Shocking, no delivery after 2 hours

Best kebab shop in Bridgwater and Highbridge! We have tried everywhere. We only order kebabs in this shop. The XL is pretty good size. The service is great and the people are really nice. We order more frequently now as they reduced the delivery charge in the village.

I have been using Kebab Kitchen for 15 years now and never had a bad experience, food is always lovely - Always welcoming, friendly, polite, well priced too... Wish i could give more than 5*

Second time we ordered, the food was brilliant, absolutely outstanding service and would recommend to EVERYONE!

£13.80 for a large lamb shish kebab... mostly salad, meat was good but there wasn't much of it.. Unless you're really craving a kebab, I d save your money and spent it more wisely.. I won't be returning, rather go to Dominos and be full, or go to a pub.

Guys,please rise up the prices or find another solution. I understand we have inflation and everything cost a lot more but I order a Large shish kebab and I couldn't find the meat in my kebab ? A lot of salad which I'm happy with anyway but my "Large" shish kebab wasn't even a "small" kebab. I read some comments and I can see I'm not a first person saying that. After a long day I was too tired but next time I will bring it back for sure. I would rather pay more money than try find any piece of meat in my kebab.

Food delivered very quickly.. I ordered a chicken shish wrap with tomatoes and onion.. I got red peppers I hate red peppers.😔. so had to pick my way through it.. chicken was delicious though 😋 £4 delivery from just up the road is a bit much ..especially giving me 🌶

Great food cooked to order, bit stingy on the salad with your burger or kebab, and staff could maybe smile now and again when taking your money as there are plenty of kebab takeaways in Bridgwater so appreciating your business should be a must.

Ate the food yesterday and it came out 2hrs later know what I mean,when through me like a porche and lost a day pay the following day

Sorry guys haven’t been in for a while but the chap with the beard was dripping in sweat while serving the food, could of got some paper towel and wiped it I known it probably gets hot in there but someone’s sweat dripping on food that people have to eat isn’t good , Kebabs have always been good just please wipe the sweat off guys.

Just been there tonight. Very rude staff . Only take cash but don't say that before you get there . Then have to download the app to pay by card . Food is already on the counter getting cold as you have to register the app . By the time you do all that and get home the food is stone cold. So try to call them and let them know they just say it's not there fault and I took too long to get the app , register order and pay because I did have cash on me . Then after completing about cold food get told if I call them again they will call the police on me ! All I can say is DON'T GO THERE !

Really good food, one of very few kebab places where meat actually taste "clean". At first had a little issue but customer service was pretty good and really polite and everything got sorted out in 5 minutes. Strongly recommend the place, quick delivery, good food and nice people.

A+++ Best kebab in Bridgwater!!! I have tried everywhere and Kebab Kitchen is by far the best nice soft perfect cooked meat, no burnt hard bits like elsewhere. I will be returning! Well done!

We use kebab kitchen quite often and have always had good quality, tasty food. We have never had any issues and will continue to use them. We always collect so cant comment on delivery times but once food is ordered online or via phone its usually always ready within 20 minutes

Disgusting food avoid the place!

We ordered food and after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes called for an update: We were told that it was on the way. Called back again after an hour and 45 minutes to be told it was still on the way. When we stated this was not good enough, the shop stated there was an accident, which does not explain an hour and 45 minute wait with still no food. We asked for a refund and was told it would take 3 days. The shop then had the audacity to tell us not to order from them again. We don’t need to be told that. We won’t be ordering from them at all, long wait and a disgusting attitude….no thanks.

Overpriced and cold, excessively fatty kebab

wont be ordering for here again which is their loss as i order from there often but just been charged £15 for 2 large chips and a bottle of pepsi but on their app its only £10, got told on the phone it was £12 get to the door and its £15 the 3 pound is for delivery apparently, I live 5 minutes down the road

Have always used kebab kitchen and I normally collect but On this occasion I had home delivery. When it turned up one of the meals was wrong. I phoned them and they said it would take forty minutes to deliver it I could come and collect. We were busy and I told them to deliver over an hour later it hadn’t arrived. I phoned them again they said they were in their way. As I’m texting this it still had not arrived and I don’t believe it’s going to kebab kitchen owes me £9.30

Food cooked fresh to order so no complaints there. Very tasty and good sized portions.

Phoned through an order at 5.50pm. Was told delivery will be approx 45 mins. Arrived an hour 1/4 after the call and was cold.returned food with driver. Remembered this happened before but we ate it cold. Shall not bother again. Shame

Asked for whole chilli's on both kebabs did not get ordered a chicken shish and had mushrooms with it yuk what's that about...

Seriously good kebabs. Had lamb donor and lamb shish. Curry sauce is amazing. 10/10

After reading some of the reviews thought I'd give this place a go First of all the guy on the phone was absoulty pointless and no idea what day of the week it was so so clueless. Ordered a meat combo for 2 people £15 turned up in a very small portion had about 4 bits of very small chopped lamb sweaty dripping donner and the koft had so much chillie init it was unbearable to eat nd made the rest of the meat taste very hot. Not what I wanted. It was awful surprisingly 😕

Ordered food at 1742 and was told it would be 45-50 minutes. At 1915 I called again only to be told it’s on it’s way. At 1930 the food was delivered but had some of the order missing. I called again only to be told I’ll send it when I can! It’s now 2150 and it still hasn’t arrived. I’m now £6.50 out of pocket and I’m hungry. I’d suggest you give this place a wide berth.

Nice fresh food best kebab place in town

Tonight was the best kebab we have had in a long time,mixed kebab cooked to perfection, plenty of salad and sauce, and chicken shish kebab with salad 🥗 and chips , I would definitely recommend to try, even really quick with the delivery and reasonable price. Thank you so much ,great service well done .

Excellent food definitely use again

Friendly attentive staff. Had the combo chicken and lamb shish kebab with salad and chips (and a good garlic sauce). The meat was cooked to perfection and all was hot. Reasonably priced. Despite being busy they didn't take too long in delivering the order. Clean premises. Tasty food and can recommend.

Brilliant kebabs. Very friendly guys who work there. Everything is always fresh and well cooked. They do offer delivery if you are feeling really lazy! Why not try a wrap rather than a pitta bread. Delicious!

Never tried this place before as we usually use the one in North Petherton but what a result, tip top...I couldn’t fault it.

Best kebab I've ever tasted...I'm not local but my partner is originally from Bridgwater...I always have to have a kebab here when we visit...don't get them as good here in the Midlands 😩😩

Had to give one star to give a review. Disgusting customer service when they get the order wrong, just got told never to order from them again after coming to my house to check wrong order and calling me a liar. Prior to this we have ordered once a week so not new customers but loyal ones. Got treated like crap and told we are barred, so disgusting!
