Oh wow. Half an hour to get fast food? And with only two customers waiting to order ahead of us? My burger was cold, so we're the onion rings, while our other burger was piping hot. Our cokes were water with a hint of brown- I assume the machine was out of coke syrup.... litter on most tables too- wow.

The service was very poor. The food was average better than other service burger kings. We orderd food without bacon and they provided with bacon. It hurted our religious sentiment. Not good from burger king

Very bad service and staff is very lazy

Was thoroughly disappointed with my food. Ordered the chicken Caesar burger and was given a lukewarm, soggy chicken burger and wilted rocket. The bacon was cold and soggy aswell. I also purchased 8 halloumi fries, however these were even worse than the burger. Soggy, cold, barely cooked. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had cooked the halloumi fries a few days prior then heated them up in the microwave before service. The fries are far too salty, barely warm and you get the same amount of fries in a Burger King regular as you do in a Mc Donald’s kids portion. A dismal meal, would absolutely not recommend.

Absolute shambles. Avoid stopping here!

No app, long wait, next to the toilet

The worst burger king ever! The burger and chips were old and cold! The server was argumentative when asked to change my order to the correct one. The whole place is dirty and I will never return there again! Wouldn't even give one star! Would not recommend! Would stay well clear.

Omg this place was unbelievable 😳. Ordered three meals and three drinks came to over forty pounds. Firstly they took the order and started putting it togther. We'll whilst placing orders in the bags they dropped one portion of chips. And they said they would have cook a replacement portion. Well the other meals were hanging around. So I asked for all the portions of chips to be replaced. They looked at me like I had two heads and grunted something. Eventually the meals were ready. The chips were raw and the burgers 🍔 stone cold and tasted like cardboard . I had a vegan burger which I have had before. The one I had in my home town was delicious with salad and onions but this one was just a burger nothing else. Absolutely disgusting. We never ate any of the meals just drank the drinks . In hindsight I should have asked for a refund. Shocking food and service what a hovel.

Waited 35 mins for 2 burger meals, then told dont know how much longer food will be. Myself and at least 4 others got a refund. Absolutly usless staff. Avoid this services and drive to the next.

Member of staff very rude and no manners, neo i think his name was. Will not be gping back. Walk to mcdonalds if your in this area

This was the worst Burger King I have ever been to… I came to grab a burger after a day at work on Wednesday the 25th of October. The male cashier was rude, barely speaking to me and when I asked for dipping sauce he gave me a dirty look and said no. I ordered a coffee with my meal and it was warm, as though it had been sitting on the side for 20 minutes. When I opened my burger, the bacon and tomato was on top of my bun, instead of being inside of my burger! I will not be returning and I hope this convinces other to not take the risk as well!

They can't replace fries with onion rings in the meal. It's just not possible for a company/franchise owner this greedy/desperate.

Come and stop for a burger at a service station regularly voted the worst in the country or carry on down on the motorway...your choice! (I know what I will do next time!) I gave 2 stars rather than 1 because I did eat the burger!

BK auf einer Raststätte. Hat unsere üblichen Erwartungen erfüllt. Keine negative, aber auch keine positive Überraschung. Tische im Außenbereich könnten öfter gereinigt werden. Weiß nicht, ob die zu BK gehören.

1- The payment system at the screens did not work 2- there's no large drinks as the machine is not working 3- it took around 20 minutes to get the food. We would have probably been served faster at Burger King in 'Welcome services' 15 minutes later down the road. 4- I noticed 2 people got their orders wrong while waiting for my order. 5- indeed my order was messed up as well. Ordered a double whopper plant based but got the one with bacon instead. 6- finally, there was no mayonnaise available in the shop. What could be worse? The only good thing at least is that they have like 4 different types of vegan or plant based options (if they were to give the correct one it'd be great) so as it's not a halal branch at least there are some options

No trays available for those who are eating in, also no mayo available, ketchup only, everything overpriced

This was the most outrageous burger king i have ever attended staff rude and immature you couldn't even use your burger king app so what I the point of having it when cant use it at the one !! Apparently they don't have mayonnaise but every burger king i have been to provides it and our drinks were bottled and hot 🔥 because on a hot day everyone wants a hot bottle of coke what a joke would advise anyone to not even bother waste of money !! Wouldn't even give a star that rubbish!!

