Horrible staff experience, despite their mistakes on food items ordered and misunderstanding of my requests to rectify their mistakes. Instead he aggressively argued and then slammed the phone down.

Very poor quality the nan bread was greasy and not cooked also the mushroom rice and the chicken rogan josh were swimming in grease will not be ordering from here again

Not my first time ordering from Asian Kitchen, and it used to be consistently good, until today. Ordered tandoori chicken tikka and chicken pieces were uncooked, which is a. serious

Took over an hour to come which is fine, however chips was cold and soggy due to being in a paper bag then tied up in a plastic carrier bag, all salad was soggy and wet, meat was nice however slightly cold and soggy due to order being in paper bags then tied up in a plastic bag.

I ordered food yesterday and got food poisoning I always order but this time it made me sick.🤮

Could of been a bit more spicier

The problem is that the package in which the food comes in smells of a very strong perfume. Please stop putting perfume on. It makes food taste bad

Had takeaway last night. It is the worst food ever. So oily korma was like baby milk. Naanbread were greasy rice had no flavour . My husband had bad stomach today from his curry. Would never eat from here again even if you paid me

this food was really bad.. the rice was overcooked and sticky! i did not enjoy that at all. Meat was overcooked and chewy

it's hard to leave a review of food that you can't eat because it was stone cold. not even a trace a warmth. ended up binning it because the salad is mixed in with the meat so couldn't even warm it up.

Unfortunately I ordered a chicken korma , pilau rice garlic nann and chips Everything was fine however the chicken korma was not good at all, we called the restaurant and said we can get a refund for this I received £2! Such a waste of £20

order never arrived very unprofessional when i called about my order food to my address what so ever saying they definitely came and some guy took the food. No one delivered my food to my address said nothing they can do about it i'm absolutely fum

The curries are always perfect and consistent between orders. By far the best naans and paratha.

Anteriormente había puesto una buena crítica aquí, ya que siempre he encontrado su calidad de la comida bien, pero me retracto ahora debido a su pésimo servicio al cliente. Debo haber estado ordenando desde aquí por al menos 30 años y ellos deben conocerme ya que a menudo vengo a pedir, pero nunca he tenido tanto como una sonrisa de ellos y son hoscos y groseros. También acabo de pedir una comida para llevar y después de 1. 5 horas no había llegado así que los llamé y al minuto siguiente aparecieron con mi pedido - piedra fría. Obviamente había estado sentado a un lado y se habían olvidado de entregarlo. Así que finalmente he terminado con ellos.

Our food was amazing ty, we ordered a chicken tikka kebab in a naan bread with all sauces and salad, it was delicious plenty of chicken and a fabulous tasty sauce, our food was nice and hot and delivered on time. Great value for money and excellent service tyvm

I say it was late but the restaurant are extremely busy they rectified an issue with a missing garlic bread and also gave us a bottle of drink and some sweets for my daughter they also offered me some compensation but I haven't followed through with that request as the way they handled all my issues where fab I have been coming here a long time and have never had any problems the food is perfect every time piping hot and never have any issues thankyou for such a brilliant team

I made an order at 19.15 my food arrived at 21.55 I’m a regular customer of Asian kitchen and just eat it was stone cold not happy at all I get it’s a Friday night and possibly busy but nearly 3 hours is an absolute joke

Friendly delivery driver, on time. Mixed box meal, all good was hot and tasty. Good value for money. Lamb was quite dry though. I would order again.

Ordered a take out, Korma and Massala, it came, and it was just disappointing, no taste, and the sauce was grumpy and gritty.

Best takeaway I’ve had so far. I’ve tried nearly every dish from here and I’ve not had a bad experience so far. The mixed tandoori pizza is 10/10 and the staff are so accommodating with all your needs. Recommended to all friends and family👍

Had the Mixed Kebab Calzone it was amazing. Loved the Tandoori kebab it works dead well. Staff were friendly and offered to bring out meals on plates with cutlery. 10/10 reccomend

Absolutamente impactante. Pollo korma asqueroso. Sin nuez de coca y pollo duro. Cebolla plana bahji. Pollo buna. Repulsivo. Todo se fue a la papelera. Nunca vuelvas a ir allí. La peor comida india en Hull. 100% hecho! ¡Ve a por comida y termina con comida insípida! Todo 😱 & lastly cebolla bahji debe ser redondo y suave. No plana y dura como una roca. Devastado

Not sure if someone else has taken over the business but not the same. Good did taste fresh like it has before. Dinner meat was dry like it had been warmed up.

This is one of the best takeaways in the city . Food is always amazing . Great service every time . Staff very polite and friendly and go out of their way to give you a first class service . I can promise you won't be disappointed. That's why these guys still in business for 32 years and still going strong

Very nice set up. Friendly staff. Very polite . Good selection of food . The food here feels much closer to home ( Pakistan ) so if anyones looking for flavour from the continent- this place is a great alternative to the native lands. Best desi restaurant in hull so far.

Delivery was a complete joke! We waited 2 and half hours for the food which turned up luke warm! And then to top it off they give us someone else order! Wont be ordering from here again. Need to stop taking order if they cant fulfil in a decent time!

Ordered two curries that came cold, one still had egg shells in it. Other items were also cold. The taste of both curries was terrible and mine didn’t taste quite right. I ate about a quarter and left the rest. Woke up in the night and threw up.

We ordered Take out at 11pm on a Sunday. The food arrived earlier than the time predicted on justeat. The food was also hot on arrival which is a plus. However, the quality of the dishes was appalling. We ordered Prawn vindaloo and Chicken tikka masala. Both dishes lacked flavour. The chicken tikka was so blend and even the texture was awful. The prawn vindaloo had at least a little kick to it but was blend otherwise. The chips were drowned in chip spice (some might like it that way). To top it all off we found egg shells in our Pilau rice… We spent £28 and the best bit about the meal was the 75p naan we bought from asda.

Very disappointing. I pre-ordered for my food to arrive at 8 and it arrived at 9. When I called to see where it was, no apology was offered. The food didn’t taste that nice and the naan bread was rock hard.

Mixed kebab was great as always, but the chips are in a bag and came soggy and not crispy .

Always enjoy the food from here. Got the lunch box for the first time and it was so impressive! Always our favourite Indian take out!

ordered shish and chips, all the chips were soggy and red from the meat and tandoori seasoning, which was unbearably hot. my chicken rogan josh was more like a vindaloo so so spicy aswell. food was nice but both dishes overspiced such a shame!

All way a nice bit of scran never let's you down this is my go to takeaway now I won't go elsewhere
