Poor service and the burgers are average....

Prices extortionate compared to Mc Ds and food was very very poor. Burger and chips twice, one with 6 onion rings and this nearly 28 quid. Disgusting, so was the food. Burgers and chips barely Luke warm and even the coke was warm and flat . We won't go there ever again. Avoid like the plague.

They really need to do better or they’ll be closing! I went to the drive through in the afternoon and saw rats running around! When i told the young man serving he wasn’t bothered and said it’s a regular occurrence! The burger and chips was like warm just warmed up instead of cooking it there and then! They was empty so it wasn’t as if they was busy! McDonald’s are just the same though around east hull so called restaurants! Very disappointing as they charge enough for the crap they sell!

food is always tasty. chilli cheese bites not too hot, whopper lively and fries so crispy. only slight issue is it needed reheating as it was only warm not hot. but then it has spent 10 mins in transit

This was never delivered to us. Had to drive to Burger king to be told the driver had stolen our order. This was for a birthday celebration for the children and it all ended in tears. Would leave 0 star rating if it would let me. Absolutely disgraceful

Waited for 2 hours, now its saying 'delivered' but nothings has arrived and have ring cams to prove it! Second time this has happened now!!

Great burgers but paid for nuggets that weren't in the order

Came in for a quick drink and to use the loo’s. Decided to have some food and was not disappointed, the XL bacon double cheese meal is always amazing here. We also got a vanilla milk shake and a shot of espresso which is our favourite and the milkshake was beautiful. Facilities super clean and well care for.

Delivery driver went past our house then 2 miles away before returning . Restaurant didn’t put stickers on the burger to say they they haven’t been tampered with , nor did they put stickers on to say which burgers had which alterations… ie: no onions etc . Main bag wasn’t totally sealed either .

Courier was fantastic, and very apologetic. The restaurant however took over an hour to prepare a couple of burgers, normally extremely happy with the service, this time however I was very disappointed.

Watched him going to another address before delivering, making it 15 minutes late and basically cold. Can’t believe they’re only offering £3.69 credit or whatever it is for the order being cold, I want a good amount of, if not all, of it back so I can spend it elsewhere quite frankly

charging £3.15 for a small bottle of coke is shocking

Received somebody else’s order and then couldn’t get into contact with delivery driver. Hopefully will get a refund

Absolutely horrible experience to the point I had to stop eating food, went through drive through, sat in car in parking lot, and saw about at least 15 rats hiding in bushes, what is this?? These rats kept coming out and going around the restaurant, maybe call Service to get this sorted????

The driver was knocking at the wrong house to start with. When he actually came to the right one he was acrrying the food in a bag 4 life. Not even a delivery bag. Abd then he tried giving me someone elses order

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! The order was mega late the food stone cold and there was a chunk of the order missing the bag looked ravaged at one side like someone had stuck there arm in and it was the side that there was missing order (the other side had kids boxed meals in that’s how I know) which tells me the delivery person is having the munchies on his way round! I have never ordered from this pit of a place and never will again! One star is too many!

The time of delivery kept being pushed by in 10 minute intervals and it took about an hour to arrive.
