It’s McDonald’s. Big let down by the staff was told to wait longer for my Apple pie, so I waited for 30mins then went back up and was told it hadn’t been put on yet and they would rather give me a refund and no Apple pie.

Absolute joke order a cheeseburger and a drink leave u waiting to order in one lane while serving 5 cars in the other then have to wait for 20 minutes . Staff absolutely useless never again.

Went to window on drive thru and ask for breakfast. Ask for tomato sauce and sugar. Said they would put them in bag. Drove away only to find no sugar or tomato sauce. So my breakfast was ruined.

went this morning Easter Sunday 2025 and went to drive through and waited in bay 2 for 25 minutes then got home with greasy Luke food I had several items missing. How can they be so incompetent and useless when they have so many of these restaurants, surely there should be correct training and management.

So two days running I’m asked to pull up And wait for food I’ve ordered through the app. Today they gave me the wrong coffee which of course I don’t find out until I’m 10 minutes away!

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to , drive through get priority here so don’t bother going inside , over 15 minutes for a McMuffin and a drink , which was cold by the time they handed it over, I’d observed it sitting on the pass for at least 10 minutes , took Another 5 minute for them to replace it ,

Terrible restaurant. Been there multiple times over the year not a time goes by they don't mess up the order then there's nowhere to complain apart from social media if you order through delivery services they blame the restaurant and the restaurant blame delivery services.

not often mc Donald's food it hot but today it was hot tasty and driver was so polite very happy with my breakfast 😀

Worst McDonald’s, expect half your stuff to be missing

Breakfast order placed at 09:15 with confirmation email received at 09:16. Originally delivery time was for 09:45 which would have been fine, but order finally arrived at 11:27, over 2 hours after order was placed. Considering McDonalds finish serving breakfast at 11:00, which had now become lunch, food was cold and inedible. Less than happy family.

Food stickers say that he food was cooked over an hour before delivery. Half the order missing, appalling service. What eventually did arrive is stone cold

Worst drive thru McDonalds I have ever been to. Waited 20mins in the car park before having to collect my food after complaining. It was busy but poor management made it chaotic!!

If you want to sit and do nothing for an hour with the possibility of service at the end this is the place to go Staff don’t give a toss they will just ignore you whilst they serve the just eat guys Useless place useless people

Had to order a second time due to first order being cancelled after 20 min waiting with driver at the place .... no reason given, getting worse sadly, with a hungry boy at home waiting for his dinner very disappointing.

He was prompt and very polite and respectful to the property.

All food arrived cold, the milkshake arrived warm with half of the drink missing, according to the app the courier was at the restaurant for approximately 40 minutes collecting the order which seems highly unlikely, I had to direct tthe driver despite providing my exact location on the map, I want a partial refund - with the milkshake refunded in full because I couldn't drink it and half of it was there anyway, shocking

Last night, 25 March 2025, my wife downloaded the app to order delivery. The delivery time wasn't bad. The fries were simply not cooked yet again so I didn't bother eating mine. My wife ate hers as it was all that she got. Her vegan burger was left out leaving her with the uncooked fries and a milkshake. She didn't tell me until this morning incase I'd gone down to the "restaurant" and kicked off at them.

When ordering it was 15-20 min wait. Once ordered changed to 45 mins acceptable. In the end arrived over an hour & a half after placing the order totally unreasonably when waiting to feed children who have had school all day then after school activities to look after them while we have to work. & minecraft meals were all missing collectible item which we paid extra for & was the ONLY reason we treated them to this.

I ordered food for me and my daughter and it arrived freezing cold we didn't even order drinks or ice cream and yet the food was really cold, the delivery tool alot longer than normal aswell

Too noisy inside with beep beep sounds. Although there were plenty of seats inside and a nice place to sit with friends. But the noise ruined everything.

The delivery was fine, I was at a different location and had to drive back… I did note the driver parked up around the side of my road… drinking my drinks… however he gave me my food, which I suppose was nice…

These guys seem incapable of putting the correct food in bag, as well as being able to deliver anything without making you wait 20 minutes. Food is like any other McDonald's, but the service is laughable

Coke was delivered on its side in a bag so most had spilled into bag- had to mop it all up off the hallway floor and throw rest away before I could start meal.

Some foods work as takeaway/delivery, but I don't think McDonald's is one of them. The cappuccino was just a cold milky coffee; the fries were just luke warm and limp; and the burgers were a bit soggy. The nuggets were just about ok. Live and learn.

I ordered for 18.30 it arrived at 19.25 to say im annoyed is a understatement.

Every item except Fanta was cold. Fries were white and obviously undercooked,Most of my americano was spilled and I finished up with a half cup!! The standard at this branch of MacDonalds is way below acceptable

Tonbridge never get the order correct. Waited 15 minutes for meal then had to go in and ask where it was. Got home and no Apple Pies in bag.

Drive through so slow. Got through quickly but waited 20 minutes in the car park for them to bring out my food. It's not unusual, to be honest. So slow!

Didn’t deliver my food asked my adress then stoped texting me and confirmed me order when he knew my food wasn’t delivered to me guessing he took it home and at it himself

This is no longer a drive thru, every time you order you are then told to wait in the car park where you can be sat waiting for 20 mins. It’s quicker to go in and order and even that takes ages. A badly run franchise in my opinion.

the driver was great, got here quick and was extremely polite, food was hot and drinks were cold, making time of the food took a while though I ordered at 1:10 and it didn't get here until around 2:15-2:20

The staff are rude, service slow, chips soggy, restaurant dirty, and did I mention the staff are rude

The last few times I've used this location the meals have been missing items (burgers, sides, dips, a whole happy meal...). Food is stuffed in bags with little regard and orders can take longer than expected. The location has gone downhill since it first opened and it is very disappointing. I would recommended literally anywhere else, as I've never had a problem with missing items from any other takeaway in Tonbridge
