Got my order wrong and it was swimming in ketchup. Couldn't do a mocha, though the machines make hot chocolate and various coffees?

Got no straw outragous food is cold chips are dry workers came across very unfriendly

This McDonald's is all about speed, which is good if you're in a hurry, but sometimes the burgers look like they've been thrown together. Also, since they updated the car park, nobody seems to know how to park properly. It's causing issues with blocked access to the pickup bays.

Staff at the serving hatch rude and miserable .

The burger at McDonald's exceeded expectations with its delicious and mouthwatering flavor. The staff, especially Cristina Iuliana, demonstrated exceptional kindness and attentiveness towards all customers, making the dining experience truly enjoyable and memorable.

Unbelievably terrible McDonald's, they should be ashamed. The service was terrible not even acknowledged at the counter, staff messing around whilst tables were left uncleaned and condiments not filled up despite pointing this out. Even the manager was play fighting with the staff. No-one cares here it's a shambles.

This is one of the rare McDonald's that actually gives you nice hot fries!

McDonalds restaurant with drive through. A life saver at all hours of the day. It’s McDonalds- cookie cutter food. Cookie cutter service. Can’t knock it. It works.

As McDonalds goes, this one is below average. Milkshake machine broken, which seems to be a very common occurrence here. Their headset stopped working while they were taking our order so only half of it went through, and when they took the other half they took it wrong. There's definitely better branches around.

Whole delivery, service and order was no stars. Ordered 3 items and took hour for them to get to me. Once they got here we specifically said no cheese as person who ordered is allergic. When we called mcdonalds Dovecot in High Wycombe the man in drive through that we got through to said that we’ll have to speak to uber eats. Apparently they can’t send another uber driver coming to pick up deliveries to give us what we asked for. Disgusting service. When i told him the person who ordered is severely allergic to cheese they could end up in hospital he said ‘mistakes happen’. Mcdonalds really do not value their customers and their health. Disgusting. If you want your order to come correct. Don’t order here.

Taking unnecessary space at the parking lot, inconvenience to the locals who prefer quality food over this junk.. ;)

Ordered a Big Mac without cheese because I can’t eat cheese and was given cheese in my burger the special sticker on the clamshell even says no cheese, burger is now in the bin

Poor service as usual. All the frozen drinks off again and Oasis off as well . Tables all dirty. Just eat get the Priority here every one els is second fiddle.

Recently I have been some issues with the food I have ordered. The service has always been great but the chicken whether it's in the wrap or Strips tastes stale! It's not fresh food. When you bite into the food you can see the chicken is either off or stale due to the texture and taste. It's a shame because it's has actually put me off coming here. Please fix this if the food is a few days old don't just reheat and sell to customers as we can tell the difference. I hope this gets sorted out but for now I will not coming here anymore

They forgot one burger on drive through. The manager Christina was apologetic and happily gave us a free burger plus the uncollected one and threw in some fries and apple pies!! Thanks!!

Ordered a double cheeseburger with no ketchup. Double cheeseburger came without cheese, mustard, onions and pickles, was just a bun with 2 patty’s and what makes it even worse, you can see that they originally put on the mustard and scraped it off. Constant problems here, avoid

Brilliant customer service received from the manager yesterday.

Suspected drug users obstructing drive thru asking for money. Can be quite intimidating and make it difficult to order food.

Instructed by drive through to park illegally on road nearby because they didn't have food ready. When it came it was certainly not freshly made and mostly inedible. Better McDonald's option available in HW. Avoid this one.

Very fast table service, restaurant spotless clean, even the toilets. Food perfect.

Disgusted with the experience this morning! I walked up to the counter and said can I get 2 sausage McMuffins no sorry can I get 1 sausage and 1 egg McMuffin meals when I noticed the lady made 3 drinks I asked her what she was doing for me? She replied 2 sausage and 1 bacon McMuffin meals when I said that’s not what I ordered I was basically told it was tuff I’ll have to take it! A company the size of McDonald’s and they can’t refund because their member of staff wasn’t listening properly! Thanks McDonald’s great way to start the day! And my issue is the principle!

Got half the order wrong. Hot chocolate was flavourless brown water.

Effing useless, if you order more than 4 items something will be missing, no I don't think they made a mistake, I think they are scammers as no one could be that bad , they obviously take home all the missing food at the end of their shift

Went to pick up my order, but even then, it was not exactly hot. Food sat on the pass while staff buzzed around at the drive-through and got delivery orders ready, Shame, as the food was nice, just not warm enough.

This McDonalds can be a bit hit and miss. Generally, the service is good. Occasionally, items are missing from your order. Particularly if it's a home delivery. Better off going in person and collecting it.

Visited recently, ordered table service and they refused to deliver it to my table despite the fact that I explained that I have a disability. Will never use again.

Plenty of staff to serve customers. Parking could be difficult sometimes.

