Amazing restaurant, it was my first time coming to tacobell being an international student. Didn't disappoint me at all. Me and my friends had a good time here.

I was served by Anjana, and she was so polite and friendly! She remembered my order and had it served up quick and fresh!

Taco Bell is always a go-to for quick, tasty meals and friendly staffs make it easy.

Food was average, some tasted stale. Items were missing from our order, so we queued to ask if they could be given to us, and not a single word was spoken by the 2 staff members instore. They walked off and grabbed 1 of 2 missing items and put it on the table and walked off again. My partner waited and tried to ask for the other one for just under 10 minutes when we decided it’s not worth it anymore. Store has great potential, but clearly has focus in the wrong place

Food says delivered and they didn’t even bring it to the right address! Customer service is non existent! Absolutely rubbish will never use again. Don’t order from these clowns

Came here with the family, food was great, but tables were a bit dirty like the staff hadn't cleaned them for a while, they were stood around chatting, and then unfortunately the whole family were ill later that day, and we had all eaten the same thing from this restaurant! Coincidence I think not.

Yet again something is missing! Every time I order they forget something it’s getting annoying now and they refund which is fine but having missing food when it’s for your kids is frustrating. It’s not hard to check what you’re handing out.

Food is very average at best. Staff didn’t steak English and took 15 mins to get what I wanted. Took ages. The place was filthy. Toilets stunk. Over all not very good and they really need to improve.

First, the delivery time was constantly put back. Second, the food arrived cold. Third, half the order was missing. I would not rely on this place for your family meal to be delivered.

I recently dined at Taco Bell Tower Park, and it was a fantastic experience! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Burritos, which was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

It has been pointed out... the portion sizes are small but the prices aren't too bad either. I've had burritos 3 times the girth that they serve up here. Tasty though... which is why it is a shame to have to leave such an average review. I payed about £6.80 for a small burrito, some black beans and a diet coke. I ordered at about 8pm, it wasn't particularly busy but the screens you order from were greasy and covered in fingerprints. Dust and cobwebs draped over the lampshades and signs that hang down above the counters that you eat on. The tables weren't clean either. The place is literally filthy, especially for a big chain. There were no lids left for the cups at the drinks counter. It seems like the staff don't take any pride in their store or their work. I'd prefer to spend double the money over the road to eat an adult portion on a clean surface.

Ordered my normal meal but this time I wanted to get double meat as they never put enough in! Paid £2.50 for double meat and got a small burrito and cold fries what a rip off spend your money else where

Spent £35 order was wrong. Team Leader didn't care that the order was wrong from the delivery. Food was missing and cold. Staff was not interested to help. Explained that I was contacting her head office. To which she shrug her shoulders. If you have kids and there is a MISTAKE STAY THEY WON'T HELP YOU.. will never go there again.

Not very good ordered a taco barely any meat inside just filled with lettuce. Very small aswell. Somehow they could fit a bathroom in there but overall recommend kfc or nandos across the road.

Thetford was completely cold, but not just that it wasn't cooked properly. the cheesy roll suppose to melted cheese in it. it was dusty cheese that I couldn't even put in a microwave as I don't have one and the frise wasn't cooked enter and everything was super cold. I stayed hungry...couldn't eat it.

Food never turned up . Just eat app decided to change my postcode . Delivery driver called and i gave him correct postcode but he never turned up !!!

When my food came at 5:48 despite being told it would be at 5:40 it came cold, and on top of this I received jalapeños instead of guacamole on my quesadilla.

