McDonalds Tonbridge in Tonbridge and Malling

This is the last time we will order from Domino’s. 3 times delivered partial orders manager didn’t care and blamed delivery staff. It can’t be that hard to make sure deliveries leave as ordered and delivered at the same time. 2hrs from ordering time to having to physically collect to make sure our order was in full and correct. Too many excuses and not enough customer care.

Nice and friendly staff & service

Pizza was tasty and hot. Unfortunately there was hardly any cheese on our pizzas. Hmmm… we ordered with extra cheese and we got less than normal cheese. Do better Dominos!!

Very very rude unhelpful lady on the other end of the phone. Even put the phone down on us when we weren't rude, after they made a mistake.This will be the last time we order.

Rude drivers! After ordering and not receiving an item from the order, we called back and although the lady who answered was lovely we were told 25-30 minutes. We waited for the buzzer and didn’t hear anything my partner then got a phone call to say that they were outside. As I’m walking down to the main door I can hear the driver shouting and moaning, with his hands out saying ‘come on man, Jesus’. Then once I answered the door he was rude and handed me pizza then left without apologising for shouting. I felt very upset as this is not the device I expect and don’t like being shouted at!

Can't even get a collection correct booked for a set time only to find it hadn't even been started quick enough to take ya money then give you silly excuses as to why they haven't started cooking it yet .... disappointed doesn't cover it .

Left on table all 1 hour duration we were there. When asked if we would like dessert we said yes and proceeded to order 2 dolcetti desserts this was at 9:45 roughly ( 45 mins before close) when the waitress took the order and went back to her station to make the drink she loudly sighed in disgust and very intentionally didnit so we could hear which was rude and did not appreciate it. After eating, while we were leaving the two workers ( the black hair waitress who sighed awfully loud and arrogantly and a man in black shirt with glasses who was also bery unhelpful and attentive) both stared at us in disgust and anger… would not consider returning for a while if not ever .. very disappointed.

Twas a Tuesday and I found myself wondering what to eat when I saw the flyer, I have to say I found it really good value for the collection option and it was delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.

Always use domino's....the only pizza place with big enough pizza for our family of 9! 1

Food was great, but the team looked and acted like they didn't want to be there.

Your delivery drivers are rude violent and think road rules dont apply to them. They drive up public footpaths and when confront about it tried to run person who confronted them over. I was a witness to this along with at least three neighbours. How can you as a company find this behaviour exceptable.?

Such a lovely place i’ve never had a bad experience with them and such nice pizza. I ordered a pizza today and they lady was so nice she had a big smile on her face and says “hello my love” and “enjoy” she was so sweet i am very happy with the service

Wish I could contact someone in charge. Just about had enough of your drivers parking across my drive, leaving their engine running and music blaring, then they have the cheek to use our drive to turn around. Had a driver tonight and when I asked him not to park there, he came onto my property and leant over me to try and intimidate me. Why do I have to put up with this bad behaviour.

The meatdelicious pizza is the best

Food took half an over half an hour to travel 1 mile from shop pizza cold . Wont be using again . Avoid

Great service with a smile. Very polite and welcoming from this store. It is very small customer side so it is inevitable your be outside waiting on demand. I'm not convinced it was the greatest pizza I've had flavour lacking which is a shame but this is a one time use of the local area. Check them out make your own decision.

Declines card when money on there terrible site always goes unsuccessful

Still not accepting cash, absolute joke, as a long time dominoes customer I'm now never using them again, cash is in use everywhere else.

They took my phone off my best freind and then they said that they didn’t take it then police was involved and the police went though cctv and 2 off the worked got sent to jail for it

Well well well where do I start! They took my money and said they didn’t receive it we were then told to call customer services in which case they gave us 3 wrong numbers I drove down to the store to find they have shut the shop an hour earlier than they were supposed to do now I’m down £4.72 and the petrol/ insurance/ oil/ screenwash money it cost me to drive there so that adds up to £5.19 thanks a lot dominos NOT IMPRESSED!!

put the pizza outside on my soaking wet wheelie bin. It had been raining all day so the pooled water soaked through and the pizza was drenched. If they put food on a bin at customers house god knows what they do when not. Avoid!

Great pizzas, used the app, watched the progress from order to out for delivery, delivered quickly, driver put down a cardbord stand so he could keep a 2metre social distance. Thank you

By far this is worst restaurant in Kent I know. Bless some of the staff are fantastic but the management and organisation sucks !

