Food was OK. Pizza wasn't bad but the base was sweet for some reason. The chips were luke warm.

Very nice box meal however drink and cake were wrong

they claimed the food was delivered but it never arrived. did they deliver it to the wrong house?

Never arrived, tried calling and emailed few times nobody seem to care or even care to help, was really hungry very disappointed deleting the app goodbye.

Food arrived cold with hard bits , garlic pitta bread was just bread with a lump of garlic sauce and kinder bueno milkshake tasted like vanilla

Nothing tasted good not even the chips of dips, 4 of us put it in the bin.

I like Just Eat because the food always arrives on time, and the drivers are friendly and helpful.

I received my order in a chips carton not the brown bags as usual so it’s very cold to eat , I asked for well done doner meat, I received uncooked doner ??!!!! , will never order from here again.

Foods always good from here and always get a lot for your money. Loaded fries are always top tier.

Wouldn’t order again ment to be lasagne not sure what it was never seen mince like that or tasted like it we couldn’t eat it. All I can say it looked more like lentils and the garlic bread was cold

Food did not come as described, asked for no salad in one of the wraps and had it tucked away at the bottom. No sauces in the wraps, was given less than a small fries in both. Driver couldn't find the house.

Id like a refund on this order. It come over 1 hour 20 minutes late because the delivery guy knocked on my gate not my door then took it back to his shop. We called he said he knocked on the gate. He brought it back it was cold and went in the bin.

Food came early, I only ordered garlic Naan bread chips and coleslaw, Naan wasn’t cooked and some how coleslaw was warmer then the Naan would not recommend save you well earned money and spend it elsewhere

Food was over one hour late. When calling to ask where it was the person on the phone was rude. food was cold. 1 hour 20 minute wait for 2 burgers with chips and one garlic bread. Absolutely ridiculous. Food didn't even taste nice either. Certainly would not recommend to anyone.

Always on time,nice and hot. The food quality is surprisingly good for how cheap the deals are.

left the note on comment and phone number for driver make easy to call direct when outside as it was 1am and didn't want to wake up all house .and what driver come and ring door bell not once but 2 times .thanks wont be ordering again as they could not fallow simple instructions. call when outside . for a tip make sure samone atleast read the notes

Food was hot and delicious, the only negative I can say is I put in the comment box that I didn't want the garlic bread because I can't eat it and they still sent the garlic bread out which is unfortunately in the bin

I had to ring 2 times, it was still late. By time it came the pizza was cold and hard.

Ordered a jacket potato and it was barely the size of a new potato

Thought we would try a different takeaway what a mistake, ordered an hour before closing time, can’t tell you what it was like as it never turned up!!! Even had the cheek to say it was out for delivery and then it say it was delivered enjoy your food. I did everything the app said for delayed orders so luckily just eat refunded but wanted to warn others incase. Very disappointing won’t try again.

Not sure if it changed ownership. But it used to be better. Would get a large donner and chips. Donner meat seams very light in colour now and tastes different. Portions size for large donner and chips has more chips and less donner. It used to be a good size. Garlic sauce is very nice.

Cannot not fault at all. Got a burnt pizza but quickly delivered me another meat feast excellent will keep using

burger bun was soggy, fries tasted like it was re heated ,mayo tasted really weird and now i got small spots on my hand and they are itchy, the donner tasted like it was not made today which all my food went to bin, i can't eat that stuff. good luck with the future sales but me i won't order from you guys anymore, i ll prefer Pizza to Go ,better than you guys (Shocking)

VILE, PIZZA WAS UNDERCOOKED WITH A READY MADE SUPERMARKET BASE, THE BURGER WAS THAT OVER COOKED IT WAS LIKE LEATHER, AND THE KEBAB WAS STONE COLD WHEN IT ARRIVED, THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE CHIPS, WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN.

Honestly the best takeaway! I goo there all the time with no issues and when there is (rarely ever) they just sort it out and send me fresh food!!

Horrible. I ordered chicken donner kebab. I just got a load of shredded greasy chicken.

I've tried all takeaways down Anlaby Road and this is the best one. The grilled chicken wrap is brilliant. Service with a smile. Always a bit extra added and always full. A homeless person came in begging for food and the even fed him. Going that extra mile. Highly recommend. Shame some idiot thinking she was a tik toker came in asking for free stuff.

Terrible take away. Made a huge order and multiple orders were missing things or incorrect. Personally I ordered a chicken and Donna kabab with garlic sauce and received a chicken kabab barely cooked. Highly recommended avoiding.! Never order from here again.

I ordered a kiev pizza and chips, chips tasted overdone and the pizza wasnt kiev at all. Wont be ordering from here again. The only item that was nice was the carrot cake slice and bubblegum cake slice.

Ordered the family kebab to receive a pile of fries with hand full of meat small tray salad no pitta breads as other takeaways offer with there's when I called the takeaway I was met with rudeness stating there family kebab isn't for a family and its a normal small kebab this is for 1 false advertising and 2 awful customer service will never use again this was my first and last time using robin hood I will be warning others of this as other takeaway family kebabs feed 4 salad fries and pittas included robin hoods fed 2 children in which meant we missed out absaloutly fuming with there service and attitude!!

Always use this place now. Top food and polite delivery drivers. Food is always hot, pizzas are amazing, chips aren’t soggy, omelettes are very good so are the cheesy chips. They also listen to comments and any special requests thank you!!! Highly recommend!!!

These have been the worse takeawa in the last year, every order has something wrong with it, my stepson went to get some food as I'm looking after my baby, I asked for pepperoni pizza, got meatfeast! Stormed in there, well after I rang again an hour later he sent my pepperoni pizza to me just for it to be cold! Never again Worse service

Food was awful, yet again using the just eat app the driver was sent to the wrong address and I had to direct him. Explain to me why I wouldn't order direct from a takeaway instead of using your apparently unsuccessful service?

I am very sorry to write this but I was not impressed with the delivery driver when he came to my door I found that he was very rude and the last time we ordered from here it took nearly 2 hrs for our food to be delivered. We have been a long-time customer and we may look to order from somewhere else
