Getting to the point of all food ordered is luke warm or dry lately

Typical McDonald's, staff are always rushed off their feet. The staff handle it well but I feel their overworked

Although the food is tasty, I always end up having to park up as the food is never ready even when I order by app. And before you think I am asking for non-standard food, a big-mac, fries and shake should not be difficult to produce and have ready, especially at a busy time of the day!

Service was very slow. Lots of people served prior to me. Told they were waiting on fries and can't even say they were warm when served

Staff was very rude and un professional

McDonald's apo couldn't identify my location and took forever to actually get the attention of person to type in the code

Food missing again make sure you check it before you leave

Charge you for items and the order is wrong, got home to have to drive back then met with attitude from Evelyn saying she needed all the food back because they didn't give me what I paid for erm the kids was hungry Evelyn, the manager sorted it in the ended , it's not the first time I think they concentrate more on just eats instead of actual customers

Flys all over my food was disgusting needs sorting out. Never coming back

Normally, this McDonald's is a well-oiled machine, serving up fast and accurate meals. However, when Neil is managing the shift, it's like stepping into a fast-food twilight zone. Orders slow to a crawl, and they’re consistently incorrect. His incompetence turns a quick meal into a frustrating ordeal. Someone seriously needs to reconsider his position for the sake of the customers.

If the breakfast food is not as fresh , appetising and full value for money as that first made- DONT SERVE IT!! The bacon was cold and hard as a piece of slate, the sausage was cold and rubbery and the bun totally dry, crumbly and tasteless. The only two hot and tasty items were the hash brown and coffee!!

Food usually good but most of the time the order is wrong and staff rarely come to the front so hard to speak to them

Despite leaving delivery instructions about previous incidents the drink came all spilt and the food cold. Had to drive to the restaurant for a full food replacement. Very inconvenient. Girl at restaurant did well.

Customer service makes a huge difference, when the quality of the product remains as it is repeatable. Evelyn made all the difference today, she displayed hard working, care for clients and kept cool under pressure. Evelyn really made a positive impact and must be commended.

The food was good and hot and we enjoyed it.

the food was absolutely stone cold. when I say stone cold I don't mean luke warm it is more to the point like it's been left on the side of the kitchen for 2 hours cold.. I think this is an absolute disgrace.

Food took over 40mins to deliver, was ice cold on arrival; chips had no salt and half were 'bad' (freezer burn black), and Big Mac was ordered as +pickles only, came with + everything thrown on in; both food bags either not sealed or split open.

Said was delivered and it’s not.

ordered burgers and Fries for my sons 7th birthday party , half of the order was missing , told by courier to ring restaurant to be told once the order has left its nothing to do with them and contact just eat .. brilliant !! great job !!

another great order with no issues, food was as it should be all fresh & the breakfast smells lovely, also the delivery guy was nice again its a miserable rainy day but he brought my order with a smile ☺, thus is what Saturday mornings are about, smooth delivery & early, friendly guy & great food. I wouldn't call it "Fast food" anymore, as it took them 20 minutes for a meal for two to be ready at 11pm with the "restaurant" totally empty. Next time I should use the drive-thru, at least they would have no choice but to be fast. By the way, inside it was a total mess...

I used the drive-through here late at night, in desperate need of a meal, and slightly frazzled after full-on night, rescuing a little cat. My order was wrong - I asked for a diet coke then realising my mistake (diet coke is not vegan friendly) and told them I wanted a coke zero (which is suitable for vegans). They gave me a diet coke, which I only realised when I got home. The fries were unseasoned and most weren't crispy. The burger was ok. Unimpressed. Won't be returning there in a hurry.

I have not been using you for a while because everything I ordered is always wrong, I thought I will give you another go, no change wrong items delivered and worst chips I've ever had.

they brought us the wrong drinks we bought coke they brought us milkshakes we also paid for mcflurrys and they were not brought either we want our money back now.

was told to re order just a sauce so they could correct the order. they sent items that was not ordered and highly allergic to my child. tried to rectify this with them directly they said to order a sauce and they would send the correct order. low and behold order cancelled.... atleast 3 other macdonalds on here would use them before this one

Took the driver 6 minutes to get here and in that time the fries were cold (and stale) and the burgers were barely any warmer. Makes you wonder how long they'd been sat there before being dispatched. I raise my issue with JustEat who offer nothing other than a 50% credit note. Seems a little lacking in customer service - all I ask for is hot fresh food. 🤷🏻‍♂️ surely that's a basic.

It took 1 hour 10mins to arrive the mc Donald’s is 1/2 from my house. The chicken nuggets didn’t arrive and the ice creams were both melted the caramel one didn’t have any caramel in it at all.

How do you get it so wrong? Missing 3 items, no straws, no sauces and late also. Get order. Read order. Put what’s on the order in a bag. Deliver order. I’m not sure I’d spend 12 months in a store and invest 100’s of thousand as a franchisee and be happy with what’s going out. Brand standards? Anyone?

Absolutely shocking. Waited over an hour for the food, when the food finally arrived half of the order was missing and the food was freezing.

Took us 45 minutes to get food, and the milk used for my iced latte was off. No McFlurries available. Only toilet available was the accessible toilet which was filthy, with dirty toilet roll all over the wet floor & empty vape liquid bottles, urine all over the toilet seat & no toilet paper, took us 10 minutes to get some and then it was just handed to us and not fitted in to the dispenser. The nappy bin was overflowing, and the tap was left turned on full. The delivery driver was parked in a disabled bay with his car door wide open and not with his vehicle hindering me accessing my own car, which was parked in a disabled bay due to the fact I am disabled!!
