freezing cold and 2 drinks were empty ad they were spilt and the 3rd was half gone. Bag split in my living room with 2 n half drinks all over my carpet!! thanks

The driver did not deliver the food

really quick delivery and very friendly

I ordered amongst other things, an Apple McFlurry and a tub of BBQ sauce, and when I opened the bag with my drink and McFlurry in, I found the tub of BBQ sauce almost entirely submerged into the top of my McFlurry.

Ordered family meal they sent 4 chips and one burger

food cold ,delivery guy just stood in the street made no effort to ring ,never ordering again from here, delivery guys are so bad

Was accompanied today by companions , ordered my food and asked for the new sauce was boldly told no. My beautiful friend asked , was accosted by the staff and recieved this new sauce not sure why sexual predation equates to sauce in this business!!!

Delivery time changed from being 25 minutes to 40 minutes. Food arrived stone cold.

The staff are always nice here and it's probably the cleanest mcDonalds in Hull. This is the one I prefer to come to as they have the best order accuracy, and the food always tastes fresh. If there's a mcDonalds to go visit in Hull, it's definitely Cottingham Road one.

Shocking service, good freezing cold, had to throw it all away as it was inedible. Requested a refund and got offered a fraction of what I paid for it. May as well of put my money in a shredder. Do not recommend ordering from here unless you want to be disappointed.

Just not what I ordered. Ordered white coffee got a black one ordered a double sausage egg McMuffin ended up with a single bacon and an egg. It’s not rocket science really.

why do mcdonalds never send dips with order? the only reason I wanted chicken nuggets is for the dips, don't tell me I have to choose 2 if your not going to send them
