I am writing to express my deep concern about the extremely rude behavior I encountered during my recent visit to your establishment. Specifically, there were two staff members, who used inappropriate and offensive language towards me. This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I believe that all customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. This experience has left me feeling very uncomfortable and upset. First time visiting this chippy. Great fish. Lots of chips. Both tasted great. Would definitely recommend.

The food was cold, the bread was hard and the there was no cheese in the one sandwich when ordered cheese, I didn’t get a dip with my footlong dipper when I ordered one and it was not toasted at all. Awful food

Very good prompt food served by l9vely staff. It's a good idea to go up to this balcony in any case since you escape the madness of the concourse full of people waiting for their platform to be announced. But it is all the better to get up there to find this excellent outpost of Leon. The queue works a bit backwards, but everything else is top notch and the waitstaff are lovely.

Sorry but 3 star I got ribs in BBQ sauce they would be nice but they're In so much salt they're inedible coming from someone who loves extra salt. Hope you read this and change them as it's so much salt

Would even give it a rating came tonight I get food chips were black and green the chicken chunks for my children were rock hard so crispy they didn’t even eat them they were so hard if you threw them at a wall they would crumble spoken to the manager he was rude with an attitude refusing to give me a refund if I taken back the food saying he won’t going to do any thing about it avoid this fish bar by far the worse one in Weston!

I just asked for some sauce on my burger and they were being terribly rude to me saying that you have a lot of request for a burger. The stuff will really rude and disrespectful Asif like I was just there to buy a burger and they were being rude to me

Just had 4 strips and couldn’t even eat them horrible batter cheap chicken squishy horrible place wouldn’t let my dog eat this food

I am a regular customer of Subway. I have a complaint about the staff named Harai , he is always rude, and always tells me different rules about the company. Today, I went to the shop with my family , and we ordered 3 footlongs and a 6 inch . My 4 years old boy asked for a chicken fillet strip , so I bought from the neighbouring shop as it was not available at Subway. Harai told me it's not allowed to eat food from outside and asked me to leave the shop. It was just one chicken strip for my 4-year-old boy who was crying. We had to leave the shop without eating, it was our festive day, Eid, and this event had a very negative impact on our celebrations. I won't go to this franchise again.

My 8 year old son ordered a plain bacon sandwich and I thought it was expensive. I asked for the receipt and realised he charged him for a veggie deluxe (8.99) with double bacon (£4.00). I must stress it was a plain baguette with bacon, no veggie deluxe, not even salad or sauce. He tried to say it was because of the till and if we had ordered chicken bacon it would have been cheaper. Really wish I took a photo. Absolute rip off merchant!!!! Same sandwich in Bagshot subway is £4.80 on the breakfast menu and the girls is friendly and polite!

They keep giving you half the order when they return foods cold

Ordered tonight for a birthday tea for half 7 delivery, said delivery was about 20 to 8 ,rang at quarter past 8 to be told another 10 minutes waiting for a driver ,got to 10 to 9 ,rang again to be told they had no driver it wouldn't be coming no contact to tell us this ,no updates through just eat or restaurant, absolutely disgusting service ,won't be using them again .
