McDonald's in Medway

ordered via uber, took 50 minutes and my food was missing so reordered via just eat for my replacement, took over an hour, incomplete and was ice cold. Mcdonalds

My order shows that it was delivered but I never received my order, I believe the courier went to the wrong/different address as I never received my food, and the fact I was waiting over an hour for my order and I didn’t even receive it is very frustrating. I have complained to Just Eat and hope to expect a refund!!

I think just eat should look into how many other deliveries have to be done per delivery driver, as the food always arrives cold.

Not only was the food latest, but it was missing one of the meals completely, and the rest of the food was stone cold! Apparently, no onion means no onion or tomato too. Not the level of service or good quality we can usual expect from Strood. Very disappointed.

Fast delivery of food. Hot and freshly cooked . The only downside is that the muffin seemed smaller than before, so it wasn't covering contents properly.

Missing items yet again from this appalling McDonald’s. Consistently missing items every order to the point I had to self collect on my last order to this restaurant. Appalling services over the phone can’t help or do anything not bothered about missing items constantly stating contact just eat no apology for missing items or to even check my order number.

As usual, mcdonalds never disappoints. It is not the best but when you go you know exactly what to expect. I recommend.

Very polite and friendly driver and drinks were in a separate bag to food so the food didn’t go cold.

The burger was completely empty and not what was requested on the order and turned up cold, very unhappy and dissatisfied to receive no contents in a burger, I even have photographic evidence of this and missed having any dinner due to its inconvenience
