We ordered £45 worth of food on Sunday night, 19.38, on the dope eats app. Normally its quite a quick delivery. It said 60 mins delivery. After 1 ½ hour I called to see where it was and the woman said they'd been busy and it was just on the way out, it was now 21.12. I knew they closed at 22, and only being in cottingham I thought it wouldn't take long, however at 21.58 it was still not here so I rang and they said it wasn't far, but by now we were very unimpressed, and were told by the manager that if it didn't arrive in the next 5 mins we would get a refund. It went another 15 mins and it arrived. It was totally cold, the chicken was cold and dry and they didn't send a few of the sauces and extras we had ordered and paid for, the burgers werent smash burgers and for the "full salad" we couldn't even tell there was anything on it apart from a measly piece of lettuce. So I rang again but it was obviously shut by now, so I left a message and noone has gotten back to me and no refund, despite the food being 2 hours late, cold and totally inedible. Feeling very disappointed at what normally is a decent takeaway, and very upset. This is not OK, no matter how busy. Paying this amount of money for "fast food" and then getting it cold and missing parts, totally inedible. Disappointing to say the least.

Absolutely dreadful experience. Ordered on Ubereats, waited for Three(!) Hours. Kept calling and being told "yeah it's with the driver now, you're the next stop." "It will be there by ten minutes." Only for nothing to arrive. Absolutely shocked to read that this has happened to plenty other people. Is this some sick joke? Do you have the worst delivery driver ever? Absolutely avoid ordering here!

9/10 burger for the pulled pork, fresh salad, good meat used, plentiful sauce/ juices. Standard fries but didn’t disappoint with the spice, baconaise sauce also is unreal. Great value would’ve paid more happily

Came to dope burger with my mate and got two burgers, 2 portions of chips, 2 drinks and a dip all for £25. Which was very good value, as we were both full after it. I got the scotch bonnet burger as I like spicy food and it was fantastic. Good quality meat, salad and bun. The staff were also very accommodating and had some decent tunes on which made me experience even better. Overall thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely come back.

Not edible, looked and smelt like boiled mince didn't looked fried at all. The smell was like the smell of mince raw in a packet. Wasn't very happy when I asked to amend my order either resulting in no thanks when handing money over. Won't be back

Really good! Dope brownie it was free because you can write a review and get a free spin on a week then brownie was gluten free and very yummy I would go just for the brownie 😊the burger was great and chips lots of spice .

Honestly the best burgers that I've ever had. No others measure up. The chip spice that they use is also so yummy. Warning: the burgers are really juicy. I recommend eating them at the shop and come armed with a wipe 😉😎

Ordered from just eat and I am so happy you have more options for gluten free. The only thing as it is really expensive is maybe do some deals but overall I appreciate the gluten free options.

Absolutely awful. Ordered through just eat and literally found a dead spider in the chicken burger to the point where I threw up. Rang the shop and they said are you sure it wasn't tomato and dismissed it straight away..... Aye looks like tomato that doesn't it. Stay clear. Would give zero stars if I could. JUSTEAT won't even process a full refund as I'm apparently meant to eat the rest of my untouched meal having found a dead spider in the first item. Laughable.

Ordered via Uber Eats. We were waiting for more than an hour, called four times to check and they kept saying order is 10 minutes away. Getting frustrated because we have somewhere to be, We drove there to ask where our order is - Turns out it's not ready because they're missing hotdogs for one of the orders so the truth is WE WERE WAITING FOR NOTHING. What is the point of paying for delivery if we had to go there ourselves to know what really is going on with our order?! HUGE INCONVENIENCE, INFURIATING

My daughter suggested this restaurant for her birthday, I was unsure at first but was delightfully surprised at the lovely atmosphere and delicious food! I will definitely return 😃

Absolutely awful, We spent £70 on a variety of items from the menu, the packaging smells absolutely vile because of the amount of ink and put us off eating it, had to literally hold your breath while taking bites The milkshakes were very disappointing, the chocolate one tasted 100% artificial The strawberry one was okay and that’s being generous, it was bright pink like pepto bismol Plastic straws not eco friendly at all The fries were cold and the cheese had very clearly been microwaved, £10 for a tiny portion just because it had a bit of meat on it Any salad was just limp The whole place just seems so behind on times on eco friendly options and was just awful to be honest TikTok is wrong

Food is great, customer service, delivery times terrible, first of all waiting time for just two burgers was 1h , 1h10min later call them, they say its just around the corner, then almost 2 hours passed i call them , they say sorry we missed the order , so first time they didnt even look and realise that they missed the order , basically now 2h later , hungry as hell uneaten we go to bed. we are not ordering from them again.

