Food cold after arriving 30 mins late

Missing food items and the 2 frozen fanta strawberry and raspberries was missing! Tried calling whilst the delivery driver was still here and had no answer. I tried 5 times!

Ordered online to be delivered as it's a few miles away. Once arrived chips are missing. Too far to travel to get them so had to apply for refund for the chips. Spoils your meal though and it isn't the first time items have been missing. Food ok but would have been better with chips.

Order was ontime, but missing items. I had to go out to buy replacements meaning tge food they did supply was cold.

Didn't arrive although driver marked as delivered.

I ordered one of the new steakhouse angus meals at nearly £13, when it came it was poor hardly any filling only burger and bread, very disappointed with the quality

it wasn't delivered at all. order was accepted then was called by delivery driver to say restaurant was closed well after when we could go somewhere else in any timely manor

Food was quick, freshly prepared and nice! Would recommend this place as it has very nice economical food, also a very nice dining area. Staff is also very welcoming

Food is always good but I truly do not understand the incompetence of not packing a straw with a slush. I don’t leave reviews but after 4 times of ordering and not getting a straw I’m genuinely starting to question the mental faculties of the people handling my straw situation

I didn't receive my order at all and it said it was delivered so the driver must have delivered it to thr wrong address or something but I've paid for Mt order and not received anything

Prices extortionate compared to Mc Ds and food was very very poor. Burger and chips twice, one with 6 onion rings and this nearly 28 quid. Disgusting, so was the food. Burgers and chips barely Luke warm and even the coke was warm and flat . We won't go there ever again. Avoid like the plague.

Bacon double cheese burger was cold and poorly put together with half beef patty hanging out each side of bun and no bacon

They really need to do better or they’ll be closing! I went to the drive through in the afternoon and saw rats running around! When i told the young man serving he wasn’t bothered and said it’s a regular occurrence! The burger and chips was like warm just warmed up instead of cooking it there and then! They was empty so it wasn’t as if they was busy! McDonald’s are just the same though around east hull so called restaurants! Very disappointing as they charge enough for the crap they sell!

I have submitted a refund as I ordered this for my children as I was popping out to shop my self, my daughter then rang me whilst she had an update saying food delivered and upon looking outside the delivery driver was coming from another house

food is always tasty. chilli cheese bites not too hot, whopper lively and fries so crispy. only slight issue is it needed reheating as it was only warm not hot. but then it has spent 10 mins in transit

Came in for a quick drink and to use the loo’s. Decided to have some food and was not disappointed, the XL bacon double cheese meal is always amazing here. We also got a vanilla milk shake and a shot of espresso which is our favourite and the milkshake was beautiful. Facilities super clean and well care for.

Delivery driver went past our house then 2 miles away before returning . Restaurant didn’t put stickers on the burger to say they they haven’t been tampered with , nor did they put stickers on to say which burgers had which alterations… ie: no onions etc . Main bag wasn’t totally sealed either .

Courier was fantastic, and very apologetic. The restaurant however took over an hour to prepare a couple of burgers, normally extremely happy with the service, this time however I was very disappointed.

Still hot on delivery and very tasty however no straw or napkins !!
