Burger King in Kingston upon Hull, City of

i was waiting for my order 2 and a half hour. really dissapointed not happy with the service!

Waiting almost for my food to say it was preparing then for it to say it was delivered and never got it

food is always tasty. chilli cheese bites not too hot, whopper lively and fries so crispy. only slight issue is it needed reheating as it was only warm not hot. but then it has spent 10 mins in transit

No order arrived and couldn't get any help from Burger king either...

I have not received my food yet it says delivered on the all sort it out

burger burnt around edges ...I know flame grilled but cook it properly

Had food delivered, banging bacon double cheese burger , barbecue burger , loaded fries n sides woild have give 5 starts but no ketchup , gutted but food cooked lovley

This was never delivered to us. Had to drive to Burger king to be told the driver had stolen our order. This was for a birthday celebration for the children and it all ended in tears. Would leave 0 star rating if it would let me. Absolutely disgraceful

Waited for 2 hours, now its saying 'delivered' but nothings has arrived and have ring cams to prove it! Second time this has happened now!!

Came in for a quick drink and to use the loo’s. Decided to have some food and was not disappointed, the XL bacon double cheese meal is always amazing here. We also got a vanilla milk shake and a shot of espresso which is our favourite and the milkshake was beautiful. Facilities super clean and well care for.

Delivery driver went past our house then 2 miles away before returning . Restaurant didn’t put stickers on the burger to say they they haven’t been tampered with , nor did they put stickers on to say which burgers had which alterations… ie: no onions etc . Main bag wasn’t totally sealed either .

I placed the order at 7:35 but didn't arrive until 9:22

Ordered at 17:11 waited till 19:50 for my food, said it was delivered but it never even arrived.

didn't call me so I could come get it no one could answer the door I want a full refund as.did not get the food I was meant to

i paid for a double whopper only got a whopper paid for 6 chilli cheese bites only got 4 asked for no salad on my other burger but guess what i got salad paid extra for cheese on both burgers guess what no cheese the only thing they got right was my drink order

Courier was fantastic, and very apologetic. The restaurant however took over an hour to prepare a couple of burgers, normally extremely happy with the service, this time however I was very disappointed.

Still hot on delivery and very tasty however no straw or napkins !!

The driver called me. Said he was nearby ..asked me for the code. I gave him it. And he never delivered the food !

The girl on the drive through is lovely and it never takes long to get your order

charging £3.15 for a small bottle of coke is shocking

Watched him going to another address before delivering, making it 15 minutes late and basically cold. Can’t believe they’re only offering £3.69 credit or whatever it is for the order being cold, I want a good amount of, if not all, of it back so I can spend it elsewhere quite frankly

Received somebody else’s order and then couldn’t get into contact with delivery driver. Hopefully will get a refund

missing item again. this time bottle of coke zero. please don't highlight the items on receipt if not actually bagging them

Driver could not follow instructions

Absolutely horrible experience to the point I had to stop eating food, went through drive through, sat in car in parking lot, and saw about at least 15 rats hiding in bushes, what is this?? These rats kept coming out and going around the restaurant, maybe call Service to get this sorted????

Food never turned up, also have a ring doorbell to prove this

The driver was knocking at the wrong house to start with. When he actually came to the right one he was acrrying the food in a bag 4 life. Not even a delivery bag. Abd then he tried giving me someone elses order

forgot to put my fanta in the bag so didn’t get my drink

To be honest the app offers are great but I mainly go for the cherry dr pepper

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! The order was mega late the food stone cold and there was a chunk of the order missing the bag looked ravaged at one side like someone had stuck there arm in and it was the side that there was missing order (the other side had kids boxed meals in that’s how I know) which tells me the delivery person is having the munchies on his way round! I have never ordered from this pit of a place and never will again! One star is too many!

The time of delivery kept being pushed by in 10 minute intervals and it took about an hour to arrive.
