Pizza Hot in Kingston upon Hull, City of

I ordered a food here, and they charged me £31 , which I asked for everything to be full portion or bit extra . When the food arrived, it was actually very little portion. They basically ripped me off , I wouldn't order again , even if I'm starving to death.

Please check website as false advertising happening here on their website. For a meal deal and thought it was £16 to find it was over £25. Apparently their website doesn’t delete products they sell at their shop. I felt completely ripped off when collecting my food. I don’t recommend this take away. I argued my case when collecting but they was not listening to my point even though I told them it’s only two clicks and takes them to what customers see.

Good food. They prepare a nice pizza. Delivery always around estimated time. Recommend.

The cheesy chips and onion rings where enjoyable. However the pizza was lacklustre. Weak overly tart sauce, flavourless cheese and soft underbaked crust.

Food was lovely but the Garlic Bread with cheese was missing. Telephone the restaurant and after a further 40 minutes it finally arrived

Rang them an hour after order was supposed to come. Said would send order out. 30 minutes later the driver apparently dropped it off. Absolute joke.

Pizza itself was pretty good, nice a crispy but they used prawns that haven’t been deveined, which I am not a fan of so I picked them off. Nice pizza, avoid prawns if you don’t like eating the veins.

the burger was burnt and was really dry, I requested mayonnaise in my burger and there wasn't any, really disappointed this time as I always order from here.

They failed to look at the notes and the order came wrong so rang them and was told I’m lying and got swore at. Won’t be returning.

and food was cold had to come out side in boxers to pick food up from him so won't something sorted about this

the driver was extremely rude, knocked really quietly so I was coming downstairs then he started to bang on the door like a manic when I told him not to bang on the door like that he said no thank you? which I then sent him away, as I was half way back up the stairs he the proceeded to bang on the door again because he forgot my drink. this was totally uncalled for and he had no respect for the other people at the residence.

Libbed him after damping and old knee injury, asked the full meat pizza, paid 1550 got back via taxi, opening up to a plain Margarita. I phoned, no response. Do not trust them if they bag up your pizza with a Brown baker bag, but you can't see until you are at home.

Best pizza I've ever had from a takeaway, such good prices!!

the box was all squashed the food was cold and my pepsi max was flat wasn’t happy at all

I had an awful experience using Uber eats, I’ve ordered my food and apparently I should of waited 1 hour 30 mins for it, the food has never arrived, I would like a refund as the food has not arrived and the customer service was terrible, there was no clear communication from Uber eats if the food was getting prepped or delivered. I wasted my time waiting for the food, only to be left hungry and frustrated. This experience has only really made me think about not using Uber eats ever again

Chicken on the chicken and sweetcorn pizza was different compared to normal. My partner Luke orders it for me all the time. Almost like donner chicken which I don’t like. Plz go back to other chicken xxx

Horrible. I ordered the chicken shish kebab to go, and to my utmost disappointment, what I was given isn’t even worthy of 1 star. It wasn’t even wrapped. I was immediately put off.

Barely any filling in the calzone I’ve had thin crust pizzas thicker than that.

They are chicken and sofas nice and fresh come daily and the foods really delicious the staff are really friendly as well

Order lamb kofta...get dry smelly Old beef patties in torrillia and ordered Chicken wrap kebap And Got kaka as well.. and 20 quid for this kaka...Nononononono ever again.. Not recomending...

portion sizes was a rulet wheel some items where decent size some where measly amount for price and extremely greasey and dry

Honestly, this food made me feel at home. It was delicious and very hot. The delivery was very fast, under 30 minutes (through Deliveroo). Pizza Hot is our new go to take out place now. The chargrilled chicken shish tastes just like my uncle's and the döner was nothing less. Everything, delicious.

Absolute joke delivery time stated 45 mins ordered at 2pm it got pushed back to 3.15 fair enough things happen. Marked as delivered at 3.20 by them, still not here at 3.30 delivered cold and inedible at 4pm! Refused a partial refund. Worst takeaway in Hull it used to be great I have ordered for years must have changed owners. Save your money!

got a half pounder burger with doner asked for chilli no mayo called shop and they forgot to send another out😂 so went in next day they made me another one legends👌👌👍
