Burger King in Poole

Food was cold and the ice cream I ordered was missing. Driver said he had been driving around the block for 10 mins. For some reason the map seems to send the drivers to the back of our house!

Missing items and the food was not very warm. Chips were very bad had to throw them away. Cheese bites was good, burger barely warm but ok. Not worth the money at all really

called the restaurant and apparently no driver picked it up. was delivered and hour amd half later freezing cold uneaterable. straight in the bin.

Once couriers on the way notification came. He delivered to 2 others before me!! Probably why our food was stone cold. They waited for others orders. Don't order on a Friday, they can't cope. What does the 11% service charge cover exactly??? Don't feel like I got any service... just a waste of nearly £50!!!

I have never eaten in such a cold place it was freezing inside. It's a wonder no was eating inside. Please put a little bit of heating on for your customers

Fast service and friendly staff

Nice food, fairly warm on arrival. but a ridiculous £8 for service charge and Delivery. stupidly I paid it and then had the nerve to ask me to tip the driver... take it from the £8 over priced service and delivery charge. the more I think about it, I should of not bothered with this order having thought about this charge..not that anything will happen frommthr comment. I just proven people will pay it. well I will think twice next time and share this thought with anyone who asks

Food arrived cold which is disappointing as it’s 10 mins away. Also if the correct time frame had been put on the order I wouldn’t have ordered as we had to wait along time for the food.

I placed my order at 3:17 and it was supposed to arrive before 4pm. The delivery time kept being pushed back so I called burger king at 5:26 and they said the food had been made but no driver arrived. I complained to just eat and they said they were 'looking into' my refund request. I then got a notification at around 6:30 saying my food was on its way- I obviously didn't want it as I ordered it 3 hours ago and it would be cold. I would like a full refund from just eat.

Excellent, only thing please don’t put the cold drinks in with hot food, as it makes the food cold by arrival.

My order was accepted at 16.47. it's now 18.58. The delivery driver was waiting at the shop nearly half an hour. The delivery driver had me leave the house to meet him outside. He didn't even knock my door, he just called me.

Delivery was so quick food all good except chips a bit cold

Ordered family meal with the royales with an XL bacon DOUBLE cheeseburger and didn’t bet the double bacon cheeseburger. Pathetic really when waiting over an hour!

Staff are friendly and the food was good!

The meal is effectively not going to be delivered at this point. I don't have time to eat it even if it does come. The help page gives no guidance on JustEat to help cancel my order. I want a full refund.

I ordered my food around half past 6. every time I checked the delivery updates it kept increasing in time and in the end I never even received my food. I'm appalled by this service and will never use it again.

the burger I ordered was the cheeseburger xl I had requested to remove bacon and keep cheese...they did the very opposite

Claims to shut at 23:00, however the doors are locked by 22:00, ridiculous, either update your opening times or train your staff not to be so unreliable.

Staff too busy chatting and making mistakes with orders. I ordered a burger with ONLY cheese and it came with lettuce and mayonnaise. I asked for Coke with no ice and I got ice. I asked for tomato ketchup and didn’t get any. Chips were cold

The order was 2 hours late and at no point was I able cancel the delivery when it finally arrived it was stone cold. Had I realised tfr wait would have been this long I would have not ordered at all. This service has been shocking

Chips where stone cold, the chilli cheese bites where cold the burger was warm but ok and the cold drink was warm, so I won’t be ordering from there again

The meals turned up but both were missing the extra whopper patty & the cheese that I paid extra for & both chips were normal ones without the cheese & bacon.

Order packed and received at 19:54. Delivered at 21:05! Food was cold, Packinging was falling to pieces due to the cold drinks making it wet. There is no way this food had been cooked fresh but had been cooked and ready much earlier. Refund please

Terrible. Food was thrown in a small bag, falling out of it upon opening, all food was cold, too much salt on fries. We threw away the whole order when we got it and ordered from somewhere else. A shame, because we usually don't have any problems with this store. Not sure if we're going to be ordering from there again.

Food took over 90 mins to arrive from ordering. It arrived cold and totally ruined, the bag was ripped and burger had been thrown around, so it was in pieces. Customer service rep totally dismissive and not willing to refund.

The order was incomplete with a portion of chips missing from one of the meals. The food was tepid, the chicken royales were dry with hardly any mayonnaise.

Prioritise delivery drivers over customers in restaurant. In fact one delivery driver made a personal order while he was waiting and still got it before me even though I was first by a few minutes. One girl actually preparing orders while her manager was doing bugger all apart from make jokes. Really unprofessional the kind of jokes I heard.

Cold chips and sent the wrong thing

The service is awful, It took about 30 mins for a single burger, I could have gone to Tescos walked home and pop the grill on and been fed before i got the burger that was cold & dry ate about 2 bits and binned it. DO NOT GO HERE

Super slow, and the food was just left under the hot lamp for about 20 mins. Got my burger and it was stale and hard. Almost missed my movie. Thanks burger king for ruining my entire night 😢

Driver picked up my order then went to canford heath and then sat at McDonald’s for 30 mins. By the time I received my order everything was cold and inedible

It was amazing staff very friendly and although they were really busy they still served food that was hot and you could see as soon as they realised your meal was ready to they would put it on the tray and serve to you the staff were really polite despite how busy they were

Forgot my small fries AGAIN! Twice ordered, twice forgotten.. foods nice, got it pretty quickly, cant complain about any of that.

Good food, certain burgers seem to be getting smaller but the whoppers are still great

I ordered a blue raspberry ice drink as a part of my meal. Upon arrival, I was greeted with only a third of a cup. it looked as if it had already been drank from. Not to mention the food had to be warmed up in the microwave.

So to start, we have to wait 20 minutes for our food to arrive. I would understand if there was 500 people ordering at once, but it was just us and one other couple in here. They kept prioritising the delivery’s and the drive thru window. Now, the food finally arrives after waiting a lifetime and it is quite literally inedible some of it. The fanta frozen tasted like dust. The chicken royale burger came pretty much as a piece of charcoal and the chips were unsalted and to make it worse, were just about warm. Now let’s move on to the facilities, the mens lavatory was quite literally shocking. The floor was soaking, you could float a boat on the amount of water on the floor. Don’t get me wrong they had wet floor signs up but if you’re aware of the wet floor then clean it up no? Now, the one of the taps in the men’s toilets were broken. When I say broken I don’t mean they didn’t turn on, oh no no Infact they sprayed me from at least a meter away from the basin. I had an unwanted shower in the Burger King toilets and I went to report it to a worker and all I got was we are aware and an apology that was most definitely not apologetic in any way. I will not be returning ever.

Update: Good while it lasted. Visit today brought them back down to average. Food ok, fries were missed out, no ketchup, had to ask for straw, grunts rather than words from the man - the one with the little beardy bit. And then remembered afterwards I’d order cheesy fries and got plain ones. Oh well. Ho hum. Original review which I would probably null and void but it was a good burger in fairness. That was honestly the best burger I have had from a fast food restaurant in a long time - if ever. It looked like the picture, exactly the right balance of ingredients, held together well and I left without the need to wipe burger sauce off my hands, fingers, clothes etc etc!! Well done :) beat McD hands down.

The food is amazing quality for a decent price, and service is efficient too. Restaurant is often quiet which means food comes quickly.

Very spacious and comfortable dining area. Staff were attentive and polite. I ordered the large whopper meal with halloumi fries, i 100% recommend.

chips tasted like they been reheated after being fully cooked I know they so it some times hafe cook then then finish of but not a re heat yuk
