Had the worst food poisoning from this place. When I called them they put the phone down. Do not go here

chips good chicken hot & nice gravy good.

Food arrived early and hot.. the fillet burgers are lovely!! ... way too much BBQ sauce on the wings, ruined the texture very soggy.

Chicken was dry, piri piri salt was overdone, and seemed to be clumped in one area. The gravy well…… not even sure it was gravy was thick like tar and the taste was awful

I bought a spicy chicken wrap 3 days ago and my I have had spicy diarrhoea constantly. The wrap tasted beautiful but not worth the pain for £4.99

First time ordering...Very disappointed!! Ribs jst grissel, chicken piece mostly bone, Chips stone cold ...Gravy gluppy and weird taste.....Worst food I've ever had...totally inedible straight in the bin. won't be ordering again.

Staff were friendly and this is no reflection on them... Prices are a joke... £5.99 for 1 piece of BBQ chicken and fries... Got a chicken fillet burger and chips and the bottom bun was thicker than the so called chicken "fillet"... Gotta stop giving our money over to rip offs!

It's really unfortunate I have to leave this review. The chicken tasted horrible :(. The BBQ chicken tasted like it had been there for days! Really poor. To make matters worse 2 chicken chips and 3 wings was £7.49 - which was terribly over priced especially for the quality of the food! Avoid at all costs

Food was cold. I ordered a wrap and they gave me a burger. I rang the shop to query it and there was no other explanation other than “we put the contents in a bun instead” If I wanted a burger I would have ordered a burger. They got the driver to come back and they gave me a wrap and took the burger back. Hope they don’t give that to another customer! Don’t really understand why they couldn’t just do the wrap in the first place considering that’s what I ordered

Over 2 hours for food to be delivered a 14min car journey is a joke

this used to be a nice place to eat from but the last couple of times it's gone downhill. the food was stone cold, even the beans! burger was a mess with the burger fallen out of the bun and mayo everywhere. I don't know how it was so cold as it was early, also the driver delivered it to the wrong address at first I had to wait by the front door for it

chips were cold and rubbery like they had been re heated, and chicken was overcooked and dry. will be trying else where as this is the 3rd time like this

The delivery time when ordering stated 20-35 minutes then once ordered it said by 20:35 then the time changed to between 21:00 and 21:20. After ringing at 21:25 I was told it would be with me within 10 minutes. It finally turned up and I wish it hadn’t. The packaging the chips were in was absolutely saturated with grease. The chicken was just about warm and not very nice either. Save your money and go elsewhere.

OK this has to be the worst experience I've had using just eat, it took over 35mins for the food to be delivered, which left it cold and very dry, not enjoyable at all, and also made it 25mins late on delivery, overall very unhappy with the service here, and it will not be a shock that I will never order again.

Was on phone to them for about 10 mins which I have proof of call woman on phone could not tell me why when I ordered my food at roughly 4:45 to arrive at 6:00 and then being late at 6:45 by 45 mins and food arrived cold she said complain on the app and you will get a refund, I also have proof of having to microwave the cold food

Ok peeps so buy chicken lunch time amazing fresh BUT in the evening forgot leftovers from lunch time tastes of rubber tire but the branch in Gillingham always tastes fresh and more tasty don’t know why but 5 stars to the Gillingham shop👍🏽

Tonight ordered a fair amount of food,hour and half late,then driver couldn't find my address so had to go out to him yet again,went to get the food out of the bag and box split and all food fell out,I phoned up to complain and they said it was my fault and nothing they could do,happy to take £40 but completely ruined my night,100% food wasnt fresh what I could eat,do not recommend them at all.

it was the gravy and the bbq ribs the gravy was soils with fat lump in it and the bbq ribs was just chuck in the same box as the chicken

They good with chicken would never buy burger from them again it was burnt and so hard on the edge nearly broke my tooth stick to what your good at my boys loved the chicken I ate a quarter of it and threw the the rest of the shoe leather in the bin

Disgusting very disapointted Chicken fillet burger as thin as beef burger over cooked or reheated the chicken all dry inside. Corn on the cob tasted stale was really not nice. Chips were fine. Driver very pleased and friendly. Food came with a minute to spare from latest estimated delivery time.

Cold dry chicken, fries cold, ordered at 3.45pm for a 6pm delivery, called restaurant at 6.10pm, turned up 15 mins later. Disappointed.

I am sad to write this as I have ordered from this place more times than I care to admit, and I am a big fan of the food. However the customer service and delivery times have been getting increasingly worse, and I'm not sure I will order from here again. One thing that always happens when I order now is that the delivery time shown on the page (say, 35-50 minutes) always ends up being an hour to an hour and a half. The last few times I've ordered, it has arrived up to 10 minutes after the latest estimate, meaning a wait of approx. 1 hr 40 minutes. I have had to call numerous times to check they've actually received my order, and am always told it's already left with the delivery driver. One time I called 30 seconds after placing the order to change the drink, and was told my food had left ten minutes ago and it wasn't possible to change the drink. Obviously this sounds like their stock line for any customers calling. It's a shame because I really like the food here! I always get fried chicken and I've always really enjoyed it, and somehow it usually arrives warm enough too. However I need to plan almost 2 hours ahead now to order from here and it's just too long. :(
