Excellent service area Wry clean and tidy

Extremely clean Costa, I was served by a very attentive member of staff (Jack) who made me a very nice coffee and pastry. Toilets also cleanest I’ve ever seen in any service station. Thank you!

This morning at 04:00 they opened my trailer, I saw that there were two of them but there was another Romanian colleague, he saw that there were five of them and they also tried to open his trailer but they didn't succeed

Handy stop, but dated and car parks poorly signposted. Can be hard to find the exit!

Two fast food outlets are just what's needed.

Idiotic design. When you turn into wrong line you can't get to cars car park. No way to rejoin. Only sections for lorries. However on other site...good selection of places to eat and good toilet.

Sufficient parking, even for lorries. Toilet facilities were upgraded in the last couple of years and much improved. Plenty of choices here despite the limited space. I favour M&S, Greggs and Costa.

We have received a parking charge notice for our visit to your services. We have a 6-year-old disabled child with special needs, and given 2 hours was not enough to care for him during our visit. We have overstayed by 16 minutes to attend to his needs.

Typical tired motorway services. Convenient for a leg stretch and toilets.

Car park, privately owned. Confusing signs making you worry if you're going to get a ticket or not. I didnt.

Awful just nasty filthy place with limited services. Toilets are some of the worst in any services in the UK. Avoid if you can.

To park a trailer for up to a maximum of 2 hours for free, more than that you must pay a minimum of one day and it costs £35. It seems pathetic that you have to pay for a car park that doesn't even have barriers, I'm new to transport in England but it's not worth it.

Went into Greggs. Nearly £9 😮 for 2 coffees and steak bakes!! They had run out of steak bakes thankfully. So we declined and walked out. Typical motorway prices but yet you drive a few miles to a town with a Greggs and its half price. Sick of been ripped off...

Great services handy in both directions as you can walk across from 1 side to the other, good choice of food outlets. Only downside is the disabled toilet, big room for wheelchair access. Just has a toilet and sink. Could do with a shelf and seating ie a chair. Not all disabled people use a wheelchair or just need the toilet.

Good place if you want to have a rest, during your drive. Free parking is limited to 2 hours. £15 for parking for more than 2 hours. Available KFC, BurgerKing, Gregg's and M&S.

Good for a rest and stretching your legs and a tea, a good choice of food outlets and shops though overpriced for what it is, a good number of charging points for electric vehicles but I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and would stop again.

Quiet. Good service. Would have liked a receipt for my purchase if coffee and cake. Not offered and too late by the time I realised. Seems to be common practice these days whereas I would prefer getting a receipt to be the default.

Nice service station, very clean and well maintained. Showers and toilets very clean as well. Good place for eating, resting and relaxing. I totally recommend it for the comercial drivers a good place to sleep overnight or weekend.

In overall need of repair, only one street light working on the whole east bound side car and lorry parks, Lorry curtains being cut into view loads, showers need renewing and drains constantly smell. For the money we pay to park here overnight it is very poor!

Good service area, very complete with showers, shops and fast food places. The inconvenience is that you park early or not at all, the spaces are narrow and scarce and very expensive like everything else in the UK.

Stealths in large groups, cut tarpaulins, broken tanks, immigrants with a guide to Europe, beware of truck drivers

For electric car, a highly recommended stop. Grab a drink/snack/quick meals & buy gifts at m&s, Whsmith⭐️

Great options for food and drink and little shopping

Arrived with a coach full of passengers who want to stopped use toilets and get food on the way home. But was unable to stop as coach park full and I do mean full of trucks. Continued on without stopping

The only services on the M2 motorway in Kent. It's a little run down and the food choices are quite limited. You can park free for up to two hours and there are charging points for electric cars. There is a hotel on the London bound side. Fuel prices are outrageous. I would recommend coming off at junction 4 which is only about half a mile to/ from the services and getting your fuel at Sainsbury's at Hempstead Valley. It's only about 2 minutes from the motorway and is way cheaper.

