Food came cold like it was waiting on a driver for ages

All food was cold. The bag was unsealed and all of our side orders were missing. All drinks were spilt.

Coke in the McFlurry and unable to eat

0030 the order kept getting delayed and as a result of this, the food was stone cold. I work shifts and this is the second time in 24 hours that I have received poor service

Food was cold but delivery driver was ok

delivery time kept moving back by a minute or so every time I checked. ended up being 10 min past original time given and the food was freezing cold

This is not a complaint to the delivery driver, but whoever bagged the items at McDonald’s I think they must’ve just tipped the chips upside down in the bag and played rugby with the burgers in their boxes before putting them in the bag. Food was also cold but Just East have compensated us for that. I’m just shocked that they think it’s acceptable to bag items like that. The way they were in the bag you can tell it was done from when they were put in and not from the delivery.

Not delivered , rang but couldn’t speak English !?

Despite being on time was delivered on a bike so was cold and couldn’t eat it or enjoy it so we got 5 pounds back out of a 32 pounds order shocking

I spent £34 they missed a drink out the food was cold n the cokes was flat very poor very n disappointed

When arrived food was cold and one cup was empty, the full cup of coke was all over the bag, we paid for 3 drinks and only got 2. We paid for food that we expect to be warm yet it was cold.

Missing Items but wasn't the delivery drivers fault was also cold but thats due to the driver's google maps being unable to find where I live forcing me to go outside and look for him

My order was not complete.Made me laugh they put the sauce in though hopefully will be refunded the 7.19 I sent on chicken nuggets that never turned up

It was very busy but we soon got a table. We were upstairs and one item was missing from our order plus we ran out of ketchup. The assistant upstairs immediately put this right for us and was delighted to help. We also appreciate the calories and nutrition information. The Grandchildren love ordering their own food.

Very bad service unfortunately I can give them 0. Only fries were fresh and hot, the rest were barely warm. Chisburger don't have any vegetables, nageds see better days. I order 4 sos fir it bu they give me just 2 and when I ask about 2 more person serving me gave me another one with a big stick. Order 4 and I wait more them 10 min for my order. On screen was maybe 8 more orders and all they was serw before mine. I think this please need control from company.

Tryed to order for a few days in a row. Told there was no drivers every day. Finally got an order today which took over an hour and even that was missing items. Absolutely terrible service!

Food was not very hot and forgot my chips

By the time my order got to me it was cold. The driver got lost and was very late and blamed me.

delivery time was extended. food was cold and all drinks were empty as they had all spilled on the journey to my door. not a drop in any of the cups. food bag was drenched and food packaging was wet also. overall a really disappointing delivery which meant a refund for all drinks were requested as a bare minimum.

Stone flat cold, no heat in anything at all, like it's been left out before collection as the driver was quick from picking it up to the door, the milkshake was melted so this shows it was stood about a long time

I ordered food at 6pm it arrived at 8:25pm. The food arrived cold and soggy. Overall terrible service. Not to mention I’m pregnant and I was so excited for this McDonald’s and you 100% ruined it.

I’ve already written a complaint but i never got my food bcoz i accidentally sent it to the wrong adress which was literally round the corner from where i live it was too late to change it and when i asked if he could deliver to me as i had the code and everything he was very rude and said no which is weird coz isn’t it his job to deliver to the right house

I’m not usually one to complain about service, like, it’s McDonalds, not a michelin starred restaurant, but at least crack a smile, and not stare at me with sheer disgust when in fact I would quite like my take away meal in a bag and not on a tray.

we were missing 2 x large fries

The food was suppose to be coming no later than 1.00 it came at 2.17. The food felt like it just came out of the fridge it was that cold. Also the ice cubes in my drink was melted and the drink bag was all wet and my straw was soggy. I'm not happy at all

The experience was absolutely horrible the delivery driver made me stand outside in the horrible rain for half an hour and shout just so he could try find me my food arrived cold and I said can you take it back and get me a new one he told me to go away and then rode off on his bike not to mention his lack of English

the food was ice cold, and the courier attempted to deliver to the wrong house. despite a message warning them. having couriers who could actually read the English language is necessary. I don't understand why just eat employs those who cannot.