I used to rate Burger King and would go out of my way to reach one when hungry and travelling - however I’ve just been really disappointed by the smallest (and I mean shrunkenly tiny) and almost tasteless double bacon cheeseburger meal - resoundingly awful and there was no where near enough of it. BK have just lost all my future stopover business… shame on you …

Dreadful wait time considering I was the only person waiting for an order

Food was good but the wait time was ridiculous. To be fair it was in a service station so was busy but still was a long time to wait for fast food. The seating area wasn't the cleanest but again to be fair it seemed like it was one teens job to tackle a large busy area so I felt kinda bad for him. The staff on shift seemed frazzled so I'm going to put this experience down to post Xmas travel rush.

Never again! Dubble bacon "cheese" burger 7q given without cheese, cucumber or any sauce. Worst experiance ever.

Unimpressed. Had to wait for the server sitting on the floor, to finish her food. No Whoppers only chicken and at over £6, a rip-off. Not recommended.

Recently visited Bridgwater Moro Burger King Monday 21st November evening. The wait was completely unacceptable I was advised it was a 15min wait and after 30 mins I ended up getting a refund. There was cooked orders not being served because they were serving in numerical order. The staff were gormless and slow. No enthusiasm and the manager had no customer service skills and didn’t even look at you when talking. Avoid this place at all costs

Ordered a bacon double with extra patty came with as a whole different burger. No extra patty. Staff clearly can’t read. surprised they knew where the phone was when I rang up.

Absolutely disgusting Kids meal cold almost stone cold!!! Called the store and Absolutely shocking service told the signal rubbish every time answered the call back it cut off!!! Avoid like your life depends on it

Greg the duty manager was so rude!!! Treating his staff like absolute crap and left a girl to run the kitchen by herself. Annabel was such a star and her customer service was outstanding and remained calm under lots of stress! Greg then proceeded to raise his voice at me and my family after asking where our food was after waiting 30 minutes!!! Our food was so so cold and a hair was found in the burger! I would give this place no stars if i could! Never returning again

If I could rate 0 stars I would! Absolutely awful service from the staff, duty manager didn't have a care in the world. Staff members not wearing any uniform at all. Service took 40 mins!

We called here for a quick pit stop. It was far from quick! We waited for OVER 30 minutes. There were a lot of customers around us who had also waited a very long time and were complaining about this. One customer even asked for a refund. As I stood waiting I learnt that there was a trainee who took a lot of the negative comments as she was at the front serving the orders. (She apologised to each customer when giving their orders) She wasn’t trained for a lot of things including tills. There wasn’t many staff and although I sympathise a bit they didn’t really help themselves. There was a lot of standing around and talking from the colleagues. I even watched one worker make his own lunch then walked past the customers with it in his hand. One star for the food as it was warm.

Firstly tried to be charged 36 pounds for 2 meals then when I queried the price he voided the till and started again the proper price for the meals come up as 21 pound so was nearly charged 15 pounds over! Then get to my car to eat opened my burger to find a hair hanging out of it absolutely gross 2 people struggling to work in there chips had been sat out for over 45 minutes and were old and cold when given to us after 30 minutes of waiting when they weren't busy will not return ever put me off burger King all together absolutely avoid recommend the pasty shop though

Food is generally okay although they occasionally forget an item. Biggest issue I have is with the service, with it being horribly slow. One person working on the tills and packaging the food. You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for fast food.