They have stopped doing half and half. If you are feeding a fussy family this will massively increase your bill. The reason given - it takes too long! Really? It’s hardly fine dining. Thankfully other local pizzerias will oblige.

Been here a few times when i have been in a rush or fancy a cheat meal. Always the same robotic experience. sometimes the food is really good but majority of the time its wrong or tasteless. Have not visited again since June 2019

So ordered online, turned up and the food was good. However the delivery driver literally dumped the pizza and ran. He forgot to take my cash, I called out after him but he just kept walking away not really caring! 10 mins later the driver came back and was rude, he blamed me, had no change and was just bulshy and not very nice. I called to complain and the lady who answer the phone basically didnt care she did say sorry and said she would tell her manager but it was lip service and she didnt appreciate that a man coming to my front door (single lady) blaming me and being rude is not ok. We all make mistakes had he come back and laughed and said sorry etc that would have been fine but he was rude, blamed me and made me uncomfortable and the staff in the shop really didnt care. Will never use them again!

Ordered a pizza and they took the money but never delivered it

Don't think I have ever not had to park and wait for my order at the drive-thru. One of the slowest places.

Had a small issue with our order where something got made twice instead of two different pizzas, however the staff were really helpful and polite, remade the pizzas, even kept the original warm for us whilst we waited. Offered us an extra side as an apology and were just generally really helpful and made the whole experience great! Even around busy times at christmas :) Many thanks to the Tonbridge staff and especially Mada who served us!

Good quick service, especially for a Domino's. Would say Cheeseburger is the best pizza, not sure how many people would agree with that statement.

I waited over 15 minutes for a chicken burger there were other people waiting in the que everytime I visit this place its slow luckily I only fancy a mcds occasionally the manager needs to sort this place out

Waited ages for a hamburger and the roll was burnt really hard. Server just took my order and didn’t say anything after she took the money. Basically here they seem to take the order and then yell out what they are when they’re ready - but they don’t tell you that! They just serve the next person!!!! You’re stood there wondering if you’ve been forgotten. Why was this order so long in the making? Weird.

Good location good service no parking unless you park around the back staff are friendly and service is great

Clean and quick just what you would expect from a fast food franchise. Hasn't yet been upgraded to the slow form of Mcdonalds so is still fast food

Absolutely useless had to order it twice because they messed the first one up then took ages to deliver and forgot my 2 pots garlic and herb dip I said to the delivery driver he said he can’t do anything definitely will not be using again

I don't know why they changed their order system. Now they take loads of orders then make you stand at the side and wait 15 mins to actually get your food. Staff are slow and forgetful and your lucky if they even acknowledge you. Ques are always really long as service so slow. Just painful.

I am outraged by the service at this franchise, many times have I been here and yet every time I am disappointed. A couple of weeks ago I popped through the drive through thinking that it would be easy and quick to get a McFlurry after being told to wait in a bay I was already fuming. 10 minutes later my McFlurry arrives, note that it was not a special order. It was only today I was on the way to my a level maths exam and I ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin, firstly I was told to wait in the bay for such a simple order and secondly I was given the wrong order but as I was in a such a rush to try and make it in time for my maths exam I did not have time to check my order. I am disgraced by every aspect of this franchise and I will not be returning!

The atmosphere is terrible. Young adults that had ordered nothing just lounging about swearing. Drunks coming in to use the toilets, hassling customers with no staff intervention at all. Definitely not a place to take young children. My visit was at 1800 on a weekday.

Fast delivery but I bit expensive

This might look like pizza,but it is far from it. This is a salty, oily, tasteless food that lacks any real flavour. I can't blame the staff, the recipe is awful. My husband likes it, but I just can't stand it. Sorry.

Has been ordering from Dominos Tonbridge for months and was always very pleased. Today decided to try the new cheesburger pizza and when we opened the box there was no burger sauce on the pizza :( such a shame as it would have probably tasted so much better with the sauce

In addition to being unable to use the App due to IT errors, online the closing time says 23:45, but having walked there due to the App problems by 23:15 they then would not take my order as they are apparently closed. Not impressed.

Food was good enough but delivery took ages, longer than the app said and we needed to go out.

Friendly staff but often there is a queue. Doesn't seem to be a quick order option which slows service up. Have known them to not have stock in as well.