Really good motorway services . Needed a break so we stoped here to refresh. The staff are very friendly and will do anything for you . You have m and s , Costa , Burger King and WH Smith’s . It’s all done very well inside and has a seating area . Greg’s is there as well before you go in to the services . I got a take away hot chocolate and the staff on Costa were fast and efficient. I would stop there if you need to .

We did a charity hitchhike race to Paris and ended up in the Medway services over night. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were given coffee and food and chatted with the staff. We stood outside of the services for 10 hours trying to hitchhike and weren’t told off by staff or security once! Medway services is my favourite place that I never want to go back to lol! <3

Old style service station with a bridge so you can watch lorries disappear beneath your feet. £4.85 for a small oat cappuccino. Give it a few years and that will seem cheap but not in 2024! Toilets were clean and had a decent food offer for its type.

Great place to stop for a coffee and a bite to eat if you want to break up your journey

A grab and go breakfast to start the day , the coffee was fine , nice and hot , the breakfast rolls were okay , but barely warm

Always call here on way to and from leysdown and ramsgate few times a year. There's Greg's w h Smith. Burger King..KFC. M & S food Costa so plenty to choose from. Also toilets.

We had a great experience at Moto Medway Services. It’s an ideal stop for frequent breaks during long drives. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and efficient. There are plenty of food and drink options to choose from, making it a convenient place to rest and recharge. Overall, it’s a reliable stop for travelers, and we’ll definitely visit again on future trips.

Decent services clean toilets and an M&S and Burger King

Truly awful place. Hardly any seats, choice seems to be down to a dowdy Costa Coffee and a Burger King both in need of a major upgrade. The toilet facilities stink and are probably a health hazard. To be avoided at all costs. In fact the licence to run this place should be withdrawn and the bulldozers sent in. DO NOT GO HERE!

Burger King was closed with no explanation. KFC was filthy & we waited over 20 minutes for our order, without any apology offered. The tables were all filthy, while staff just stood around talking really loudly about non-related work stuff.

Bit tired looking. KFC now open but Burger king was closed. Access not good, steep steps or a slippery uneven ramp (West bound)

Albeit a dated service station, there were lots of modern improvements. On the southbound entrance, toilets are located right by the door, which is very useful. Microwave and baby bottle warmer were a nice touch and free of charge. The WHSmiths was well stocked and had most things you’d need if you were travelling to France and had forgotten anything (eg GB plates etc). Services were relatively clean, as well as the toilets. Staff at the outlets were pleasant, friendly and efficient. Other outlets were well stocked and there are plenty of good food options.

Most motorway cafes are crap but Moto are the crappiest. Shitty chain food, gambling machines etc. couldn't even be bothered to buy anything.

Could do with more leisure facilities to aid the monotony of the long drives, but food and refreshment choices are great 👍🏽

Pretty bad. Expensive petrol and just not a very nice place to go. There’s a Sainsbury’s not too far away which is better all round.

The outside looks tired needs a bit of a tidy up, but lots of food outlets as expected.

The place is OK but please fix the stench in the showers. My body is clean but the soul is destroyed. Can still smell it hours later. Had to prop the door open for a while before I used the room. Couldn't have locked myself in there otherwise. The stench was sickening

I've known of and visited this service station for over 40 years. I've also seen a lot of changes and renovations during that time. So it was with interest that we stopped for a drink after their recent renovations. It didn't appear that anything had changed. Maybe a bit of painting and some new lights. But overall, it hadn't had much of a face lift. The shops and eating places are pretty much the same as last time we visited. However, we did enjoy our tea and cappuccino drinks, whilst we were sitting watching the traffic go by. The ceiling already needs attention, possibly due to maintenance or damage. Before leaving, I went to the ladies' toilets, which again hadn't changed apart from a bit of paint. A few locks weren't working either. It is handy to have the Moto Service Station on the A2. But it does seem sad that after a period of time being closed to renovate, very little has changed! But like most, because I use this stretch of road regularly, I will be back! Thank you.
