Staff a bit sullen and mean with ingredients

Rude, wouldn’t accept my rewards scan, because it wasn’t from the app itself. But added to wallet. Short changed on the meat in the sub. And salad was minuscule. Spent £15 on sub and salad. I get subways are franchises but you still have to follow a standard. Franchisees always trying to cut and make a saving

Terrible customer service, the lady who served me made me feel that I was bothering her by ordering food, made to feel very very unwelcome. Also overcharged for meal and refused me a receipt. Needless to say I won’t be going back, I haven’t had such rude service in years. Avoid the place at all costs, I’d rather go elsewhere.

I don't normally leave reviews but I was shocked by how I was treated by the lady staff member and this has now happened numerous times. Today She asked what I would like and I was turned down with every option I gave saying that they were closing soon so I don't have time or it will take to long to make. The shop still had another hour before it was going to close and there was a person infront of me that had ordered multiple things so this was confusing. I just went for a churro in the end as no subs were allowed and it was rock hard that it wasn't even edible. (Even my dogs couldn't get their teeth in it) I'm honestly just really shocked how someone can be treated like this and but the sounds of other reviews I'm not the only one. The management really needs to take a look at how their business is being run.

I never understand why people go into the service industry yet don’t greet you, smile, use manners and generally make you feel like you’re an inconvenience, bewildering.

It's a subway. The food is ok, the service is ok. The food never looks like the pictures on the menu or as advertised. But it's cheap and filling.

Ok but they never seem to take part in any of the offers Subway email me about (£4.99 foot long etc) and went to spend 500 points the other day where everywhere else allows you to choose any 6 inch sub on the menu whereas they said they have some weird rule about you only get a choice of 3! which are unsurprisingly the cheapest ones on the menu. Would choose a different Subway over this one now as happened more than once here.

Terrible service and RUDE staff. I have had the unfortunate experience of using this subway as closest to my home. They never read the order properly. 99% of the time the toast despite me NOT selecting toasted or the other 1% they leave the cheese off or something else. It is not hard to read the order and make accordingly. Do not call as the woman who usually answers, foreign accent of Indian origins, has got to be the rudest most unpleasant human being in a service role. Perhaps she should look up what it is to ‘serve a customer’ as to my mind hanging up and refusing to assist with confirming the order is unacceptable. Especially when the whole reason I’ve called is because they get it so wrong! Lucky this time I was able to cancel the order and will never use again.

Never turned up due to no delivery driver. waiting for refund

Zero out of 5…. I ordered a foot-long Steak and cheese, 3 cookies and a soft drink. My order took over an hour to arrive. The foot-long was next to inedible. It was stone cold, with very little filling and the bread was stale. The cookies were missing and had been replaced with a packet of crisps. If I’d wanted a packet of crisps - I’d have ordered such….. The drink was ok, thank the gods for pre bottled and sealed soft drinks. I telephoned the shop to complain and was told that the toasting machine was broken, they’d run out of cookies and it wasn’t they’re fault. If I was unhappy with this I should call back tomorrow to speak to the manager as he had gone home. I will be attending tomorrow.

Very unhelpful service in Subway today. Told the subs are as on the menu and you can't alter them or change what salad is included.

Helpful staff made up our subway meal deals. Always tasty and good value. Looked to be spotlessly clean.

Went there first time today. What an awful experience. The person before me was really confusing the staff with her order, but when my turn came the Indian lady member of staff was downright rude and took it out on me. I wanted a teriyaki and she shouted at me that it would take 5 mins, I said OK but she shputed "I can't do it right now etc etc", a cue had built after us but that was not my fault. I was waiting but no attempt was made to refill the teriyaki, so I just opted for another filling. Then when it came to the salad I said no tomatoes, but she put them on anyway, and then when I contested she rolled her eyes and threw them out, I wanted the chicken nacho bites but again on asking for them it was like I had asked for them to make me a 4 course meal. They didn't even give me the dip that went with my chicken side. I was very disappointed and if management can be bothered to read this your lady member of staff needs a lesson on customer services, and how to behave with customers and working under pressure. DISAPPOINTED!!!

I just came back home form such a long journey. I was away for few weeks so I decided to order food online. The food arrived cold, but that wasn't a massive problem. I've had wrong bread and wrong ingredients.... Very very disappointing, I don't think I'll order from Subway anymore ...

Wrap was lovely. The sub was totally squashed and soggy. The nachos were ok but had been in the box a long time so quite soggy

Just been into subway in marlow. I highly recommend going there. The lady who served me and my daughter was ever so polite. And the food was great 😊

Food is decent as always but please be more mindful about the amount of sauce you put in the subs. More sauce fell out of the sub than there was in it.

We ordered on the app to pick up at the store at a set time, and when we got there, they had not even started making it. While we were waiting they gave us someone else's order which we gave back after noticing it was wrong, then continued to wait. Ended up being an hour after our set pick up time. Sandwich was nice but they had run out of half of the ingredients we ordered. Seemed very disorganized, probably won't going again

Arrived on time, very polite and friendly driver, food lovely as usual...only one down point...asked for no jalapeno's on my meatballs or nachos...meatballs ok...but nachos, eventhough I picked them off, could still taste them!

Ordered food, came completely wrong. Called up and told they was going to resend it. Waited another hour for nothing. Rang again to be told the manager was out and would ring back in a minute sorry we are really busy. No call back so ended up having to drive to subway to get my order to find an empty shop with staff standing around. Not the first time this kind of thing has happened and really disappointed in the customer service.

