Bernie served us today and she was very friendly and helpful with the new app. Highly recommend.

Ive given 5 stars for food and service coz the lad serving was amazing. Management on the otherhand should get no stars. The poor boy was on his own with a queue and online orders. He shouldnt have been on his own. It was over an hours wait. Many customers walked out. It needs 2 staff at Saturday 2pm/ lunchtimes. The lad serving was calm,friendly and an asset to the company. Being put in that awful position. Good on him. Im surprised they get any staff,leaving them on their own like that.

Just had a chicken sub from Waterloo store, the salad tasted like it had chemicals in it. The bun was burnt and unable to eat any of it. I think it’s stupid how you can’t send emails or complain about the food. Only way of doing it is on google reviews.

Fast, friendly service with lots of options. Food all looked and tasted fresh. One of the best Subways out there.

Orders always wrong or missing. Yesterday ordered and it failed to arrive. Delivered to wrong number. Store manager Lauren couldn't be less helpful. No solution other than to get it myself. Won't be using again

I made an order through just eat and they got half of my order wrong, as well as it being cold and stale and the cheese was burnt. Completely inedible.

Haydan was incredibly kind & helpful as I have not been to subway since the new menu set up! Great customer service & great food! Unfortunately I misplaced one of my receipts so cannot do a proper review!

Last week, I ordered a baller menu and wanted to exchange the crispy onions with regular onions. The person making it was extremely rude and berated me in front of the other customers. It is safe to say I was rather embarrassed and won't be coming back there anymore.

The best Subway. All the staff are polite and chatty. Subs always turn out good and are very delicious. Very clean inside and lovely atmosphere. Only fault here is that there isn’t a toilet provided. The toilet in Burger King is the only toilet available. I feel guilty if I have to use this toilet especially if I haven’t purchased anything from them. Overall a very good experience.

Love subway, it’s alway made how you want it and the bread is always fresh .

Went in today with a person with disabilities for lunch and was served by a woman who was so patient, kind and understanding. We received wonderful customer service and the lady behind the till and doing our food was an absolute diamond. The food was well tasty as always. Thank you.

It was amazing to see the member of staff preparing our six meals. This person, working on their own, was brilliant. It was a pleasure to watch. This member of staff deserves an award for their efficiency and dexterity. The food was good too.

Started off by walking in to a staff member and delivery driver arguing. 1 type of bread on offer. Hardly any kind of meat variance. No cookies and when asked "yeah I'm probably going to cook some In a minute". Asked for toasted, got home to see cheese not melted and stone cold. Every staff member was miserable and gave the vibe of don't give a s**t!

I thought the service was poor today as a new person was left alone with a difficult family and wasn't dealt with any help.

Pre order refused, turned up, only just opened and nothing ready (app pre order) guy on desk was wonderful and offered free coffee for my inconvenience, he was inconvenienced as well due to system glitch and no staff show

THEIR WAS NO ONE IN THE SHOP 🤣 I was stood their for 30 minutes waiting to be served!!! Flies all on the food! Then when I called the shop someone came out and said sorry they are all on break 🤣 HORRIFIC!

Subway always is a good choice but who wonderful staff working here, I work next to and those guys cheer me up. Love it

I had ordered a sub an hour before the shop closed and it didn’t get delivered until 22:10 and when it was delivered the food was cold. Half the ingredients were missing out the subs and I ordered a cheesy pepperoni sub, the pepperoni had been replaced with salami and the marinara had been replaced with Salsa which then made my food in-edible. Clearly the staff just couldn’t be bothered

Asked to double up chicken for the wrap and this is what I got. Really disappointed as this is barely even a normal portion size.

Delicious fresh salad with the girgeos vegi patties. A delight. Also the server lady was very chatty and friendly. A great experience.

I would normally get really good food but my order was burn not in sauce. And plus I phone and complained and they did nothing said I will phone you back but nothing worst subway ever.

I ordered today 11/02/2021 and got sent the wrong order, I spent over £20 and barely got my money's worth. The order was done through just eat and no receipt was delivered so we have no available means go return the food and get the proper order. I did call the store to find out about the order but no manager called me back. I'm not happy.

