Very clean, great staff and the food was fresh and delicious

greggs sending a steak bake instead of chicken bake, not sure allergies are taken into consideration!

I was surprised the trees and onion bakes sausage rolls were nice and warm a recommend this service I will use it again good delivery service

Driver didn’t know my address, and was all up the street. Even though it was pinned correctly on your system, this made 10 mins delay and food was cold. He couldn’t understand the numbers I was giving for the delivery code too

Next time You know how to put the coffee well in the bag since it was half fallen it's slightly cold then make the food come with the machine not with the bicycle.

never recieved my order just eat driver must of took it home for himself but i spent £35 on and order and never even recieved it, when i rang the shop they told me the driver had left with the order and there was nothing they could do about it

ordered 2 breakfast barms with no sauce and one breakfast baguette with brown sauce. got 1 breakfast barm and 2 baguettes both brown sauce. couldn't eat the second baguette as don't like brown sauce

2 hours late AND they forgot my chicken-bites. This is the SECOND time I've had missing items from my order. Whoever prepares orders in Greggs needs to pay MORE ATTENTION when doing so. As always, food:delicious+warm and driver:courteous+friendly

Uber eats order wrong, called them 15 times and they won’t answer the phone This is supposed to be a bacon, sausage and egg baguette with red sauce - one piece looks immolated and the other like it’s just come off the pig, can’t believe this cost £7.00 it’s disgusting

Driver couldn’t even speak English and he got lost, how am I supposed tell him where to go??

Food was ordered at 8.20am first delivery time was for 8.40am perfect as we where going out. Times for delivery kept changing from later to earlier times. Food eventually turned up at 8.25am all items cold, and made us late, had to eat in the car instead of at home as first was wanted but waiting an hour for food was ridiculous.

Delivery time kept going later and later. Delivery guy had a McDonald’s order in his bag as well. Shouldn’t be doing multiple deliveries, clearly why we waited so long. Order wasn’t even right. Gave us sausage instead of bacon, the sausages from Greggs aren’t nice so wasted food unfortunately.

The driver was at greggs for a while, then the food came covered in coffee because the cup spilled everywhere, the food was cold and hasbrowns were soggy cold and mushy

I got the wrong order. I tried ringing the shop shop, but had no joy and the driver had already left

After trying a Gregg's for the 1st time the other week and being hugely disappointed, I thought I'd give it another go and try a different shop. Big mistake. The food was exactly the same. Skinny little sausage rolls with hardly any pastry, no beef, just a horrible pork sausage meat covered in a very thin flat pastry. The doughnuts were dry and had too much icing, also it wasn't real chocolate it was dark chocolate. The cookies were small, over baked, dry and bland, and not very sweet.

greggs food is always outstanding but the delivery driver is disgusting we are lucky if we got a few drinks of our coffee and tea due to the driver clearly driving like a idiot buttys was soaked through and bag was soaked and ripped some people just aren't cut out for being a delivery person normally it's good service but sadly this time it was very poor on just eats side

Usually good service but very poor today. Waited over an hour and food was stone cold. The delivery driver was waiting at the restaurant for nearly 45 minutes so was not his fault.

Love Greggs food but it's getting smaller and more expensive every time I go in. £1.90 for a steak bake the size of a postage stamp? No.

Mmm I brought my client here for our dinner and we both had a Savoury and a cuppa for £3.20 each and it was definitely value for money as I had a pizza and a coffee whilst he had a Savoury and a cup of tea, mmmm very nice also the staff were very helpful and friendly I shall definitely be coming back thanks Greggs 😊

Delivery driver went wrong address. Wouldn’t take instructions for directions then argued rather than come to the main door for it to be delivered. Food cold. Poor service. Won’t use this again.
