Poor service unhappy staff very below average food Manager didn't have a clue about customer service

Will not be ordering from here ever again! My “fully” loaded cheese fries had the most pathetic amount of cheese on, my cheeseburger had 2 hairs in and my whopper was soggy and cold! Never again and would definitely not recommend this place

Ordered a whopper, got home and it was a kids hamburger with whopper sauce on! Went back and they said they had no whopper burger buns left and the whoppers would overhang the small buns so they have been putting hamburgers on instead! Make it make sense!! Paid nearly £9 for a kids hamburger meal! Manager rude and wouldn’t refund just swapped the burger for a whopper on a small bun! Utter farce! Won’t be back as they always get something wrong here but tonight was a joke!

17 minutes for 3 burgers with about 3 other people I'm the building

Service has gone right down hill for customers. They leave you sat there waiting for 20+ minutes and keep.prioritising new JustEat etc orders. This has happened a few times so I won't be coming back any time soon.

Completely missed all the burgers on our order so we received chips only!

I waited from 13:45 PM to 15:05 PM for the order to arrive, I ordered King box double melt and received 2 small chessbugs, all products cold, I do not recommend

did not receive my order over 30 pounds wasted. delivery driver probably ate it, not happy

Quick fast and fresh place looked busy but really clean staff very helpful

The delivery was late. The food was cold and tasteless on delivery. I had to reheat it in the microwave. The rider could not find my address and struggled even when ringing me. The whole experience was a nightmare. Never again.

totally wrong order delivered, I had to drive to burger King as they wouldn't answer the phone, I did get the food I originally ordered, no apology or offer of anything extra, so really unhappy, Lee

My sister is allergic to bacon and put no bacon 6 times on the order and received bacon absolute disgrace

ordered at 20:07 it was delivered over an hour and a half later. freezing cold food .

driver polite and quick delivery

We ordered the meal at 19:15 we didn’t get the food until 21:10. App stated delivery would be 20 mins. There was zero explanation as to why the food was so late. We tried to call Burger King multiple times to find out what was going on but they did not answer at all. Eventually when we decided to make the trip to the restaurant to collect it ourselves the app finally updated letting us know the food was on its way. The driver apologised and told us he’d been waiting for 40 minutes also. Poor.

Ordered through uber eats , was waiting for over 2 and a half hours for food ( not uber drivers fault as they had to find new driver twice as they was waiting that long for order to be passed over to them)when we finally got our order the food was stone cold and the kid’s burgers were rock solid and the wrapper was stuck to them like they had been warmed up once befour …absolute horrible experience as I had spent over 70 pound worth of food for it to turn up like that! wouldn’t recommend ordering from this Burger King.

Spent at least 20mins in the drive through queue on Saturday. If someones order is gonna take a while tell them to park up and take it out, its not rocket science, don't hold everyone else up. Also when did a burger meal start costing £10+ jesus.

Placed the order in the drive through, when I eventually got to the service window they took payment, gave me a bag of food then tried to charge me again, insisting that I hadn't paid even when I showed them the banking app on my phone. All in all I must have been in the queue for about 50 minutes. When I got home I had the wrong order, and the burgers looked like they'd been sat on. Usually get decent service here but I won't be going back based on this experience. Shocking.

Tables where not clean and no sign of a cleaner. Also toilets. Disgusting place to sit and eat food. Never again for me

Food cold you can’t put hot food in same paper bag as a frozen drink and then send it on a bike and not expect a complaint the last time I order fro you

courier was there waiting for the order from 4.55 for a 5.20 delivery. courier only left at 6.00. BK staff too busy licking the windows than doing their jobs.

I called here today and received some of the best customer service from a member of staff called Thomas! Not only that but really delicious food.

The quality of Burger King is absolutely awful these days and the cost is ridiculous considering the quality. I ordered a chicken burger but received a beef burger instead but then they always mess the order up somehow. Won't be ordering again.

Very bad experience at this restaurant today. Firstly met with a female member of staff barging her way through the door to deliver to a car, no sorry or excuse me even though I stepped aside for her, we then Ordered a whopper as they were on offer for free today, I decided to pay and add cheese and bacon to it, after almost 30 minutes our number was finally shouted, we got to the car to find the order was completely wrong, we went back in to explain, they gave us another burger, which again was wrong, finally on the 3rd attempt we got our burger served with cold bacon... I understand when places get busy with promotions as I have worked in the retail industry, however a simple burger shouldn't take 30 minutes.

Food cold service took awhile sitting in the place was a mess tables full of rubbish and dirty, bin overflowing don't think I will come here again

This is the worst place you could go the food was dry and they forgot my coke when i ordered it. I also ordered bbq sauce for 30p and i did not receive it.

Yesterday called in received some of the best customer services I’ve experienced in a long time along from a young lad called Tom with great food as a bonus

we waited 4 1/2 hours for our food it was freezing cold when it arrived tried contacting the restaurant numerous times they don't answer went the restaurant to collect got refused our food never again

Food really nice but the toilets are an absolute disgrace. Filthy, wet floor throughout and the stench is awful. Looks like they're beyond just a clean and need refurbishment.

I recently visited Burger King, and I had an overall great experience. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. I ordered the Whopper, and it was delicious! Late and missing half a meal AGAIN

arrived freezing cold it's pathetic how it took a hour and half to arrive and it was freezing what a joke this is

Came here for lunch the other day and the staff were very helpful. The staff were polite and asking if there was anything else that I needed and as I was leaving wished me a nice evening. The food was great and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Got about ten cold chips in the box, the Vegan Royal was cold and had to send out a search party to find the tomato, lettuce and mayo. Never again will I buy anything from Burger King.

I just don't understand how every other restaurant can deliver hot food and BK can't. Invest in some insulated containers or something as you are going to lose loads of customers.

The food was obviously made earlier but the delivery time changed 4 times. Stone cold chips burgers. It wasn't cheap £43. I live literally 5 minutes in a car. Very disappointed.

Ordered through just eat at 7pm for delivery.. at 8:30pm I left the house to pick up my food myself.. shocking service… don’t understand how it took so long because when I went into store there where so many staff just standing around… clearly no official manager on site tonight… shocking service for fast food… swerve this place and go to KFC or Maccies instead…

driver went round the block several times did not deliver my food

We ordered food to be delivered at 20 past 3 pm, it still hadn't arrived at 6pm by uber. I had to go to the shop to complain, although the manager on duty was very nice and very professional, he give us a full refund and 2 free meals the next time we eat there. Just a shame it had to happen in the 1st place

This is the second time the driver has failed to find our address even with a postcode and screenshots of what route to take. Food was cold on arrival. I am disliking Just Eat more and more each time.
