I ordered a delivery through the McDonald's app the food arrived completely cold and no nuggets when I rang to complain they said I had to complain to uber eats and uber eats said I need to complain to McDonald's What a shambles deleted the app If you need to con people out of 26 quid. Never again

Had to wait in the car park for 10 mins for food. When food arrived it was cold not impressed at all very poor service.

Quite disappointed. Took my granddaughter who is 5 for a treat - we don't really do fast food. Last time I was there they had iPad stations and balloons for kids. Nothing anymore - tables were dirty and bins full. Food took 25 minutes and was not hot. Certainly won't be going again.

Ordered some food at 11:30 and still waiting at 1:11 am for it looked online to see the restaurants been closed an hour ago, great stuff 👍🏽

I did not receive my offer at all but have taken the money out. The driver rang me to say he was outside my house and when I asked him the address he said 4 Cottingham road,and I said I don’t live there.told him my address and still no food. So I would like my money back please

I ordered at 18.45 approx was told the delivery time would be between 19.20 and 19.40. The times on the app then kept changing and it arrived 20.10. From about 19.30 it was saying the courier was at the takeaway and the food was being prepared. The delay was with the takeaway not the courier.

Waited for my meal 22 minutes. Table servise. Guy who delivered my meal, just dropped a tray on the table, said " enjoy" ))))))))) and walked a way.

Been regularly poping in after work for a drive through to get some food after work, quite often there would be a item missing from the order, but never complained. Today popped in after yet another missing item from the order 2 days ago. Brought a receipt and wanted to get the missing item back. Asked to speak to manager and explained politely that it's happening frequently specifically at this branch. Been told she can't help and that I have to call and complain same day. So basically been told to f.off as they won't give me what I paid for which is appalling considering how much money we spend here and never complained about all the missing items over the years. Manager Naomi was not helpful at all. Just said complain online as we won't be able to help you. Won't be coming back to this branch. Disrespectful, not helpful and ignorant.

Didn’t receive any fries in my order,this is the third time this has happened the food is cold. Nothings ends up getting resolved only a measly 3 pound refund for five items that exceed that amount.

You missed one item in the order

Cold. Delivery time kept getting pushed back, I'm assuming that the delivery drivers are still camping out in the restaurant leaving our food in their bags to lose any from heat, which is what you want from a burger, nuggets and fries. not some damp, soggy cold semblance of food.

The staff overall seem nice and most are friendly, but it’s clear from using this restaurant over a number of years (closest to my house, no other reason) that the training and management is very poor. The orders are frequently wrong, the queue time is sometimes crazy for very low customer volumes and new staff are clearly thrown on to drive through and tills before they are ready.

i would leave a review on the food but the delivery driver never delivered my food all though i messaged them my address

It hasn’t come yet this is the second time this has happened I lost nearly £17.0O as that one never arrived I am not going to loose any £13.00

drinks were all in one bag which made the bag split making all the drinks go everywhere when i received them. photo proof to show this if needed

Chips bland, white, not cooked well. Burger undercooked ans rushed. Coke had no straw or ice with it as usual. Not enjoyable on this occasion .

Food is absolutely freezing cold! Pay for delivery and they don’t even deliver it to our house as we live on a farm, I put it clear in the notes not to go down dunswell lane as always and yet they still did. Leading to our food been freezing and us having to walk 10 mins away from our house to collect our food and having to walk over active trainlines whilst they are in use. Really not happy

Macdonald cottingham road if you are doing delivers make sure your are giving the service you are required to provide. Not once not twice put three times (my fault not learning, but i like to treat my kids now and again) in Incompetent staff!!!
