Absolutely awful, as usual. Over priced and the product was below par. I order two Hot Dogs for £8.90 each for me and a work colleague. I advised against using Dope Burger due to my previous bad experience but he insisted. The attached image is my Hot Dog. I threw it in the bin. Overly salty and clearly a cheap hot dog taken from a jar of hot dog's in brine. Hot dog skin was tough, sauce flavourless and the hot dog was close to being cold. I'm 100% done with Dope Burger. The last time I used them I paid £24 for two burgers which arrived over an hour and a half late, again cold when they arrive and mine went in the bin. Read the reviews and stop using this place. I could have gone to my local sandwich shop, had a really nice jacket spud with home made Chilli for less than £5 and... it would have been hot. Dope Burger clearly have no pride in their service.

Food is consistently excellent but at the expense of items being consistently missed from delivery orders. Please introduce some sort of check list for takeaways - sauces and drinks are nearly always missing from orders and when you’re charging £2+ from them it means I’m nearly down a fiver every time I order. Please sort it out

Absolutely diabolical, myself and hubby went to the Beverley Road shop for tea he got the cheeseburger meal which didn’t have any cheese in it, I got the hickory burger meal, both the burgers were swimming in grease and nearly cold. We attempted to eat them but we both left over half of our burgers because they were so bad, In hindsight we should have refused them. We left nearly £30 down and feeling very disappointed, needless to say we won’t be eating there again.

Ordered at 7pm, on a Tuesday.. delivery was estimated for 45-60 mins. 2 hrs and a million phone calls later we still hadn't received our food. They had one driver on which was not their fault, however they should not keep taking on orders that they can not adhere to. I kept being told my order was on the way, then that the driver was coming to collect it, and many other bad excuses, lol. I even got told they had put a Brownie in my order as an apology for the wait..this never arrived, which seems to be a tactic to soften the blow 🥴 By the time the driver came (2hrs & 15 mins later) the food was obviously cold, the quality was really bad and it looked like it had been sitting in the bag for a long time, which I guess it had been considering the wait. Money and time wasted. I would not order from here ever again. It was a Tuesday night ffs 😅 Who is that busy on a Tuesday night with such bad food quality?! More like dead burgers 🥲

The service is quick and polite

Ordered online at 8:24pm, email confirmation said delivery in 60 minutes. It's now 10:10pm, I've called to ask what's happening and they're closed! UPDATE: They have ignored about a dozen emails requesting a refund and I've had to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback claim to get my money back. DO NOT order from these cowboys. All the one star reviews here say the same thing.

This place is a joke. I ordered from Dope Burgers on 06/11/2024 at 18:20, and the website said delivery would be in 70 minutes. After 90 minutes, I called and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Fast forward 3 HOURS, and still no food. Every time I called, they picked up and said, "hello, hello, can't hear you," even though they heard me fine the first time. To make matters worse, some of the order was wrong. The guy on the phone promised us brownies to make up for the delay, but they never showed up. When the food did arrive, it was cold, soggy, and definitely not value for money. Honestly, I don't know how they stay in business. I tried to be understanding when they said they only had one driver (which is their fault for lack of organization/ preparation). I had just finished a long shift at the hospital and just wanted a quick meal — not to cook. By the time I went to bed (because I had to get up early for work), I still had no food. I called to demand a full refund and was offered a free order for next time. There most definitely won’t be a next time! The guy on the phone said to contact them via Facebook because the managers “regularly check” it, but I've heard nothing. It’s now been 6 DAYS since I reached out, and still no response. I regret not reading the other reviews before I ordered. Terrible service. I WANT MY REFUND and I’ll never order from here again.

