Drinks all fell over and leaked so we didn't get much

Order was delivered on time, however the cheesy McCrispy was not the right burger.

My drink was spilt and one of my burgers were cold, I would like some of my order refunded

This wasn’t my order, this is someone else’s… I cannot even live chat to JustEat - ridiculous

Everything was good apart from the pancakes that were overcooked and hard.

I reveived part of my order, and part of someone elses. I could see from the attached receipts that this was the resteraunts error, not the drives.

Our drinks came empty because they have been spilled out all over the bag as it was dripping as we where given it and all of the food is cold

driver told us was sat with our food for 25 mins waiting for other food, then did too drops before coming to us

We had a big tasty/large coke and dip missing from our order. We are not happy and wont be ordering again. After spending nearly 40 pounds,we expect better.

I don't think the late delivery was down to the driver it was the fault of the restaurant, another driver took our order and they had to make it again, we had to wait 3 hours to get our food.

Food was made over an over before it was delivered and was freezing cold on arrival. Time kept increasing for delivery with no support available. Delivery driver didn't ring the door bell but slammed the letter box repeatedly and had no apology for the delay. Absolutely abysmal service.

By far the worst Macdonald's I placed an order on just eat at 4:45 and expected delivery time keeps going up it's now up to 7:30 which is a joke no doubt it will be stone cold when it eventually turns up

Ordered the new crispy chicken deluxe. When I received it, it was basically an overpriced mayo chicken , it had no bacon, onion etc on it literally just a bun, chicken and mayo. Thought I would give this McDonald’s another try as This isn’t the first time I’ve ate here and it’s been very disappointing. Will not be returning !

Food was as described, with the exception of cheesy bites being packed instead of the mozzarella dippers I requested. Zero customer service, from any staff member on the three drive through stages. The last two stared blankly out the window at me, one holding a card reader before continuing to chat to colleagues inside the store/on headsets.

I asked for no mustard or gerkins and I got those in my burger

Food was Ice cold and damaged. Driver couldn’t even speak English? Items soaked in the drinks I ordered and bag broke apart, covering me in what was left of the drink, Shameful service!

EDIT Went back in October 2024 and Jacob was fab! He was working the drive through and had great customer service. Everyone was very friendly going through the drive through. Food was tasty as well. They forgot a dip we paid for but gave it straight away when I popped in to request it.

I ordered the food around 5pm didn’t end up arriving until 7:15, over 2 hours after we ordered. The food was cold and the McFlurry was melted and spilt all over the other drinks and food. I am not happy with this experience at all

50 minutes late after a call to McDonald's the wrong order was delivered. freezing cold ,not edible at all. my daughters half term treat is ruined shes now going to bed hungry !!!! and we are out of pocket unable to buy more food !!

If I could give zero stars I would. Falsy advertise that they are open 24 hours. After finishing work at 2am and facing a 3 hour drive home I wanted to stop and get some dinner at the very clearly signposted 24hour McDonald's. The drive thru was coned off but I could see staff inside so I attempted to go in. The door was locked and I finally managed to get the attention of one member of staff (all were all doing their very best to ignore me) he told me that they don't control the sign and they weren't in fact open. I find it very hard to believe that they don't have control over their own signage.

Delivery driver thick! Driving around and around and around. No food delivered but taken my money. Never again will I order from here! What a joke! £14 out of pocket because your drivers are dumb!

Absolutely amazing!! Food was fast and hot and the play area was closed but as soon as I asked the manager if it could be opened. He checked to see why it was closed straight away and opened it up.

Food cold as cold drinks in with hot food. Initially delivery said 30-40 minutes and kept shifting time waited approx 1 hr 40

I placed the order at 17:09 which said it will take 25-45min. My order was delivered at 18.32 completly cold. There should be an option to cancel the order if you have to wait 1.5 hour and ending up microwave the food as it is cold.

Always seems to be out of stock of something...this time it was chocolate milkshake...the only thing I went in for. Last time I ordered online it was bacon so everything including bacon wasn't orderable.

wanted to order from more local mcd but as normal they didn't have half the menu available. unfortunately that meant ordering from a mcd further away so food when it eventually arrived was cold. the delivery driver was all over the place. one minute he was around the corner the next he was heading in the opposite direction. wouldn't it be a good idea if drivers used the same maps (Google) as the app uses to navigate?

Pretty decent maccie D, they have forgotten my sauces / straw a few times after going through the drive thru but nothing major. Not too long of a wait and the food isn't too bad

Ordered on just eat. Missing 2 chips, which was part of a deal. Asked for 2 medium drinks, got a large and a small. Ordered 2 happy meals and only got one drink. Food was cold. This happens all the time. Don’t see how they can get that much wrong when all they have to do is put things in a bag from a list!
