Terrible machines they cannot function

Gave us cold food, and wouldn’t replace it even after us describing the situation. Terrible place. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Very slow with order this morning

The slowest service. Waited 25 minutes for happy meal, 20 minutes for a mcflurry. Ridiculous

Something wasn't cooked right, threw the meal straight up and have been throwing up through the night. No what I expect from a leading fast food chain. Disgusting chips, melted icecream. Food looked stamped on where's the quality of the food gone?

Food was over 45 minutes late, coke and McFlurry spilled everywhere, bag was dripping and nothing left in the drink or McFlurry and all food items were stone cold.

My 3 apple pies order did not come with my delivery

Driver went past our house a few times and also when received the chips were cold and my daughter’s happy meal had about 10 chips in the bag, also cold!

estimated time of arrival kept going up. 1.5 hours late. food was cold and not edible. just eat gave me £10 credit. i want a full refund. will certainly not be using just eat again as this has happend on multiple occasions now. not happy poor service.

Everything was delicious apart from the fries. Everything was hot and fresh and my milkshake was still a milkshake not runny. Best in ages all round

Food all over the bag and ice coffee spilt all over it

Food was okay once delivered. However, one of the drinks ordered was spilt everywhere once arrived and went all over the bag and other drinks.

Clearly on my order I have ordered two kids chicken nugget meals only one has arrived but two drinks very disappointed. Ordering two kids meals would imply I have two children now one of them doesn’t have any dinner Disgusted with service

Driver was really nice apologised for the wait and asked the restaurant to redo the food as it had been sat there for a while but got told that it wasn’t their problem. The sauces, straws and the cheese bites were missing. The food was also cold.

Wasn’t late - didn’t turn up at all!

Ordered online for Mc delivery as the household came down with covid. The food turned up cold and also missing items. I phoned the restaurant and told the lady what had happened, her reply was your only down the road just come and collect and put the phone down. I contacted Mcdonald via Twitter / X and explained what had happened. The customer service agent gave vouchers and requested that the restaurant receive further training. Fast forward 6 days walked into McDonald's ordered the meals with the voucher with the manger waited over 30mins with other customers complaining about wait times to finally receive our food which was wrong yet again! This restaurant is in absolute chaos 😳 further training for all staff, including managers, is a must.

Was sick after eating there yesterday, still nor right now . I have a cast iron stomach and can eat anything Fries undercooked , spicy chicken burger not right Even the toffee coffee tasted odd My wife and family agreed with me on the fries too My wife said soft drinks tasted of water . Been here loads but as a treat went yesterday, now looks like iam having to take day off feel rotten

This Mac Donald’s isn’t great, majority of the time half of the food is out of stock, very rarely have iced drinks avaliable. Really getting disappointed every visit.

Really would advise going to a different branch. Every time we come half of meals are out of stock. Iced drinks are very rarely avaliable as they can’t be bothered to clean the machine. Food isn’t very hot either. Very disappointed again. In future I will be ordering or driving to another branch it’s getting ridiculous now. 8 cars went passed us as we were waiting for our meal. Our order…… one burger meal & chips.

Rubbish. Never have anything ie, milkshakes, burgers. Your left waiting for up to 15 mins in drive thru. Not to mention the orders being wrong! Never again!!!! Needs to close!!

Complete wrong order with missing items and someone thought it would be funny to put a lid on the inside of a hot drink so you couldn’t drink it from the outer lid, had to order from another place to actually get something. This is some bad service

the chips were not cooked and upon arrival the entire meal was cold. all four items were cold to the touch.

Delivery time was extended several times to the point where the order was almost 2 hours late. I also did not receive everything that I ordered. Extremely disappointed

Every single time I order McDonald’s for delivery. The sauces are forgotten! May seem little but it’s a big part of it. Sort it out!!!

Everyone was very friendly going through the drive through. Food was tasty as well. They forgot a dip we paid for but gave it straight away when I popped in to request it.

Never order online. Uber eats are absolutely useless and no one answers phone at restaurant so you can’t even ask for them to redo it whenever a driver bothers turning up Useless. Cold slop goes straight in the bin every time. Happens almost every time

I don't eat meat and i just don't eat at McDonald's, but didn't have much choice as was with my teen. The place is quite dirty and full of chavs. The constant beeping of appliances was getting on my nerves. My cheese balls and fries seemed undercooked. I just don't understand the whole wooha about fast food.

Actually arrived on time for once. Driver was on a moped so the drinks were spilled filling up the bag and dripping out and the flurry was melted and useless.

Quality of the food was terrible. The wrap was all missshapped and not filled correctly. The chicken was really dry and did not feel fresh. The drink was flat and had no ice.

useless!! Half of the order was missing. you get refund on food items but people left without food. also no refund on the service charge or delivery fee!!!

Total meal was cold, salad box was dry and only one piece of cucumber and tomato and there was rubbish at the bottom of the bag from a different order plus the free mozzarella bites were missing.

Food was cold but driver was quick upon leaving restaurant to getting to address so not his fault. However multiple times the delivery instructions are not followed and end up going to the wrong place. Waste of time have an option for delivery instructions if they are not going to bed read.

My son's burger was wrong asked for it to be plain and it isn't and he cannot eat it this now 😞. But delivery man was very nice and delivered quick.
