Excellent halal Menue loved it need more of such areas

They really made me starve once by not delivering but . . . . Since then, they have been excellent, they deliver on time and they have the best Halal burgers in town!!! Recommended very very highly P.S: And just when I left them this review, they decided to not accept my order. Food quality is excellent- Service is pathetic

Bought a good to go supprise bag and what a supprise it was absolutely disgusting. I will never ever go there again. I got a smash burger and small cheese burger that looked like they had been kept warm all day, don't get me started on the crepe if that's what they call it look like a piece or cold rubber folded over with a bit of toffee sauce over it. Safe to say all of it went in the bin. I wouldn't recommend this place to any body.

Used TooGoodToGo and got a fantastic couple of burgers and crepes which was great value for money. Highly recommend the food!!

I am looking for Halal food, lucky i found this place. I love the food so much. The chicken was so tasty, the fries and rice are delicious too. They serve hot rice and chicken. Yummy yummy!! Fully recommended.

Absolutely delicious food and top Service, we found this place by chance. We were a party of 18 people, including kids, staying at park dean. The google reviews were very positive and with good reason. The burgers were so tasty and the kids loved the milkshakes. I ordered the halloumi fries, and the juicy smash burger. It was honestly the best burger I’ve had in ages. 10/10 for the staff as well, they went above and beyond especially when we came close to closing time, the only advise I will give is to maybe get some new chairs and menu spruced up, deco could be updated maybe. Apart from that, would deffo visit again!

Neice ( 9 ) wanted bday meal here. We was 1st customers so was asked to wait a few mins b4 ordering. No problem. We placed our order n sat waiting. Neice asked if could go n order sauces so she went up and asked for sauces with meals. Bloke came over with meals but no sauces so I politely said " excuse me but have you forgotten our sauce ?" The bloke ( who was now at counter ) put his arms in air and replied " I only have 1 pair of hands" I was shocked and angry at such response given fact we the only customers in there. Certainly won't b in rush to go back nor recommend. Shame on ur manners

The food is freshly prepared, so don’t expect fast food, but it is lovely. The burgers are epic. The chips crisp and fresh. The sides are cooked to perfection. In winter, it is a bit chilly, but order a custom sauce and warm yourself up. Also, I turned up in shorts and a t-shirt so it is not the fault of the restaurant. Give fernandos a try, you will not regret it.

I've had food from this place a few times now and the it's lip-schmackingly good every time. The chicken is succelent, burgers are addictive, and the waffles and smoothies are the best accomplice to the entire service. The boss man put on netflix aswell while I was eating and that was gassss.... Eat here more people. Fernando's is valid

Received a good to go bag tonight which I’ve never had before, it’s supposed to be worth £15, what they presented was plain tiny burger that’s smaller than McDonald’s and another burger in huge bun which was just dry and awful. They gave me a pancake which was slapped in a box which probably would tasted better than the actual pancake. This wasn’t worth £15, I wouldn’t of even paid £5 Never again

The staff member was helpful, however the food was quite pricy and the buns were very cold! The chips were the best part of the meal!

One of the many places to get a good meal in Hull around the city centre. It is quite hidden and can serve as a perfect location for a quiet date. The meals are great and the prices are quite fair.

Pleased to find this halal option. We got the peri grilled house specials, and chicken nugget meal for the little one, which tasty and of good portions. Chips were crispy, oil could have done with a change though. Fairly small place, so wasn’t the easiest to find seating at lunch. Service was slow, we waited around 15-20mins for food. Napkins were forgotten about, which I had to get myself. Manager/owner is very friendly and offered my son a lolly, which he loved. Atmosphere wise, quite loud and cold whenever the door was opened. Not something that is controllable with size of shop. Overall, solid halal option. Recommend a visit.

We came here for a Too Good Too Go bag and were served hot, tasty burgers, fries and Ferrero Rocher milkshakes! The food was excellent, the service was very friendly and fast.

Went here last night and must admit it's one of the best burgers I have had in hull. Prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend and will be returning when next over there.

