The location is good, just outside of Wycombe, near to the motorway.

Amazing food and brilliant service. The staff were all lovely and couldn't help you enough. Went to the branch in Camberley Surrey.

Thank you to the kind and lovely staff member Mina who really blew me away multiple times during my 15 minute stay. Firstly miha was super patient with my adhd son whilst placing an order. Secondly miha quickly cleaned up the floor after a customer through her food across the diner. Lastly miha reunited me with my car keys after misplaced them. I watched this woman go above and beyond multiple times within my 15 stay. She deserves a pay rise and a promotion.

We went on a Friday night. It was noisy, the few available tables had food from previous customers on them and the veggie option wasn’t even a burger, just bun and veg. We got a table next to the food distribution point so had people walking past constantly and the shouts of the staff as orders came up, but the rest of the place was packed so that probably didn’t change much. The fries were copious but soggy and full of black bits. So much for hand prepared being better. Frankly it was twice the price of better known burger restaurants and not a jot better.

Got click and collect, payed £40 for 2 burgers and 2 chips and didn’t even get any of the toppings I chose for the burgers, just meat and cheese. But on the order reference on the bag it says I’ve chosen toppings, just none actually in any of the burgers

Quite expensive for what you get. Yes you get quite a few chips with your order but these are insanely cheap to make, so the mark up on these is obscene

The food is great! Just the pricing is absolutely absurd for what it is and the restaurant needs for burger wrappers/bags/cups etc to not be left out for quite so long. Great location though for parking and convenience.

We were about to order food when we noticed the containers of peanuts (my son is allergic). We had never been to a Five Guys before and didn't know they cook with peanut oil. There needs to be very big, very clear signs outside showing that they cook with peanut oil. Five Guys have responded saying they sign and signal their allergen, which I can't seem to reply to. In response, I have to disagree. As a passer-by who has not looked them up online, there is nothing clearly marked outside about peanuts being present. Maybe they can look into improving this.

I know this is at the more expensive end of the burger restaurant, but I think it's worth it. I avoid junk food, but love a burger. Their chips are delicious and the range of burger toppings available mean you can make pretty much any burger. The chip portions are crazily big. But best of all, Sue served us and could not h ave been more helpful! Looking for a veggie option she gave me several pieces of advice and added some extra slices to the bag as we were sharing chips and not everyone wanted spice. Genuinely cheered me up to meet someone so friendly and keen to help.

First time here. We had just flown in to Heathrow and were on our way to Devon. Bryn served us with a smile and warm welcome - great attitude and explained options clearly. Burgers were good too 😉

Disappointing. After hearing good things about 5 Guys, I finally convinced my wife to give it a try with me, in the evening when it was quieter. I ordered a Bacon Burger, with small fries and a refillable fizzy drink. The burger was tasty but there was no 'advance notice' of getting to pick upto 15 toppings, so I had to quickly pick a few and may have made different choices had I been aware of this before. My wife ordered a Hamburger, Fries & fizzy drink, as she's not keen on burger cheese but she was given a cheeseburger. We should have complained but she's a typical Brit and didn't want to cause a fuss. While my Dr.Pepper tasted fine, my wifes Coke-cola, tasted like a budget cola. Both of us have worked in catering and bar jobs and know the taste of Coke made with syrup and carbonated water out of machines. Finally, the fires were very salty. I like salty foods but these were on the edge for me and my wife had to wash some salt off with the vinegar they supplied, to be able to eat them. She also noted that the Heinz Ketchup sachets were very watery and vinegary compared with those from McDs (as an example). As we were about to leave my wife decided to try a Chocolate Milkshake for the drive home becuase her Coke was not very good. We carried this to the car and she took a taste before we got going. It tasted vile. I tried it too and the only thing it reminded me of is the awful US Hershey chocolate bars, with Butyric acid in them. In conclusion, the meat in the burgers tastes good. The fries are nice (but oversalted on this occasion). The drinks are generally ok but poor quality and something is very wrong with their chocolate milkshake flavour.

What can I say it's Five Guys the most awesome burger and fries you can get! Sure it's expensive but the goodness you get in the takeout bag is worth it. Glad in these days of shrinkflation that the burgers are still the same and extra fries in the bag. No matter where you go even in the USA it's the same food. Staff has always been wonderfull. Oh park across the road in the NEXT car park for free parking. Good job and you'll enjoy the meal here.

Terrible Experience. Ordered Five guys as a take away got given a complete different order and could almost kill one of us as was given food with bacon which one of my friend’s is allergic to. When calling they didn’t respond and still no refund. Joke of a company!

First time visiting five guys, but the burgers and milk shake were good, but I just felt the decor was dated, but that could be a brand thing

Absolute joke 1 mini burger in a bun aim one plain burger no bun no drink no fries £13.90 never again. Tables and floor also unclean and you can judge for yourself what you think of the £7 burger (no bun) value for money I really think not. The response received is not acceptable and doesn’t address the quality of the food, the price or cleanliness - but just denial and excuses.

I still do not understand what the hype is about.

Awesome burgers made with any toppings you can imagine. Loads of fries. Costs more than other fast food restaurants, but more quantity and much better quality.

Been to cinema, And was looking forward to a five guys to take back home. Ordered burger hotdog and regular fries. Expected tasty fresh fries. When we opened our order burnt fries and hardly any not what we were expecting. So won’t be rushing back.

Slightly on the expensive side, but options available for Coeliacs, tasty food, and an insane amount of chips with your order too! Clean restaurant, good facilities!

First time at a Five Guys and hugely impressed. Food was brilliant. Love the skin-on fries. Milkshake was delicious. I love the format of being able to design your own burger. Great flexibility and gives the opportunity to experiment. Even better was the service. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and very positive. All round superb. I'll be back.

This is the best five guys I have ever been to. Petros the manager always remembers our oder, serves us quickly and has a smile to top it off. Definitely recommend for the atmosphere and friendly service.

It’s really expensive here. Expect to pay £20+ for a cheeseburger, drink and fries. That being said the burgers and fries are rather good. They don’t seem to have a children’s menu. They don’t bring your food to the table, they just shout out your order number and you come collect at the counter where they’ve dumped it all into a brown paper bag. Kinda of a weird experience that loses its novelty value fast.

I hadn't been to a Five Guys for just over two years, and was surprised at the price. A bit over £30 for a fully loaded hotdog, regular fries (good fries and they give you 2x or 3x as much as other fast food places) and unlimited drinks is in my opinion expensive. But, free parking right outside is very handy.

I cannot lie to you. Thank you so much to all the staff that worked on the 28.03.2024 but mostly Dan. Just eat never delivered my order after over an hour of waiting and when I called Dan you were so polite and happy to help me so quickly! When I arrived to collect my order that just eat couldn’t be arsed to pick up Dan had re-made my ENTIRE order so it was fresh. Thank you so much again you really made me smile and your customer service was incredible, talk about above and beyond to clear up others mistakes. Five Guys give this guy a promotion and a pay rise!!