Please avoid at all cost , today I witnessed a member of staff slouched over the counter where food was coming out , scratching her head and eyes , when mentioning this to a member of staff , I was told she was sick and they were waiting for her to be sent home ... all the kids meals were being handled by this person , no hair nets or gloves .. I’ve contacted the food standards agency also to report !!

ordered 2 bagels at breakfast 10 mins later it was getting so awkward the server was flustered. it happens, a free coffee wouldn't have gone amiss, but not even a sorry for the wait? rubbish. low expectations lowered.

I have visited a few times, I usually have a chicken wrap which is always nice, it's clean, the food is fairly quick, the staff are nice & helpful & it's reasonably priced

Queue going out the door while staff chatting with customers and each other. This is a frequent problem here but was particularly bad today. Apparently there was "an explosion" last night so a lot of food has to be cooked on request today, but I'm not sure why this means the need to focus on serving customers was gone?

Terrible ! Orderd 2 pizzas that never turned up when questioned couldn't tell me where food or driver was! Then got to wait 5 days for money to be returned to card! Absolute joke

Pizza was really good and we booked ahead which was easy. Only problem was that we got our pizza 10 minutes later then promised!

Upon visiting today toilets are out of order as they have been for a while.sign saying ok to use disabled toilets I’m then greeted by a lady that says you can use them if you a paying customer which I was prepared to be after I had used toilet I basically got told I couldn’t use the toilet by a member of staff that earns less in a month than what I do in one week.still it ok for groups of teenage kids to sit in McDonald’s not buying nothing and being chavvy tonbridge oxygen thieves.sort your toilets out and your staff attitude and start banning the chav kids rather than turn legit punters away.

The service in this place is just terrible, usually there is about two people working the tills, a huge queue of people trying to place orders and people around the floor sweeping up, its ridiculous, the food is sub standard and you have to order what you want as they run out of stuff, its really not the best place to sit in either as there are usually a lot of people in there, so a takeaway is best, they just need to buck their ideas up a bit!

Queuing is a horrible and slow experience exposing the customer to potential arguments as people behind are marshalled in front of you to a shorter queue and it was dead slow. UNACCEPTABLE

Very convenient location for collection, staff is very friendly and kind

I’m not really a pizza person, the amount I eat over the year is negligible! However last night we made a large group order, when we rang the gentleman was kind enough to give us a voucher for online use reducing our bill by £20. We ordered our pizzas online and waited no more than 15 minutes for them to arrive. The pizza was delicious, piping hot, some had ordered pizzas with different toppings, others ordered side dishes( who new there was such a diverse menu at a pizza place?) Thoroughly enjoyable, voucher offers, variety and almost instant delivery, well done Dominos.

On the way to the station we stopped to grab some breakfast. There was plenty of time before the 10.30 cut off.

Pre-ordered through the website to have delivered at 12.15pm to work. PIzzas arrived half an hour late and some were luke warm.

Visited on a Sunday evening, open until 10pm I believe! Not busy at all, served straight away. Waited a couple of minutes for my food. Thankful it wasn’t sitting on the hot shelf ready, I’d rather wait! Clean and tidy restaurant, nice and friendly staff!

My family and I have just been to the new McDonalds in Tonbridge that is close to Dino golf in the retail park. It's Saturday evening at 2030 hrs. This is the time we joined the drive though line, We got so fed up waiting in line that my wife got out of the car and went inside to order. I was stuck in the line for 30minutes. I thought McDonalds was a fast food restaurant, 30 minutes is not fast for the food they serve and also I think the whole shift that was on need to have the concept of drive though explained to them, in total 35 minutes to get our food, sack the whole shift they are too slow. Oh and to say sorry we got Three McFlurrys. Gee Thanks. Will NEVER be using this McDonalds ever again.

Usually a fast service, even on Friday and Saturday. The pizza never seems to be cut all the way through, dull pizza cutters maybe? Good location for collection, a number of car parks within walking distance.

Average pizza by Domino's standards. The thing that really bugs me is they are consistently able to cut a pizza, more a half-a**ed attempt at scoring it with a spoon (or something equally as blunt. I'm amazed at how frustrated this gets me as seems so simple. Our family and friends sharing all have the same issue. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO CUT PIZZA :-)

The mess on tables all over the place of uncleared food wrappings, debris and floor with dropped food on is horrid. Waited ages for food and when arrived practically thrown at me. Badly run, managed and far too slow.

The newer and better Mac has opened in Tonbridge, Cannon Lane TN9 1PP. With driving thru ordering available.

MAerican fast food restaurant, specialising in Hamburgers. Food is to a formula, as is service, speed and cleanliness. Overall acceptable but not a regular haunt.

