what's the point in having offers if they are not delivered

Useless staff can’t even count to 2 useless !!!

Completely wrong order and all the food was stale/hard. Complete Waste of money

spent £26.19 for food and as at work and no facilities to do anything myself. The driver couldn't find me even with location on and details given. Diver tried to call me but didn't speak English. Order is very disappointing as you can expect as it's cold after 20/30 minutes waiting for driver

Only Recieved 2 drinks which weren't ours and NO food. ordered for my 4 boys costing £37 and ended up with none of it. so obviously someone else has my order and I had someone else's!. had to go into a different McDonald's to get my children their dinner because of this mess!. Hope you don't do this to families who don't have much money and might have ordered for their children and end up with nothing as well as no money to reorder anything!!

Happy meals had no toys in and the children were upset like and the dips never came, the driver was incoherent with English and was frankly quite rude, and I called the McDonald’s multiple times and no answer

No happy with our meals. The chips were hard and cold, the drinks leaked and ripped the bag and my burger was lukewarm and burnt top bun

Very efficient, patient and friendly staff.

Gave a 2 for quality of food as it was stone cold as usual, hested up in microwave. I sat in one day at maccy and ordered online to see, my orderwas done as watched on screen, it sat on a table for over 10mins b4 collected

All the food is freezing cold my 4 children waited for over an hour for the food for me to have to cook them something else anyway due to the food being freezing. This is ridiculous service and i wont be using the service again.

Slow, unorganised and poorly managed.

Driver couldn't even type in English- somehow he has not picked up our order and then left it to the last minute to let us know we wouldn't be getting our food. joke of an app. No food but takes the money

Mcdonalds staff clearly cant read an order, Missing items ordered through just eat app, contact to say and nothing done, why have a something wrong ? contact us and well sort it, bit if you do nothing. Better off using uber eats. Lesson learned.

Pies were used by time at ready 13;49 used by 15;19pm and our delivery was 5pm . Yet just eat won't do anything even with proof

All cold and to add insult to injury the refund £4.26 on a £17.00 order is an absolute joke

The order was placed at 18:10 but the food was delivered at 20:45 instead of 18:50. The food delivered was too cold and frozen. When enquired with Macdonalds Mannings Heath, they said the restaurant had nothing to do with it I have to cancel the order through just ear 🙄

I usually do order from this McD. Sometimes it gets my order wrong. But today both burgers were hard as rock. They weren't fully cooked and me/wife had to make alternate arrangements. They definitely need to up their work on deliveries.

Delivered completely wrong order to the door. Delivery was refused but then trying to get refund takes 72 hours and need to submit photos ? If I refuse delivery how am I meant to get a photo of the wrong food?

There were five items missing and the food was stone cold! I Hate complaining, as I understand it’s Christmas and it’s super busy for a Sunday evening. But to have half the order missing and not being able to get hold of anyone is pretty bad!

I requested no ketchup or mustard in my quarter pounder with cheese and guess what they gave me. It cannot be that difficult... Surely!

4 hours this took to arrive..it was freezing cold! actually chilled. the ice cream was just a cup of milk. obviously been in transit for the last 3.5 hours. all went in the bin. and just eat don't want to refund me!!

Just shy of 3 hours late. Food arrived stone cold. The fries and burgers were like they had been kept in a fridge so questionable as to whether it was cooked at all. Multiple attempts were made to contact McDonald's. Just eat app stated courier was at the restaurant waiting for the food to be cooked for the majority of the wait time. I feel these two meals I ordered were unfit for consumption. I contacted just eat and relieved an unsatisfactory 5.80 credit. I am shocked at the service received.

The way a small issue was dealt with was first class. Whoever I spoke to cared and was very professional. Thank you and well done

Only ever buy rap of the day think food from here never fills you up and the price is way to high for a snack

Service was as bad as it could get, ordered at a screen and the receipt was not printed which has the order number on it so I had no idea what number my food was, then when I asked about it the person telling us what our number was wasn’t quite nice. When we got our food after longer than usual it was awful not even being presented as a burger, lettuce wasn’t even in the burger. Not going back

I reveived part of my order, and part of someone elses. I could see from the attached receipts that this was the resteraunts error, not the drives.

Didn’t arrive after waiting over 2 hours

No milkshakes,wrong orders, no hasbrowns with breakfast, peak times are a nightmare, hard to get to the counter because of delivery drivers who get service first. Definitely not as well managed as others in the area

Our drinks came empty because they have been spilled out all over the bag as it was dripping as we where given it and all of the food is cold

I don't think the late delivery was down to the driver it was the fault of the restaurant, another driver took our order and they had to make it again, we had to wait 3 hours to get our food.
