The home of the plant based whopper, the greatest burger I've ever eaten as a vegetarian that tastes like the real thing! Also a huge shout out to crew member HELEN who has been there on my many many visits over the years and is always super friendly, chatty, informative and quick to help! Honestly she is an Icon of this burger king branch and its the one we go to frequently! Thanks Helen, give this girl a well deserved raise!!

Food is shocking. cold chips n burgers are burnt and the chicken nuggets was that hard you could probably smash a window with them.

Horrible experience the last 2 times I’ve been in. Staff are rude, and frankly can’t be bothered to have any social interaction with customers at all and expect everyone to constantly use the kiosks even though they don’t work properly. Went in with one other person, both of us neurodivergent and prefer to just order at the counter as usual because we don’t like using kiosks and the response we get is we have to use the kiosks. Once we attempted, we struggled to figure out how to edit the food, to which we asked the staff to make them how we wanted them and we got the response that “we can do it this once but you have to change it on the kiosk” disgusting service, robotic is one word I would use to describe it.

The full BK experience is mediocre. It does its job but it's nothing to write home about. Used this for the past 20 years and it's always felt really neglected compared to others. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's bad. The price is shocking

Food was hot and didn't have to wait too long

I went to the counter to place my order and was told to use the kiosk. After a disagreement i went to the kiosk for it to not work. Go to the counter and told to try again. Go to the counter again and after waiting 20 minutes they finally accept their kiosks dont work and take my order. All of that would have been saved if they had the effort to take it in the first place. A whole mess needed for no reason.

I ordered for delivery and only half of the food I ordered actually arrived. The order was missing a burger and two sides 😭 I tried calling the number on the delivery order and have attempted to put in a complaint on the app I used but haven't had anyone pick up or any replies. The bun on the other burger that did arrive disintegrated. Will never be ordering food from here again.

Much better since we last visited due to an obvious refit. The food seemed better although the Whopper was nearly cold.

Absolutely shocking performance from a business swearing on the shop floor in front of customers and then insulting them under their breath thinking no one would notice. We went to Burger King for a quick dinner last Saturday and brought it home to eat. We were all part way through eating when I saw something blue in my burger… it looked like a blue glove that I’m assuming came from one of the workers. It was so off putting that all three of us couldn’t eat any more because this type of food contamination is pretty off putting. Tried to call the store multiple times to tell them but no one picked up. We decided to drive back with my burger to show them and ask for a refund (the full meal was only £28.57 but thought they would do it as an apology). The seating area was completely empty, after our experience I can understand why! The manger on shift said we could only get a refund for one meal as that was the only one we brought back. Pretty poor customer service as all three of us felt sick after seeing this blue glove in my food so thought it was the least they could do. They said they would look into how this contamination happened and took my details to get in contact with me, not heard anything back. Rang back the following Monday but again no one answered the phone. I’m aware it’s a fast food place but this level of carelessness is not acceptable in a food environment. If you want to eat here I suggest you check your food before you eat, especially if children are eating there as what I had in my burger is a choke hazard! Obviously will not be going back, they need to review their quality control policy and customer service!

Great service no wait to order at counter which we prefer to do as we use our blue light card here. Staff we're super helpful which what offers they had in store that day our server was Helen. Food hot and very tasty. Toilets clean and restaurant eating area clean too. Would recommend coming here again.

Two chicken royale sandwiches, on their own (not a meal deal) and two coffees, £17.00! Again, £17.00!!! how any family can afford to take their kids here amazes me! Place deserted, couldn’t converse properly with all the cleaning and chair scraping, what a miserable place

Ordered online took 1 and half hours to arrive and when arrive more then half my order was missing and food was cold when I tryed ringing them up to ask what’s going on no answer on the contact number on the website absolute set of idiots who serves cold food and only gives u about 1 3rd of your order

Not happy all the deals that they was advertising on the windows and around the building. They didn't have and what I ordered on the touchscreen thing and when I went to collect she said sorry we don't have it in .I will not be going again

We always order off the Burger King app and there’s some great deals on there compared with paying in store. It’s slow service compared with other fast food places however the food is always fresh and tasty. Top tip - use the app for offers and points, it’s much cheaper.

It's burger king, expect no more. Plant based options are pretty good.

Usually take my granddaughter to Mc Donald’s but had a change. Two whoppers and a kids chicken nugget meal. Luke warm at best Granddaughter left her nuggets and her cold chips said she liked McDonald’s best. We agree 😟

Waiting ages for food and was stone cold and terrible service

took over an hour in total to get my food on the drive thru, 15 minutes of that i was sat waiting to be served. the customer service was awful, non existent. by the time i actually got my food it was cold so personally wouldn’t recommend

50 minute wait in drive through, no one spoke so we could order and by the time we received food it was stone cold. Ridiculous service.

