Why it's even call drive- if it can't be delivered on that place then asked to park and wait???and I was waiting for 12 minutes ,Really annoyed and disappointing service

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, constantly leaving items off the order. Inconsistent and incompetent management.

Great little drive through McDonalds. Can get busy at times though!

My experience of going out for fast food is getting worse, in this age of Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats. The restaurants seem to prioritise those over physical customers who are waiting to actually eat at their establishment.

45 minute wait for a stone cold burger that looked like it had been pulled out of the trash. It is t even like they have to follow a complex menu and they have spec guidelines for each menu item to make it even easier, a child should be able to get it right.

All the food was cold, the driver was waiting half an hour at the restaurant for the food, barely a regular worth of fries when a large was ordered, drinks were put into a broken holder with the lids not on properly resulting in them spilling over

Waited over an hour for the Food to be stone cold. Milkshake had melted and the ice in the fizzy had also melted so half a drink!

Worst Mc Donald's I've ever eaten at no bun on top on Double Big Mac 1 burger on top bacon under cooked won't eat there again

The service is terrible and too slow that's why it's always congested.

Food was kind of cold and delivery time kept being pushed back from 6 originally to 6:30 ish I believe.

It got later and later, the fries weren’t even cooked properly and were soggy and stone cold. The burgers looked, felt, and tasted like they’d been sat on the shelf for a long time. Still, the Mcflurry was nice and so was the Hot Apple Pie. All in all, it was a typical Alder Road Mcdonalds substandard meal 🙄

drink was spilt everywhere ruined my icecream and only left about half a cup with a soaking wet straw.

The chicken was dry and hard , far too much lettuce and the chilli sauce was all at the bottom. The chilli wrap was awful and the chips were cold. The quarter pounder was luke warm.

this order was absolutely appalling. the food took absolutely ages to arrive and when it did arrive it was so cold it couldn’t be eaten. i spent all this money on the food just to have to throw it away. i’m expecting some sort of refund as this was a terrible experience and if nothing is done about this i will never order from here ever again!

Our food was completely cold. We had over £10 of items missing and all of our sauces. We don't want to get a McDonald's delivery again.

Food stone cold. Cant reheat as not allowed so stuck spending £30 for poor quality food.

Burger was bigger than the horrible bun the cheese was glued to the burger and very very thin , hardly any small diced onions about 3 small pieces, the fries , was like eating cardboard , didn't dine in , the service by the staff was good but won't be going there again !!!

They didn’t deliver at my house. They won,t refund my money back. They won,t have my service on McDonald ever again. Not happy at all.

Says delivered, never received it. No knock on the door, no phone call, simply not there. Will never order just eat via this branch again. Lost a customer today.

3 times I have not received onions in the triple cheeseburgers and I actually order extra onions. Along with extra ketchup and mustard didn’t get that either. The chicken mayo did not have exta lettuce and mayo. Thankfully the chips were hot this time and delivery was on time.

If you use the drive through don't expect to get you food right away, that would be far to convenient, instead they always park you regardless of the size of your order and it takes on aveage over 10 minutes to bring your food out to your car. Breakfast is unaffected by this for whatever reason. The food is ok at best, but the service here is truly poor and they use lots of foreign staff who struggle with english which can be a pain when ordering through the speaker in the drive through, however the McDonald's app circumnavigates most of that problem. Bottom line is find another McDonald's and avoid like the plague, unless your getting Breakfast

Alder Hills McDonald’s are not even worthy of a star at this point. Order food via just eat to be delivered the WRONG order. Not even remotely similar. To then look at the receipt on it and see that the food that they delivered was made at 12;13 that afternoon! It was delivered at 17;00pm! Take the food to the resturant and tell them that this is disgusting and not acceptable for them to reply ‘oh you can keep it if you’d like too but we can’t do anything more’ Safe to say I handed him the food and told him if he wishes to eat 5 hour food then to crack on but it’s not something myself or my son are wanting… Absolutely disgusting service. Vile!

Driver refused to get of car to deliver the food had to cross the road to pick up order

same as always but give it the benefit of doubt but practically cold no ketchup as usual even though I ask every time why is it so hard to do a job properly. think I will stop using this app as never right.

Foodwise McDonald's is boringly consistent. That said it is tasty and eating in is served hot. I ordered on the App and delivered to the table, rather handy as phone needed charging and a few points round the restaurant.

This is a very busy McDonald's. Expect to queue often and if getting takeaway via another app like Uber eats there is a chance that they will get some of your order wrong.

Deliver time kept changing…tracker said the delivery driver was at the resteraunt and stay that way for an hour! When he finally arrived our food was stone cold! So the food had obviously been sat in the restaurant for ages before they even gave it

I paid £30 for my delivery and nrver received the order.

If you like flat coke and the wrong meal served with a miserable face defo take a trip here. Not only did they forgot our drinks- that were flat anyway with melted ice- the burgers came thrown together as if a toddler with arthatrutus had created them... and no bacon?! Not going in to complain I'd rather troll online, where it counts ;)

Who ever prepared my order, completely messed up. I ordered a McCrispy and got a McSpicy. I ordered a McFlurry and didn't get that at all. I ordered 2 ketchup and only got 1. I have phoned the branch and have complained. Absolutely abysmal!!

This particular branch of McDonald’s has clearly gone above and beyond to reach new heights of incompetence and inadequacy. Buckle up if you choose to order from here,. You won’t receive what you ordered, that will come with a side of not my problem, and a large dose of frustration to go. Absolutely useless.

Get your order wrong and then blame the driver ? Least time I checked the driver doesn’t pack the orders . Always happens isn’t hard to pack the right food . Can’t even go through Uber eats as they says as previous orders never come up . Joke of a place really

Disappointing. Firstly, there was half the menu unavailable. The service was incredibly slow. Fries were undercooked and there was ONE singular pickle in my cheeseburger. I also ordered a happy meal just for the the toy advertised but it was a sad meal they didn’t have those toys only a pack of cards (false advertisement).

I requested on the order that I wanted a plain double cheeseburger meal, with no sauce just Plain cheeseburger and what we had delivered is a normal burger with sauce and onions which my child does’t like. I would like to have what I ordered redelivered please as have a hungry 8 year old at home now!

Missing food, triple burger's had a beef burger Missing so paid for triples but got doubles. There was more cheese on the wrapper than the burger's and burger's not placed in the center of the bun but at the edge of the bun so the burger's we're sliding out. I get it, I'm not accepting 5 stars but it's not cheap any more for a family of 4 and the lack of care in this order showed.

2 meals ordered, the hat trick meal and chicken select meal.....hat trick burger was ok, no chicken selects delivered (not cheap either), both fries were anemic,undercooked and disgusting, so they were thrown away, drinks were flat, so a terrible experience and you know they don't care as they've got your cash and the receipt says delivered!

Used the drive through. Attention to detail was lacking and they got my order wrong, all in all the food was delicious though.