Clean, fast, always freshly hot, has parking and drive thru but a little hard to access by foot

Our order was wrong in THREE different ways including two missing main items. When I went back down to ask for those items I mentioned it to one member of staff who was directed me to a lady with blonde short hair and glasses who spoke very curtly and frankly made me feel like it was my fault. The proceeded to get it wrong again. The restaurant is reasonably nice in terms of appearance, food was as usual, but I was not impressed with particular members of staff at all.

Great service but chocolate milkshake tastes like vanilla and lettuce was brown in the spicy chicken burger.

To even call this place a restaurant is an overstatement. As a High Wycombe resident and long time McDonalds customer, I expected better from the restaurant which I place so much of my trust and money into. I walked into the building excited for my end-of-week reward- a hearty McDonald’s meal to share with my family. However, upon opening the oh-so-familiar bag I was shocked and disappointed to find that my BBQ Quarter Pounder had been forgotten. As stated above, I am a long term loyal customer, and this service was quite frankly an insult to the money and time which I have invested into the company. I was then given no compensation for my missing meal, and so left Quarterpounderless, dissatisfied and with a wasted £5- unacceptable table considering the current cost of living crisis impacting so many. Shocking- needless to say I will no longer be dining at McDonalds now that the once reliable service has been wholly disregarded.

Only did the drive through but they messed up half my order and food was a sort of soggy mediocre

OMG the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The Drive-thru is a joke. Always lots of beggars at the order point, everyone is told to park up and wait for their orders, by the time they arrive the car park is jammed solid and no-one can get out......never seen anything like it at a McDonald's. Never again.

Classic McDonald's food, decent staff

I got dinner here 5 days ago. At first i was impressed with how quick my order was finished, but then i woke up only hours after eating it, with severe stomach pain. This has not gotten better and i have not been able to keep any foods in me since. I just spoke to a doctor and got diagnosed with gastroenteritis. This makes me quite confident that my food was contaminated. AVOID.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, refuse to go now, last 5 visits have been awful! bulimic chips, the staff don’t know how to cook! Also always freezing! Never enjoyed a meal here!! Sort it out!! Hire some people who know how to cook!!!

I would give it zero stars if I could. What an awful awful McDonalds. Staff don't give a flying gherkin about anything. I ordered a double Big Mac with bacon that came without the bacon. When I raised this they simply took it into the back where a guy rolled his eyes and threw a couple of pieces of bacon on that didn't even land in the burger and remained cold in the box. After that I dare not complain about the burger and fries being cold, as I dread to think what bodily fluids would have ended up in it.

Mc Donald's is still cheap and satisfying, at least you know what to eat. This is our preferred place at night, we buy almost 6 burgers per person :) The service is very welcoming, friendly and we are satisfied. It would be more accurate to say that in England, except for corporate companies, the food service is sometimes bad and the taste changes depending on the cook's mood.

Macdonald's is as you would expect. Delicious. It's not fine dining, but the taste, wow. Perfect for a Sunday morning treat. My compliments to Mr Ronald McDonald.

Disgusted with my order x2 double big mac missing from my order so I had to order them again and got charged for delivery and handling charge again so spoken to someone on the phone and they laughed and put the phone down on me I'm literally Disgusted with them will not recommend to anyone

It's a Macdonalds, the staff know what they are doing and the ice cream machine works

They gave me large meals when I asked for medium which was very very nice of them and they also served us an extra mcCrispy chicken burger. The employees were really kind and friendly also

We ordered on the click and serve, paid and waited a while, realised the ticket numbers after ours was being called, enquired at the counter, just to be told they lost our ticket!! We had to tell them what we ordered and waited again eventually got I order. Service and food was very disappointing.

2 double sausage and egguffins ordered, 2 singles delivered, staff refused to give me a receipt then called me a liar

I used to get annoyed but you end up admiring it eventually. The consistency of this places dedication to missing one part of your order is incredible. Chicken selects? No sauce… big group order? No fries… and then you call to complain saying the staff need training as they’re clearly useless and the manager starts agreeing, sarcastically i think. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had to deal with.

this McDonald's can be a hit and miss. somedays, you get quick service and food ready very quickly. other days it's really busy, so it can take a while before someone takes your order and your food can take a while before it's ready. It can be very loud and filled with a lot of people. a small outdoor seating area to eat your food, order online parking spaces, and a decent size car park (although it can be very full some days). Service is usually pretty quick at the tills if you are wanting to order, they also have 2 touch screen mointors to order food from as well. all in all, though, it's a good McDonald's to visit to eat in or use the drive-through, highly recommended.

Ordered 2 burgers plain. Received 2 burgers not plain. When we told the shift manager, her response was well you should have stated plain when you ordered. ( we did ). Shame the snotty girl with the plaster on her face wasn't paying attention when she took our order, too busy texting on her phone under the counter

Bought burgers they were ok but I don't usually buy them. I normally go for the mcflurries but found them to be extremely small at best half full

I had a quick breakfast. It was fantastic, fresh, hot and tasty.

