Food arrived on time, however it wasn’t just not warm but actually cold to touch. All of it. Wouldn’t order for delivery again.

staff prepared wrong order, driver didn't check order, customer unhappy

Need a new system for delivering drinks because it doesnt work not sure how many drinks ive had that have torn through the bag leaked everywhere. For a corporate this should be an easy fix

Didn't get all the sauces we asked for

drinks completely spilled in the bag so don't have anything to drink with meal

the drink cola was not the actual taste it s a mixture of power of cola with some fizzy water, the baggels where dry and the bacon tasted really weird which i had to throw them in the bin

didn't get nothing I order £30 odd pound and got 8 pounds worth of stuff so I have to order aging and hope I get a refund

Ordred at 23:10 waited till 1.30 to say it on way then got to bottom of drive went to look for him and he had drove of and it popped up saying it has been delviered £40 of food not turn up

Ordered breakfast/delivery estimated between 10-20 mins at the time. Delivery times kept updating extending the wait. The food eventually arrived an hour later cold, and with two meals wasted as my partner and daughter had to leave for work.

Drive brought my food, his trouser lap wet he had my order on his crutch the bag wet and falling apart. He told, me he'd get another order and never came back. Acted like it was my fault.

Filthy tables full of trays. Dirty and messy. Mucky floors with food on them. Crappy music way too loud. First and last visit. Nobody cleaning up at all. Needs a health inspector.

Convinced the staff here must either be on orders to deliberately miss items from all take out orders or you simply hire based on how dense the person applying is, your managers especially seem to be willfully ignorant to this issue which makes me lean more towards it being a deliberate act. Fraudsters and thieves.

Didnt even receive order the driver was on chants ave and i live on north hull he rang me to ask for address even tho it was on the order put i told him anyway the he said if i give him the code he will deliver my kids were upset

Wouldn’t normally complain here but numerous times had issues with this place including tonight, why can’t this place not get orders right ? and constantly cold or burnt food , the management is terrible. Genuinely don’t know how this is still open

both burgers and fries were stone cold, it was delivered on time so this can only mean the food has been pre made and kept under the heat lamp, Cott road branch is shocking for low quality food and from a McDonald's that's hard to do

I ordered a delivery through the McDonald's app the food arrived completely cold and no nuggets when I rang to complain they said I had to complain to uber eats and uber eats said I need to complain to McDonald's What a shambles deleted the app If you need to con people out of 26 quid. Never again

We never normally have a problem ordering from here but tonight it said on the app 10-20minute delivery time yet our order was pushed back 5 times after giving us our first time when ordering not only did it arrive late but was freezing cold when we got it! Not great service at all.

Some of the food was cold. This branch do not use the large outer kraft bag that other branches use to keep food hot, I asked the courier and they said this branch never do. I am obviously paying for this in the service charge. Also no dips

the guy dropped my food in the gutter picked it up wile I was watching him. the food was freezing cold i said I didn't want it so he said,he would take it back and tell them to refund me I'm still waiting and know refund ,I had already waited 25 minutes wile he made 3 other drops .

Did not arrive and took my payment and I have not been reimbursed!!! This has happened a few times to me and my ve lost quite a lot of money from them and I should end alit with them anyway so I feel considerably ripped off by a company that I’m loyal to

My order was over 45 minutes late I was tracking the driver I messaged him several times to tell him he was going the wrong way and gave him directions 3/4 times the food is stone cold and not edible o expect a FULL refund for my order into my bank account I do not want the as credit on just eat as I will not be using you again had the driver communicated with me he wouldn’t of spent 45 minutes driving around