Rude manager, none native. Been standing at the cashier for 10 mins before asking if can be served and was told to wait for another 5 mins. Talking to another customer and the server/manager thought I was talking about him. I asked if he was ready to serve me and refused to serve me. This was uncalled for and there was no reason for any rudeness from the manager. If they was struggling they should acknowledge their customers and inform of the wait and apologies for the wait, that is part of customer service. There is a lot of improvements needed at this branch and the attitude from the manager needs to change or be replaced as this is damaging the brand name.

Items missing. AGAIN. I guess i can only blame myself for not checking… Why is it so hard to check if every item is there? Otherwise it would be 4 stars.

We paid £18 so we could wait 20 minutes for the most dreadful food I’ve ever had. The receipt probably would have tasted better than the burgers we got. I don’t know what the patties were made of but Im telling you now they are not made from any animal from this planet. Honestly the food served at this place makes me hungry when I look at rats. This rubbish makes me jealous of my dog when he eats his own faeces.

This food is not fast!! Understaffed and can't cope with the demand!!

Cant even make a burger… Spent extra to have a double whopper with cheese, came with no tomato, barely any salad and only one burger. Obviously they cant even follow simple instructions to make sure i got what i paid for ( being a hefty £10 for a fast food burger and chips).

I like to have Burger King very occasionally, however on more than one occasion I have gone there well within the opening times and they’ve been closed. I most recently went there at 22:00, an hour before their closing time and they were completely closed. They need to either stick to their opening tones or update them.

Was waiting nearly 40 minutes. When i finally got the order. Only half the food was there then had to wait for the rest of it! The first bag of food was cold time i received the rest.

Really, really, really, really, really great service station experience. My favourite. Burger King is fine. 🥰

Rude manager and over cooked dry food

Usual excuse, milkshake machine is broken…… For me and most people a milkshake is 50% of the meal!!! We all know that the cleaning process of the milkshake machine takes time and employees can’t be bothered to do it.

Don’t think the guys working here get the meaning of fast food - it’s like they are all moving in slow motion. Over 20 minutes for a burger - and not even busy - will avoid in future…..

Really poorly thrown together food. Mustard in a burger that doesn't normally have mustard in. Barely even wrapped just thrown in the bag. Got home foods not wrapped. Paid £27 for 3 meals only allowed 1 pot of sauce between 3. Would not reccomend. Go to McDonald's.

We ordered takeaway for a couple of meals but they forgot one of our burgers. Unfortunately we only checked once we got home.

Very slow service and limited space to move around; the queue/standing area is used by people to access the toilets. Food was reasonable by BK standards.

Don’t bother to stop at this BK it’s terrible! After waiting for 30mins for our food and several people complaining to the manager all his response was “your food is coming”. All the staff seem like they are stoned/deaf/and generally don’t care.

Very very rude, manager more so after waiting 25 mins due to having order at till just to put order in when others coming and going, when ask if can put order in to be greeted with as u can see only 2 of us u have to wait longer

Got here for 10pm, people in a queue before me got served and I was told they were closed. It’s advertised to be closing at 11pm and not 10pm. Joke.

A member of staff was rude to my mom after my daughter had ordered the food on the machine & on the receipt they saw that the had been charged for 1 item twice but they had only ordered 1. She explained what had happened & gave him the receipt but he only gave her a part payment back. She double checked her receipts & saw he had only given her a part payment & when she explained it to him politely again he was rude to her about it.

Definitely wasn’t the best Burger King we’ve ever had.. Chips were extremely over salted and the burger tasted plastic and slightly like chemicals. The social distancing one way system was quite confusing as there was arrows pointing in all directions and everyone seemed confused as we were all in the way of each other. Probably wouldn’t visit again

Unfortunately everything else in this depressing service station was shut so we were forced to get a Burger King. What we were presented was not what we had ordered, looked like it had been slapped together with 0 care and was also completely flavourless. I could have had sympathy is they were rushed off their feet however we were their only customers. However, the person who served us was very kind and polite.

