McDonald's in Medway

Food was cold as I’d only half portion s of chips

Was given the wrong food had none of my order

late and that's if it doesn't get cancelled waste of time

HOT food delivered early!! With a straw, napkins & sauce which are normally missing from the Medway City branch.

Food ok but items missing from order. Not happy as happens too often.

the drinks leaked in the bag what made into the ice cream and food the fries were cold

i’m fed up with waiting and waiting i called mcdonald’s they didn’t even have an order hence why i’ve waited so long she told me to get a refund

food absolutely stone cold delivery driver was rude all he had to do was open gate walk up garden path but he sent rubed texts

The delivery was fine. No problems. Unfortunately McDonald's had forgotten an item from our order. Had to go and collect what they had forgotten.

Freezing cold for after an hour of waiting

When the food arrived it was stone cold the chips had no salt on them and were very soggy burger were also stone cold

Ordered a double cheeseburger with extras…and got a hamburger labelled as a double.

No straws, no dips, you don't give a fork for my salad or your customers, totally incapable of putting items in a bag! How have you got the neck to charge nearly a fiver for an ice drink and send it without a straw?

Not happy with serving 5 chips to a happy meal

I received my order within the time period however once I opened the bag which should have contained two breakfast wraps. And two hash browns. I found there to only be the breakfast wraps and no hash browns at all. I’m very dissatisfied by this.

The Breakfast wrap was actually nice for once . The driver was well mannered and very polite which makes a lovely change .

Every time I order tomato ketchup it never comes???

they never ever get orders fully right and i always end up having to go in or get a refund through uber which is horrifically painful, don’t bother ordering here id go the extra few minutes to the one in the retail park

Really slow service (20 minutes after ordering), staff standing around chatting to each other instead of working and found out after driving away several items were missing from our order.

Why send out drinks with the lids not on properly??? On several occasions now I’ve been handed the bag with drinks pouring from and all over myself or my floor . Yet the delivery people just think it’s ok ?? Fed up of trying to raise the issue when they don’t take the photo as evidence or just offer 43p refund ??? Sort it out please .

you're an absolute joke. you didn't send my son double cheeseburger meal so I gave him my dinner. and sent the wrong burger for my husband.

drinks where literally not even securely put in the bag they was spikt everywhere lost all 4 drinks

this time the chips were just right and the Berger was good thanks 👍

Missing food, chips weren’t salted and soggy. The chips were also stale. My Philly stack had no cheese sauce in it and my mcspicy was drenched in mayo horrible service and horrible quality

Order was missing bits in burgers, extra bacon only one strip when min of two, not lettuce in burger which should have been inside, medium fries was a small one in bag.

The problem is i can’t eat my food without the sauce and I always order 2 or 3 sauces and never receive them.

Looks like the delivery driver has eaten parts of my food and the sealed it back up

delivery fine no problems and the food was warm not hot but im not upset but I am missing a few items from my order.

Waited over 20 minutes for a simple order. Staff seemed disorganized and in no rush. Fast food? Not here. Very disappointing

We stopped here on a whim with our 18 month old daughter. A lady who worked in there gave her some colouring and activities and was really chatty and friendly. Thank you. It's people like you that make the meal even nicer.

8 minutes. but I did get a straw, which I don't usually get when I order milk shakes for my grandchildren. And I got serviettes

Message thread has disappeared however received message 25 mins before courier turned up to say he was here. I stood and waited in the cold only for him to argue that the address wasn’t correct. Courier ignored instruction given to meet on the corner, and told me my address was actually further up the road. When he arrived the insulated bag meant to keep my food warm was partly open and therefore my burger was stone cold and I had to microwave. Please refund

Food was overdone and the order was wrong and items missing. It’s funny how they can get the older right when you’re standing there in front of them but reading off the same screen they can’t get it right for a delivery.

Waiting an hour and a half for cold chips and melted ice cream and couldn’t even get a refund. Not good.

Arrived later than predicted, and upon arrival whole order was wrong like they packaged the wrong order, Big Mac was supposed be plain, didn’t receive my triple cheese only a mcspicy I didn’t order and also the nuggets were missing and the fries were freezing cold, I order the same food every time when order yet this is the first time I’ve had this problem where it’s completely wrong and frozen cold

Most of the staff are really nice. Food is erm it's McDonald's so what do you expect, overpriced slow food. Most of the time it's clean and tidy. Bring back the Big Breakfast.

The food was cold and the delivery time kept changing. The food must have been served and at on the side until there was a driver available.

I went here because it was my birthday and it was 8 o clock and we needed something to eat for the long car journey to chessington so when we did they were so nice and the hash brown was so good and McMuffin cheesy

Driver was rude. He couldn’t find my addressed, phoned me and accused me of putting my postcode in wrong. No other driver has had an issue.
