McDonald's in St. Helens

Honestly everytime I come here I end up sat in the parking bays for 20-30 minutes it’s an absolute joke how slow it is

Sorry poor mcdonald's. Drove away to park up,, to find chips cold, as was my meal, no sauce or even paper towels, not rocket science, do your job,,

If I order a 9 piece chicken nugget meal and pay for it. I expect 9 nuggets and not get home to find 6 in a box. It's happened before too. I also expect a full portion of fries and not a half arsed 10 fries portion. Lost yourself a customer

Staff are lazy and don't care what they are doing, they just throw random food into bags and send it out place should be shut down. Absolutely the most disgraceful place to exist

Been today with my grandson for early breakfast I we really enjoyed our food in think it is one of the best macdonalds around the service and staff is amazing nothing is to much trouble the staff are so pleasant and so helpful the staff are a credit to the company and the management are really helpful and pleasant to

Last 3 orders ha e been shocking, 1st fries were cold 2nd no fries at all 3rd fries cold again,will not order from there again.

Completely the wrong order given, food nobody likes and half the costs of what I spent, am furious and the kids are disappointed, waste of time and money. McDonald's contacted, said nothing they could do, maybe check the orders given are correct.

Food was usual McDonald's but mostly for kids. Was cold when it arrived and my wife's supposedly chicken mc sandwich turned into spicy chicken instead

Both burgers were meant to be plain cheese as i stated in the comments they have both come with all the trimmings on them so have gone into the bin so i have paid £25 for no food as its been thrown away

Customisations made to items in the order were completely ignored meaning my sister couldn’t eat the food I ordered for her. Plus everything was cold when we got it.

ScamDonalds Why is it when you buy a meal now they ramp the price up for a cappuccino? 3 selects £5.36 1 cappuccino £1.63 Total £6.99 My meal was avartized as £5.36 not prices from 5.36 up? Charge what they want and you just tap your card and don't look at receipt

food was cold and the chilli dip was not there 20 pound better throwing in the trash saves you waiting for the food and dissepointment

Consider you put a "service charge" of 11% on top at least follow the note instructions or at minimum give me a straw!!

Everything was there and it was hot.

everything was good. but all the food was squashed. learn to pack your bags. soft things at the top, harder things at the bottom. not the other way round

Why can u never do anything right ? It’s not hard to pick the correct food items is it but instead you decide to miss them off or send something completely different ! Absolute mongs

It was a pleasant experience I ordered inside on the self serve ordering screens. I could see staff outside delivering orders to people in their cars. I wasn't sure what service this was, maybe more advertising this service.

I am an Uber driver and this is the only McDonald’s where I see all the staff were smiling at the drivers .

Staff in side nice and ordered arrived quickly can’t fault that. Disabled bays taken by Deliveroo drivers and lazy parents. Disabled toilet disgusting - water ( or was it ) everywhere. Poo on the walls - disgusting. The Deliveroo drivers / uber etc are everywhere they take over the car park absolutely ridiculous

Delivery | Dinner | £20–30 Staff who are packing the mcdonalds delivery needs to be retrained. One packing, one checking & one sending them out, as countless times they miss out items on the order mainly the more expensive items. How hard is it to read from a screen & check EVERYTHING on the order is correct!!!

The food was absolutely shocking missing have of the meals. No straws no sauces no other when I went to maccies for my missing things was told had to pay for straws and the sauces. And wasn’t allowed the food that was missing

Food was cold considering it came on time,the chips were stale the burger not so bad but barely warm.

The delivery was poor. The drinks wasn’t looked after. One drink was tipped over in the bag and the lid not on the other. This needs looking at the way you transport drinks

This was my first time using Just Eat, I was impressed on how easy it was to order . I was kept updated all the time on my order and delivery. The delivery was really fast, the delivery driver was friendly.

Some of the order is missing including my little girls happy meal so I’ve got one upset little girl and the rest of the order was cold so £61 down the drain

Constantly forget to add meals to orders few times now full meals missing after spending £40+

My order should have arrived between 8.10 & 8.30 pm. My order finally arrived at 10.01pm.the delivery time changed 8 times. Also 2 oreo mcflurrys were missing. I didn't ask where they were as it took nearly 2 hours for the food to already arrive. I think it has put me off ordering delivery now.

Recent 'orders' do not include napkins & most annoyingly no straws for milkshakes despite repeated requests for these items in the notes & 2 complaint phone calls. Are there valid reason for this oversight or is it the service that is abysmal?

"dropped our drinks" but the bag looked empty, when taking it out of the car, and suddenly gone between the car and my front door. says will be back in 10 mins with new drinks

Every single time I order there’s something missing and it’s becoming joke why is there no sauce with my meal. Sometimes you get fries or drinks or pasta of the meal at not on.

It was okay I was travelling and decided to try the mcrib which was mediocre at best

9 out of 10 times my order is missing an item. If you plan on ordering for the family, welcome to the game of spin the wheel. Whoever it lands on goes without a meal, but that's okay because Just Eat will just add credit to your account so you can spend with them again. Then repeat said process again the next visit. As for Just Eat, you might as well moan to your bathroom door because they couldn't care less. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

For some reason this place just cannot get an order right. From melted McFlurrys that are half full with no toppings to completely the wrong food and cold stale fries. To top it off this morning we received completely the wrong order which was actually a collect order not a delivery one. How hard is it to double check a bag and a code before you give the food to a delivery driver. The lack of care and attention from the staff in this McDonald is absolutely laughable.

why didn't my drink come with a straw

We take grandchildren (age 11 & 15) every fortnight, but it got that expensive we told them it going to be 4 to 6 weeks before we go agen!! Staff are lovely 😁

Order was delivered in good time and everything that arrived was piping hot and fresh. unfortunately there was several items missing from the order. It is now the day after and still waiting on a decision from Just Eat regarding a refund for the missing items.

Food was cold & had to be warmed up, ice-cream had melted. I don’t know why ice-cream and coffee are put together it doesn’t make sense.

The McRib was awful, tasted really bland and cheap. It's going to be a while before I go to McDonald's after that disgusting burger.
