Petros is the best with Dan the whole crew were great excellent customer service will be returning soon Dan is the man.

First time at a Five Guys and hugely impressed. Food was brilliant. Love the skin-on fries. Milkshake was delicious. I love the format of being able to design your own burger. Great flexibility and gives the opportunity to experiment. Even better was the service. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and very positive. All round superb. I'll be back.

This is the best five guys I have ever been to. Petros the manager always remembers our oder, serves us quickly and has a smile to top it off. Definitely recommend for the atmosphere and friendly service.

It’s really expensive here. Expect to pay £20+ for a cheeseburger, drink and fries. That being said the burgers and fries are rather good. They don’t seem to have a children’s menu. They don’t bring your food to the table, they just shout out your order number and you come collect at the counter where they’ve dumped it all into a brown paper bag. Kinda of a weird experience that loses its novelty value fast.

I hadn't been to a Five Guys for just over two years, and was surprised at the price. A bit over £30 for a fully loaded hotdog, regular fries (good fries and they give you 2x or 3x as much as other fast food places) and unlimited drinks is in my opinion expensive. But, free parking right outside is very handy.

I cannot lie to you. Thank you so much to all the staff that worked on the 28.03.2024 but mostly Dan. Just eat never delivered my order after over an hour of waiting and when I called Dan you were so polite and happy to help me so quickly! When I arrived to collect my order that just eat couldn’t be arsed to pick up Dan had re-made my ENTIRE order so it was fresh. Thank you so much again you really made me smile and your customer service was incredible, talk about above and beyond to clear up others mistakes. Five Guys give this guy a promotion and a pay rise!!

It’s clean however the food is mid at best. the burgers are doughy and taste like cake, the cheese is hard and plastic and don’t get me started on the hotdogs. i’d go to tgif down the road.

After having my online order stolen by the Just Eat driver ! Sam an employee here dealt with the situation very professionally and we came to a satisfactory resolution in store. Even though I had to go out when I didn't want to (hence online order) I really appreciate the friendly and welcoming customer service delivered by Sam and the team. On a side note the food was lovely too 😋 Thanks guys !

A lot of money for not a lot of food. Server over charged us for bottled water and wasn't all that friendly. Nobody explains what's supposed to happen there and everyone working there just assumes that you know everything there is to know about the five guys experience. I had the veggie sandwich and I couldn't find the patty in the bun It was just a few mushrooms some peppers and cheese. When I raise my concern I was just shut down so I for one will not be returning!

Amazing burger and chips. Didn't have a drink at this time but it's very good value. Also the complimentary peanuts are a nice addition and a little bit addictive for the nibbler that I am. The staff was plenty helpful and there is very nice music as well. Toilets were clean and the overall store quite tidy.

Boy am I a sucker for an all the way burger at Five Guys. So much messy tasty yum. Worth the premium.

Slow service but food was worth wait.

The food was absolutely amazing. The service provided by Petros and Hattie was excellent. The food came out very quickly, however, did not taste rushed at all. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Wow. Where do I start, the food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful, I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a large fry for me and my partner and it was delicious definitely will be coming back for more Thank you!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now and Sue who works for them is amazing all ways goes above and beyond actually recommended a way of making our order cheaper. I’m convinced the rubbish reviews are from people that have no concept of how fast food is meant to work

Reminiscent of 5 guys in the US

Been a long time since I've eaten at 5 guys, I had a double cheeseburger and fries. Fries are HUGE and delicious, burger was fantastic

How are they still running like headless chickens! - clearly need new management - Chaotic Kitchen led to my order being misbagged wrong fries, missing burger and stupendously long wait for collection, and whilst quality is good, the burgers just turn into a wet mess when wrapped up longer than 5 minutes. For the Price you’re paying and mediocre results, I’ll just travel an extra five mins into Wycombe central for better quality and eventually this place will get a grip on food standards or get binned all together.

Lovely takeaway but so expensive

Got the bacon cheeseburger, for £11.95 and little fries £4.35! Went on a Saturday evening and wasn’t busy, still took nearly 15mins to get this. Burger was shocking. Think it was half a burger, couldn’t see or taste bacon. This was my first visit and probably my last.

