Omg I have had Wendy’s for the first time the other day it was unbelievably delicious I thought I wouldn’t like it as I was trying new things out as McDonald was my go to take out now Wendy’s has has the top of the list for me and the staff was so respectful and it was so clean inside was definitely go more often now

Popped in at 5pm for a large cod and large chips. Completely empty. The lady said it’ll be a while as I’ve got to cook it. So I waited and expected fresh hot fish n chips. The cod was good but tiny. The chips were rock hard cold and inedible. Clearly been sitting there hours if not days!! They went in the bin. So I had paid £14.50 for a small piece of cod!!! If that’s what they call large I’d hate to see a small cod!! Literally the size of 2 fishfingers!!! Avoid this place

I placed an order for takeaway for beef rice box and they gave me burnt food. We called them so they can deliver us the proper food but they said they can’t do that. They also didn’t give me refund for my food. I don’t understand why they burnt the food and still gave it to me. They could have told me to wait so they can make it again. I paid the money for food so I need proper food and not burnt food. I didn’t get the food for free. I paid for it so I don’t deserve this food. This type of burnt food is also a health and safety question. They clearly fail to follow the food standards so they should close the shop and I want my refund please. Like how can you pack this food and serve it to the customer??

Went in today with my 12 year old grandson, no footlong cookies, drinks machine not working, latte machine not working, had to buy drink out the fridge, his food was ok but not toasted enough really, also the guy and girl serving weren't very friendly in fact ignorant, my grandson said thank you to the guy he never answered was sat on a chair on his phone, seemed lazy, not be going to that one again, get some new staff on what's got people's skills !

Visit frequently, altogether made 3 complaints about food missing from orders which I didn’t think was too bad considering the amount we go, to which I was told by the manager that I complain too much and she doesn’t want me complaining anymore. Rochelle needs customer service training, when questioned about my complaints she simply repeated herself instead of answering questions, she was rude and humiliating in front of other customers. I was told missing food is my issue not theirs. I work hospitality and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I’d be out of a job.

My son ordered and paid but they made him wait for 1hour . I was worried and went there he was still waiting for the food and staff was serving other customers.. when I asked, they had it ready in a second but they did not feel sorry no ashamed no accuse … very disappointing behaviour

Absolutely shocking the state the subs turned up in ordered a veggie supreme and the main component wasnt even in the sandwich pathetic to even call it a sandwich the bmt had minimal filling and at the price its came in at for it to take almost an hour to be delivered is incredibly poor service will never get a subway here again
