Ordered food and it didn’t come. No explanation or help from customer service😡😡!!! Avoid this trash place at all costs. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

The food was disgusting. The wings stank like raw meat and the chicken wasn’t fresh. I wouldn’t even eat this if I was starving, which is what I was when I ordered this. I put the whole order in the bin(no exaggeration) my partner who eats everything and anything also didn’t eat it (says a lot) how are you still open and what do people even purchase from you 🤢

my food came a bit late I opened the bag and the bag was ripped which left my fanta can hot there was some chips spilt all in the bag and the chips were burnt my wrap had a little rip and there sauce spilled

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! i went in yesterday at 4 ish and ordered a chicken burger and took it home it was flipping RAW!!!!! the chicken was still bloody clucking!! the guy said it would take 5 mins to make and he really flipping meant it! NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN! DISGUSTING PLACE AND DISGUSTING PEOPLE! YOU GUYS SHOULD HANG UP YOUR DIRTY APRONS AND RETIRE! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I orders rice with the quarter chicken, you didn’t bring it, so you over charged me. I ask for the leg and thigh quarter you didn’t sent that. Your a west of space

25 minute wait just for a chicken wrap. While I was there they got other peoples orders wrong, saying we are busy (sorry but of you cannot cope, get more staff or inform customers there will be a long wait when ordering. Had I known of the long wait time I would have gone elsewhere as plenty more takeaway around. Food average at the best, put mayo on my food when I requested not to. I will buy elsewhere in future

Lovely food! I always get the pleasure of being served by the humble owner, he’s very lovely & provides the best service! The food is always served hot and quickly & is always delicious!

order 2as supposed to be delivered in 25 minutes but arrived after 1hr 40min. when it arrived, the order was cold plus wrong. we ordered one wrap with halloumi but instead both arrived with halloumi (which I can't eat) plus the food was completely cold, which is I guess because we waited 1hr 40min for it. The prices are so crazy compared to what they used to be, I can't justify paging 24£ for two wraps a double now has very little extra chicken yet is a few pounds more expensive.

items missing, told delivery driver and he said complain to Restraunt, called Restraunt and said its the drivers fault. very rude and unhelpful person answered the phone and didnt even speak english... avoid this place terrible customer service

Always missing drink not the right one

Food is really tasty and for what you pay it's a decent amount, the restaurant itself needs some love however, there is holes in seats and the bathroom door only just locks.

Food never came phoned multiple times no answer by the time I did get through it was 1hr and a half late, no driver assigned had to drive down to the restaurant and get it myself. Then the food was cold the chips were soggy and didn’t even get a drink plus I paid delivery prices absolute pain on my end and will not be ordering again from them.

Nice quick food, but customer service and overall cleanliness needs to improve a bit. Too much talking between staff when customers are waiting to order.

Ordered half chicken but what I. Got was not half of the chicken. Also it wasn't fresh but most likely microwaved. Rice same, not fresh. Won't order again. Waste of money.

I had added NOTES for the wrap to be plain, with no mayo or lettuce and as usual, totally ignored! Complete waste of food which is disappointing!

This is my 2nd time here and that is because the 1st time was, you guessed it, "Amazing". I ordered there half chicken and kept it flavour mild. Chicken was cooked to perfection, soft and juicy just you would like it. The fries could be improved but still tasted good. Did not disappoint me coming back.

Food is great, however, they need a better ordering system as everytime I've gone there with multiple people, they get confused and mix the orders up or give you something entirely different. Worth it since the food is great.

Chicken was lovely and flavoursome, as was the rice. For the price of the chips, could have done with a few more and a bit more peri peri salt. But I would definitely order again.

First time of using Roosters, i was impressed. food was delivered on time by a very pleasant gentleman, food was very tasty and nicely wrapped, only down point is the chicken was not very warm, otherwise we enjoyed it

Bad service, they had to ask you "sorry" at every word you say and still they got my order wrong. Very cold inside the restaurant and dirty tables. I had to use the toilet and there was no soap and the dryer didn't work.

Just ordered a buffalo Thigh burger absolutely disgusting very soggy and hardly any chicken inside it.This is after telling the person on the phone please make the burger fresh. Upside after excuses received a refund. Stay away from this place. Also the person on the phone not very clear have to repeat your order before he understands.

I ordered piri piri fries that costs for £3.69 I received normal fries / chips. Very disappointed.

So, This was the first time I've eaten in after many deliveries. Frankly the resturant is cleaner than most houses, I walked in with a gentlemen wiping down tables just after they were empty. Thank you it doesn't go unnoticed. Upsides; it tastes that much better when not using deliveroo, uber or another alternative. The chicken, lovely and tender, no where near hot spicy wise (lemon and herb it's not meant to be) but still cooked very well. Crispy potato wedges and plenty of them. All in, a solid 4 to 5 Downsides I was asked why I didn't tell them I was eating in. That should be a question, please ask as some people may assume, as I did, that takeaway packaging inside is normal and expected However the staff are lovely and attentive and always up for a joke with the customers. Only reason it's not a 5 star review is don't assume people are leaving and not eating in. Great otherwise and you won't go wrong dining here.

I placed an order via Just Eat- I was delivered the wrong food. I had ordered a Buffalo Thigh Burger meal, however I received 2 chicken breasts instead of a burger. When I contacted Roosters, I was told they did not have any chicken thighs so they sent 2 chicken breasts. I questioned, firstly why they had not contacted me to inform me that items were not available on my order (they had my contact details via Just Eat app) baring in mind I had paid over £10 for this meal, and secondly they could have placed the chicken breast in a burger -as I had ordered a burger meal. I was told my the manager they cannot send me a replacement meal and because he is fasting he can make mistakes. As a business, I said this is not good enough. He admits it was an error on their part but instead of rectifying the situation he began shouting and arguing with me and told me never to order from Roosters again!!!! What disgusting customer service!!!!! I think they forget their business survives from paying customers!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!!

Wrong food delievered and when I contacted them, the manager was rude and abusive!! I was told not to order from them again!! You would think they appreciate paying customers!! Unprofessional and no idea what customer service is.

I requested normal chips and was sent Peri Peri, as it was a meal there is no way to report the individual issue on JustEat without requesting a whole refund. Food was warm. Good flavour. On time delivery. Value for money isn't great.

Got food via deliveroo. Chicken was pink in the middle, food arrived cold, mash potato was tasteless and lumpy, salad not fresh and slightly warm. I paid just under £15 which included a sprite, should have got a Tesco meal deal, way cheaper and nicer. Very gutted.

Ordered piri chips but got delivered normal chips. Ordered Lotus Biscoff cheesecake but got delivered some bland non descript cheesecake which tasted odd so got binned straight away. This is the second time they have messed up my order. Will not be ordering from this place again.

Cheese cake is the worst I have ever tasted! Wouldn't even pay 50p for it. Was a plain cheese cake no a biscoff. Fries where none existent, wrap and burger where cold... Time and time again disappointing. I'll stick to the on in Harrow...

Awful service!!! No drinks that we paid £2 per fab! Two peri chips ordered only one peri chips the other was plain! I called about the drinks not being delivered I was told get a refund from just eat as just eat won’t send another driver for just drinks!!!! Awful just awful!!! Awful customers service and the food was cold!!!! Paid £27 for two meals with items missing! Never again!

The service was terrible.The delivery time was meant to be maximum ten minutes but it took 45mins. I am upset and disappointed I am never ordering again. I would like a refund since my food was late and cold and if not I’m going straight to your manager.
