McDonald's in Tonbridge and Malling

Use every morning before work. Service is getting very bad. Employees stand about talking more than serving customers. Waited 10 minutes before food arrived. Food was cold and drink was warm. Just a shame there isn’t anything else in the area

Not my idea, took the grandkids - I had low expectations and they were met! The dog threw up after eating just one chip, enough said. No longer does filter coffee, McDonald's one good thing has disappeared from the menu!

Again have to sit and wait in one of the bays, I'm left wondering if I will.ever use the drive through and actually drive through and not have to park up?

Don't bother ordering from this McDonald's via just eat. They forget to pack meals all the time. Today they didn't pack either of the two happy meals I ordered. Have learnt my lesson now and won't be doing it again.

Good location and properly set out for drive through and foot trade. Food etc is exactly what you expect

A very nice McDonald's located in Tonbridge with a wide menu, that can tailor for all requirements.

A pretty typical McDonald's. We use this place as a "pit stop" when we go to and fro Kent, so have used this place quite a bit over the years. Can't see we've ever had a bad experience here, foods always hot, even though it's always busy, the place is clean and our order is always very quickly done. Can't be that bad as my kids, who live in Kent, rate this as one of the best McDonald's!

I order it at 7:30pm and it come at 8:55pm when I come it was all cold no salt on frys it ment to come at 8:15 called the restaurant there said waiting on driver so I said to them have u cooked the food they said yes and I said would I be cold he said no its on the hot plate and I was right when I come it was cold

They went to the other side of Tonbridge and by the time they got to us the food was cold.

The food was cold and the packaging was ruined/torn as well as missing items.

Prompt, polite service. I can not comment on the restaurant as I only do drive-thru but always have had a good experience. The food has been better than some McDs as it has been 'hot' not luke-warm. The parking has always been easy for just sitting and eating/drinking ... no stress!

Muffins were not right size burger slipped out of muffin tea had no milk or sugar freezing cold dog enjoyed it we are still hungry

Basically nothing turned up apart from a couple of empty bags and chips. Was also really late.

Awful. Waited 1hr 30 mins for delivery to start with. Everyone was stone cold. Esp the fries they were soft soggy and freezing. My kids refused to eat them. Some drinks were missing even though I had put on the order notes please double check the bag as items were missing last time should be 6 drinks in total. Definitely didn’t receive 6 drinks. This mcds is awful anyway always waiting so long at the drive through so tried delivery & somehow it was worse. Paid £52 for terrible cold food.

How hard is it to put a straw in a bag

They took our order, which was over an hour after we placed it!! And then the food was as cold as it could get. Won’t be ordering again, that’s for sure

It's a McDonald's, they're all the same. At least you have no wrong expectations when going in, you know exactly what you're going to get.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. We ordered Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal (large, with fries and drink), plus a wrap of the day, apple pie and two McFlurries. The order arrived and didn't include the meal. All that was delivered was the wrap of the day, apple pie and two McFlurries. No large Double Quarter pounder with cheese, no large fries and no large drink. How can they be missed? The bits that were delivered were extras. The meal that didn't get delivered was for our Son who hadn't eaten anything this evening whereas the extras were for us. How do they lose a meal? Are the delivery drivers stealing it? We contacted the branch who were not interested at all - in fact, their tone of voice was quite dismissive and almost felt they thought we were lying. Avoid this place. The food instore is always ridiculously slow with them seeming to favour drive through customers, and the fact that they can't deliver the food you order and are not interested in dealing with their cock up makes it an awful place. They blame the drivers, but we ordered it through the McDonalds app so it is their responsibility to deliver it or resolve it if not. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Awful food. We had to wait ages to be served, then the food took ages and when it arrived it was cold and stale, like it had been sitting around for ages. All we ordered was a big mac meal. We didnt order anuthing complicated just big mac meal but they seemed to ignore us standing at the till.

Tried to deliver to the wrong house, luckily I caught it and messaged them but this happens almost every time we order. I even messaged in advance as this has been an ongoing problem. Also food arrived cold and half my cola was missing.

The Tonbridge McDonalds experience - queue up in your car, pay, be told to wait in the car park, be handed someone else’s order. Hopeless. Tip, stay home and eat something healthy!

Has to be one of the worst McDonald's around. The drive thru rarely has what you want cooked. I don't think I've ever gone straight through. Always asked to wait somewhere. I wouldn't get a delivery, they never get those right & probably hope you can't be bothered to make a fuss. The food itself is typical McDonald's fare. They have no pride in their work & definitely have no care about getting your order correct. Against my better judgement, my daughter convinced us to order from them. They missed off 3 cheese burgers. Then, even though it their mess up, they refer you to just eat or uber eats. The oder was through the McDonald's app. How hard is it to read a list, put it in the bag & get it delivered. I'd advise never buying from this branch. Completely incompetent

Ordered just a cheese burger and asked to wait in the car park. Waited 15 minutes. Woefully understaffed. This is not a one off, every time I’ve visited, I’ve always been asked to park up and wait. Sort it out! It would be quicker to drive to the Tunbridge Wells branch order and get back!

The coffee had exsplode don delivery and the delivery driver has left coffee stains over our front door and porch which I've now had to get up a clean

If there was an option to give it no stars I would have!!! Everytime we have ordered from here we are missing items but this time they delivered the wrong burger with nothing in it but dry spicy chicken (didn't order spicy) and dry bun no sauce at all, forgot the chips and the dip. No chips in my daughter's happy meal and no toy/book. Literally a burger in a box! It's like someone has gone out of their way to mess up our order or simply cannot read. Unbelievable! Won't be ordering ever again.

Just ordered for delivery. * ¼lb large meal - burger cold, fries soggy, cold and under cooked. * Double cheese burger and medium fries - burger ok, fries soggy, cold and under cooked. Overall, this was a complete waste of money. I wouldn't recommend eating anything from Tonbridge mcdonalds. I've eaten at other mcdonalds restaurants and this is by far the worst.

6 chicken nuggets was 2 short and the food was cold