Ordered delivery via Justeat and it came super fast. 1st Taco Bell from outside the U.S. and I'd say that everything with chicken in was great. Chipotle chicken, great. Chicken with soft cheese, great. Soft taco with beef mince was also lovely. As for Vegi options, the basic rice and bean wrap with cheese in was too bland and dry for me, so I'd recommend the bigger "7 layer" vegi wrap instead if you're vegetarian, vegan, or just fancy something healthier than meat. You can easily select to have things removed if, for example, you don't like avocado. So there's room to customize your order and with mine, the changes I'd asked for were followed through on. I've never met the staff but they're definitely on the ball and speedy cooks! Recommend Taco Bell if you're looking for a change from the usual KFC/McDonald's/Burger King triad. Something more exotic by British standards 😊

Been here several times. Glutton for punishment! The foods never been amazing but options for places to get burritos are limited and the meal deals weren't too badly priced. However recently they’ve hiked the prices. £16 I paid today for 3 pathetically small burritos. If I want expensive I’ll go to five guys least they taste good. Also the wait time was just over 20mins! Only 2 members of staff at lunchtime in the school holidays. I’m done with Taco Bell.

I had the hot beef volcano burrito, loaded cheesy fries and a hard shell beef taco with a Diet Pepsi Everything was very tasty again all the food came hot defiantly gonna order again soon

I had my first taco bell yesterday and I LOVED their churros they were the BEST churros I have ever had in fact I enjoyed every single bite I had it was amazing and I’d love to eat here every day BUT i live in Ireland and there isn’t even ONE Taco Bell so PLEASE PLEASE open one in Ireland PLEASE

Food luke warm, kept putting back delivery time, tried phoning but went to answer phone, so got in the car to go to collect it, I was almost there to get a message saying driver on way. Absolutely disgusting service, will not order from them again!

Ordered the volcano beef burrito the cheesy, sour cream loaded chips and the beef hard shell taco it was all very good and also arrived hot they also added loads of sauces in the bag which never happens definitely will be ordering again soon.

It's a fast food restaurant, there's a few tables inside and out. Food was good though and was quick.

The toilet was revolting, chaos inside with diners, delivery drivers and those waiting for take out all jostling for space. Tables outside dirty and surrounded by seagulls. When we asked staff i lf they could clean the tables they said no, and wouldn't even give us the cleaning materials to do it ourselves! I won't be visiting a taco bell again after this disaster!

When ordered said 25 mins delivery. Took over hour. Kept changing my delivery time and when I tried to call the store they kept picking phone up then hanging it straight back up. Won’t bother ordering again. Food was thrown together.

Was very disappointed with the service as the delivery was missing the 2 packs of Churros and dips. Calling the restaurant back, they said that why don’t we drive up and collect them. We said that they should deliver them to us, they then asked for the Just Eat order number. We told them the number, then just left the phone and ignored us for 10 minutes until we hung up. Extremely rude and terrible service after their own mistake.

Small portions. Only a few seats in the restaurant. Okay food if you only want something little to eat.

The food is always great. This time the delivery was late and we got someone else's food order. We tipped the delivery gentleman as we always do, but I've noticed a few minutes later about the mix up. We know errors happen as we are all humans so this is not a complaint but would like staff to pay more attention when delivering food to customers as it's not the same when you order something to get something else. I have photos of the receipts, both of our order and what we have received. Thank y

Ordered on the app, they missed the fries (I get this can happen) I had to fill out a form online to request a refund. Only to receive a call from a random mobile number (very unprofessional) only to be told I have to go back Instore for a refund?!? As they can refund orders from the app?!? What an absolute joke!

All three burritos were wrong. Two were missing Natcho chips, one had spicy sauce we had not asked for. Taco Bell didn't answer the phone after several minutes of ringing.

Great food, paid extra for cheese sauce that wasn't included

Cheesy topped fries were very poor, very little cheese for extra £1.50 and no seasoning. Soft shell taco virtually empty, almost no cheese and lettuce was bare as was the chicken. Very disappointed!!!!

lthough food nothing like true Mexican, it was lovely. However, what made THIS JustEat order the best I have had was the delivery rider. There's a massive wind storm here now which snapped 1/3 of the fence dividing my front garden from next door's. She not home & I had to do something quick to save from really bad damage. Due to my spinal disability, I cannot lift anything so was so pleased that the driver helped by wedging 2 pallets against fence. I tipped him VERY well. Outstanding service 5⭐
