McDonald's in Medway

Self service machines not printing orders, which staff were aware of, orders severely delayed. They only seen interested in supplying the likes of just eat, not interested in customers in house who are just left standing waiting Complete disorganised shambles

This has to be the slowest McDonalds in the UK. A regular meal takes 25mins just to be prepared for you. They also leave the drinks out on the side while they are preparing your food. So when you receive your meal 25mins later your milkshake is all melted. Whole point of fast food is it's meant to be fast. With these lot you can go home, cook dinner and wash the dishes before they have prepared your meal.

why always cold food? cost is enough and I always tip yet it seems unless Driver has a boot full of food they do not start delivery? come on really?

Delivery time kept on rising from 8:20 to 8:59 then when arrived the food was stone cold.

absolutely fantastic!!!! They sent extra on our next order as well as a note to apologise for forgetting items on our last order!! The food arrived hot and nice as alway! Can't wait to come back

Ordered a Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal yesterday morning for breakfast and I don’t know where to start. The wrapper was covered in black dirty grease firstly, looked like it had been dunked in the grease trap - the sausage patty was absolutely disgusting, it was definitely off by a good couple of days, The egg was discoloured - it was brown. Needless to say this meal was absolutely vile - I’m not quite sure how they managed to f**k up such a simple meal.

Enjoy yourself... decent car park, too, but gosh, sort out your EV charging positioning. That's shocking.

The food was cold when i recieved it . I understand at times food can be late and i accept that but not cold food.

Absolutely terrible!!!!! As a treat I ordered this food for myself, wife & grandchildren at 6.45pm .. not cheap £32 ... delivery time kept changing, eventually arrived at 8.45pm. 2 hrs to deliver food. My grandchildren eventually had to go home as it was getting late so they missed out on their food. When it did arrive all I got was 2 bags of absolutely stone cold food, that obviously has been sitting on the side for over an hour. Milkshake was like water, the whole lot went in the bin.

Bad service at drive thru asked for 3 hamburgers they put 32 hamburgers workers at drive thru are rude and dont know how to do there job had to bring in another worker and still didnt get it right

Mcdonalds commercial road, well done you messed up again. Order food and it all turns up minus my food of all people. Wasnt tampered by driver either. Went down and they told me there is nothing they can do about it. Contact uber and yes they refunded me, but out of a £8.49 meal they refunded me £5.09 because i got my drink....so your telling me a drink is now.£4.40. What a joke Mcdonalds, complete rip off.

Food was scheduled for 6pm. I ordered at 5.15pm. When the food did arrive it was cold and not very appetising. There were also no napkins and no straw for my drink. The driver was a nice man though and polite.

don't accept a job if you are nowhere nearby and drop me cold food late

The wrong delivery has been given to me and no one to contact to get my food

Restaurant was nice and clean when I visited.it was late so it was quiet, my food was cooked to order so was very good. This branch has table service and food can be ordered on the touch screens, you can order at the counter if you prefer. I used the toilets and the male toilet was clean. This branch is all on the ground floor. It has a time limited free to use car park. There is a drive through.

If I could give a minus rating I would. Absolute joke of a mcdonald's. Terribly slow, cold food, they forgot our order, useless staff, the list goes on. Don't waste your time.

Enjoyed ordering a kids meal and the burger meal. Staff are nice and helpful. Atmosphere friendly and kids love it.

Staff no longer follow procedure waited over 10mins for a coffee. Disgraceful, by the time I was given my coffee it was cold! Member of staff rude, manager was rude and not willing to listen. I will be following up with a complaint to head office!

We ordered a BBQ bacon crispy wrap meal (as requested to take the BBQ sauce out) but when we received the wrap it had no bacon in. Additionally, we ordered table service and the mcdonald’s worker took our locator we used even when it was still needed.

Shocking! Took over an hour and a half to be delivered and when it was delivered it was stone cold like it had just come out the fridge

Delivery driver never marked when he’d picked the order up and only did so after he had delivered to someone else with our food going cold in the back seat to deceive us into thinking it came straight from the restaurant to the door

When ordered at 19.15 I was told would be delivered between 19.45-20.00… kept going up and up, ended up arriving just before 21.00…. I had gone past hungry and it was stone cold!!! So I received my stone cold food 1 hour and 45 mins after I ordered it!!! Not happy at all ., will probably use other companies for deliveries in the future!!

2 double cheeseburgers missing a disgrace

Ordered at 5:45pm received 7:20 pm i live 5 min drive tops from mcds. Food arrived stone cold as you could have predicted. My dad didnt even get chance to eat his meal as he had to go out at 7:15pm thinking we had a good hour and a half until then we ordered it. “Fast food” apparently

I ordered at 19:05 I was told 30 minutes or so. It turned up at 21:05 - 2 hours after I ordered! Just be honest and I can make up my own mind. Also, I’m not sure if it had been sitting out or something but the McFlurry was completely melted which it isn’t normally.

I didn't receive my food !!!! My children are starving and we received drinks with no straws and ice cream but no dinner , the restaurant tell you they can't help , so does the delivery driver and there's not a customer line for just eat ! It's really bad one just done £90 on McDonald's because I e had to reorder the food and no refund has been made yet .

Just wanted to thank the delivery driver who brought my order. I mistakenly sent it to the wrong address and he brought it to the address i was actually at. He was great and if i could have tipped him i would have. Awesome service 😊

The food was cold and the pancakes had been baked to long as Rock hard on delivery.
