McDonald's in Tonbridge and Malling

Just been through the drive thru on a wet miserable day and axel was so polite and very helpful, Thankyou x

Took 2hrs to get to me and was cold and dry and not edible

Cold food and not what I ordered

it was soaking wet all the food is wet and cold I am very disappointed

Clean and fast. We even got a smile with service. Food was good , hot no complaints. A real improvement for this branch. Dibs to the manager.

A good McDonald's by any standard, especially as I live in Maidstone and have had some laughable experiences at the drive thru here!

I ordered it and it’s original delivery time was 15:45 which was 30 mins which was completely fine and then it changed to 17:00 for no apparent reason so my food took 1 hour 45 to come and I ordered a burger meal

Did not arrive wrong order was delivered I did not accept then the driver drove off with the food and said "ring manager" I rang McDonald's and they said it's just eats problem and nothing to do with us so have now driven to McDonald's and had to re pay for my food.

Driver was not at fault, although delivery time was extortionate.. most likely McDonald’s fault, but still unacceptable for fast food.

We have been waiting for 3 hours for our order and we are missing chips I want some sort of compensation

Make no mistake this isn’t a drive through this is a sit through! You’ll have to wait in the carpark for a very long time, 30+ minutes for a big Mac meal.

Delivery was spot on, but we were missing a happy meal. KFC in town also seem incapable of packing accurately too.

Service is shocking!!! Fast food it ain't. Doesn't matter if you go into the Restaurant, or use the Drive Thru. When your food arrives, it's lukewarm and with bits missing from the order

Managers approached us in a very unprofessional manner (two of them both arms crossed) and hovered around us while I was trying to eat my cold food, unfortunately didn’t manage to get their names but a younger girl with blonde hair and man with dark brown hair.

Never the fastest drive thru experience here. Not had a problem with wrong orders or cold food at this particular location though, unlike others in the area. Been pleasantly clean every time I've been inside.

Typical McDonald's, though good table service and outdoor seating as well as indoor.

A meal was included and paid for, however when I received the order this meal was not included, nor was it on the receipt attached. It is on my email receipt. So somewhere along the line there was a computer error & my daughter went without.

I ordered at 18.05 and it arrived at 19.45 im not happy its taken so long

So disappointed ordered food at 5:50pm time said 6.30 then kept changing and changing arrived at 8pm and all food was cold and some food missing - complete waste of money

It quoted 15-25mins for delivery which is why I placed the order at 12:34. It didn't arrive until 1:25 which is well over the estimated time frame. This isn't the first time this has happened so maybe the windows of delivery need updating to reflect

I think this McDonalds has gone downhill. Often having to wait for a long time for your food and sometimes is not warm.

Absolutely useless. Drive thru sends you to wait in the carpark every time now matter how simple the order. No point it being a drive thru

my issue isn't anything to do with the delivery. my issue is the fact they can't provide a large chips. useless. every time I order I get half a tub missing. is it really that hard to fill it all the way up?

Once again McDonalds Tonbridge got my order wrong and delivered the wrong items. So poor. Will not order again.

Went just before lunch on Friday, no queue for drive thru and few cars in car park. Ordered, paid at the next window, at collection window was immediately asked to park up in the car park and wait. 20 minutes I waited for a meal for me and a happy meal for my daughter. I noticed most of the cars around me were also waiting for food ordered from the drive thru. Quality of the food was as expected. When I worked at McDs 20+ years ago, it was basically a punishable offence to allow someone to pay and not immediately leave with their order. It was only those who ordered a filet o fish that had to wait a few minutes. Not fast food by any means here!

There were only two computer screens working for the children's games out of about 10 so unfortunately both my grandchildren we're unable to play on them as they were being used buy two boys for the whole 45 minutes we were there which really upset my elder grandson who kept asking me why can't they share

we came to mcdonald’s this evening to get some food as we were really craving some. toby made our food absolutely perfect, he is an amazing employee always with a smile on his face and ready to work, ready to face any challenge that comes his way. we really rate this place to cure your cravings! we really appreciate you tobepic, keep doing you! love emily, danni and poppy 😋😋😋😋

Delivery was great. Hot food was still warm even in this cold weather. However McDonald’s made a really bad salad. No bacon and chicken tasted weird. Didn’t eat it.

