Takeaway...worst ever..cold chips over microwaved burger bun.warmish coffee. This place has always been poor but this is the very worst mc D,s ever ( had them all over the world too). AVOID

Waited over 1.5 hours for 4 burgers , one member of staff was very apologetic the rest of the staff including manager was very rude threw food away that someone had ordered and got bored of waiting in front of a lot of angry people who had also been waiting or an hour for basic orders Poor organisation esp at 1am Ridiculous! Avoid at all costs , save your money !

Speedy delivery. Low cost. Tasty Philly burger but a little lukewarm warm with no insulation to packaging.

didn't recieve a double cheese burger and the food was cold

food was good and still hot, drink spilt though, only thing annoyed me is they changed the time again and again it ended up being 45 mins after the time they first said

Ordered Large 9 Nugget meal and a diet coke. Food arrived cold, so was pretty rubbish to eat, didn't really enjoy it. The coke was nice though I suppose.

drink leaked. delivery is supposed to be convenient but when you have to clean up before you even eat your meal kind of defeats the point

both burgers and both fries were cold, McDonald's are physically incapable of providing a warm meal despite it arriving on time

Every time it gets delivered on a bicycle the drinks are always spilt and have to go through the rigmarole of requesting a refund it’s a joke , won’t be ordering from McDonald’s again

food was late . The delivery time kept getting put back. I did not receive my sauses or fries. Neither no straws for my drinks. Although the guy I spoken to about this was very helpful and lovely so a big thankyou !!

Food.... like in all McDonalds. Faaaar from pictures they have on website or on menu. But staff in this McDonalds much, much better then in others. Normaly you receive table service just in bag, dropped of on your table, with no any words and you need to call them back if you like some souce,etc. In this one, staff smyling, talking to you, asking is it everything OK or you need anything else (sugar, wipes,etc)? Also it is much cleaner. You feeling nice and welcome. Thanks guys.

Order wrong, and always cold, EHO say food should be served hot before delivery. Come on macca d's £17 for a cold breakfast is not good anough

my order was delivered with the seal broke and chipsx2 quarter filled obviously, deliveryman had got peckish !! not the 1st time either , will not be using again especially for McDonald's, Anlaby road and cottingham Rd same problem....

I ordered a ceasar chicken and bacon wrap, and I should not have bothered the wrap had 2 small grilled chicken 1 tiny end of bacon and slight bit of lettuce?! Basically there was hardly anything in it.. ended up hungry 😕

Clearly the best McDonalds in hull, burgers always nice, fries are never cold and always perfectly salted. Staff are kind, in my most recent visit, everything was perfect, Fries warm and salty, burger nice, drink nice. Wonderful McDonalds.

Freezing cold and took over an hour to get here

Everything on our order was missing something or just incorrect. Didn't report initially as I didn't have to time to wait again.

I placed my order at 17:24, it was not delivered until almost 7pm. By the time it arrived it was stone cold and completely unable to be eaten. Upon tracking the driver when it was out for delivery he obviously went to deliver other orders first which i understand but I don’t think it is good enough to have to wait 90 minutes for the food to be delivered and then when it is for the food to not be in a state where I am able to eat it.
