Quality Chicken And Ribs in Medway

Stale chips, ribs placed on top of fried chicken in a small box,making it all messy. They cant even be bothered to use aseparate paper box for the ribs, they are plain lazy and disrespectful treating customers as if they are feeding some animals.

Took more or less a hour to relive and food was bad

I had chicken and chips and the prices are very expensive the batter on the chicken wasn't very nice very soggy, my chips portion was so small they wouldn't even fill up a mouse, all in all I give it a 1 but ther isn't a half rating so had to stick to 1...I felt robbed

Just had 4 strips and couldn’t even eat them horrible batter cheap chicken squishy horrible place wouldn’t let my dog eat this food

Only live less than a mile away and it turned up cold. Maybe they should box it up when their delivery driver (they use their own) is at the place rather than packaging it and waiting for him to be back from delivering others. It’s chicken and fries! It’s the main thing they sell so they must have pieces ready and keeping warm. So don’t bag it up and wait for nearly an hour before delivering to a house 5 minutes away.

Do not order from here, how hard is it to fulfil an order on a Thursday evening. I have just come back home from a 2 day training course and I have just had to order something else as this place never delivered my order!

Food is good here especially their chicken burgers. Can be a little bit of a wait for the food to be ready. Far too many menu choices. Management should consider simplifying the menu.

Chicken was the worst I’ve ever tasted and the barbecue ribs were uneatable and had weird taste, they left out the bottle of drink which eventually arrived 1 hour late, what a waste of money and time ruined our Friday night take out dinner!!!!!

wings are good, but burger fillet was too hard to bite and not fresh.....

Driver did not deliver the food but tracked it to say delivered. When I called the restaurant they asked me to come to restaurant and collect because he couldn’t find my address, when I asked for refund they asked me to call justeat.

Food arrived early and hot.. the fillet burgers are lovely!! ... way too much BBQ sauce on the wings, ruined the texture very soggy.

Chicken was dry, piri piri salt was overdone, and seemed to be clumped in one area. The gravy well…… not even sure it was gravy was thick like tar and the taste was awful

Food cold, chips horrible, chicken dry. Delivery time changed half way through ordering and took just over an hour and a half.

I bought a spicy chicken wrap 3 days ago and my I have had spicy diarrhoea constantly. The wrap tasted beautiful but not worth the pain for £4.99

Staff were friendly and this is no reflection on them... Prices are a joke... £5.99 for 1 piece of BBQ chicken and fries... Got a chicken fillet burger and chips and the bottom bun was thicker than the so called chicken "fillet"... Gotta stop giving our money over to rip offs!

It's really unfortunate I have to leave this review. The chicken tasted horrible :(. The BBQ chicken tasted like it had been there for days! Really poor. To make matters worse 2 chicken chips and 3 wings was £7.49 - which was terribly over priced especially for the quality of the food! Avoid at all costs

Food was cold. I ordered a wrap and they gave me a burger. I rang the shop to query it and there was no other explanation other than “we put the contents in a bun instead” If I wanted a burger I would have ordered a burger. They got the driver to come back and they gave me a wrap and took the burger back. Hope they don’t give that to another customer! Don’t really understand why they couldn’t just do the wrap in the first place considering that’s what I ordered

Over 2 hours for food to be delivered a 14min car journey is a joke

this used to be a nice place to eat from but the last couple of times it's gone downhill. the food was stone cold, even the beans! burger was a mess with the burger fallen out of the bun and mayo everywhere. I don't know how it was so cold as it was early, also the driver delivered it to the wrong address at first I had to wait by the front door for it

chips were cold and rubbery like they had been re heated, and chicken was overcooked and dry. will be trying else where as this is the 3rd time like this

The delivery time when ordering stated 20-35 minutes then once ordered it said by 20:35 then the time changed to between 21:00 and 21:20. After ringing at 21:25 I was told it would be with me within 10 minutes. It finally turned up and I wish it hadn’t. The packaging the chips were in was absolutely saturated with grease. The chicken was just about warm and not very nice either. Save your money and go elsewhere.

OK this has to be the worst experience I've had using just eat, it took over 35mins for the food to be delivered, which left it cold and very dry, not enjoyable at all, and also made it 25mins late on delivery, overall very unhappy with the service here, and it will not be a shock that I will never order again.

Tonight ordered a fair amount of food,hour and half late,then driver couldn't find my address so had to go out to him yet again,went to get the food out of the bag and box split and all food fell out,I phoned up to complain and they said it was my fault and nothing they could do,happy to take £40 but completely ruined my night,100% food wasnt fresh what I could eat,do not recommend them at all.

Awful. Not going to be ordering from here again. Food was late, chips were missing??how do you forget the chips? £22 for a burger meal(minus the chips) 2pcs of chicken and 6 wings. Ridiculous. I've also had the trots for 2days after consuming this food.
