McDonald's in Poole

Food was cold, and my triple cheeseburger was missing ALL of the extras I added: Extra pickles, onions, mustard & ketchup.

we ordered no lettuce and no onions on the big mac and it came with extra everything, would prefer to show a photo but no option to, my partner is allergic to onions when eaten hencebthe same order every time. not happy

Excellent customer service and interactive with customer. One lady in particular was absolutely amazing/ cleaning and chatting with customers ( her name was Jan )

Just ordered this morning Breakfast 4 hash browns which is my favourite and nothing in the bag. Not happy please check the receipts and that you have put correct items in the bags.

Took far too long to get to me, the delivery driver was rude and the food was freezing cold, the drinks ice was melted so it was definitely sat on the sat for a long time. Always the same with this McDonalds.

Food standard but when tried to access the disabled toilets as the only baby changing facilities on site, after a cursory look I was told they lost it. When asked if they could suggest an alternative, they shrugged their shoulders and walked away, the gents was not clean enough or big enough so we went elsewhere. Shall not be returning due to attitude alone.

It's okay but they've gotten items on my order wrong multiple times, tell people to park and wait for their order even if there's no parking available, refuse to let us wait at the drive thru window with my severally disabled brother who gets in a violent rage when we drive past the window as he thinks he won't get any food, and the lack of disabled bays and the amount of regular gits that park in them is infuriating

This was by far the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had and quite frankly, it was disgraceful. Under the so-called management of Nibin, the restaurant on Alder Road was a total disaster. Let’s start with the staff behavior: shockingly rude, openly dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Customers were simply asking about their orders, and one staff member literally told them: “If you don’t want to wait, go to another restaurant.” Yes that is a direct quote. No apology. No courtesy. Just blatant disrespect. The restaurant was filthy. Tables were sticky, trash on the floor, and the staff couldn’t have cared less. They were walking around aimlessly, ignoring customers, and not even pretending to work. It felt like no one was in charge, and no one cared. And the toilets? Absolutely disgusting. Overflowing, no toilet paper, no soap, and a stench that would make anyone turn around and leave. It was not just dirty it was unsanitary and unsafe. It is clear that under Nibin’s management, this location has become a joke. A hostile, chaotic, and filthy joke that reflects horribly on the McDonald’s brand. This is not a one are off bad day it’s a sign of complete breakdown in leadership and basic hygiene standards. This location should be investigated immediately. It needs either a full internal review, temporary closure, or the complete removal of the current staff and management. No customer should be subjected to this kind of experience. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not clean, not safe, and not worth even one penny.

My burger didn’t have sauce, tomato, onions or pickles, my large fries were only a third full and ice cold, they forgot the apple pie and the fanta was obviously running out and tasted like rancid carbonated water. I’m aware it’s just a mcdonalds but dear god how do you mess up this bad. Shockingly awful. Just pathetic. A blindfolded child could have done a better job.

Don't know what I did in a past life to deserve that service. But we were asked to park up to get our food from the drive through, then 15 minutes later got cold fries and burgers. They were special order burgers and they were freezing cold. Glad the kitchen staff had a laugh though shame it's a the customer expense. To those that have ordered before... I am sorry

Something wrong with the milkshakes. Both the vanilla and banana taste the same, a sort of aniseed, mint mix. Weird and not nice! Food was good.

We ordered food for my family which cost £40 and they only gone and given us the wrong order when I called McDonald’s it sounded like they didn’t care that my sister spent £40 and they gave us the wrong food. When I called them back to tell to tell them it’s the wrong order they were rude to my mother. And they did nothing about it.

I got a fruit shoot instead of milk and no dips at all

ordered Duo deal. They didn't include 2 x hashbrowns. Maybe employ people that have more than 2 brain cells that know how to read an order. Great food fast service hot food came out extremely fast the service was fantastic clean seating area plenty of sauces all round amazing great for the kids they enjoy going here

After waiting 8 mins at drive through I asked for service. Drove away and the food was almost cold, obviously just sat there prepared but no service. The food was the worst I’ve ever had. Burgers smothered in ketchup cold and the 1st time I could not eat a mc Donald’s

25 minutes waiting for a delivery from Just Eat to the manager say it's gonna take another 15 minutes so the order get ready..

Courier separated the hot and cold food so it was quite good and as warm as it could be considering the journey. Thank you.
