McDonald's in St. Helens

PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!- Go literally anywhere else Ordered through McDonalds app today and received the wrong order, me and my nan tried to contact the delivery driver and "restaurant" multiple times with no success, after 30mins of trying my poor nan decided she would walk over to the location with the food we were incorrectly delivered in the cold and dark only to be met by rude staff who told her to reorder the food and get a refund through the app (which the McDonalds app conveniently won't let you do), my nan explained the situation and the staff said the phone hadn't been ringing (which is false), she explained that she had a young autistic grandchild at home who was so excited for this and they showed no remorse or offered her any help or alternative for this mistake so she walked back home disappointed with no food in hand so basically robbed. Awful, awful service. PLEASE avoid this location as they constantly mess up orders by even WHOLE meals (including completely missing stuff out) and I have had food poisoning from this place in the past. The staff are always incredibly rude and do not care about you one bit, this location should be closed down and I have no intention of ever ordering from this place again.

How hard is it to get an order correct !!! Every time i go through this drive through there is always something missing !!!

This place is a joke mc flurry machine has not been working for neally 2 weeks, i norm only get fries n burger and Im always told do i mind parking up, five mins later food comes frezzing cold and hardly any chips! Went again 26/02/25 waited 15 minutes in queue got home double cheese burger missing go back manager did the order fresh again asked if everything is right yes mate got home and something else is missing 1 hours it's took to get a mcds fuming n very stressed as the kids were starving not happy one bit

Asked for a Mc chicken sandwich without mayo and with ketchup on instead. Then reminded them at the window that I don’t want mayo on because of allergies. When got the meal luckily I checked it and it had mayo and ketchup on so took it to get changed. They changed it to only ketchup and missed the lettuce off. When I got home I found that they didn’t put one of the burgers I ordered in the bag. Plus there was about 10 fires in each large fries. Second time I’ve been here that they have messed up and won’t be going again

Food ice cold, no sauces that I paid for. Driver called me from my gates and asked me to get my order. isn’t a problem but what a cold mess will never order again

When we received the order the bag with a ice cream and drinks in was ripped and the ice cream and drinks had spilled everywhere. The chips were cold and so was the burger and nuggets

Don't understand why courier wouldn't knock on the front door? He rang said he was outside. Asked him to knock on the door. He hung up! Shouted down to my husband courier was here. He secured the dog, opened the front door. Courier was outside the front gate & wouldn't come in. A knock would have alerted my husband that someone was at the door! I've mobility issues so not as quick as what hubby is.

The seal was broken when arrived,n only noticed when delivey guy had gone.all seems to be there so far .

Only two chips should be three lots of chips

Food turned up 30 minutes after saying it was out for delivery and all the food was cold

delivery late due to slow food prep time . fries cold . no straw for drink and no dips for nuggets . don't know why I bother

delivery driver was awesome. the food was great. it's also refreshing to see that McDonald's now know that milkshakes identify as a drink and it came with a straw.

Driver was lovely and couldn’t fault him. However the food was missing one of the burgers so we had to half and share the one we did have. Bearing in mind there were only 2 burger meals and a kids meal on the order so how did McDonalds Earlestown yet again manage to get it so wrong??

Ordered 2 milkshakes and got 2 coke zeros instead

The chips are very good and prepared well they don’t always provide napkins though but otherwise they’re very good 👍👍

Every time I put requirements in the notes of no sauce they always get my order wrong, I pay for sauces and never receive them

Everytime I come I order a mayo chicken with cheese and they NEVER put the cheese o it’s heartbreaking 💔

As far as McDonald's go it is very good,food is always good and hot

He was very kind, first one to ask us about the code, and we enjoyed the food.

The dilivery came in time but however I’m absolutely disgusted. There was over 10 missing items in the order the food was cold and the milkshakes we ordered was replaced with flat Coca-Cola I’m absolutely disgusted I want a full refund I’ve never experienced as poor standards as this It’s unbelievable

Burger was very tasty, nuggets cold and yet again, no curry sauce.

Went for a coffee. far better and far cheaper than costa.

I always order from here now as the food quality is much better than other places and it’s always either early or on time. No complaints.

This delivery was shocking. Half the order was missing which resulted in me having to call mcdonalds and go retrieve the order myself. Cold food incomplete order bad delivery!

Staff are great, but as with all maccies they've put up prices to where it's gone from its bracket as a cheap/quick alternative to actual food to something where it's cheaper to go to a chippy or an Indian and get a lot more good food at a similar price.

Food delivered almost an hour after i ordered. The food was stone cold, my order was wrong too!

my food didn't come i ordered about 21:45 and hasn't come and its now 23:38

weather was awful but courier delivered with a smile.

this is not the first time my order has been wrong from Earlestown. no hash browns in breakfast order x4 so disappointed once again.

I did get any of the sauces I paid for 1 pound spent on sauces and didn’t even get them and I ordered a banana milkshake and got a grimace shake… joke

Delivery driver was great. As per usual with McDonalds Earlestown. Things missing from the order. They never include the dips or straws etc. It seems to be a regular thing no matter if you order thought Just Eat, UBER etc. Really disappointed.

chocolate milkshake ordered wasn't a chocolate milkshake but the grimace one instead which I have already tried and didn't like plus ordered 20 nuggets with 4 bbq sauce dips and never recieved any dips

Honestly everytime I come here I end up sat in the parking bays for 20-30 minutes it’s an absolute joke how slow it is

mcdonalds messed up my order again. every time I order food here there's always something missing. the staff need to learn how to read a ticket. when did 2x6 nuggets look like 2 burgers? if you have none left then put it as stock on your JE tablet. they way I can find a place with them in stock. do better.

If I order a 9 piece chicken nugget meal and pay for it. I expect 9 nuggets and not get home to find 6 in a box. It's happened before too. I also expect a full portion of fries and not a half arsed 10 fries portion. Lost yourself a customer

Been today with my grandson for early breakfast I we really enjoyed our food in think it is one of the best macdonalds around the service and staff is amazing nothing is to much trouble the staff are so pleasant and so helpful the staff are a credit to the company and the management are really helpful and pleasant to

Completely the wrong order given, food nobody likes and half the costs of what I spent, am furious and the kids are disappointed, waste of time and money. McDonald's contacted, said nothing they could do, maybe check the orders given are correct.
