Got my order wrong a few times now, this takeaway used to be great. Now it's just gone so far downhill in taste and quality yet the prices have gone up. Wouldn't recommend going here anymore. For a place that claims they love making pizzas well the pizzas are bland at best. There's just no flavour and with all the takeaways around now you need a way to stand out rather than being a generic tray, conveyor and wait pizza shop. Will just buy 2 Chicago town mini pizzas in future as they're much better quality and less than half the price!

it took over hour half for my order to get brought to me I had to ring the shop up as got notified it had been delivered when it hadn't so they had to make me another order and wish I just asked for a refund, the cheese on my sons pizza was coming out the box so it had been tipped on a side and I just wasn't happy with the order

first time having this take away and it was lovely. all of it was fresh and hot. no complaints and will order again. plus delivery wasn't too long either

The salad was turning and had a sower smell, the chicken tasted funny and some bits were awful they looked cooked but when you bit into it, it tasted like rubber. The chicken on the pizza was either burned, just bad quality or gristly. Never had a takeaway this poor from here before, very disappointed and won't be ordering again as nearly £30 wasted

Rank, Pizza was undercooked and bland. Chips was hard and tasteless…….Didn’t really eat it. Ended up in the bin! Got this place as a change to try it, don’t bother, stick with what you know. Worst take away I’ve had for some time.

Went to get 2 lots of 4 scoop gelato and got charged £15 which works out at £7.50 each when the menu states it's less than £5 for 4 scoops. When I questioned it, the server made up some excuse or other before giving in and giving me some money back.

Honestly dog food tried 1 bite never again 1hour and 10 minute wait on Tuesday. Driver was well mannered.

I like so many people used to have this place as a fave but after this debacle where something was advertised as free but then the restaurant phoned me expecting me to pay for the item I haven't been back the restaurant changed owners and its gone downhill... won't be going back

Ordered online for delivery, ordered x2 burgers but did not come with salad as stated. Ordered a curry which said comes with rice or chips but no option to choose either online. Curry was a bowl of grease which went everywhere and stained hubby's hands. Food did taste very nice other than that

Ordered the pizza chips deals that are advertised on just eat on their menu, to then get a phone call saying we can't have the chips as they don't do that offer anymore...shouldn't be advertised! Should have honoured it, I told them this but still didn't, not good!

Ordered 2 Garlic bread W/Cheese both came but all the cheese was on one side took 2 calls and 2 visits from driver to sort out. Staff were rude and unhelpful even accusing the driver of not telling them when in fact driver was stood at my door when I rang. This is the last time. This place was nice but has gone down hill a lot never ordering again I advise everyone to give it a miss

Awful, soggy, greasy pizza. Nasty cheap donner meat and the box was saturated in fat! Wouldn't feed this to my dog!

normally faultless, my go to, but tonight was different the fries wasn't the same like they changed supplier, and the donner meat was anemic. if its like this next time it will get blacklisted.

Food was hot on arrival. Had to call the takeaway as I felt forgotten as we’d been waiting over an hour when delivery time was stated as 35-50minutes. The call taker then stated it was going to be another 5 minutes before delivery was sent. Ended up being an hour and half total waiting.

Awful food for nearly £45. The cookie dough (£6 btw) was just a single cookie rolled out flat - I couldn't stop laughing when I saw it because I thought it must be a joke. The chicken tandoori kebab wasn't in an actual naan, it came in a plastic tub with a thin small cold naan on the side - the chicken tandoori tasted like nothing too. The burger and salad were tasteless too, the only ok part was the pizza, nothing to rave about but it was okay enough to eat. Very disappointed considering the price, a big shame

Ordered food was supposed to be delivered within 50 mins called 1.5 hours later and told they were making order waited another hour and called and again told us it was on way - when it finally came no apology and my kids are up way past bed time - so unreliable !!!

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza and a lot of the so called chicken was just chicken skin, absolutely disgusting 🤢 definitely won't be ordering anything 'chicken' again.

Delivery time was nearly 2 hours and was still somehow late, called up the takeaway and they hadn't even started cooking my order yet. My order of a large donner meat and cheesy chips finally came nearly 30 minutes late, donner meat was overcooked and like leather and the cheesy chips were just disappointing, even though I live a 10 minute walk away the food was somehow stone cold. Worst takeaway in Bransholme

Used Pazzo for many years now. Just been in and ordered a pizza and chips. The pizza was lovely however the chips couldn't eat. They were cold and rock hard.

The cookie dough made me spew up and the milkshake was horrible the tango ice blast was nice tho

Well over 2 hours after the expected delivery time and still waiting!. Wish we'd have read all the reviews on Facebook and Google before ordering. I'm a local lad so will definitely be telling others local to avoid this place especially after seeing my case isn't a lone one. NO EXCUSES.. Shocking and to be lied to by the staff saying my order is cooked and is ready to be delivered this was at the hour late mark. Rang a few times just constant excuses not expecting the food to be in any way shape or form warm or decent by the looks of others reviews and the standards this place are operating at. The fact that some of the reviews also say their order just simply never arrived. This place needs Boycotting

Lovely and fresh salad, chicken kebab delivered piping hot and very tasty, chips nicely seasoned and crispy too.. all of the meal was fab. Only slight complaint was the delivery driver left the gate wide open but no biggie as he delivered early. Would order again.

My wife called a takeaway and asked for the pizza to be extra thin gentleman said yes that’s fine we received the pizza and it was absolutely terrible. The two chicken kebabs we received were in plastic containers look like they’ve been cooked in a pan in sauce and on the menu, there were no allergen information regarding the sauce what was in the kebab we called up the takeaway to complain and they told us they have been serving it like that for five years and for me to call Hull City Council as they have a five star rating I don’t understand what the five star rating has got to do with the way they cooked the food and delivered the food. If you want food what’s not edible carry on ordering from this takeaway as I will never order again.

Had no menu so you had to ask ordered chicken kebab the salad looked like it had been in fridge for out 3 days plus the kebab was in a plastic container so it had water in wasn't the best just might have been having a bad nite can't say what the rest off the food is like but would be going back no more

Waited 3 hours for 1 pizza, to be told it’s been delivered to wrong house. They bring another pizza 15 minutes later that was undercooked and of poor standard. Been coming here since it opened however I won’t be going back

Terrible service! Ordered directly thought their app on an off peak Thursday night and it took 2 hours to arrive. Once it had finally arrived we learned they had gave us the wrong pizzas and both were going cold by the time we received them. Won’t be returning

Placed an order 2 hours ago at 7pm and I only ordered 1 meal and a drink so didnt expect it to be more than an hour considering I live a 10 minute drive away. After an hour and 40 minutes my food still hadnt arrived I then rang up and there was no answer and I rang a second time to be told my food was ten minutes and that was half an hour ago and my food has only just arrived, the chips are warm at best and the portions are tiny compared to before the takeaway was ran by its previous owners

My boyfriend and I went this evening for our dinner as we fancied a chicken kebab, I have to say it's the best chicken kebab I have tasted in the Hull area. Sal makes homemade coleslaw and it's amazing! The pizza is also really tasty. We also had ice cream milkshakes which were delicious! We will definately be back.

Amazing staff and so friendly and always want to make sure your okay and the best mint milkshakes ever, always fill it right to the top and well worth the money amazing couldn't ask for anything better

Awful there customer service so confrontational. Ordered king Royal got boiled rice instead of Vegetable rice and the bread it came with was smaller than my hand . Never again