Sinceramente, no sé cómo se mantienen en el negocio. Traté de ser comprensivo cuando dijeron que solo tenían un conductor (que es su culpa por falta de organización / preparación). Acababa de terminar un largo turno en el hospital y solo quería una comida rápida, no cocinar. Para cuando me acosté (porque tenía que levantarme temprano para trabajar) todavía no tenía comida. Llamé para exigir un reembolso completo y me ofrecieron un pedido gratuito para la próxima vez. Definitivamente no habrá una próxima vez! El tipo del teléfono dijo que nos pusiéramos en contacto con ellos a través de Facebook porque los gerentes lo “comprueban regularmente”, pero no he oído nada. Ya han pasado 6 DÍAS desde que me comuniqué, y todavía no hay respuesta. Lamento no haber leído las otras críticas antes de ordenar. Terrible servicio. QUIERO MI REEMBOLSO y nunca pediré desde aquí de nuevo.

This is a review from a food professional who has been a chef by trade for 28 years! It's not so dope burger. Ordered online at 1700 on a Friday, still not received the food at 1903. Absolute disgrace, even called at 1810 to chase the order to be told it would be with us in 20 minutes. This is a blatant lie. If I had read the reviews before ordering, I wouldn't have let the wife use them. After 2 hours of waiting, I went to the shop in my car for a full refund as they were not answering the phones. The 2 young kids that looked like they didn't have a clue what they were doing said the food was ready but they had no driver available. The food was sat in bags on a table top hot plate with lamps. I bet it was lovely, but I wasn't waiting to find out. The kitchen was minging dirty, and if you have an allergen, I would steer well clear, as the young lass was cooking a burger on the grill, and there was literally all ingredients all over the place. EHO would have a field day in here and 100% give it an immediate close down/improvement notice, had they walked in when I did. Shocking way to run a business. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Food arrived cold, hair in my chips, and the drink of coke I ordered cost three pound (it was a 330ml can that shops sell multiple for a pound) when I asked the delivery driver why they charge so much for a small can, he just laughed at me and walked off. Will not be ordering here again.

We ordered £45 worth of food on Sunday night, 19.38, on the dope eats app. Normally its quite a quick delivery. It said 60 mins delivery. After 1 ½ hour I called to see where it was and the woman said they'd been busy and it was just on the way out, it was now 21.12. I knew they closed at 22, and only being in cottingham I thought it wouldn't take long, however at 21.58 it was still not here so I rang and they said it wasn't far, but by now we were very unimpressed, and were told by the manager that if it didn't arrive in the next 5 mins we would get a refund. It went another 15 mins and it arrived. It was totally cold, the chicken was cold and dry and they didn't send a few of the sauces and extras we had ordered and paid for, the burgers werent smash burgers and for the "full salad" we couldn't even tell there was anything on it apart from a measly piece of lettuce. So I rang again but it was obviously shut by now, so I left a message and noone has gotten back to me and no refund, despite the food being 2 hours late, cold and totally inedible. Feeling very disappointed at what normally is a decent takeaway, and very upset. This is not OK, no matter how busy. Paying this amount of money for "fast food" and then getting it cold and missing parts, totally inedible. Disappointing to say the least.

Absolutely dreadful experience. Ordered on Ubereats, waited for Three(!) Hours. Kept calling and being told "yeah it's with the driver now, you're the next stop." "It will be there by ten minutes." Only for nothing to arrive. Absolutely shocked to read that this has happened to plenty other people. Is this some sick joke? Do you have the worst delivery driver ever? Absolutely avoid ordering here!

9/10 burger for the pulled pork, fresh salad, good meat used, plentiful sauce/ juices. Standard fries but didn’t disappoint with the spice, baconaise sauce also is unreal. Great value would’ve paid more happily

Came to dope burger with my mate and got two burgers, 2 portions of chips, 2 drinks and a dip all for £25. Which was very good value, as we were both full after it. I got the scotch bonnet burger as I like spicy food and it was fantastic. Good quality meat, salad and bun. The staff were also very accommodating and had some decent tunes on which made me experience even better. Overall thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely come back.

Not edible, looked and smelt like boiled mince didn't looked fried at all. The smell was like the smell of mince raw in a packet. Wasn't very happy when I asked to amend my order either resulting in no thanks when handing money over. Won't be back
