No wonder apps are taking over payed staff!.. how on earth can you get a breakfast roll confused with a bacon roll!.. I did not even have time to argue the toss else I'd be late for work!..

Dont order through mcdonalds app in the strood area. Uber or mcdonalds have or are taking deliveries and charging for said delivery but uber drivers are delivering to other destinations first. I assume this is like killing two birds woth one stone as they say. Problem is i was the last customer. Food was delivered a little over 20 minutes late. Stone cold. Uber refusing to refund as it has been delivered in an acceptable amount of time. Disregarding the fact had the driver come straight to the destination that was paid for i would have recieved my food warm at the very least. Bitterly dissapointing and will obviously stay very well clear. Poor from mcdonalds and uber. 0 star if i could.

Clean restaurant. Staff very efficient and helpful. Food hot although muffin could have been toasted for slightly longer.

If I could give less I would, always give wrong orders to uber drivers, mc Donald's take no responsibility at all. Happened so many times with strood mc Donald's.

Every time we use the drive thru we get parked up for approximately 10mins even for burger . While deliveroo drivers are in and out and get priority . And every time something is missing and food is Luke warm . It’s turning into the last place I go for takeaway

Visited at 4am and was distraught to find out they don't do Cornish pasties.

For a fast food restaurant and a drive through it was so slow and had to park up and wait ,waited over 15 minutes after the order .

it took an hour and a half for my order to be delievered, when it came one drink was completely empty and the other one was half full. the bag was completely soaked through and was leaking through the bag dripping all the floor

I tried to redeem a monopoly sticker which failed to work even though I hadn’t used it and found the cashier and manager Sadia very unhelpful with this. Adam and Sam are fantastic team members. Adam was cleaning and I have never seen a McDonald’s so spotless. Sam was helping customers taking food to their tables for them and just generally being so friendly with customers. It is lovely to see some good staff around as most people don’t seem to care anymore

The delivery time got later and later to the point it was an hour 30 mins before it was delivered. At this point the food was cold from McDonald’s and had to go out and get it as I don’t trust just eat.

Had to order twice as we waited 1 hour and 45mins to be told it had been cancelled. I ordered the same thing to the same address and it took 1 hour

delivery time originally 6.35. Arrived around 7.10.....stone cold! Courier very sweet & apologetic, saying his bike had broken down. A very slimy cold burger & a mcflurry like soup!

Order was delivered early and very quick from time of order. Items delivered were as expected (hence why I choose Strood McDonalds even though they are not the nearest, they get the order right :-) ). Just Eat delivery driver very polite and thank you for the early delivery. Very satisfied, thank you 😀

I have used this McDonald's I Commercial road Strood most days via the drive through being a local Taxi driver. I must say I am surprised by the low rating. I have always found the breakfast muffins and coffee really good quality and I am a bit fussy about food not being hot or not being up to scratch regardless of what I'm eating but never have a problem here. What I do like about this place are the staff. I have ALWAYS had polite friendly service from everyone who works here. Nothing is too much trouble considering what isn't always the easiest of jobs despite what some people may think and I also think you only get what you give and if you are polite and friendly to them they will be back. Kim, Carley, Liz, and Rita just to name a few are excellent as are all the staff there. Well done to the management for employing such good people.

Drinks missing AGAIN. Food ok. No help from the restaurant who just told me to contact the people i placed the order with. All i got from just eat was an offer of a refund after being told to contact the restaurant.

both my burgers were missing and my drink , I rang the branch finally got through after 20 minutes to be told I have to deal with just eat , not great when your hungry I would rather they said they'd deliver my missing items ASAP instead of getting a refund, if I'd ordered any other takeaway the restaurant would want to do what they could to help but mcds seem to not care

I ordered for me and my family and didn’t receive my meal! I double checked my order just to make sure I had ordered my meal and yet I didn’t receive my meal, this isn’t the first time this has happened to me and I am extremely disappointed as this seems to be reoccurring when ordering mc Donald’s.

Food was cold! Drinks had been spilt and had to be cleaned up. Delivery by cyclists! Request for refund sent and told they could only give credit which is in line with their cold food policy! Spent almost £20 with a service charge added and only given half that in credit! Email sent back with evidence sent and told nothing else would be done so requested it to be forwarded to complaint department. Poor customer service and food quality

Order is rarely correct, either missing a bag or incorrect items. Driver gone before you can check.

Inconsistent service here, never know if you need to look in your bag before you leave or to trust that the order is correct. Slowest McDonald's in the country.

my last 2 orders from this store have been wildly late, this one 45 mins and the one before was over an hour late. Not good for fast food but when the food arrives stone cold it doesn't take intelligence to understand that the food was left standing after being cooked before giving it to the courier. the delay was not due to the delivery as I followed him from shop to my location. this store has serious problems that need to be resolved.

Drive through, me and work colleague ordered sausage and egg MC muffin, got bacon which to be honest isn't the end of the world, I don't mind bacon normally, but this was inedible it was hard and burnt on outside and it was as though a large spoonful of oil had been poured in it, one bite and we were covered in oil, both went in bag and bagged 😞 won't be using again 😡

Strood McDonalds are always great even though they are not my nearest McDonalds. Although food can sometimes understandably take a little longer due to distance (although recent delivery was very quick :-) ) it is worth it as they get the order right. Thank you again Strood McDonalds! :-)

Delivery kept getting pushed back and then from the tracking map the driver also picked up an order 15 minutes in the opposite direction so our food was cold and our drinks spilt everywhere

Asked for a code. No code on just eat app, or email. Stood for nearly 20 minutes trying to sort this and food is absolutely freezing. Just Eat needs to sort this issue out as I only found the code when I logged into the account online which is not okay.

Very good customer service from an employee called Beth, after Uber delivery driver mishandled my order. Foods good and restaurant is clean. Generous portion sizes.