Can’t complain! The McDonald’s was overall nice and clean, with friendly staff and well-maintained facilities, including clean toilets. Parking was easy to find. The small play area and the crayons with paper were a lovely touch to keep the kids entertained.

burger wrong. chocolate milkshake tasting like strawberry because they can't be bothered to wash utensils. took 30mins longer than advertised times. standard mcdonalds delivery experience not sure why I bothered trying.

Paid £60 for our order and over half of the food never turned up can’t speak for Mac Donald’s as they say it’s not down to them, Uber phone number is hard to get through on and when you do they say there sort it and it never happens!!!

Yet again the order was missing an item, how hard can it be when it was only a small order for one person.

Often have to wait for orders from the drive through. 20 mins on average. Food often cold when it comes out as if it has been sitting for 15 mins

1.5hrs from order to delivery for a very simple order. Not really good enough.

Awful service, waited nearly two hours and the food was cold. Could not eat it. Offered just over £4 but order was nearly 4 times this amount. Really unhappy!!!!!!

Had breakfast mc delivery and got served muffin with mould on. Complained and got 1/3 refund what a joke. Taking complaint further absolutely disgusting!!!!

Why operate a drive through if the customer has to sit in the carpark for over 30 mins waiting for the food? Its Russian roulette with this branch. Sometime fine other times wait an age!

Cold food, ice in the drinks when I asked for no ice, ordered 2 fries but only got 1 and the bacon big tasty thrown together with the bacon not in the burger and the top not on the bottom, KFC next time

Waited ages for stone cold food that was slapped together, should have known better than to order for here but being unwell and tired I took a chance what a waste of money.

The estimated delivery time slipped by 20 mins upon making the order then it just kept slipping back in 5 minute increments until it was 45 later then initially stated (30 mins later than the quoted time on the order)

Food arrived cold and receipt in packaging showed it was collected 40 mins before delivery although app said it was collected 1 min before delivery! Not good

Food was cold , burgers was completely smashed up my daughter couldn’t eat it and the chips was half empty , man went to wrong adress to start with so was late and cold and squashed

Tonbridge are so often getting orders wrong. They very almost always miss out all dips and napkins for delivery orders. They are slow at the drive thru. Inside their restaurant seems chaotic compared to others. Tunbridge Wells however has always been good all round & I sometimes drive that little bit further to them, as I’ve rarely been disappointed there.

If you want fast food, and your kids are nugget fans, this is a great McD's. Small play area outside and tablets inside with pre-loaded games.

THEY FORGOT THE 4 HASH BROWNS IN NY ORDER. HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR AND THEN DIDNT GET HALF MY ORDER. RIDICULOUS. WILL AVOID.

Fast food could get a three course dinner at a restaurant quicker delivery driver apologized to me as he was waiting nearly an hour for his deliverys... When you ask for a toy in a happy meal and get a book instead place is just getting worse... ... don't normally leave reviews but this is just shocking...

On Saturday 30/11/2024 time 21:30 I was order my food at that moment. They was missing my food which was 9 chicken selects cost mr £9.20. I was calling the mamager who was absolutely rude and unfofessional in her job. Really shame and questioned about how can you role to be manager of this store? Do not ever try to blame the delivers or another app as your system is work good enough. On the other hand, you need to take full responsibility as you got pay to check my food, got pay to make sure not missing anything and got pay to deal with the problem or the mess which you guys made. UNACCEPTABLE specially the Manager was hang off the phone when the customer try to work and get the solutions for the messy things. I DO hope McD need to look it again about the system and the employer who work for you. Specially the manager very important...

They frequently get my orders wrong or leave items out but the food is standard Mcdonalds food 90% of the time. Staff are friendly and quick to solve issues but long waits for food and mistakes frequently made are irritating

This McDonald’s is horrible it’s supposed to be fast food and each time is go wait in the car park or in bay one. This is only McDonald in Kent that had rude staff bad service and 40minute wait times for 9 nuggets. Do better Tonbridge McDonald’s
