K's Peri Peri in Wycombe

Today 15/03/2023 I was very very disappointed, I called several times at 4.45pm to place an order and pick up food for 5.30pm, but no one answered, I understand that it's Ramadan so they may be busy , So with my granddaughter I went to their shop at 5.30pm... I placed my order at 5.35pm... was told by the lady it will be 20mins, after 30 mins I asked where my order was and was told 2mins, 10 mins later I asked again how come my order is taking so long as several people placed their orders after me in shop and they left ages ago, once again they apologised and raised his voice with the staff members, I still waited and in the End when I recived my order it was wrong, I can't explain how upset I was, especially as I had fasted all day, May I add that there were over 10 staff members serving.. My total wait time was 40/45mins... Iv promised myself I will never buy or will let any of my family buy from them again.... Very very poor customer service....

There chicken is the absolute best. They always cook and make things fresh and have never tasted such good chicken ever!! There pizza is absolute tasty!!!

i visit twice or thrice every week ,orderd same food every time .. but its amazing to say that taste is always same always❤️ and love it….

Always order a meal deal 2 and chicken burger as its the quickest for me. Lovely food with friendly staff a massive menu to choose from. The chicken tikka burger combo is divine

Great chicken shop, best one in wycombe i think. Usually order through just eat, and once or twice theyve missed bits off the order. I ring up and the lads deliver it within minutes, top top service, appreciate it

Chicken was not cooked, we told them and they took it and gave us another one which they said is cooked. They gave in the same box with the previous raw chicken which also had blood in it and the second chicken was also not cooked. It was also flavourless. We gave the food back as we did not want it and they did not even apologise or give us our money back.

maybe the food is good but the service is terrible. Recently, an elderly woman fell on the floor in this place because it was slippery, there were 4 men and 2 women on staff and no one even wanted to help her and it was still rude!!! what callousness and embarrassment!!! I will never buy food there again and I will not recommend it to anyone else!!! I wonder how these supposed "men" would react if this happened to their wives or mothers? their behavior is reprehensible! they stood behind the counter and watched what was happening! don't buy food there, let the place bear the consequences.

Grilled chicken is great, Pizzas are great, chips are spot on. Friendly atmosphere. Portions are decent.

Their food is really good. I done a order last week and it delivered within 20-30mints. Lemon chicken is really tasty. If they add bit more rice to the portion would be great. Overall they are good.

Quality of Food My favourite Pizza and Chicken and chips shop in the whole of High Wycombe. The Pizza was cooked fresh as I have attached the photo below. They have a huge selection of toppings. The chicken and chips and the burgers I have purchased from here are very delicious and tasty. Customer Service Experience Staff are always polite, respectful and kind when serving. Appearance of the Shop The shop is very nice and clean, tidy and stocked up with cutlery and sauces.

Best peri peri in Bucks, peri wrap or pitta with cheese unbelievable. Pizzas great value.

£9.99 for an X-large pizza upon collection is a very good deal. Staff are attentive and friendly. There’s seating and open til late.

Great quality food at reasonable prices

The food was awful! Never going to order from here again after my experience. The burgers tasted off and the chips to. It had to be thrown away and I only ate the wings which resulted in me having really bad pain in my stomach throughout the night. Never again! I can only imagine how sick I could have gotten had I had the burger and fries!

I think the worst fried chicken and chips I have ever had. Clearly left over from the day before.

Great food for the price, and despite some coating coming off these are probably the best value and tasting strips around 🙏🏼

Food is ridiculously bad, service over the telephone is awful. Not worth a penny. Soggiest strips, my 5 year old refused to eat them.

Fried and Grilled chicken, pizza and burgers available. Enough variety to keep family happy.

Never had bad food from here. You'll leave happy for under £10. Favourites are the fried chicken strips or the piri chicken breast burger meal

Not really impressed- hot wings no crunch at all, no coating no breadcrumbs nothing, looked like they've been fried twice... no spice whatsoever as well, disappointed... nice garlic sauce though

I order 4.20pm and the food will delivered at 5.05-5.25pm. 10 mins later they notified me said it’s on way and I was like what. It’s too quickly Still waiting and waiting. They delivered at 5.10pm Burgers and chips is so cold :( It’s been happened twice before and I think it’s enough for order again. They send cold foods again

Does what it says on the tin. Probably the most consistent place in High Wycombe. Pizzas & all the Peri Peri items decent & well priced.

The chicken wings were tough, hairy, tasteless, bland and overall a massive disappointment. Hopefully these wings will go back to how they were before as these new ones are far from an upgrade.

Great taste and economical prices, tried their Pizza, Burger and Peri Peri chicken. For me everything was perfect.

The chips were cold and old. The chicken was dry, the coleslaw was too thin and no taste. Very disappointed. I wont be ordering again from here thats for sure.

Great peri-peri chicken, full of flavour, reasonable price. Just one request, please label the chicken bags, it took a few samples to work out which spice level belonged to who.

The grilled chicken from this place is incredible. It is tasty, soft and juicy.. our favourite take-out by far. What a treat!

Not great. We’ve order from Ks in the past and it’s been good. Tonight it was awful. Missing items and cold food. Chips were all lukewarm. Nuggets were really greasy. Chicken Burgers were ok but not hot. It was not worth the money.

Chicken Tikka Burger was not up to the mark. Chicken was hard and chewy, looks like chicken was not cooked completely ..

Very disappointed with the food tonight. One of my favourites in Wycombe. 100% worth picking up from the store over delivery as freezing cold… two stars!

Quid delivery, good for if your drink and need something to eat. But it is just basic frozen rubbish. Tasteless & tasted like the oil was old

Actually amazing. I have a tight schedule so asked for it to be delivered quickly, food was delivered with speed. Food was fresh and delicious and the drinks were even cold. Amazing service and wonderful food

The order was delivered by the person kicking the door open leaving a dent in the wall. The chips that were ordered, the box was less than half full. The replacement chips still waiting.

Order quite often from K's and they are normally really good. but this time there were two dishes missing. phoned and asked for a refund as it was quite late. said would get a refund but have not received one. Disappointed as it was my go to chicken shop.
