McDonald's in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Don't get a delivery.... Every time, the delivery person is late or it doesn't turn up and if it does it is ALWAYS cold. Why can't you employ people who can find their way around and possibly have a car instead of a pushbike

Second time in the year I get an incomplete order via drive tru. Looks like the management is making extra money by delivering incomplete orders. NEVER AGAIN.

Great customer service from the Security Officer, very polite, freindly and helpfull. Restaurant was clean and food was good too.

The ordering screens have a habit of freezing when you are trying to place your order. This means if you scan a voucher then it freezes you have to cancel the order and your voucher is invalid as it thinks it has been used. Lots of these sorts of problems meant a big queue at the till to sort out but the poor girl on the till couldn't cope. Not enough staff to cope with the dinnertime crowds mean it is slow and crowded.

We came here as McD is my son's comfort place. On entry we were told that there was no table service and had to collect our food - not a problem. We overheard someone else being told there were no cold drinks, why weren't we told?? We ordered 2 burgers and 4 large fries and popped down to Sainsburys for some cold drinks. It took ages for the food to be ready and when it did arrive it was nearly cold. We didn't have time to arse about getting it remade as we had a long journey to make. A very disappointing visit.

When we went in there were a number of take away delivery drivers hanging out by the door, with a few more by the pick up points making it harder to get to the order points. Ordering on the machine was easy as the staff giving out the food were nice enough. The food was standard McDonald’s, as you would expect. They seem more focused on the take away element than the customer in the restaurant.

I was astounded by how slow the staff go in here. It was like watching life slowed down; I nearly filmed it because it has to be seen to be believed. Appallingly slow. So many staff doing so little. The place needs shaking up.

We went in the mcdonald's on jameson street placed our order w8ted 8 minutes got our food and left one realising our order was wrong we reurtend back . It tock 15 minutes before we got our food sorted out. By that time we was far from happy . The incompetence of the staff at that MacDonalds is impressive . But the service is far from good how hard is it to give people the right order not even a sorry for the inconvenience . And because of this I will never eat their again ps the food was cold too

My daughter and I visited on a Saturday lunchtime in June. There was a good queue outside and we waited 1 minutes before being met at the door by a staff member who gave us a table number and asked us to go upstairs, use the order station and food would be brought to our table. We did as instructed, plenty of spacing and cleaning going on. Food arrived in the usual time, hot and fresh. Couldn’t fault it. Well adapted.

me and a few friends sat at the top of mcdonalds, a lady who worked today at 6:30 with a long black pony tail with glasses with a slight lazy eye was extremely rude and asked us to leave after acusing me for throwing a cup across the room then it was an accident when my friend elbowed it off the table. the way she spoke to us was awful. they spoke to me like UTTER bab! i can tel you now i will not be visiting here again after the aggression i recived from this ‘woman’.

After driving from work in York (45 miles) I popped into Mcdonalds Kingswood Hull to be met with a very long queue of around 40 cars for the drive in which is the only option to dine,I waited until I got to the kiosk to place my order for around 20 minutes which was fair enough as the shop was closed for normal service. I placed my order which contained 2 x double cheeseburger meals and a milk shake and a caramel frappe,I duly paid for said meals and went to collect at the kiosk window,when my meal was handed to me I noticed they had given me a cappuccino rather than a frappe so I queried this and they said that's what they had charged for,so I said no problem if they can change it for the frappe and I will pay the difference of 80p. I was told to go and park up into the holding bay and someone would come out to me,after a few minutes a girl came out and said she had been sent out to collect payment,I offered my card as I had no cash on me,she said she would have to go back in and check as she couldn't take the card and I couldn't go in,she came back out and said that she had to take cash as they could not process the payment inside,I once again told her that I had no cash on me,she then went back in and the manager came out,he again said that they needed payment of the 80p so I offered my card to him which again was refused,I pointed out that they had made the mistake and gave me the wrong drink to which he replied "did you not check the BIG screen that your order was correct... I said I had only checked that my wifes cheeseburger was plain as she is allergic to the sauces,he then said I would have to go back into the queue which was now even longer and re order... I was not very happy with this and pointed out once again that it was there mistake and I was not prepared to go back into a queue to get the drink I ordered and they had got wrong,my food that I had ordered would have been even more cold than it already was, I said that his service was rubbish and I worked as a manager in a big retail store so understood that people make mistakes but ultimately he needed to put this right without making me queue back up again for another 25 minutes,he replied he was the manager and that's basically what I had to do and he wasn't going to stand outside arguing with me,I said you are taking this stance over 80p ? and he said 80p is 80p or words to tat effect. The manager needs to learn some basic customer service skills and come up with a better way of dealing with a situation that was his own staffs making and inconvenienced a customer who was trying to pay and get home after being at work since 6.30am himself... it was by that time 7.17pm . I hope he can improve in his service skills for the sake of your business.

Came during the 50% off government eat out promotion. The staff were excellent particularly the welcome host, nothing was too much for her. Highly recommend the place

Visited today at Kingswood McDonalds with my family, We asked if we could sit in a booth which was empty and available, only to be told by the old staff member that things are very different lovey (in a condescending manner) and that we have to stay where we were or she could move us outside on the patio (bear in mind it was chucking it down with rain at the time!). Considering it was also social distancing, she continued to go up to people sat eating and trying to have conversations with them about nonsense stuff. My husband was appalled and we packed up our food and took it back home. Very very rude old woman.

We use McDonalds regular, most times the food is hot, but the fries are nearly always warm, never hot, Plenty of seating, some tables needed cleaning from other peoples packages, overall a good place to eat for a quick bite to eat.