Service fine, food pretty good, alas spoiled by the food hygiene A long hair inside one of the burgers, usually I'm quite forgiving of this but during a pandemic when food hygiene practices are even more important its really not a good sign of workplace practices

I've gotta hand it to the staff at the bk in North Petherton! Makes the 15 min drive from Taunton worth it. Great service, hot food and never a problem with a order, you'd make the King proud! Hands down the best bacon double xl, with 2 extra of everything I've ever got my chompers round!

Good food, quick service and polite

The queuing system here was very unclear, there are 3 self-order stations (one is hidden from the entrance). One group that was ahead of us only had cash and waited at the counter to order and were ignored by staff behind the counter, we had ordered and received our meal and they were still waiting, I had to offer them to use my credit card as payment as even when called upon, staff were ignorant. Once seated and trying to organise our food, we found that we just had 3 bags of mess, boxes were broken, sandwiches were on their sides, fries were everywhere, the share boxes were Very Dissappointing. However the food was very tasty, the bread was EXTREMELY DRY but that's to be expected from Burger King.

I believe the staff could do with training on how to speak to customers, unless of course Burger King think it's ok to speak to their customers rudely and abruptly.

It's a strange service station this one with a multistorey type car park. Quick service at burger king though so no complaints.

After receiving my meal i asked if i could have a spoon to stir my tea. Your manager refused to give me one, insisting i use your plastic stirrers, i explained they are useless, but he still said no. I am disappointed that Nigel the managers attitude was not at all helpful and sarcastic, shame on you NIGEL

I really enjoyed my last Whopper at Burger King Taunton Deane services (North bound). Sadly this was not reflected in the experience I had at Bridgwater services today. I ordered a whopper and chips, then asked “Joo wan a drink”? Whilst the burger was OK the chips were served in a ‘tiny’ bag, (had been sat in the chip tray for some time) and therefore were barely warm. My whole experience at Bridgwater services was at best a mediocre one. No point in complaining to the staff about the ‘warm’ chips as there were no more prepared and the burger would have no doubt gone the same way. Seriously the staff here need to go down to Burger King at Taunton Deane (North bound services). Not only was the burger really tasty but the chips were a decent portion and served piping hot and fresh.

Eaten here twice now as stayed in the travelodge. 1st time we had breakfast and was satisfied, although the fizzy drinks had to be changed as were flat! Service was good on that occasion. Food was fine and price was good with the Travelodge 20% Discount. Have been again tonight as staying over again and have to say was disappointed at the portion size for the price. Why do BK have to charge so much for what is similar to McD? So few fries also and bland! Only wat from here because of convenience. Staff generally need to be more welcoming and look like they want to serve their customers.

Worst burger King I have been to. Just waited 15 minutes to get 2 cokes with no syrup in them and the wrong burger. They get 2 stars because the staff were pleasant and for replacing the cokes but we didn't notice the burger until we continued our onward journey on the m5.

I asked for a crispy chicken mea, veg burger alone and chicken dippers alone when asked what drink I wanted I said you’re okay thanks,I’m not thirsty and it will go to waste, just keep it (did not ask for a replacement or anything extra) I was told I had to pay more to not have a drink and given a plastic bottle of water to throw away instead to save money, which I find criminal with our plastic worries at the moment! I left it on the counter though Ended up having veggie meal and a crispy chicken meal with no chicken dippers,but ended up having the sauce for the dippers so I know I ordered it, didn’t realise until I got back to the hotel, cost 33 pound! And the crispy chicken burger wasn’t crispy I’ll Never eat Burger King again!

Avoid this place. The slug on the counter was rude, didn't say thanks, forgot half my order, forgot to mention that the tea needs milk and where to find it. Food was shockingly bad, worst BK I've had by far. Someone have a word with the staff, or hurry up and replace them with robots.

Lucy was brilliant. Truly great service from her. 6 stars.
