NOBODY IS USING GLOVES INSIDE OF THE KITCHEN...

Food took over 90 mins to arrive from ordering. It arrived cold and totally ruined, the bag was ripped and burger had been thrown around, so it was in pieces. Customer service rep totally dismissive and not willing to refund.

The order was incomplete with a portion of chips missing from one of the meals. The food was tepid, the chicken royales were dry with hardly any mayonnaise.

Nice food. Good service and wait times are not too long.

Food came as quickly as it could seeing it was very busy all staff were very apologetic about the wait and even though they were very busy even made sure to make me feel welcome

Hadn't used the kisok before the young lady was very helpful and made the ordering an easy experience, food was hot freshly made and delicious will be returning again soon excellent experience

Prioritise delivery drivers over customers in restaurant. In fact one delivery driver made a personal order while he was waiting and still got it before me even though I was first by a few minutes. One girl actually preparing orders while her manager was doing bugger all apart from make jokes. Really unprofessional the kind of jokes I heard.

Cold chips and sent the wrong thing

Super slow, and the food was just left under the hot lamp for about 20 mins. Got my burger and it was stale and hard. Almost missed my movie. Thanks burger king for ruining my entire night 😢

The service is awful, It took about 30 mins for a single burger, I could have gone to Tescos walked home and pop the grill on and been fed before i got the burger that was cold & dry ate about 2 bits and binned it. DO NOT GO HERE

Driver picked up my order then went to canford heath and then sat at McDonald’s for 30 mins. By the time I received my order everything was cold and inedible

Forgot my small fries AGAIN! Twice ordered, twice forgotten.. foods nice, got it pretty quickly, cant complain about any of that.

Good food, certain burgers seem to be getting smaller but the whoppers are still great

I ordered a blue raspberry ice drink as a part of my meal. Upon arrival, I was greeted with only a third of a cup. it looked as if it had already been drank from. Not to mention the food had to be warmed up in the microwave.

So to start, we have to wait 20 minutes for our food to arrive. I would understand if there was 500 people ordering at once, but it was just us and one other couple in here. They kept prioritising the delivery’s and the drive thru window. Now, the food finally arrives after waiting a lifetime and it is quite literally inedible some of it. The fanta frozen tasted like dust. The chicken royale burger came pretty much as a piece of charcoal and the chips were unsalted and to make it worse, were just about warm. Now let’s move on to the facilities, the mens lavatory was quite literally shocking. The floor was soaking, you could float a boat on the amount of water on the floor. Don’t get me wrong they had wet floor signs up but if you’re aware of the wet floor then clean it up no? Now, the one of the taps in the men’s toilets were broken. When I say broken I don’t mean they didn’t turn on, oh no no Infact they sprayed me from at least a meter away from the basin. I had an unwanted shower in the Burger King toilets and I went to report it to a worker and all I got was we are aware and an apology that was most definitely not apologetic in any way. I will not be returning ever.

Update: Good while it lasted. Visit today brought them back down to average. Food ok, fries were missed out, no ketchup, had to ask for straw, grunts rather than words from the man - the one with the little beardy bit. And then remembered afterwards I’d order cheesy fries and got plain ones. Oh well. Ho hum. Original review which I would probably null and void but it was a good burger in fairness. That was honestly the best burger I have had from a fast food restaurant in a long time - if ever. It looked like the picture, exactly the right balance of ingredients, held together well and I left without the need to wipe burger sauce off my hands, fingers, clothes etc etc!! Well done :) beat McD hands down.

Very spacious and comfortable dining area. Staff were attentive and polite. I ordered the large whopper meal with halloumi fries, i 100% recommend.

