Greggs in St. Helens

I posted on here a couple of years ago about their soggy oil filled pasties. I came back recently and the pasties were crispy and nice, staff were super friendly and I enjoyed. Well done Greggs and well done the staff here. Such a great improvement.

I know that Gregg's has a reputation as a stalwart of the British ethos, but their pasties are either soggy or solid....and occasionally okay. So foodwise I would have given a one or two star, but the staff in there are always so upbeat and pleasant...so I've upgraded to a three star review. So food is a zero review...but staff get a big five star from me...can't be easy and I admire them.

Good place for a snack . they always have a great selection of fresh pies and pastries. i love the sausage rolls

good food good service and nice and handy. recomend Greggs for the optimun walking lunch. why doing the daily chores

The food here is what you would expect from greggs but the staff seem more interested in holding there conversations with each other than serving the customers

Limited availability of items very poor choice or a wait despite it being lunch time. Staff were not helpful nice decor