This place is really well on customer service. As well as customer satisfaction. I went in today and the women served me with a smile on her face, and my food was outstanding.

It’s alright I guess, haven’t tried the burger yet they made me do this to spin the wheel. Edit: I then showed them this review and explained I haven’t tried the burger yet so I can’t give an actual review. They then preceded to get pissed off with me and said I could spin the wheel in an aggressive tone. I then told them I didn’t want the burger anymore due to the risks off getting spat on. End of the day, they had a promotion leave a review get a free spin Of the wheel and they expect you to do this prior to tasting the food, this is abusing the google review system and not correct practice for an established and well respected business such as this. This is no comment on the food or the service but the mad situation of an honest review, which they did not want.

Absolutely shocking! Placed an order on their app at 17:30. Waiting for 3 hours (get that they might be busy) called at 20:30 asked what time our food would be delivered (bare in mind we ordered 2 burgers and a portion of chips!) Said it was with the delivery driver. Explained they was busy tonight very understandable. Got to 21:30 called them again advised us it was still with the delivery driver. Told them we called an hour ago you told us the same thing. Still waiting tried to call again at 22:30 the place is closed! They have taken money out of my account and no food!!! Absolutely disgusting no communication. Left a message so hopefully get a refund tomorrow. Would not be ordering from here again!!!

Food was awesome. I had the DFC with scotch bonnet and it truly hit that spicy spot. The attendant (cashier/cook) was extremely pleasant. Keep it up

Saw it on TV recently, didn't realise it was a re-run, Burgers not as promo pictures or the telly, but desent all the same. Luckily got a Booth or would have been sat next to bog! Which had the door wide open, Place was grubby especially the window seats next to the bog. Not worthy of the price.

Had food from here, just popped in on off chance, waited 45 mins in the shop, was told food didn’t come with fries so paid for some but all 4 orders still came with them after only paying for 1 order with them? Anyway, get the food, 1 burger was raw and the rest were burnt and over cooked, expected so much more especially after staff hyping the food up after asking why a burger was £12.50 when it didn’t come with fries or a drink! When food was taken back they proceeded to say that the meat was meant to be pink and the chicken burgers were burnt because of the flower! Wouldn’t recommend and certainly wouldn’t go back in if passed again! 0/10 recommend

Food just isn't as good as what people make it out to be. You can get just as good for half the price elsewhere. Food came quick but it was early evening. Very over priced. Very average. Won't be ordering again.

Staff was lovely and the food was quick however I got salad when I asked for no salad when the staff asked and the burger was too undercooked. Still tasted good though.

Downloaded the dopeeats app to get the 50% off selected items. Wanted burger and fries, order was supposed to be £11.50 with the discount but apparently that wasn't enough because it had to be minimum £15 so they wanted to add £3.50 to make it £15 making the 50% off the burger pointless and then add the delivery fee? Jokes is this isn't the first time being messed around as phoned a few weeks ago and was told by Witham to phone beverley road who told me to phone wagwan chicken in town who told me they wouldn't be able to take my order...

Have had burgers from here before, but was disappointed today. We ordered 3 different burgers that weren't labelled and were cold. Also, the salad was limp and brioche buns were soggy. Not impressed.

The absolute worst. My order was £58. It took 1hr 25 mins to arrive. When it did half of the order was missing. We managed to get through to the store...hadn't up until this point because their phone doesn't work! So, the girl answering the phone was both casual and rude. We asked for our missing items to be delivered ASAP to which she said...amongst other things "it will arrive when it arrives" she spoke over my partner, raised her voice, and basically dismissed our complaint. When the missing items arrived they were wrong, and overall the food was very poor. The chicken wing were not wings, they were heavily breaded, dry and burnt. Horrible. All food was cold. Most of it went into the bin including the burgers. Don't waste your money.

Just been into dope burger in hull Beverley road and got the best customer service iv ever received in my life marv and Logan such warm and welcoming funny lads was having a really bad day till I met these two. Thank you lads hope you see this message. Btw the burger was quality so much better than doncaster.

The burgers are good but cannot justify the price at all. Very overpriced!