The worst place ever waiting ages for 15 minutes to be served then when got served so rude then waited 30 mins after that for food to be cold . THE Store manager Jodie needs to get this store sorted or new management so bad !!!!😡😡

Food is spot on and always nice the staff are friendly but could interact slightly more with customers rather than delivery drivers the only down fall of this place seems to be hygiene person on front counter was constantly useing his arm and hand to wipe his nose and and was washing them before touching machines or the till the restaurant is fairly satisfactory except the floor looks like its seen better days and too many delivery drivers from uber and just eat just blocking access it and out or near counter

The burger was great, but the bag of chips only seemed half full. On one of the orders so we had to share what little there was. So alittle disappointed.

Only 2 customers were in, including me. They obviously had delivery which they were working on, but still service could have been better with less crowd in there. I ordered Mayo, and they gave sweet chilli. I ordered 2 fries, and they gave me 1 fries. No ketchup given. Had to go rectify all of this, I started my meal.

Waited at drive thru for ten mins and no one answered so went in spoke the the assistant manager who didn’t even know how to run a shift never mind control the staff Then waiting a further 25minutes in store along with 5 other people that was also complaining The managers excuse was he was cooking to order (maybe if your busy cook more?)

Worst experience at a BK I've ever had, walked in to find a disgruntled customer demanding a refund, OK, modern "Karen" era standing, could be whining over nothing 🤷 1st) drive thru not working. Then instore the kiosk was down (all 6 of them 🙄) Order taken, then other waiting customers came to demand refunding after ordering at the now closed, drive thru, 45 minutes waiting in a hot car bless them! 50 minutes I waited (luckily I had time to kill and email to answer) food was OK, nothing special and nothing compped to make up for delays. Won't be going back to risk someone actually knowing how to run a fast food joint!

Place was empty unusual at 6pm I thought. Burgers were OK not many chips no serviettes constant beeping noise which was very annoying. No atmosphere at all will not be returning and I thought it was quite expensive for what we got

Spent £70 on an order from burger king. It was cold when it came. Part of the order was missing (a double whopper with bacon) called the number on the order 10 times and no answer. Went on the Internet to get the store number (this was different) the person at the store explained that my call went to head office which is now closed (not sure why this is listed on the delivery). Basically I have to get in touch with deliveroo "You're their customer and they are our customer" I explained that that does not fix the issue of missing items and the fact I had spent so much money and we have a meal missing. They offered for me to collect the item (which if I was to do I would collect it all- defeats the object of getting deliveroo). Basically we have to do without. Staff explained they will "speak to the team" which again is fine but leaves us out of pocket and hungry.

Food took long to arrive ,despite me being the only physical person/customer in the restaurant. Others cons: 1) food was cold 2) coke was flat Taking all this into consideration ,it is no surprise Burger King is going bankrupt.

Used the drive thru. Woman at the window asked if I was paying by card, I explained I was paying by contextless on my phone. Because it wasn’t her till she wanted me to unlock my phone activate contactless payment, and hand her my phone to take payment where I couldn’t see her! No chance. Decidedly dodgy and they shouldn’t even be asking things like that. Another colleague arrived who had access to the till by the window. Got the California double as a meal. Fries were great. Burger was disgusting. It just didn’t taste right at all. Overall my ratings here have been very generous.

Love Burger King though it is expensive for the meals but you do get a great tasting Bacon Double XL Cheese burger for sure. 1st time round went in to order and even though it seemed to be ages to get our food it was lovely and hot. 2nd time drive thru it's very narrow tight fit for a van, but they brought the food too us and it was unfortunately cold ish. It did seem to take a while as well definitely would order inside not saying it's the staff fault but it doesn't taste as nice when it's not hot.

Service was mediocre and having not been to Burgerking for many years due to this specific one going as down hill as it could possibly go we ordered, the lady who served us was unhelpful when i ordered drinks pointing to the drinks machines to tell us we’ll be doing it ourselves, we failed and she watched on unbothered that we ended up sharing a drink between ourselves! The food however was absolutely top notch, piping hot, crispy fries and a tasty steakhouse chicken burger! We will be back now armed with the knowledge of the drinks machine.

Bad i got sent the wrong burger nd delivered by deliveroo still waiting on refund and that was almost 2-3weeks ago

Not been to a BK for a long while, and the burgers have certainly gone down hill, something like you'd get from a roadside van, thin, pale anaemic thing. Bun was falling apart while trying to eat it. Pretty bed experience really.

Went to the drive through ordered my meal, drove to the next window to pay for it, then drove to the delivery window a very friendly young lady lent out of the window and said it would be just a few minutes would i mind going and parking in the car park and she would bring it to me. About 5 minutes later she came to my car brought me the food everything was perfect. She was extremely cheerful and polite probably one of the best fast food joints I have been to.

went into burger king at 12:00 and was only 3 orders on the screen i just got looked at by the staff and walked away from i finally left the store at 12:25 after still not been served even though i was the only customer waiting very poor customer service wont be going ever again
