Greggs in Medway

Arrived about 6pm to a well stocked shop. Plenty of choices. The 2 members of staff, called Susan and Clarice were extremely helpful when helping us choose our goodies.

Good services,clean and not too busy

It's a relief to visit after the Thames crossing!

It’s a motorway service area, not much to say. These places are always filthy and depressing and this is no exception. I still call it Farthing Corner.

Good facilities especially when others are closed

Showing it's age but ok for a quick stop. Has a KFC, WHSmith,Burgerking, M&S and coffee shop.

Awful. Very dirty in all areas, we used KFC, staff were miserable, ignored us, food was cold, but as they had building work going on we had already moved and seated ourselves. Just really couldn't be bothered to go back to the counter. Won't be calling in again, or if we do, we will be bringing our own food.

Not the best services very tired.

Choice of places to eat. There’s a Burger King, Greggs, KFC and a small Marks and Spencer’s too. There are toilets although not as many as other service stations. There is of course a WHSmiths as with most service stations. We had no problems parking and you can sit outside to eat overlooking the motorway beneath. You can walk over the road to the different shops and enjoy the view of the M2 below.

Greggs got there 630am ordered sausage roll and a steak bake both cold like they was sat there over night

Needs a complete update, but does serve its purpose, just.

What a dump... First place visitors see after arriving in Dover of Folkestone... It should be a flaslgship services .. not a litter strewn wasteland ...

Car broke down, so we had a coffee while we waited for the AA

This services are appalling, bags of rubbish everywhere, and litter. See rats too, so we never stayed to eat. The manager should be replaced.

Always stop here before going to dover. Got what you need. A Greg's, M&S burger King.

Still feels really grubby and unloved

Old school type of motorway services. Shops include Greg's, M&S, Costa & burger king and a KFC is due to open soon. Services bridge the motorway but limited, basic seating.

Awful services run down. Best avoid.

It's a Moto that's not on the M4 or the M40 so keep your expectations low

O parcare foarte bună, luminată si supravegheată video, dușuri gratuite, toalete curate, mini market, personal foarte amabil! Recomand!

Moto have replaced the disability toilets on the North bound side of M2 at Moto Medway services and replaced them with a food outlet! Profit over disability!!!! Not enough food outlets here already??My elderly father wasn't very happy😡

Good motorway services, facilities are clean and Gregg's on-site is well stocked

It's functional. Looks rough and unloved. Not inviting after a long journey. Take your life in your hands navigating the carpark building works.

Great place to stop going to or returning from the ferry.

Always stop when in the area due to being a lorry driver always space and fuel wide selection of food and drinks. Toilets are always clean and tidy.

It's a motorway service station. Lots of shops. Does what it should.

There were no lights in the car park, and i side the service area. The floor was very dirty, full of mud floor prints

Always use the garage for fuel in lorry. Always helpful & happy. Great staff

Small but plenty of shops on site. A good place to stop but check the petrol prices as they are higher than off motorway garages. Parking is free and convenient.

Good service station, lacks a bit of choice and is slightly dated

they do not have video surveillance or security with a payment of 33 pounds and in the morning we have a lack of 250 liters of diesel I do not recommend visiting a risky parking lot

Disabled toilets were out of order. Lady in smiths tried to help but doors would not unlock

OK if you're desperate I suppose. There's not a great deal there; the cafés and fast food on offer seem to have higher prices than normal. At least they have fuel, toilets and food on offer. It's not the most modern or cleanest stop though.

For a small S S it is really good

Served quick and hot. Its a Greggs and you get what you’d expect. Okay they’ve had to put up their prices in the last year, but VFM on the motorway hard to find.

Atenție mare la negri !!! Am găsit unul în vagon. Au început sa migreze spre Franța. Am mai auzit cazuri ca i s-au urcat negri de acolo și în Franța i-au tăiat prelata sa coboare. Grija mare colegi. În rest tot ok.

Good place to break up the journey.

On Saturday morning at least, pleasantly quiet with plenty of parking available and no crowds in the franchises.

Stopped here on the way back from Deal, facilities were good, but Burger King was very expensive, no wonder there was hardly anybody there!

Beautiful new toilets. This is the first time ever I have done a review about toilets but it is so pleasant to visit nice ones! I hope they work hard at keeping them spotless.

Extortion, I'd really give this place a miss. 2 coffees they wanted £8.60p Drive down 5o the next junction the same coffee x2 £6.00p It's a rip off

Very good service, friendly staff and great products, food generally is good toilet was clean and fully stocked. And has great disabled changing room equipped with a hoist and with decent space. It all looked new or extremely well maintained

Standard services do have a fly problem that was off-putting

Always stop here on our way to Whitstable. Fined £90 in car park for a cigarette end. ( I fully accept my fault in this ; but £90 ? ) We will never visit again and will advise others likewise. Ps The bins provided are totally unsuitable as ashtrays.

Small motorway services. Covers what is needed but cleanliness of the common eating area was not great.

Parked next to 2 wonderful continental wagon drives quite urly. 40 minutes to collection next morning no rush took some photos, i love lines weather there dieagnel or straight, mixed.

As service stations go this isn't bad has a m&s food, Costa coffee, burger king and a Gregg's. Also a loo for that much needed pit stop, however it's not the cleanest and the Gregg's gets very busy at times also on a few occasions the Costa has been closed for no apparent reason Decent sized car park but the lay out of entering and exiting could be a lot better almost seems dangerous at times exiting the carpark this layout needs changing. Last point the price of petrol is stupidity over priced. Your looking at 20/40p per litre more then a standard petrol station

Not a bad motorway services but could really do with more EV chargers as we had to wait an hour to use one due to the demand

Toilets clean and good service at shops inside but I found the sign posts hard to read going in for entrance and parking.
