Ordered the family kebab to receive a pile of fries with hand full of meat small tray salad no pitta breads as other takeaways offer with there's when I called the takeaway I was met with rudeness stating there family kebab isn't for a family and its a normal small kebab this is for 1 false advertising and 2 awful customer service will never use again this was my first and last time using robin hood I will be warning others of this as other takeaway family kebabs feed 4 salad fries and pittas included robin hoods fed 2 children in which meant we missed out absaloutly fuming with there service and attitude!!

These have been the worse takeawa in the last year, every order has something wrong with it, my stepson went to get some food as I'm looking after my baby, I asked for pepperoni pizza, got meatfeast! Stormed in there, well after I rang again an hour later he sent my pepperoni pizza to me just for it to be cold! Never again Worse service

i have eaten many cuisine but i like all the food of robin hood. its very delicious and healthy i regulary eat from this teakaway. i really rocommend its food to taste it regulary you will enjoy it with your family.

Food cold, arrived late after ordering 2 hours in advance. Asked for garlic sauce as a side but they put it in the burger. Food was not nice overall 😕 When I called to ask for update 1st time got told it was on its way.......waited 20 min. Rang again to ask, got told its on It'd way. Explained already been told this and the man put the phone down on me 😲

Partner asked for a mushroom ham and peppers pizza just peppers on the pizza also paid for a drink never gave him it

On the 30/08/2023 I went to the shop and ordered a Shiah kebab, when he give me my kebab and I tasted the lamb was not cooked at all and I asked him very politely to cook it properly the man was very very rude with me and said this is how we cooked our kebabs, they treated me very badly I am not happy with their costumes service and they have costumer service knowledge at all.

Blonde hair girl is rude and nasty she chucked the money at me and her manners are horrible

Ordered from here tonight a item was missing the delivery driver had no change he looked in his car laughing at me, so I never got my full change and to be honest the food is rubbish avoid.

Ordered offer number 5 with a cheese pizza but received a garlic bread instead of a pizza. Food was over half an hour late which lead it to being cold. Ordered an garlic bread but it was just dough no garlic on it at all

Food came cold and 1 and half hours late I rang twice to ask where it is got told it was leaving the shop now both times and there was a 30 minutes gap in between pizza was oily let's just say it was more like spot the pizza than wheres wally

Placed and order for around £30. 25 minutes later they rang to say they’re too busy and cannot take the order. Is this ok? I said I don’t have much choice do I? Then said you’ll receive your refund 5-10 working days. Maybe take yourself offline if you can’t cope with the demand. Very poorly run!!!! Also looking at the reviews I’m glad I avoided.

Food is alright but it’s always at least 25 minutes late. This time after it was 35 minutes late the owner called me and made out that I was in the wrong for calling once and asking for an update on delivery and then lied & argued with me about the delivery time even though I can see it on just eat. Won’t be ordering again.

Don't recommend this take away at all the shop closed at 11:30 I ordered at 10:45 got a message at 11:00 that it was on it's way rang them at 11:30 apparently it had just left the shop food turns up midnight and is totally ruined and cold

Absolutely appalling service, took 3 hours to have 2 cheeseburger and chips delivered, when It finally arrived it had been microwaved, even the salad in the burger was burning hot

Shocking takeaway! After an hour and a half wait, parts of my order were missing; the fries were cold and stale and the free garlic bread? Well...I'm not surprised it's free, it's just added waste for my recycling.

Bought a chicken kebab, with chips,. The chips were raw and white, the chicken kebab meat was all brown and full of chicken fat skin. It didn't even taste like chicken, more like the sweepings off the bottom of a pigeon loft. Not recommended never. Never ate it, wouldn't dare it looked undercooked and old meat

Good value. Pizza isn't amazing but it's fair for the price. Lots of chip spice on the chips which is great.

Terrible service, after waiting over an hour for food I decided to call for an update, I was told the driver called me 20 times however my phone did not ring once. I was then told they would not deliver my food nor would they give me a refund. I had to open a case with uber eats to get my money back.

Would've give 0 if allowed. 2 hours delivery. Food dry cold in edible. Certainly would not recommend.

Me and my partner got a meal deal from here was cold when turned up missing burger of deal and chips where soggy been to far better takeaways in town my partner Ben wouldn't rate it either he said pizza tasts horrific smells like cow pop to don't go there people u won't get a good deal go to a another takeaways pls the best think about the takeaway was the can of pop everything else went straight in bin sorry but we are so disappointed won't be coming back to you again refund pls or I'll take it furfure

Have used this takeaway for many years and was not happy as the chips we got were virtually raw won't be using them again in a hurry

This place has gone down hill! Ordered twice and have been disappointed both times. Isn't like how it use to be!!! Was lovely before. Chips was more like scraps and re-fried over and over!! The chicken wraps was more salad and spot the chicken wraps, tasted old and out of date!! Very limp put it that way. The chips and cheese well they wasn't really any cheese on them. And the garlic bread was cold. Thought I'd treat the nurses through this hard time but NEVER again will we go here! Such a shame as this place use to be soo good and now it sucks!

Not a bad kebab, meat a little over cooked so a little chewy. Pitta wasn't cut with the meat and salad in it, it came in a container, chips on bottom( didn't ask for them), meat quite thinly sliced on top. Salad was in a separate container as was the chilli sause. All in all not bad food and there was plenty of it. Staff were really friendly.

Disgusting ordered chicken kebab which came with bones I'm that I nearly choked on. The driver came back to collect the food and now are not refunding me. £11 for a can of coke disgusting dont waste your money

£9 for mixed kebab, tasted horrible and old with no spices or salt anything. Could not even even finish it cause it tasted so bland. Worst food iv'e ever had period.

Food came cold after 1h 40 min after I ordered. I rang them straigh away while couldn'tdriver was still nearby but they couldn't be asked to come back for cold food, instead they gave some "discount" on next order. Chicken kebab was not too bad I liked the spice. Pizza was also just good enough to satisfy, fries were very soggy and obviously too cold to eat them and the donner kebab was very dry and had very pepper taste. This was first time I took from them but I'd not recommend this takeaway.

If you like good takeaway food then avoid this place at all costs. DONNER meat is gross! Swimming in grease and rubbery meat with a weird non lamb flavour. No chip spice on chips. CALZONE was dripping in grease. Possibly the worst takeaway I've visited in Hull.

Ordered food came late, then the driver parked 10 minutes away because it was 'easier' and after walking 10 minutes to where the driver said he was parked, it turned out he told me the wrong location (he said 'main entrance' of the university, he had actually parked at the back entrance), and he had the nerve to be mad at me, when the food actually came it was the wrong order with a pizza missing also, will not be visiting again!

If you like dog food this is the best place to take your pet . The food is absolutely vile . Words cannot explain how someone can make such disgusting food . The drivers are ill mannered . I have never tried such a poor quality food in my life . I hope places like this get closed down . The standard is horrible no health and safety people working in kitchen no hats , not even washing there hands . Horrible place