Fuimos a entrad en el coche por para tomar desayunos y estuvo allí unos 40 minutos, tanto de comida rápida. Tienen dos carriles para pedir y uno para recoger una receta real peligro de ver algunas de las conductas de los conductores tratando de saltar en la cola, no es fácil en un coche!

The police have to get rid of hoards of youths hanging round here. The parking outside is being used bysome McDonalds customers illegally when it is just for loading. Really unhealthy food. If you look through the window you can see how large people are, even at a young age. There ought to be healthier alternatives for young people. On the bright side the staff do Litter picks but it is a shame a lot of their customers chuck takeway rubbish in the area and surrounding countryside. It is ok if you like unhealthy food and don't care about your body!

Brand new Mc Donald's in a good location in Tonbridge, very clean and the service was very fast however this is just another Mc Donald's.

Sadly the concept of fast food seems to be totally lost on the staff in this restaurant as does the idea of service. They have the personality and energy of a group of extras on The Walking Dead. The place is filthy. There is always a group of menacing teenagers hanging about outside and round the back of the store and the police spend an inordinate amount of time outside searching them. Can't comment on the food as never actually got served. Really needs some attention from someone in the organisation.

Fast odering and slooooow food! Not really able to cope with a rush of customers. Can't relate the pictures of food above the counter with what actually appears on the tray. Ho hum... I suppose you get what you pay for, and nothing more.

The rubbish title doesn't just mean the food but the amount of stuff on the tables and floor. Worst McDonalds I've been in. Scruffy, grubby, full of school kids using bad language in front of small children. Food was not that hot. Why(?) as it was very busy. Long, long queue, so slow. Could only see one rubbish bin - not that many people were using it and a poor assistant struggling to clear tables. Disgrace!!

the worst macdonalds.last couple of times they've done a new low, I've literally walked away from the counter with half a packet of fries. I picked it up and went erk thats light. Given the massive bustle- I zombie walked away then cursed myself stupidly.not to e caught out again when I ordered a milkshake -with a good 2nbit inches missing from the top. Had a stand up row with the server who told me it couldn't be wrong, till I pointed out it was miles away from the line inside. -but we had to stand there like idiots holding it up to the light. Eventually got a full apology. pretty sure they should have thrown in some free chips or something, surpised Mccay d's let them get away with it, its their liability. Nipped in for a couple of 1/4 pounders,and fries and a drink before going on to Tun. Wells food ok,lots of kids! Inside and hanging about out side!.Can be a bit dirty on the tables at times.Eat and go.OK.

Literally the worst McDonald's around. Food always cold and slow service. Today however a new low. Bought 2 happy meals as take aways and when we got home could not believe what I saw. Both meals had only half filled fries. 1 is a mistake 2 is a joke. Mcflurry only half full. Pattern developing. Avoid.

Don't usually come here as a rule but was passing and it was so hot needed a drink to cool down. Had a mocha frappe which was really good but also got a chicken wrap. Remained me of why I do not come here very often. Tasteless chicken with lettuce and cucumber. Won't be coming back to eat here again !!

There was some meat in my veggi pizza. I tried to contact the manager but couldn't get a response so I contact HQ and got a standard 'we are sorry' reply. Eventually got through to the store manager who assured me that 'there are procedures in place to ensure that this sort of thing doesn't happen'! Well it did bloody happen, they haven't offered me a refund or any kind of compensation. Used to be really good there, I don't know if they've changed hands or got a new manager, but I won't be using them again.

I had a takeaway from here last weekend the staff were friendly enough and the food was fine but the service was way too slow considering it wasn't very busy It wasn't what I would call fast food

This McDonald's is a fairly small one, not as modern as some in larger towns but the service is friendly and everything is as you'd expect; hot coffee, quick food, full menu and somewhere to sit but it gets busy after school and on Saturdays too. Don't forget, in the summer you can get your food to take away and sit in the big, lovely park around the corner.

No idea why but this particular branch of McDonald always sell very cool burgers. It's like they have been cooked and left to cool for ages.I'm not sure why other McDonald branches don't tend to give out burgers that aren't very warm.Not my favourite branch.

A slight plus is that the restaurant is well situated near the railway station, always kept very clean, and bright and airy. It doesn't open as late in the evening as several other food outlets nearby

Order got mixed up but to be fair the manager noticed that it was mixed up before giving us the drinks and efficiently sorted it. Soggy chips sadly...Average McDonald's...
