Drive through, staff were efficient and polite, pleasant experience

If I could give zero stars I would. Falsy advertise that they are open 24 hours. After finishing work at 2am and facing a 3 hour drive home I wanted to stop and get some dinner at the very clearly signposted 24hour McDonald's. The drive thru was coned off but I could see staff inside so I attempted to go in. The door was locked and I finally managed to get the attention of one member of staff (all were all doing their very best to ignore me) he told me that they don't control the sign and they weren't in fact open. I find it very hard to believe that they don't have control over their own signage.

Delivery driver thick! Driving around and around and around. No food delivered but taken my money. Never again will I order from here! What a joke! £14 out of pocket because your drivers are dumb!

It ok but it was so many people there

its a mcdonalds after all. was warm fresh and everything came right. what more can u ask for

Absolutely amazing!! Food was fast and hot and the play area was closed but as soon as I asked the manager if it could be opened. He checked to see why it was closed straight away and opened it up.

Late, food was cold, dips were missing. Kids literally ate hardly any of it

Absolutely a joke! waiting over an hour for my order and food came cold! requested a refund and got £2.50 back! absolutely ridiculous.

Food cold as cold drinks in with hot food. Initially delivery said 30-40 minutes and kept shifting time waited approx 1 hr 40

I've wait 1 hours for my order and you have missed 2 meals. I have now had to order from somewhere else just to get my dinner. only good thing is the kids meals where the only ones to be delivered. shocking

I placed the order at 17:09 which said it will take 25-45min. My order was delivered at 18.32 completly cold. There should be an option to cancel the order if you have to wait 1.5 hour and ending up microwave the food as it is cold.

Always seems to be out of stock of something...this time it was chocolate milkshake...the only thing I went in for. Last time I ordered online it was bacon so everything including bacon wasn't orderable.

Missing items as usual, not going to bother with them anymore

wanted to order from more local mcd but as normal they didn't have half the menu available. unfortunately that meant ordering from a mcd further away so food when it eventually arrived was cold. the delivery driver was all over the place. one minute he was around the corner the next he was heading in the opposite direction. wouldn't it be a good idea if drivers used the same maps (Google) as the app uses to navigate?

Pretty decent maccie D, they have forgotten my sauces / straw a few times after going through the drive thru but nothing major. Not too long of a wait and the food isn't too bad

Average poppy seed in juke. In the middle of the factory district. Correct, nothing more.

Ordered on just eat. Missing 2 chips, which was part of a deal. Asked for 2 medium drinks, got a large and a small. Ordered 2 happy meals and only got one drink. Food was cold. This happens all the time. Don’t see how they can get that much wrong when all they have to do is put things in a bag from a list!

From when order was placed to time it was delivered it was 1 hour 45 mins and by thr time it got to me it was all stine cold and most of the order went in the hin as it was inedible

Drink had spilt everywhere and then it carried on spilling over my floor, ended up with no drink at all….it had even wet the food bag, so my food was wet and cold…I waited an hour and a half, when I ordered it stated 25 mins

waited 2 hours to be told 'delivered' nothing turned up. it was never on its way

My food never arrived and now I’m £40 out of pocket with nothing so I am not happy with the service I have recieved - i ordered the food at around 4pm and never heard or received anything so I want this to be looked into and want something back

Drinks were spilt, no straws for what was left, no sources that we selected.

Got our order slightly wrong. Forgot the apple pie and gave us banana milkshake not vanilla (very lucky this was my husband's drink as I am allergic to bananas) But OK apart from that.

Service was very slow. They were prioritising delivery drivers. Instead of getting table service, I had to go to the counter as we had been waiting for 30 minutes for our meal. When I got my order, there was a portion of chips missing, and the food was cold.

maybe next time don't put the food with the mcflurrys .... all food was ice cold !!!!! :( shame as the flavour was lush !!!

Delivery driver wasn’t very helpful in solving the problem I had the order went to the wrong address

This McDonald's has been going down hill. I've not ordered fizzy drinks for months as they have not been fizzy and tasted like watery syrup. Today the burgers were greasy and the fries were absolutely tasteless. This is a very poor example of McDonald's. Save your money or go to a different location. I can highly recommend Alder road McDonald's!