Great food and shakes, but over priced - and its noisey in there

My first visit after seeing a film at the cinema next door. One regular portion of fries would've been more than ample for two to share; and would've shaved a little off of the £40 cost of 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks!

They have ruined my evening. I order through Uber Eats. After not only takes almost an hour to get my food. Once received the burger was missing. How It is possible to pack the order without the main item of the order?? So well. For their stupid mistake I had to run through 3 hours of calls , text and email with uber eats to get a refund for the burger. But no one compensate for the cold food, time you made me waste and for ruin my evening with my partner. Never again. Order: 22AD4. You should fire the team responsible of this. Useless people.

Disappointing is a word I think off. My burger was great, mind at £11.65 it should be. The coke zero was flat and didn't taste as it should. My daughter ordered an Oreo shake a chocolate one was given. My burger was ok to be fair, nothing amazing, but nice. The fries were ok ,I liked them,but the rest of the family said they were salty. Food took just over 15 minutes, service is only at til point,my daughter took her milkshake back to get the correct flavour. Overall, not great value over £50! For 3 burgers,1 chips,1 milkshake and 2 coke.... not good value at all. Won't be going back to be honest. There are much better and better value.

Food is always delicious, I usually get hot dog 🌭 & chips. The chips are super delicious. Restaurant nice & clean. Quite expensive so won't eat here too often. Edit: thanks for your reply, I have removed my comment regarding the peanut oil as my husband has also told me he did see signs. I must of just been too hungry to see them 🙈🤭

What a rip off. Overpriced and the quality of the food was atrocious. The bun was rubbish, the cheese tasted like melted plastic and the much vaulted fries were soggy! A complete waste of money and I would have got a better meal at McDonald's!

Bought grilled cheese sandwich today, I ended up having burger roll with slice of cheese in it. Absolute shambles of place!

Pleasant surprise. Tasty food, very filling. Good value for money although a little pricey. Won't bring the kids next time it was too much for them but they loved the milkshakes

Overpriced dripping wet burger. Awful service and dirty tables. Contacted to ask me to contact via Web app .. I sent a message to customer services on the day with no reply so clear just wishing to be appearing to do something. £40 for 2 adults and a child to eat off dirty tables us not great.

Great staff, delicious fresh food lots of it for the price. Make sure you register your parking (free for customers).

Solid Five guys takeaway, portions wasn't as huge as the others in Essex but still reasonable

Food was served surprisingly quickly. When I got back to my car I realised why... Bacon was just burnt scraps left over from the day. I don't mind crispy but this was more like pork scratchings. And burger was stone cold. Wish I hadnt bothered.

Five Guys for us is a treat, lovely burgers and hot dogs, the chips is just perfectly crunchy. The only thing is that it is a wee bit expensive if you take a family of five out. The restaurant was never busy when we went, so can't really comment on the atmosphere as it was nearly empty. The person who took our order was very polite, helpful and friendly though and the place is very clean.

A bite of food with my son turned into a £100 parking charge. Why, when so many people have complained about this, have Five Guys not got this sorted?? I do not know the restaurant and so didn’t pick up on the need to put in a registration, and no one in the restaurant told us about it. As I paid cash I had no evidence of my visit and no one wanted to help. I see five guys as a bit of a treat as it isn’t cheap, but this sees me out as a customer 👋🏻.

Too loud as fully tiled as most fast food places. With everyone talking, too hard to hear completed order number. Surely an electronic board as McDonalds preparing etc is not too much to ask. Food quality was good but no where near worth £31 for 2 little burgers, 1 medium chips and 2 drinks. Who are you kidding. Reduce price and I'll visit again otherwise bye bye.

Been eating here consistently for over a year, and never been disappointed. The staff are really friendly, they have a great vegetarian option and there’s ample parking. It does get really busy here, so be prepared to wait. It’s well worth it though

Expensive, but still the best burger around, 2 burgers, regular cajun fries and 2 drinks was just short of £40. The restaurant was almost empty, and a few tables were still not cleared. You need to park in specifically marked spaces and enter your registration at the till to avoid a fine.

