McDonald's in Poole

The service here seems to get slower every time I visit. It doesn't matter whether you go through the drive through, pre-order or order in the place. I've never got my food at the drive through window and always have to pull up or, more likely, circle the car park. They did have milkshakes today though.

Absolutely disgusting, only went as had grandkids, no wonder most kids are obese with behavioural problems, never again

Fantastic great for a quick bite very clean lots of seating plenty of ketchup s and clean tables staff atmre very helpful

The food came all messed up and it took more then 16 minuted for a breakfast wrap and 2 flat bread

Fish fingers were like rubber. No sauce in the burger and chips were cold. Very disappointing especially when you have to sit in the car park for the food for 20 minutes

Order 87-When arrived the food was stone cold, one of the Coca-Cola's completely spilt inside the bag. Why did the driver feel it acceptable giving a dripping bag? Before opening the bags we had to clean the kitchen worktop due to the sheer mess. 3 medium chips were provided when we ordered large, no sauces with 20 nuggets and the burgers were poorly assembled and had collapsed when we opened the boxes. All in all dreadful value for money and a really disappointing experience. Shame on you!!

The courier never looks at the Pin drop location and always goes to the wrong building first. It is very frustrating!

I live a couple.of minutes away. I waited for about 50 minutes, the food was freezing cold on delivery, soggy chips. All went in the bin

Placed the order at 6.25pm, was supposed to be delivered between 7pm & 7.20pm, it eventually arrived at 8.10pm. I had to call the restaurant twice, once to find out where our order was & again to find out why our milkshakes were missing! The food was cold, very poorly prepared (the burgers looked like they'd been thrown together) & we got water, not milkshakes. Apparently the milkshake machine was working at the time I ordered but then wasn't by the time they came to complete my order!

the hot chocolate was coloured hot water and tasted nothing like a hot chocolate and both bacon cheesy flatbreads were sto e cold please can I have a refund on them many thanks

Super friendly and extremely efficient team here! I was made to feel valued and was treated like royalty, absolutely superb, never known a McDonald's to have staff as incredible as they have here! The female manager is a delight to behold. She is relentless in her delivery of timely, faultless, first class customer service! 10/10, AMAZING! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DAY!

This really isn't fast food at this outlet. Limited parking and always full of delivery riders, so expect a wait at any time of day.

It’s a McDonalds so met expectations. Breakfast McMuffins at best warm

1hr from order to delivery - estimate kept getting later and later despite requesting a specific delivery time. Food just slapped together, not very tasty. Lid not secure on coffee, surprised it didn't go everywhere. Driver was lovely but overall not a great experience.

The worst McDonald's my family have ever had. FRIES BARELY cooked limp and cold hard to digest they were not large meal amount either, burgers couldn't call them warm. This restaurant used to struggle getting orders correct they now barely cook the food

poor service today. ordered at 16:30 for a 5:15 delivery, to make sure the kids weren't saying they were hungry. was finally delivered after 18:00, poor little girl was very hungry by then

I order from here quite frequently and food seems to be consistently bad i now go out of my way to go to tower park McDonalds as the food quality is significantly better not only this the last 6 times i have been i have been asked to park in there car park which is complete and utter chaos after an extensive wait you get food that quite simply does not meet the standard i will not be using this site in the future instead i will be using tower park.

Somehow this McDonalds always manages to forget part of the order, on a good day just the dips but usually a main part of the meal. Just awful.

I ordered a double sausage, egg muffin meal had it delivered all well and good went to go have the sausage egg McMuffin to find the egg inside my mouldy/gone off it was horrible

I ordered a large mcplant meal with cheese melts I received large mcplant meal with a cheese burger. 3/4 of the drink had spilt everywhere.

Every part of the order was wrong. Requested no cheese on my cheese burger as i am allergic to their cheese but cheese was still added. missing cheese dippers (only had 8 in the box) it all came cold.

This one always forgets things in an order. it's usually just some sauces, sometimes it's entire parts of an order that are incorrect. This time I've been refused a refund for the items I paid for when they didn't arrive. I've ordered form them many times, and more often than not there's been an issue. This time it's not being rectified. Support has ignored my very reasonable request for refund. Leaving a salty review is my last resort. Don't bother.

This is the second order that we have made to McDonald’s tonight, two different locations and neither could get the order right. I have just finished a 12 hour care shift and would have liked to eat tonight, doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.

Cashier serving on the drive through this morning looked so miserable you could tell she didn't want to be there anymore than I wanted to be there. But she needs cash and I need fast food so... A smile wouldn't go a miss Update: just been back and now serving cups with paper lids. Feels like I'm drinking through a toilet roll 🤢

The delivery kept changing time so was an extra 45 mins added on in the end, food arrived absolutely stone cold, you can’t re heat a burger so it was not eaten, could see driver was on multiple delivery’s so would explain why late and cold

Driver dropped drinks and caused them to tip and wet through the entire bag causing a puddle on our carpet which we've now had to clean up instead of eating our food and the food was delivered cold for one meal, absolutely abysmal from just eat having bought from so many times. Need new and better drivers

Got our order but it was not even ours.We paid £41 for food and got someones order that was £31.Driver blamed it on mcdonalds & could barely speak English.Then said to email and send proof and will get back to us within 48 hours but that was pointless! So ended up driving myself and Mcdonalda redone my whole order.Shocking!!

For a freshly cooked burger, it was thrown together and cold. (I asked for extra pickle so it should have been cooked fresh not ripped apart and extra pickle shoved in. Rubbish music, not at all seasonal.