The food is amazing quality for a decent price, and service is efficient too. Restaurant is often quiet which means food comes quickly.

order was placed at 19.55 and delivered at 21.30 with 3 items missing

chips tasted like they been reheated after being fully cooked I know they so it some times hafe cook then then finish of but not a re heat yuk

Ordered at 5:48pm, didn’t arrive until 7:30pm and the food tasted like it had been left under a hot lamp for the whole time.

it is the second time in 2 weeks I have had the wrong food delivered. this is unacceptable

hi ,I made an order on the 11/06/2024 at past 21:00 and didn't receive my order .only for me to check the app and has been updated as delivered. I need my refund as I didn't receive my order

food was great, delivery drive was respectful

I ordered through the app and got to Burger king 8mins later. Food wasn't ready and waited a good 15mins, got home about 3mins later, I live close to the shop, but when I got food out the burger was luke warm, chips the same and no ice in the cokes. Used this Burger king a few times but seriously considering going to another one which is about 10mins in the other direction of my home......

placed the order at 12.13 and it arrived at 13.01. the initial delivery was approximately 12.45pm. the driver was in good spirit and polite. Just wasn't expecting a later delivery. Thank You

food came luke warm seemed like the chips had just been sat there. The time also kept adding on 5 minutes for around half hour until it was finally on its way.

This has to be the worst Burger King around. Cold food, chips un salted, no lids for drinks. Only choice for kids meal drink was water. long wait when we finally got served. one of the self service machine not working. No soap In toilets male or female unapproachable staff.

Delivery was over hour later then stated time, when it finally arrived was all stone cold, complete and waste of time and money, all staff and delivery staff should be replaced with people with half a brain will do a better job

Driver kept my drink and didn’t recive right food

Quiet, clean and friendly staff. The food was cooked quickly and we could choose our own drinks at the machine with different flavours.

Packed two cold drinks in the bottom of the bag and then placed the hot food on top, then sealed the bag! Basically created a fridge to transport the food in . The result was cold food that was only good for the bin.

Didn't get whole order missed a burger and chilli bites for the price I payed and just eat never answers complaints or problems. Think I will just go out to eat rather than ordering as never get what I order or missed.

Burger King occupy a small area which is shared with Subway. The food is always great and the staff, friendly and very polite. It's just unfortunate there are just few tables for people to eat.

missing 9 nuggets that we have paid for. received the 6 we had as free. it has clearly NOT been ticked off on the receipt on bag. why do you not check this items before sending out. missing items last week and still awaiting our claim as no one wants to take responsibility, not the good establishment or the couriers. all hopeless

Took 50 minutes "preparing" the order, so it was delivered late. Drinks were in the same bag under the food so everything was cold. Burger was tiny, looked like a kids meal. So disappointing, very poor experience.

delivery driver walked into my flat and started walking up the stairs this is unacceptable he didn't knock on the front door his excuse was he thought it was a flat even so he should of knocked I don't feel safe ordering food now incase they walk all the way up into my home this is invading my home and privacy. All other services have knocked or rang me to be sure they were not walking into my home but just bardging in I should feel safe in my home now I don't

I don’t know why Burger King insist on putting food on top of freezing cold drinks. Food is stone cold by the time it gets to you because it’s sat on top of the drinks! Also wouldn’t bother with the “cheese loaded” fries, extra £1 for about a teaspoon of the cheese sauce.

Today at around lunch time I messed up my online order and two guys sorted it in no time in the friendliest way possible. Absolute legends! Burger was great as usual.

Everything was stone cold. Half empty box of large fries. Took over an hour to deliver 1 burger. Disappointing.

Stopped here on a Thursday for a late lunch. Place was empty but the food was out of this world and has got to be one of the best burgers ive had. Was nice to see the staff actually take a little pride in their work and also actually CLEAN the tables. Will be visiting again and will hopefully be as impressed. 👍🏻

Food was cold by the time it was here. Initial time was 13.35-13.55. It finally arrived at 14.19 and wasn't even hot when the driver was supposedly waiting at the restaurant to collect it.....

Driver went to wrong flats even after instructions given and our food is freezing so had to put it in the oven before we can eat it! Very disappointed.

Charges 30p for a tiny pot of mayo, on top of pretty high prices anyway. Just go KFC or McDonalds instead.

Well done to the staff at night (three people) who worked tirelessly to serve all the customers and delivery drivers, at the time. Isabella was five stars and bright smile at the end. Much appreciated Burger King.

Absolutely horrible i ordered a burger and was coming after 1:45 minutes plus was cold ..the quality was terrible,absolutely ridiculous never again .

Food was cold when I got it. The fries were like cardboard. Only thing that was hot was the chilli cheese bites and the chicken royale. Other burgers hard cold hard patties from where they’ve been cooked and re heated. Won’t be ordering again.
