Half the order was missing. What did arrive was nowhere near full portions. I phoned the next day and was told “we were busy, the football was on (the order was the evening of 13th July, not Euros final on 14th July) come up to the shop and I’ll give you a “freebie”.” The food actually arrived quite quickly, but the quality was terrible. I will not be ordering from them again.

These guys are Top A****. Always great service and excellent delivery. The food is amazing 5****. Highly recommend.

never received my food, called the restaurant and they had a go at me. said I was going to show up for a full refund again they had another go, not happy with the service I received and I hope they learn from this,

Out of all the times I order from here. There's a handful of times where I have had to wait over an hour and a half. By the time I normally get my food it's cold and when I tried to get a refund I literally get less than a third of the price back. Think it's about time I bin this off and get something else. Wouldn't recommend

The food is off poor quality greasy and smells off. To top it off there selling Coca Cola. Disgusting with no ethics.

Soggy chips, wet cold naan, masala donner has no masala, and worst mixed grill I've ever had, complete misadvertising - no lamb tikka (called the restaurant and they haven't been doing it for 'years'), no chicken donner, only one sheekh kebab

The Order was wrongly delivered and when I called staff was unable to resolve the problem. Order Mix Grill they sent Normal donner with wrong drinks all messed up. Already asked Just eat for refund

Has not even showed, even after giving instructions on where the properly is!!!!! you get to honor road, see the big flats and go upstairs which are clear because of the lights. Extremely annoyed and will NOT be ordering from you again.

VERY small portion of curry and biriyani for the price got chicken instead of lamb so paid extra. The curry tasted very good ! I would only order again if the portion size is bigger which is a shame as I would love to try a lamb curry.

I really wished I read the reviews before I ordered. Delivery was fast must be because the byriani I ordered was probably cooked two nights ago it was dry there was just two bits of chicken chunks in the whole thing . For £9.99 absolutely scandalous. I will never order again and will always read reviews before I order . In fact I think I will never use just eat again

Calling this 🐶 food would be a compliment. The burger sauce tasted like car battery acid, the lettuces age was from the Roman Empire - all black and slimey. The chicken looked like it was boiled in water and then place on top of some chips, £9.99 for your troubles:) I’m astounded how this place even has the nerve to raise their rates by 50% too. As a consumer we don’t expect Michelin star quality from places like this but just EDIBLE and fresh? 98% of this order was donated to the bin. Vile

If I was not starving I would of binned it , the chicken was cheap and chopped up so much looked like dog meat it was gristle and bones it was like everything was chucked it no quality at all , I would never order again it was that bad

Would give 0 star. Ordered food late at night. And on the system it said it was delivered I called them multiple times and got no answer. They keep their tablets open when they’re closed to steal money from customers. I’m so shocked how they manage to keep operating on Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats. Please avoid ordering from here if it’s late.

Ordered at 1.30am told would be here at 2:30am then 2:50 then 3:10 at 3:12 I’m told drivers tyres burst I never received food I payed for and delivery charge

Order took an hour and a half, food was cold, tasted awful. Phoned up several times asking where my order was and said the driver was on his way for 40 min after multiple calls.

Absolutely terrible ordered something and they didn’t have it in stock and instead of calling me and asking me if I want a refund or a different item they sent me another item and when I tried to speak to someone on the phone he couldn’t even understand English and then angrily told me he’ll refund the order on justeat and ended the call but I wasn’t refunded

me and my partner went to this shop as it’s close to where we live, mine was fine as i got the donner however my partners was chicken and it was undercooked, pink and still squishy/watery.

Tried calling them 5 times with no answer, just an endless ring. Over an hour with no food and no explanation, or way to contact them. Avoid this place at all costs, they don’t deserve your money.

hasn’t even arrived yet, i’ve called the restaurant numerous times. my address is 100% correct and easy to find. no messages or calls from the restaurant to let us know where our food is?!

It is depending on the service some time not very customers satisfaction if when it say cash or credit to serving food with making some mistakes some rudeness with the drivers who delivers them and keep forget charge of money.

This is by far the worst ever place to eat, would not even recommend looking at the place when driving past - Chicken was out of date - kids fell ill. Customer service - that is another story

Food was ok,wasn't overly hot had to put it in microwave on delivery,not value for money for me.

Great way to end a night out they also have van on high street. I usually go for cheesy chips, my friend loves lamb sheish but unfortunately they don't do this anymore due to cost.