Ingredients were incorrect, I had peppers instead of peppercorns, I asked for sweetcorn and had one kernel! I understand that there is a limitation to how much ingredients can be put in a wrap however this is something I have regularly (at least four times a week) at other Subways in the area and the difference was very substantial. I also couldn't eat it as I don't like peppers! Very disappointing!

We put in the wrong location by mistake which took the driver on a detour. As a gesture of goodwill for arriving only slightly later that planned, he apologised and even supplied a complimentary bottle of Pepsi, even though none of this was his fault! Great food but even better customer service!

The food was stone cold when it reached my address and the restaurant is 5 min away - tried to get help on just eat but they are not wanting to help. Saturday & Sunday tired to make a complaint and it said customer care team are unavailable finally get through to someone and the they tell me it's too late to make a complaint ridiculous.

Honestly one of the best places to order from. The deliverly man is so polite and always resolves any issues. The food is so yummy.

I like to start off by saying, always been a fan of subway and love their vegan meatballs BUT the service in this branch has A LOT to be desired. I can overlook the sleepy service you get most times but today was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I ordered a 6inch vegan meatball sub for me to pick up on my lunch break via just eat. I didnt see until I arrived that they had to reject the order, as I was there I thought I would find out why, most likely they were out of the "meatballs". Turns out they did have them but couldn't quite be bothered to cook them up for this order. One of the employees said that they are in the back and they can cook them up in 5 mins if I really wanted (plenty of time to fulfill my order may I add, and I dont mind waiting a few more minutes as I have fully come to accept thats the way this branch rolls) so there was actually no reason at all why they rejected my order other than they literally just couldn't be bothered. Nk apologies, and no hiding they didn't careI just found lunch elsewhere - probably to their liking, I mean why would they want to make extra work for themselves?

We live literally 1min drive (5mim walk) from the store and it took them 1hr20 to prepare and deliver my food?

Not only was the order 45 mins late but when I ran up to find out where it was they said it was on the way, just to find out from the delivery driver because we had a order to the house earlier in the day, they didnt bother with the new order. Even though I was told it was on the way and be there in 5 to 10 minutes and still was late even after that.

Always busy. The bread and salad is fresh, never had any issues. The tall chap working there tries his best to be quick as there is always a que. He does well. Cookies are often warm they are so fresh. Good drinks. Just what you’d expect from subway.

The vegan meatball sub isn't great. The meatballs are nice but the sauce really lacks and flavour, just tastes like tinned tomato!

This place literally makes my day. I ended up going to Sainsbury's for ages but my friends convinced me to give it a go. The food quality is awesome and all the staff have very good bant. I've never had a bad sandwich from these lads.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with subway today. I feel disrespected and been made a fool. Ripped off by god knows how much money, I am glad to say I will never come back here again. For goodness sake raj! I must say my sub was indeed BURNT!! I can’t believe the disrespect.FFS

I mean this place does do excellent sandwiches etc but the staff just hate their jobs and every sandwich is made with attitude and they barely fill it for you. I dislike the management but will continue to eat here as food is enjoyable

A bit scruffy and think the franchisee keeps changing.

Although one would expect an average store given the brand, I must say that the Marlow branch of Subway is distinctly unpleasant. Not only is it frequented by the more unfavourable members of the community, especially dishevelled students, it has a disgustingly tacky and outdated décor as well as unfortunate position at the edge of the High Street. Moreover, there is hardly any seating. Could do with a major revamp. Or bulldozing, in my opinion.

Best place to go after a nice sesh in rookery, great staff, great evniroment... And dank tuna subs

Bread was a bit dry. Fairly average.

I have been eating at this place for last 8 years. I have seen different managements during this time period. They used to be good but current service is awful. Staff is ok, not friendly, don't pay attention to what you ask for. Definitely not place for people who has religious requirement. They don't change gloves after serving one person. In my case I can't have beef due to religion and cheese because of allergy. But I have been served with same glove which was used to serve others for beef. They dropped beef into lettuce container. Doesn't care much about it. Miss old management and staff.

Don't buy the wraps. Total waste of money and the want behind the counter acted as if I'd asked her to whip up a beef wellington.

Called in yesterday for a quick lunch and the Sub of the Day was not available. They offered any Sub at the same price which was generous but took ages to prepare two subs and then charged me full price. When queried they changed it and then charged me full price for just one of them. Final insult was they removed the points on my sub card so I lost out on the points and consequently even more on my next purchase. Two staff really did not seem to know how to do anything, even having to read the ingredients from a checklist. Awful experience, AVOID this Subway. I use Subway quite a lot and most are excellent but this place is BAD!!! Not a good advert for the franchise.

Came in this morning am told I cannot have the sub of the day as this "is not ready". I wouldn't expect it to be ready you make them fresh right?. Order something else and am then told there is no cheese. But it is ok the delivery is coming later today. What is he going to do come and give me free cheese when it arrives.... Store says will be open at 7 am daily but every time you visit it is not open before 7:20 and then "the ovens need time to warm up" the instant toaster oven needs to warm up. Place is just getting worse and worse.

I went to subway to grab a quick sandwich. I was I rush and end up second in a que whats not bad! Then 3 other guys came in and the guy who whas making sandwiches skip straight to them left on the begging of que but with out me order!!!! When I ask when he gonna serve he told me that I have to wait till he serve this 3 lads behind me?!?!? What a joke!!!! I never gonna came back there again!!!!! I walk out empty handed,hungry and with no time to go somewhere else!!!!
