park up and wait for order like normal for all of 3 items. Luckily the server who brought our food over think the name was Sam, put a smile on our faces after complimenting our car, this isn’t the first time he’s done it either. Thank you Sam!

Every time I come here something is forgotten in my order! Deliveries are cold! Squashed! Thickshake machine is never working! Headsets are down! Drive through should be a stop and waste half hour of your life you’ll never get back! Worst service ever! The staff are to busy paying to much attention to one another to engage with customers! Some staff are just rude! No hair nets prepping food! Use the junction 23 one and save time and frustration!

Not worth the vist. I would recommend going somewhere else. I am visiting my friend and had macdonalds. Absolutely shocked at my large double quarter pounder meal. clumsily torn in half burgers. large fries that lacked the large more like a medium. And all served cold. The other meals both had megar amount of fries that should have been large and medium portions.

Callum the manager & callum the server were both amazing. Great customer service that I'm not normally used to in a McDonald's. Super great!

Food was tasty but as always with the bridgwater store the can never get your order right if you order more than 1 meal

Sat at home for 1 hour 45 minutes waiting for food. 4 different couriers turn up each one be rejected. Instead of wasting not just my time but couriers times why don’t you turn the mc Donald’s app OFF IF YOUR CLOSED. You only decided to cancel my order after a phone call. So thanks at 11.30pm I now have to try and order from somewhere else.

Probably the worst restaurant I’ve been to managers in there are nothing short of rubbish. Waited 35 minutes in the car for food !! Got it eventually but items missing went back in twice because kept finding items missing !! Then got home 55 minutes later to find the burgers and nuggets missing very very poor service !!! Management needs to be replaced ASAP.

Based on this visit, I was disappointed with the service. I placed my order on the machine in the restaurant. I then had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. There seemed to be utter chaos in the kitchen, not helped by the number of deliveroo/just eat drivers waiting to collect orders.

24/5/24 i don't know who the blonde manager girl was this morning but she was so rude to a customer that everyone gasped in shock of what was said i couldn't believe what i heard from the potty mouth...absolutely bloody disgraceful service,half of the workers are slower than sloths and food was cold.....this place needs reviewing from higher management the place is an absolute joke.....shut the place down or replace staff with staff that actually want to work....what a dive this place is.....avoid at all costs if I were you...never again will I ever step in these premises again....you've been warned stay away at all costs.....update apparently she is still being vile to customers I think a call to higher management is needed this arrogant manager needs the boot who the hell does she think she is??

It wasn't my experience but another customer that had food items missing from his delivery he explained to 3 different members of staff which still didn't deal with him . Then one of the supervisors came over to speak to him and was very rude . When he left she was slagging him off to other staff what a way to run it . That's not the first time I've heard her be rude to customers 😡😠

No milkshake ...uh oh....an American style take away with no milkshake....not really sure how American oasis is tbh!?! Never mind amazing idea ....buy a mcflurry....let it melt .....milkshake .....what sort of mcflurrys you got?!? Only the 'not on the menu tonite variety??' Ok so let's try double quarter pounder with cheese and 🥓 uh oh no bacon....ok double quarter with cheese and large fries, no relish, no sauce, no pickles just meat, bread and cheese that's it.....ok got it sir....got out the burger peeled back the top of the bun....pickles....FFS why do I bother....just put what you (staff) want in a bag and I can haggle for the 'surprise' of what I'm hoping for and the disappointment of what I find aye 😜😎

Forgot fries on our takeaway and it was cold. Said to take it up with JustEat. You were the ones who packed it. I get you managed to dress yourselves today and should get a gold star for that but maybe check the order before sending it out.

Hi So I have been going into Mc Donald's for the last 3 weeks and I have to truly say I have been shocked specially when I have been told its run by the Mc Donald's them self and not a franchise. The staff are rude and don't have a care in the world about customer service the shift managers also don't care about the speed of service or the customer service. The business manager is no where to be seen, the place needs alot of improvement also to top it all of most days they don't have a full menu on option. So they would I'm sure fail a audit. Always rubish in the carparks

Food was cold when it arrived I was disappointed at the service I was devastated as the elixir of life commonly known as water was delivered lukewarm.

I shouldn't even really go here but when I do it's for what it says on the tin. Fast food and fast service.

It's pretty much like every McDonald's you will go to. The ice cream machine is usually broken, no ice in your drinks, so they're half full and luke warm, half full fries and usually somethings missing or wrong. But you still go back, cause it's McDonald's and it'sjust what you come to expect. I choose the Dunball one over this one as it's usually quieter and better food.

Categorically NOT open 24 hours. If only the Drive Thru is going to be open then that should be stipulated in the opening times.

We visited the MCDonalds near the motorway (two storey). Worst food we have ever had from McDonalds. No fizzy drinks so we selected water. When our meal arrived it was cold, 'hard' and given OJ. I cannot drink OJ and when a member of staff was approached they said they had no water. The restaurant was dirty and the staff in the kitchen were all stood still staring at the screens. None of the food order machines had paper.

After waiting nearly 2 hours for a delivery i gave up hope it would arrive. The shop i rang on a number of occasions and blamed the couriers. The courier cant deliver the food if its not given to them. I will never in my life use just eat again. And as for mcdonalds be very careful because the staff dont have a clue. They should know what time it leaves the store and which courier took it. They clearly didnt make the food because they are so imcompident. And trying to speak with someone at just eat well your wasting your time. Thats me done using just eat and never again mcdonalds
