McDonald's in Poole

Cashier serving on the drive through this morning looked so miserable you could tell she didn't want to be there anymore than I wanted to be there. But she needs cash and I need fast food so... A smile wouldn't go a miss Update: just been back and now serving cups with paper lids. Feels like I'm drinking through a toilet roll 🤢

For a freshly cooked burger, it was thrown together and cold. (I asked for extra pickle so it should have been cooked fresh not ripped apart and extra pickle shoved in. Rubbish music, not at all seasonal.

Absolutely a joke I ordered 2 big macs and they turn up like this with only 1 burger meat , clearly careless staff in the kitchen

Waited 17 minutes after ordering for my food with 2 hungry kids and was not even hot and one burger was hard so been on the side too long

Absolutely terrible place, waited 30 mins for our order for the order to come wrong ! Staff as useful as a paper bag in the rain! Virtually chucked a McFlurry at me … I will not be returning ! Avoid ! You would get better service from a lamp post !

Is not a fast food place. No matter how much you order, through the app or not, when you drive through you always have to park up and wait ages for your meal. And the car park is not big enough for this.

Don't use McDelivery. My order came 1 hour later and was cold, not even warm. There is no support line provided and McDonald's on their help page say contact Uber. But unless you order through Uber app (which did not) it is impossible to speak with anyone.

Drive Thru ALWAYS check the contents of the bag before driving away from this restaurant, something missing more often than not.

Don't order from here for delivery. I ordered through the mcDonalds app, order never arrived and when I called the restaurant they said it was nothing to do with them! Hopeless, I will never order from here again.... You shouldn't either!! Tried to contact Uber using the number I was text when I placed the order....just rang and rang then cut off...tried 10 times then gave up.

Ice mashine is always down so you’ll always get warm af drinks, no iced drinks, no icecream and no, milkshakes available at all!

Order was late so arrived cold and was missing the chicken nuggets from the order. I've not been able to find a way to contact a human to get this problem rectified only a virtual assistant that is no help at all.

I still go here and will continue to do so, but so many times, I had items missing on the driv-thru. Reminder to self, check your order before driving off!

Very slow and don't care about customers or hygiene-took 25 mins to make 2 cheese burgers

Ordered via Uber. Took an hour and a half to arrive.unsurprisingly was stone cold when finally arrived and ice creams were melted

It wasn’t busy when we arrived. Only 4 people in the restaurant. We ordered our food and proceeded to wait 30+ minutes for it. When we finally received our food it was cold. Burger had MASSIVE chunks of raw onion in it, meat looked like the most processed thing on earth. Hot chocolate was slightly chocolate flavoured hot water. The flavoured latte was not at all sweet. No apologises from the staff (or a single word at all). We had our food as eat in but we decided to take it out. Then picked up some food for my friend thru the drive thru which was very fast but the staff didn’t say a word. Not going here again.

Great burgers. Fries straight in the bin? Cold, hard, chewy! Drinks half spilt. More money Uber/Macdonald's have wasted? Couldn't go through the tedious refund proceedings again ? I'd rather crawl across broken glass on my hands and knees!!!

Standard maccies, not had a bad experience, however considering it's location why the hell it wasn't made into a drive thru I will never know

The mcdonalds itself is fine but the area and locals are scummy.

WARNING - car park fines and very slow service. If you stay longer than 90 minutes you get a cool £100 fine from a private parking company. Our food order took 45 minutes and with 6 kids following a birthday party, you can easily overstay your welcome!

Third time in a row with missing items.

Firstly when I went in to order and was stood at the front waiting for my food I could hear the shift leader and another worker talking bad about a previous customer which is very unprofessional and when my friend received her food the girl behind the counter almost threw the food at her and didn’t even offer her any sauces or say thank you, just threw her food at her and walked away… I was also handed my drink without being informed the ice machine was broken , had to overhear one of the workers telling another customer. Overall the customer service has gone down massively over the years , I understand this is a fast food restaurant but honestly this is disappointing…

Food was cold. Delivery seemed to be quick but it possibly sat on the counter for long time.

Ice cream machine quite often broken or other issues with it /friendly staff /sometimes is quite busy as its close to big road /school/industrial companies.

The delivery code issued to me in the app and the code the courier had were different and this delayed the handover of the order as I had to send a screenshot of the code to prove it was my order.

They were rude just plain rude. They made fun of me (Jake and Bengali guy). They called me cheap and took the mick to be honest.

The expected delivery time changes from before 8 to then by half 8. When it then arrived both the burger and chips were cold and the ice cream was very melted. The coke also didn't taste right.

I understand if somewhere is busy food is going to be late but the time changed from 5.50 to 18.39. By the time the food had arrived it was all cold and soggy, and two young kids who were really hungry and had to wait and all they had was cold food. I do not recommend this place.

Cold hamburger asked for extra pickles didn't just 2 thin slices, asked for extra lettuce on the chicken bacon and chicken mayo very sparse, but all food needed to be reheated.

Courier was at the restaurant 20 mins after I placed my order but it took another 40 minutes for the food to be ready for them to collect and it was cold when it arrived

The managers were lovely in helping with my order, great atmosphere. A homeless man even offered to chew my food for me and spat it back into my mouth. 10/10

We ordered 2 drink and 2 mcflurries, waited over 15 mins, I saw 2 male workers applying sauces and cheese squares to the buns without wearing gloves and wiping their hands down their uniform and continued with the tasks. Also a female worker in a loud voice was telling a male worker to buck his ideas up and speak with the public otherwise he's out. I strongly feel this is not acceptable expecially in the ears of the public. I will not be purchasing any food from this outlet.

Have ordered from this particular McDonalds twice recently and both times they’ve got part of my order wrong, first time they gave me a blueberry muffin instead of a brownie and 2nd time they swapped out the VEGAN plant burger with a vegetable deluxe burger with EXTRA mayo! Meaning that it couldn’t be eaten and ruined dinner. Thanks for that-_-

In the past few orders I had issues with orders from this place but I was refunded easily. My last order was fine except the chips was less than half than should be. Overall I was happy.