Really not happy just had an order place for delivery, no one knocked our door left it on door step lucky my son was on his way out ,my husband's foot long had hardly anything inside ,mine had one tiny bits of salad no sauce just empty bad service

I go to this particular subway as it seems to be one of the cleanest ones in my area. It's very consistent with subs, service and if registered can park for free.

Was served by Tony today, he has the best customer service skills for a fast food company, so welcoming and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad and my partner enjoyed his sub. I would really love for someone to show him this and tell him to keep up the good work! All the best Tony! X

A great subway outlet. Very quickly organised 2 platters with short notice. Always good food.

Went in this morning for breakfast which my dad had been raving about so we went in together but I am a vegetarian and kindly said ‘sorry for being a pain but after you’ve done my dads sub can you change your gloves’ which I shouldn’t even have to ask for but instead of getting a response she ignored me and continued to make my breakfast sub with the same gloves used for deli meat, sausage and bacon! She was painfully slow and didn’t respond with any answer when we asked for our food or when I politely asked her to change her gloves. This needs to be addressed as a vegetarian restaurants should not be cross contaminating meat with cheeses, salad or bread in 2019! It is not sanitary let alone respectful! This has occurred to me many times at subway so just be aware they don’t like to adhere to regular standards.

Subway was delicious as always. I ordered a Chicken Tikka Footlong with lots of salad and it was very tasty. I also collected points for my visit on my subcard in an effort to work towards a free meal. 5/5 would recommend for a quick lunch.

Busy shop, but staff coped well. Food as expected. Service could always be quicker if had more staff.

Not really that good tbh, food everywhere looked very unhygienic, the staff thought some of the breads were gluten free, think the management need to train the staff on allergies as they could make someone seriously ill

Used to enjoy a meatball Subway, but the meatballs are now mini, and the subs are 'flatter' than before. Cost cutting, no doubt, just a pity the customer's costs are not cut! Doesn't represent value for money.

Good fast service food as it should be

Really good this one, bloke who was serving me assembled my sandwich witch surgical precision, I've actually enjoyed watching him do it!

Never liked subways but this one was the only place open to eat on a Sunday my belly said i had no choice. Totally shocked at how nice it was and how helpful Ruban a staff member was. We will be trying it again soon.

Still haven't! Can't see why I would eat something so unappealing, when there are better options available, like abstinance.

This place has gone downhill. The service is amateur. Quality and quantity of food has decreased while the prices are the same. I now get half the amount of food than previously, and if you ask for more, they won't give you that much more. You pretty much have to beg for it. I'm spending extra to have my lunch as a salad instead of a sub, and I get less food. It doesn't make sense. Burger King and Domino's are next door so I'd recommend them over this Subway.

Food is good - standard Subway fayre and reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful; always welcoming. The store is kept clean and tidy - the floors and tables are kept clean, unlike some other subway stores I've been to. Recommended.

Always good value food if u go for the foot long meal deal. Staff do their best but not enough staff to cover the busy period.

Had a salad bowl which was delicious.served by a lovely cheerful helpful young girl,would definitely have another takeaway from here.

The genuine alternative to "fast food" burgers or chicken!

Good food but very bad at calling extra staff when it gets busy. There can be a queue out the door and one person serving but you can hear several more out the back chatting. Use your brains guys. Very frustrating.

Came into here at about 2 in the morning a bit drunk, the man working there was very patient with me and even offered me a deal. Always good, fast food for on the go.

Subway is good at there breakfasts and other fast food and for there soft drinks.

Popped in late as was passing by and never tried before very clean place and friendly staff wouldn't say the best value for money but if you go for a meal deal things work out better opens til midnight for the night owls out there was slightly confused by the various options bread cheese etc but obviously first time in there so to be expected didn't taste to bad either the chipotle melt thing I had

Very average, normal subway yet lack of salad and sauce when asked. Server was very glum and robot like.

The food was excellent, service was great, establishment was clean & tidy, the restroom was under going maintenance but other than that, really recommend this brand of subway.

Pleasant breakfast, good pricing and prompt service. Only slight downer was that the member of staff that served us couldn't be bothered with us, was like we were an inconvenience to her!

Went here to grab something on the way home got a footlong Italian bmt, they were friendly enough but when I eventually got home I realised my sub was mouldy so I took it back and they didn't offer me a refund so I email head office and they were arguing with me saying it was ' a clump of herbs' what herb do you know that is blue?

