Driver could not follow instructions

forgot to put my fanta in the bag so didn’t get my drink

Food was barely warm when it arrived...

The driver was knocking at the wrong house to start with. When he actually came to the right one he was acrrying the food in a bag 4 life. Not even a delivery bag. Abd then he tried giving me someone elses order

Food never turned up, also have a ring doorbell to prove this

Food was stone cold and missed half my order can’t get to speak to anyone who knows what there talking about the place is an absolute run down dump

Food was so fresh, really delicious and still hot! Delivered on time also.

4 different items missing I’ve reported this once and haven’t heard anything

all the food was cold and took over 10 minutes to find our address even though we've ordered plenty of times and the same delivery driver never finds our address always drives past

30mins late. food was disappointing.

They have a really nice vegan like chicken burger

The courier was very rude, he didn’t greet me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! The order was mega late the food stone cold and there was a chunk of the order missing the bag looked ravaged at one side like someone had stuck there arm in and it was the side that there was missing order (the other side had kids boxed meals in that’s how I know) which tells me the delivery person is having the munchies on his way round! I have never ordered from this pit of a place and never will again! One star is too many!

the food was that cold it was like they was hanging out the window on the way, plus very arrogant delivery driver will not be buying here and will telling family and friends

The time of delivery kept being pushed by in 10 minute intervals and it took about an hour to arrive.

The food is good, but a little bit pricey for fast food

Delivery time kept jumping up from the original time where it was an extra 40 mins past the original given time.

The food from here is always cold. However, the ingredients are always fresh and the burgers are very nice once they have been warmed up. Is order on time? it starts off 60mins delivery, then they keep adding 5mins onto it so can say not late but it

Food was cold plus some of the food was missing, even though there was a sticker on the side saying who it was checked by!, maybe they need to double check

The original time was supposed to arrive between 9:30 to 9:40

Missing a lot off the order, jamieleigh packed my order didn’t even send the right sauces even though it’s highlighted off the receipt. It’s not a hard job to have an order infront of you and still miss half the order. Ridiculous

Has to be the worst toilets in the UK!! They have always had a hygiene issue regarding the bathroom conditions, but after all these years I thought this might of changed, but toilets were overflowing and bathroom was smelly and unclean

we really enjoyed the chilli heatwave chicken fries normally. however this is the first time we ordered online and some where sprinkled in the flavour whilst most was the bare basic and tasteless.

Caminando al mostrador se le dijo que usara el quiosco. Es justo si estuvieran ocupados, pero no tanto. Dada una taza vacía para beber para autoservicio que no tienen instrucciones en absoluto. Después de un minuto de intentarlo tampoco tenía la coca que pagué extra. Les dije que se había agotado y que todo lo que dijeron fue que no debería haberlo hecho. Me vieron luchar y no hicieron nada así que por frustración terminé recibiendo naranja Fanta. Eso es todo lo que estaba funcionando. La chica del mostrador no se movió ni una vez para hacer nada.

Never received a bad order from Burger King compared to all the other fast food places in Hull. Keep it up!