Too good to go bags purchased, burnt burger and waffles that looked like they had been sat out all day. Definitely not worth the money.

Bought a good to go bag for £5.50 and was so disappointed. Got a burger that was burnt and stone cold, a crepe I think it supposed to be but it was rubbery to touch and although they did reheat the chips they were just filled with grease. I have enclosed photographs before binning the food. I wouldn't even give it to my dog.

Found following a too good to go bag and OMG we fell in love! The food is amazing (best chips ever!) and staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful! Worth every penny - worth the trip.

It was 1st time and definitely the last time. I had a chicken wrap, even I waited for a bit to cook it, didn't had any taste at all, obviously was just heated up from frozen, nothing fresh .... Is not worth the money at all, not recommended.

We dined in after reading google reviews. What can I say. Don’t waste your money. We walked in. Dead quite, no music, atmosphere or people. Didn’t even smell of food cooking like you would expect in food places. 3 people behind the counter all miserable. The guy joked about it being cold in there. It was very cold. No heating so kept our coats on. They had some electric heaters but they hardly gave any heat. No sure why a restaurant wouldn’t have heating. Found that the menu prices was only for the burger, add an extra £3 for chips & a drink. Food came, didn’t look too bad but lacked flavour. I had the Mexican chicken burger. It wasn’t fresh. Chicken was chewy and could tell was just heated up. All it was is a marinated chicken burger that lacked flavour, had in it a bit of salad & sauce and put in an over cooked burger bun. My husband had a smash burger. Again lacked flavour and had tonnes of sauce in and bit of salad. Again not fresh. We had buffalo chips which wasn’t too bad. My kids got cheeseburgers. They were not fresh, just reheated & dry. They couldn’t even finish their food and nor could we. All in all a horrible experience. Probably one of the worst we have been to. The whole hour we were there not a single person walked in nor did the phone ring for takeaway orders. My husband used the toilet upstairs and had to come and tell the guy behind the counter that it was filthy and needs a clean. All I can say is don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere and if I’m honest I don’t expect the place will stay open much longer. Shame really. On paper it doesn’t look bad. But soon as you walk in you can tell otherwise.

Had the chicken nuggets and chips aswell as a crepe. I thinks it's safe to say I will be coming back. Very good service and delicious food. 10/10 would recommend.

GREAT FOOD, the chicken inferno burger was great, kids loved their respective chicken popcorn and chicken nugget "happy" meals and the nachos and cheesy chicken went down equally well. Super hospitable and extremely friendlly staff and proprietor. Top marks all round. Would deffo go again when next in Hull.

By far the best Wings in Hull…the smash Burgers are also top drawer! My favourite is the Portuguese Chicken Burger which honestly is the nicest burger I have ever had in my life. Staff are always so friendly. I definitely prefer to eat-in as the I feel the best of their flavours are preserved that way when it’s eaten straight away. Love going to Fernandos.

Staying in Hull for work and was looking for a good quality chicken shop, the owner and his wife are very friendly and kind, reasonably priced for portion size I had wings, (portion of 4) peri chips, and owner allowed me to try the spicy rice as a side also 😍 it was all to my liking perfectly cooked definitely recommend this place for what I had on the day, 100% will be back for same again!

We called into Fernandos late after 10pm on Saturday night after a show at the city hall. Ordered Portuguese chilli chicken burger and battered chicken burger meals. Both meals freshly cooked to order, very tasty with lovely fresh chips. Generous sized portions and good quality so worth every penny. Lovely friendly staff, and really nice decor and seating. Give KFC / Nandos a miss and support this great small business instead, you won't be disappointed! 😊

Food was absolutely beautiful, we ordered chicken burger and chios and a double stack burger. Burgers was really nice fresh salad and sauce of our choice. Chips was fresh and crispy best chips we've had for a long time. Service was brilliant, staff was very attentive and friendly. On a whole a very nice clean restaurant and very friendly staff.