Do not go to the one by sainsburys in poole it is rubbish. Will go to one by bus station from now on. My was cold in the middle & it had been toasted. The bread tasted stale, did take it back but she would not give me a fresh one and said I had eaton to much of it all ready, but as I told her the nearer the middle i got it was cold. Never mind just wont get my business no more

Went there for lunch, asked lady working behind the counter for lunch deal, a foot long steak £5..she said steak not included in meal deal which is they served me b4,I said ok so can I get a tandoori chicken as a meal she said ok made it for me and charge me £6.20 happy days and other con and other misleading, plus b4 she start she sneeze and never bother to wash hands or change glows..hygiene poor!!! Communication very poor..had couple of times stomach ache from this store,I think it's ham not only in this store also had it in other stores too, so something wrong with their ham...salads not always fresh...

Inside place could have been cleaner, staff seemed disinterested in customers, food just about acceptable smell inside of the cooking food very strong made me feel sick. I feel more effort to make people feel welcome would be good I certainly will not be going in there again.

It is nice to see a subway placed where it is convenient ,very basic and the same experience ordered. There are many other subways that offer excellent service, atmosphere with tables, many give insight into this

Came in a few times during our holiday down the South. On the first night there was no italian left, which the man kindly explained and then told us of the other choices. They were helpful in explaining the steps and were quick and efficient. Also had a good sense of humour when one of them squirted herself with the sauce bottle!

Myself and my family decided to walk to the subway near poole bus station. We had ordered our choice of sandwiches however the foreign lady behind the counter looked like she wanted to go home more than serve us. The food was good as expected however the service is awful I strongly recommend approach with caution.

Popped down here as couldn't be bothered to make dinner, anyway walked in ignored for 5 mins, ordered the bread to be told "we ain't got any what else u want" then the woman in there with a foreign name is eating behind the counter which is props a stackable offence but nothing will be done about it,they never said please or thank you not even offered a bag! very rude staff won't be going back to this poo hole of a piece!!

Went out looking for breakfast rather than treating the whole family to the hotel breakfast. I was really pleased as were the family with the bacon rolls and hot drinks. Really good value and still hot when I got back

2 rolls full of greasy grub and a bit of salad for £14.00 seems a bit pricey, you would be better off at Mc donalds

Can't even be bothered to go into details, the foreign chap behind the counter was so rude. Perhaps a refresher course in basic manners and common courtesy wouldn't go Amiss with him. Oh, also ask him to have a shave. Rudest man I've ever come across needs to get a grip!!

when my sister and i went to eat at the Poole branch i felt that we were being a inconvenience to your staff when we asked them if they could change there gloves as we are both vegetarians. We also had to ask for the cookie which came with the coffee. Both my sister and i felt that the service we experineced to day was poor. My sister was thinking about getting another sandwich but we both didn't want to go up and ask the staff if they could change there gloves again.

I am a fan of Subway, and have one most weeks,But this Subway is the worst in the UK, The main issue is the staff,They are all very rude and unhelpful, most are forign and dont understand what you are asking,But the English staff are worst they look like they have just got out of bed and not had a shower, one girl in particular (a blond girl) smelt of WEE, over all a place to avoid (at least until the staff are changed),1/10 due to the staff !

Ran out of Bread!!! It's called subway - you should be able to walk in and buy a sub!! They were down to 1 type of bread only - take it or leave it. so we errr left it.

Well I'd like to think of myself as a subway fan! I truely am addicted its true! Well the Poole High street SUBWAY is the best in town! Weather its the breakfast sub, which staff are happy to cook EXACTLY to your specifications. We like the bacon well done, so its crispy!They are only to happy to do this. I've asked before at other SUBWAYS and I've just been staired at with a blank look! The bread is always as fresh and fresh can be, and the staff and so friendly. You know you eat way to many subs, when the staff remember exactly what you order before you've even asked. For this, Poole subway staff.You are the best!

I visit this subway nearly every day of the week, the subs are consistently good quality as is the coffee. The staff are fast, effiecient and friendly, Im hooked and hate to miss a days visit to this subway. Ive tried others and their bread quality and coffee quality just doesnt match Poole's

The food is very nice. the breakfast rolls are nice and the subs are nice. Im working my way though the menu. 3 quid for a 6 inch sub and a coffee is great value.
