Great place to eat in. Best cheesy black beans gorditas ever. The employee Amanjot is the best.

You Forgot 2 of our Items we ordered !!!

Food luke warm, kept putting back delivery time, tried phoning but went to answer phone, so got in the car to go to collect it, I was almost there to get a message saying driver on way. Absolutely disgusting service, will not order from them again!

Ordered the volcano beef burrito the cheesy, sour cream loaded chips and the beef hard shell taco it was all very good and also arrived hot they also added loads of sauces in the bag which never happens definitely will be ordering again soon.

It's a fast food restaurant, there's a few tables inside and out. Food was good though and was quick.

The toilet was revolting, chaos inside with diners, delivery drivers and those waiting for take out all jostling for space. Tables outside dirty and surrounded by seagulls. When we asked staff i lf they could clean the tables they said no, and wouldn't even give us the cleaning materials to do it ourselves! I won't be visiting a taco bell again after this disaster!

When ordered said 25 mins delivery. Took over hour. Kept changing my delivery time and when I tried to call the store they kept picking phone up then hanging it straight back up. Won’t bother ordering again. Food was thrown together.

i didnt actually get the correct order, which i have images from yet i dont know if its the app because the past couple times ive had a decent experience here, which is kinda dissapointing

i am disgusted, delivery driver extremely rude. phoned taco bell and was told my order was made ages ago which explains the cold food

Was very disappointed with the service as the delivery was missing the 2 packs of Churros and dips. Calling the restaurant back, they said that why don’t we drive up and collect them. We said that they should deliver them to us, they then asked for the Just Eat order number. We told them the number, then just left the phone and ignored us for 10 minutes until we hung up. Extremely rude and terrible service after their own mistake.

Small portions. Only a few seats in the restaurant. Okay food if you only want something little to eat.

The food is always great. This time the delivery was late and we got someone else's food order. We tipped the delivery gentleman as we always do, but I've noticed a few minutes later about the mix up. We know errors happen as we are all humans so this is not a complaint but would like staff to pay more attention when delivering food to customers as it's not the same when you order something to get something else. I have photos of the receipts, both of our order and what we have received. Thank y

Ordered on the app, they missed the fries (I get this can happen) I had to fill out a form online to request a refund. Only to receive a call from a random mobile number (very unprofessional) only to be told I have to go back Instore for a refund?!? As they can refund orders from the app?!? What an absolute joke!

Never turned up always stupid drivers never read the details properly and deliver to someone else

All three burritos were wrong. Two were missing Natcho chips, one had spicy sauce we had not asked for. Taco Bell didn't answer the phone after several minutes of ringing.

Great food, paid extra for cheese sauce that wasn't included

Cheesy topped fries were very poor, very little cheese for extra £1.50 and no seasoning. Soft shell taco virtually empty, almost no cheese and lettuce was bare as was the chicken. Very disappointed!!!!

lthough food nothing like true Mexican, it was lovely. However, what made THIS JustEat order the best I have had was the delivery rider. There's a massive wind storm here now which snapped 1/3 of the fence dividing my front garden from next door's. She not home & I had to do something quick to save from really bad damage. Due to my spinal disability, I cannot lift anything so was so pleased that the driver helped by wedging 2 pallets against fence. I tipped him VERY well. Outstanding service 5⭐

Order took longer than expected to be delivered, it wasn’t that warm when it arrived and it was missing a drink

You will never receive your full order from Taco Bell, I’m certain they must do it on purpose as once or twice is a mistake but it’s been double figures! My stupid fault for continuing to order. Make sure you get a refund every time.

I’ll start with the food it is always nice but the service was not to great they gave me my food and they dropped the food normally I wouldn’t care but the taco fell apart and we was the only people in there for a while and we left our swimming bags in there so then I called up and they didn’t answer

Okayish food, not a patch on what Taco bell used to be when they first opened in the UK.

Food can take a little while at times and can be a bit hit or miss if the rice is cooked properly (unless you like rice al dente...), but it's a great place to grab something to eat before a film or even just food out. Eating in is possible too although sometimes can get quite busy as it's not a big restaurant. Only other comment is that it would be nice to have a drinks disposal station, as the bin often seems to get a lot of drinks thrown in it and can get messy.

OK mexican food but too many items come with chips. Nachos and quesadillas are nice. Cheap and cheerful environment.

I want refund, The driver was driving from tower park to my home in Poole centre but took a detour to Broadstone!!! I’ve taken screenshots for proof as the food that came was as cold as ice!!!.

Arrived around 4.30pm on a Sunday afternoon. There were no customers and we were the only ones in the place. First experience at taco Bell for my son. Two staff members were doing nothing but staring at us. Asked a question but he wasn't very happy to answer perhaps he didn't know the answer. Place was filthy and tables still had food remains left by previous customers. Drinks were flat and they didn't adhere customised food. Well done taco Bell. Keep it up and you ll soon be joining those went bust