Stone cold refused refund. It’s not McDonald’s problem it’s the driver sitting eating his dinner while my goes cold

Asked for sugar to be added to the bag and also left a note for the delivery person with a £1 to collect sugar but no joy, also McDonalds sent the wrong drinks - lattes not coffees, if I wanted hot milk I would of heated some up at home

Absolutely stone cold. waited 1.5hrs and a different order was delivered 1st. feels like ours was going cold whilst the courier waited for someone else's order. melted milkshakes, cold burgers, chicken and fries. waste of money.

Placed order at 4.45, has to visit the restaurant at 6.35 as no updates beyond “being prepared” driver sat waiting for 25 minutes. Apparently a just eat issue but shocking service generally and limited options until “delivered” 2 hours after I placed it.

missing parts of my order leaving one of us without any food

well unhappy with the amount off time it taken to deliver for my son. The restaurant is only a 4 min drive away and 7 mins on a bike. the service provided is unacceptable and should be reviewed. i have paid a service charge for service that's not to customer satisfaction

Wrong items received - ordered Oasis and got Coke...also got two half a McFlurrys..tide out on both! Delivery time took over an hour. I usually have no problem with this McD's but this time it was bad.

I tried to do this correctly but wasn't given the right option, the drink from the breakfast wrap was missing

Delivery time kept getting pushed back. initial delivery indicated around 6.15pm. eventually arrived at 7.05pm. order was missing a fruit shoot, two fruit bags, all the dips for the chicken select and also a large fries. the burgers in the double cheese burger were so dry that they couldn't be eaten. overall a complete disaster!

Most annoying in this McDonald’s is that they press the order is ready for a collection but then you wait another 5 minutes because food is not ready at all. I understand they have the speed target but it does affect customers.

Got my friend a discounted meal (employee at different store) from my views i saw a crew member wear a apron incorrectly which is very dangerous if a fire were to happen, second of all they had a drink on top of the grill they're not ALLOWED at all to have any drinks in the kitchen at any given time unless its out of customers viewing (this is because if it were to spilt in the wrong way it could make a slip hazard, fire, or a vat to explode ect..)  Thirdly the person on the grill couldn't get a name of him but is a crew member, picked up raw regular meat with his hands (none glove hand) and started gavering the meat in his (none glove hand while using his glove hand to place meat on the grill)  infront of a manager and the manager did exactly nothing about it... soon as I noticed this he used the glove hand but picked up the meat again with his (none glove hand) and placed it on the grill and pressed the button with his (none glove hand) this is extremely dangerous as anyone could touch this button and make food, make orders ect its called Cross contamination.. 4th and final thing the green single tray for the vats is for veggies ONLY NOTHING ELSE! but. I saw someone taking veggie out of a fry basket instead of the veggie basket.. extremely terrible food safety would never come here again..

Delivery was amazing, aswell as most of what we ordered but the burger options said onion ‘not available’ which was no problem as I’m not a big fan of onions and normally select ‘no onion’ but when it got delivered we noticed onion was still in the burger. Not complaining about it but I don’t understand why it said ‘not available’ so assuming there wouldn’t be onions and there still was.

Part of order missing put in full report as requested and have not had any part refunded or even a message

Order didn’t show up, looked like the driver delivered it to the building next door. Didn’t even try to contact me.

No one ever came to my door it just updates saying been delivered and it’s nowhere to be seen

Food service was good, prompt. The disabled toilets are disgusting. Filthy and poorly maintained. Eating areas aren't particularly clean either with lots of dropped food and stains. At a quiet 10.30am it's not too much to ask for clean facilities

The Burger was cold and also the chips. Also lost some of my Oasis in the bag it was dripping out of the bag and that was how the Gentleman handed to me.

Time on delivery changed 3 times So three very Aggy children. Food finally got here and it was all cold and no dips delivered. Should have had 6 sweet and sour dips. So now my son is refusing to eat his chips

The food was good and the delivery very good! Unfortunately the lid hadn't been put on the hot chocolate properly and it did spill upon handing it over. Not the riders fault but a little annoying.