Worst customers service EVER! Staff is so rude specially managers ( Dana) . Went to complain as food was all wrong and she said “ hurry up I don’t have time for this” had to repeat my order at least 8 times and still got it all wrong twice.

As currently the drive thru is shut during building works we all for once went in to order and see. Like many McDonald's it's got a similar theme and kept pretty clean. To me it looked like they would be removing the cages soon for the builders where clearing up so possibly in the latter stages. MGBM artworks reviews and writes pages of the latest ages as it is part of an art project to review and rhyme for a good few.

The breakfast was really delicious 😋, I'm planning to visit Mcdonald for breakfast more often with my daughter. I did use my app to collect the points, and I had no problem with paying cash.

Even though the drive-through is shut, there is still no emphasis on customers. Delivery and just eat take priority and walk in diners have to stand and wait for ages....... and after that you get a box of disappointment! Local and back street type foods are cheaper and far more convenient. I think McDonald's have forgotten they should be cheap fast food.

So much not working. Only disabled toilet open. One ordering machine out of order, beeping all the time.

For a McDonald's it wasn't bad. The machines for ordering never seem to have paper in for receipts which is frustrating.

Rude staff, missing items, messy and dirty store.

One of nicest McDonalds that I have been to. staff are always nice and helpful.

Me and my daughter went to the bathroom, and as we were coming out, we saw a McDonalds worker who just came out of the bathroom and we noticed that she only ran her hands under water just for a second and didn't use any soap or even dried her hands. That made me really unsettled as she could have touched our food. 🤮

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I've been twice in the last three weeks as a naughty treat and had the same disappointing experience both times. I won't be giving it another go and I advise you to go to a different branch. On both occasions the burger (big tasty) was very dry (appearing a bit shrunken/greyed) as if it had been sat out pre made for a long time, the bun was saturated by the tomato, the sauce (which i buy it for) was barely present/soaked into the bun and the bacon was very limp. It tasted as if it had been sat under a heat lamp for a very long time. The chips were unsalted both times, which was very disappointing. After finding the experience the same the second time, I stopped eating it. I got home and threw the food in the bin. It's the first time I've ever thrown out a McDonalds, but it was unfit for consumption.

Terrible experience! Staff were clearly stressed, understaffed and unqualified. They shouted at some man for taking a photo inside the store and threatened to call the police on him? Treated him horribly. Had to wait so long for food as everything was unorganised and every member of staff was rude.

This is basically a homeless hostel with homeless people sleeping upstairs today there were 3 of them all sleeping on the long sofas and the smell just put me off eating in there. Avoid this one if you can.

Always fun to come back at this place, despite the fact they get so many rude people, they manage to always be friendly with positive attitude. Well done team

This Mcdonalds is usually ok. But tonight, using the Mcdonalds App I ordered my food. The drive-in que took forever, with quite a gap between each car ordering through the speaker. One had to wait well after the previous car had gone through. When I arrived at the pickup window, i was told to drive round to and wait in the carpark for my order. The carpark was chaos and difficult to get into because there was no one marshalling the drive in que, so one could only park by entering through the exit! Also, the carpark was cluttered with other drive-in customers waiting for their orders. It's not usually like that. Are Mcdonalds cutting down, or short of staff? If so, they will lose business if they dont sort it out.

The food is always hot and your served quickly when there are no Qs.

It is McDonalds, what can you say. It is great if you want food and want it now, but the food is rarely hot. Especially when it comes to the fries. But you know all this, however this little McDonald's just by Sainsbury's is a pretty good one. It is the only drive-through McDonald's in High Wycombe and I have scored hot fries here more than any other. Inside the staff are friendly and the place is clean up and down stairs. This is why I gave it a 4, out of them all it is convenient and quick and clean and I do like coming to this one because of this.

Rude employees, severe attitude problem will not be getting McDonald’s from here again, probably the worst experience I’ve had in McDonald’s. Would NOT recommend

Never has milkshakes…ever! Chicken burgers are undercooked. If you’re thinking of heading there for a quick treat…don’t! When you ask why no milkshakes, they have no answer. My guess is they’re not cleaning the machine.

The hot chocolate machine has been "broken" for a month and the milkshakes are almost never available. I don't understand why a multi-billion dollar company can't send an engineer out to site to get these repaired.

There are always drug user begging as you go through the drive through.i can only imagine what a female with a car full of children would feel with smelly dirty looking people with drug habbits no teeth or manners knocking on your car window continuously begging for change.

Drive through at High Wycombe. Sadly, it was so busy that they had to deliver out to the Car Park. The food was good and hot. Exactly as expected.

Whenever we get our food, something is always wrong. Either a drink is spilled or something is missing.I don’t recommend getting food from here.
