Chips were cold and under cooked

Chicken in Kebabs very dry. Chips tasteless and went in the bin.

even a mix up on the order, my order was still 30 minutes earlier.. the food is always spot on

The garlic bread was burnt, both pizzas were also burnt. Halloumi fries were the nicest part of the meal. I also paid for a garlic dip and didn't receive it. I will not be ordering from pizza hut again. no complaints about delivery driver or delivery itself

Said would be 25 minutes was an hour for delivery when I opened the bag the lid to my box was open so all the heat had gone so food was cold I had to put it in the microwave to warm it up

Ordered Fish and chips today. Total disappointment. Size of a fish was shocking, never seen so small portion in any chippy and that was regular not small.

Ordered a standard size fish which is normally a good size only to receive a tiny one.

Really not happy with my recent order. Usually like the food from the crispy cod, but I ordered vegetable spring rolls (I’m a vegetarian) and had eaten half a spring roll before I realised they all had meat in them! Won’t be getting these again or ordering from the crispy cod.

Lovely food, portions were massive!

Usually go here all the time and it’s superb. Not sure what’s gone on the last time we’ve just been, we had clear instructions on the notes to not put veg in the food we were given. It turns up as if someone’s cut a full onion in there. Prawn toast tasted like it was cooked yesterday and left to swelter all day. The salt and pepper ribs, may aswell just call them ribs, no salt no pepper.

As always piping hot cooked to perfection never been disappointed by crispy cod

Food overall was lovely however I ordered prawn crackers and did not receive them and I ordered a beef satay and got chicken.

This takeaway should be a restaurant as it’s restaurant quality! Absolutely amazing! The chicken and sweet corn soup is to die for! It’s a meal in itself! Huge portions, the Greek dishes are delicious! Best take away in Merseyside! Delivery is always on time and piping hot!

lady on the phone was so rude and said that they don’t deliver to our address when we called to complain about our missing food. we were eating the food while she told us they don’t deliver there. the food was bland and sickly. Not worth the 50 quid.

Due 19:25. AT 19:30 app said delivered, enjoy/rate. We HAD NO FOOD. Called shop 19:45 told just left/on way, delivered message was an app problem?

I made a telephone order for a small pork souvlaki kebab. I picked it up then travelled home. The pork kebab was delicious and very tasty, had to have a bit of garlic mayo for a bit of extra flavour. Thanks for making a delicious meal.

Driver was lovely and service was quick

Chips wasn’t fresh and smelled weird, i bin the whole box. I also got sweet and sour chicken which was fine but still had same smell. I think it’s because of the oil.

Food didnt taste how it should the oil being used has clearly been used to cook everything as my chips tasted of spring rolls

Order arrived on time..but, the chips were missing..I phoned and was told they would be sent straight out. Waited 30 mins and phoned again..told they would be there 'any minute'. Another 10 mins passed before it arrived! We are only 2.1 miles away.

The food was really nice, the chicken is no longer the processed stuff that most Chinese restaurants use, but proper chicken. The food came early, but even though early it wasn't very hot

never again shredded chilli beef sauce was nice then beef was vile salt and pepper ribs inedible as they was drier than the Sahara impossible to swallow the fried rice is boiled rice bland no flavour at all the only thing I did like was the chips so basically paid £45 for chips NRVER AGAIN!!!!

I have fish and my boyfriend has burgers. They have both. A one stop shop. Staff are lovely and friendly. Service is excellent got our order right first time. A regular stop for us.

Really disappointed with food quality and taste. Non of the vegetables was fried in chop suey dish. They taste like someone would boil them in the very watery souse without proper spices, and then mix with meat. Fried rice was so un-fried that in the beginning I thought that my order was mixed up, and they gave me a boiled rice. Good side is that portion was huge, but taste throw me off finishing it.

Changed delivery time, food arrived later than stated and was cold!! Half of it was prawns so couldn’t even reheat it, total waste of money
