Burger King in St. Helens

I made an Uber Eats order with ETA 40 minutes at 19:15 and my order arrived at 20:55!!! Moreover, I ordered chicken burger and received a beef burger, ordered the new doritos sticks and they didn't have the doritos cover they were just plain white chicken sticks. The Icy fanta drink I ordered came melted and only 25% of the cup had actual liquid with 1 huge block of ice in the cup. Cheesy fries came without the cheese and I paid extra to have them. There was promised extra advertisement from the store when you spend more than 25£, I spent 40£ overall and didn't receive anything. Extremely dissatisfied with the service I will never even think to dine it or order again. The worst place to ever eat from!

Absolutely appalling service, the guy with the dark hair and glasses who wears the head set is extremely rude, waited 40 minutes for our food and the restaurant was literally empty all i ordered was a burger and chips, I didn't even get an apology! Staff need re training in customer service, last time I was in the same member of staff was arguing with a lady over how long she waited for her food, extremely unprofessional and zero sense of urgency

when it was eventually delivered after a 2 hour wait the bag it was in was cold....because the burger...fries and onions were absolutely stone cold...and I mean stone cold....not going cold...STONE COLD... I had wasted my time, money and it was too late to cook something....disappointing isn't the word....quoth the Raven.... NEVERMORE

i don't exactly know the time but it kept getting extended further and further, the collected time on the receipt is 13:08, I received it at 13:59.

I waited about an hour and a half for my food to arrive and when it did show up everything was cold

I got 2 loaded fries they was practically empty and there was no loaded on at. I paid 30 quid just to stave. Bye

BurgerKing is always excellent and great value.

Gotta be one of the worst Burger Kings going. Staff have got 0 personality, and pretty much force you to order at the kiosk. Got a cold burger and they offered to ‘chuck it in the microwave’. Not worth spending your money here at all. Got a refund and left. Inside is absolutely filthy too. Just knock it down and start again

The food was freezing and dry and I couldn’t complain about the onion rings as they were free but they were awful couldn’t eat my meal !

Paid for cheese bacon fries and got normal fries. On the receipt the place written on it to contact JE for a refund because they ran out.

Ordered a plant based whopper meal and a Ben and jerrys ice cream, the food was cold and the ice cream is missing. Very disappointed.

absolutely disgusting do not order from this place, paid £30 for delivery for food to be sent missing items and ripped off ; when I tried to contact the store they didn’t get back in touch or even deal with the issue at hand. We paid for ‘ king loaded fries’ to be sent cold stale chips with a squirt of cheese no loaded bacon or anything as described. No drinks was delivered and food was awful

the restaurant had sent the order out on time but from the time the driver picked it up and delivered it was an hour later. this driver should be let go.

1 cold drink, 1 warm drink. cold drink in same bag as food so food was cold. fries have no taste at all. burgers were ok but cold not hot and squashed.

They've moved to self service where you have to place your order at a self service kiosk. You can pay either by cash or card then they get your order together and shout out your order number. It was a bit chaotic but it seemed to be quicker.

Took 1 hour & 45 minutes to arrive... and was missing items. Received no chips at all with the order. shocking service.

The food was cold but it was the driver because track my order and she was outside burger King to busy on her phone and when she got here she was to busy on her phone I had to go out and get my food off her so not happy

Food excellent and delicious first time I’d had Burger King in a while but will definitely coming back to this store more often for the chicken royale and halloumi fries

Called in while out shopping on the retail park ( don't normally eat fast food ) and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and prompt service, will be calling in again next time I'm in the area.

This was an absolute joke cashless payments only ! Wasn't the point staff were pathetic rude unhelpful untrained, I have a two year old dog better trained , said I cud pay cash at drive through, explained that I wasn't in a car ! Was told ic would walk with my daughter through drive through am collect meal !!!!!!!!!!!! Food order was incorrect. And food arrived cold. Drinks arrived warm. All round very poor.

I ordered and I didn't get my order. I tried getting through to the phone number I was given . No one answered I never got my order even though it says I have ! What is going on ? I want my money back now

The King of fast food, the double bacon XL is tasty, only worth going for the big burgers as the standard one are tiny for the money.

Food was disgusting nobody ate it the lettuce on the burger was wilted the burgers taste warmed up its normally comes great no problem but today has put me right off

Went for lunch, customer service was non existent no one smiled and just threw the food on the tray.

Went in here a few weeks ago. Food is nice enough but...the service was a bit meh. Was served by someone called Samuel and I had to ask him to repeat himself numerous times because I couldn't hear him. He was talking very quietly. As much as it might be annoying for them, it's also annoying to us as customers to keep asking you what you said. We just want our food, not work out what you just said. Hope he manages to get more confidence in the future to speak to customers, as is needed in this type of work.

I had to sit and watch on the map as the courier went futher away from my address all around the world to come all the way back, then sit for 5 minutes in the car, food was horrible and cold and the chips looked like they were warmed up anyway. first time ordering from here and NEVER again. appalling for the money!!

I ordered a meal for my partner in hospital and asked for a bottled drink. When I got to the payment window the girl who had taken my order was taking the mick out of the fact I got a water with a large meal to her male colleague who also found it funny. Just plain rude.

When i arrived at BK i was expecting bad service and food from multiple people telling me about it. However when i walked in i was immediately greeted with big smiles. as i ordered my food, this amazing staff member called Thomas was really nice and James was amazing too. I ordered a chicken royale meal and i 100% think that everyone should try this once in their life. Will be returning soon!

Absolute idiots working. Waited 30 mins for my food, went inside and they'd give it to the wrong car. Then no communication on if it was being re made and if it was, how long it would take. Honestly they need proper management and not children working here fresh from school. Awful.

Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Staff were patient while I made my decision on what I wanted to order. Food is very nice, would recommend a Whopper with the onion rings as a side, definitely value for money.

Better burgers than others, but do tend to forget about adding all your items, so check if you are taking away.

Food was cold when arrived , time for estimated delivery changed 4-5 times , ended up arriving just under an hour after ordering , and food was freezing cold .. this is the first time this as happened though , so i cant really complain

Went to buy some takeaway burgers. They were cold, so were the chips, asked to take the bacon and replace the smoked cheese for ordinary cheese, they charged me more. Terrible

Quality of burgers is average now(burger meat is as flat as a pancake, size has definitely gone smaller even buns on the Whopper. Food was hot on delivery. Delivery driver was friendly & professional 👍

28 pound order. Sent me one burger, one fries, and a capri sun. Had to drive back to the store with a child screaming for his tea. Fortunately everything has been replaced and done again, but what a nightmare. Do not recommend delivery at all.

all food was cold and ice cream melted everything put in one bag all together the hot and cold stuff should have been separated and we wouldn't have had these issues

Love the new wrapping on burger and I think what is a relatively new bun delivery was excellent

Went yesterday lunchtime, forgot there was a Saints match on and it was very busy. Tried the drive through first, took a while and there was a bit of confusion about what we could order so went inside. Although it was very busy, the staff were efficient and friendly and the food was good. Think I would recommend ordering inside as opposed to the drive through if you can; there seemed to be less waiting time involved.
