Good service got some good space to accommodate people... If its outside also its good... Good experience as always McDonald's good food

Established fast food restaurant, but now focuses more on the Uber and JustEat orders than the actual orders made instore UPDATE Can't believe it but it has gotten even worse. ½ the staff didn't even have a hairnet on. Food literally chucked across the "prep" area. 1 staff member picking their nose while filling bags and having a conversation with a colleague. Absolute disgrace

we ordered our meal at 6.27pm and we didn't get our delivery until 9.23pm. Food was so so cold and unedable. requested a refund and will not be using Mcdonalds Chatham again!!

Drinks where dropped in his bag so did receive any no communication just took a photo and left all empty containers on the door step

Absolutely stone cold, pretty sure he drove with it on his roof and went over every speed bump imaginable as half my drink was out the cup and in the bottom of the bag. Other than that, think the bin really enjoyed the food.

food arrived at 10.05pm which is almost 3 and a half hours after I ordered. on thr app it told.me courier was at restaurant at 7.45pm. the courier who arrived with the food advised me he was not there at 7.45pm and didn't get there until about 9.30pm..the food is stone cold and I am one extremely unhappy customer and I demand a full refund please!!!

My burger was out of its box in the bag. And my drink had been knocked over in the bag and spiking everywhere

Delivery person couldn’t find the address as it was on the very side of the road and opposite to a pub. I repeated many times on the phone but he didn’t get it. And after that he was very rude and blamed me forhis mistake.

we waited over an hour for the food to arrive. the driver went past the address and started heading up the wrong side of the road. When the food was brought over, half of the drink was gone and all the ice had melted. Both bags were visibly open and the food was completely stone cold. It is completely inappropriate that drivers wait at McDonald's after receiving their first order, waiting for other orders and allowing the food to get cold. We require a full refund as well as compensation.

Delivery service was amazing especially when you're in hospital

Order took 1.5hrs. Was made by McDonald’s and sat to go cold and delivered 1.5hrs later. Stone cold the lot and the milkshake melted everywhere in bag! Awful service. Expect full refund. Never again I’m I using Just Eat. Second time this has happened.