I had a mare and they did me right! After I had my food, I went to sit and as I carried my milkshake, the lid came off and the cup fell.. Not only would the staff not let me clean up up, they replaced the milkshake Foc! The food at Any five guys is always banging.. but the staff here made a great impression too! Thanks 👍🏼

First experience. Ordered a cheeseburger & fries to take away. Diner was quiet. Cost me £15 and took them nearly 20 mins to make. Burger taste 9/10, chips 2/10, waiting time 1/10, value for money 2/10. Mac D"s cheeseburgers it is then.

We popped in and found the parking…. you need to register your car number plate… otherwise you may be fined… It was fairly quiet and we ordered a bacon cheeseburger with several extras… sadly they forgot the BBQ Sauce… it was a bit slow We have visited Five Guys on the US snd found it good value.. today we thought it a bit expensive, especially the beer and Coke… our bill was £38…. For 2 burgers, 1 fries and two drinks…. Similar to eating at Tom Kerridge’s Butcher’s Tap!!! Will we go again, maybe….

Great food, always giving more chips than originally ordered, burgers are great quality and definitely my favorite fast food chain. Loads of parking and toilets kept clean.

Decent Five Guys. Staff were friendly and the food was tasty. The restaurant itself is pretty big so felt empty when I was there but that might be a one off. The car park has a number plate system which helps avoid a hefty fine!!

We order through Deliveroo at least twice a month. Although a little pricey, if you have the extras it’s worth it! I have a number of extras(jalapeños, onions, lettuce, Mayo, ketchup mustard, bbq sauce etc) so I definitely feel it’s worth it! Always a tasty and filling burger, although sometimes they do look squished and unappetising. (They always taste great though! ) the fries are great too, when we first ordered we would get large fries each but got so many fries we now share a small one between us! They’re normally well cooked and quite salty.

Far too expensive for 5 average burgers chips and flavourless milkshakes

Just come back from the rush trampoline park and felt so exhausted that we thought a five guys milkshake would be lovely.So we did,we were originally going to click and collect but we loved the restaurant so much we dined in.The decor was absolutely beautiful and very Americana!Also from an exterior it looks beautiful with some lovely outdoor seating.Ideal for a hot summers day.Then we ordered milkshakes,the server was excellent very kind,friendly and patient.She was also very informative as well and she told us this very cool thing that you can have two flavours of milkshakes in one milkshake!!!!!!!What a great idea.Almost wished that the ex Frankie and Benny’s here did that but their milkshakes were pretty good as well.Then onto the milkshakes them selves,we’re served extremely quickly and I didn’t know this (probably because I’ve only been to 1 other five guys and that was in Uxbridge)but you got you’re order called,I thought it was going to be like the ex Frankie and Benny’s where you got served to you’re table,but it was more like a McDonald’s.But she did explain this very clearly (when we got called) and it was absolutely fine by me.Then really now onto tue milkshake…said this about 10 lines up but I got into all sorts of other stuff so now back onto the milkshake.The salted caramel milkshake was one of the most delicious milkshakes I’ve ever tasted.mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.It was so heavenly.It almost felt like reliving Disneyland memories although I never went to five guys there ironically I went to planet Hollywood instead and their milkshakes were gorgeous like here’s.But when I winded into talking about Disneyland,the five guys did a very very simlimilar experience to planet Hollywood in Disneyland,galore milkshakes,amazing air conditioning,fast and friendly service,loads of exciting decor and memorabilia,beautiful sunny day,a good temperature with a chill in the air (we were so hot from bouncing at the trampoline park it felt like it although it was only 8 degrees outside but in Disney it was about 38 degrees).Also five guys is a saviour as planet Hollywood in Disneyland has closed down and the only place to get a pretty similar experience too here( there is Annette’s diner but I do not reccomend it,extremley slow,probobaly take an hour and a half to get a milkshake just if I went solo).Also now talking about the cleanliness,if it was being hygine inspected it would probably have just passed but not achieved full marks but it was satisfactory for the meal but the tables and floors could have been a million times cleaner.But would highly reccomend and can’t wait to go back.
