Not really hot enough but it was on time and there was nothing missing

Driver didn’t deliver my order was extremely rude then Marked it as delivered When I didnt receive it

Missing actual burger chips were cold taken over an hour get the food

4 milkshakes are missing from my order. Are the orders not checked before handing to the delivery drivers?

Fries was not fresh - were cold. Order could have been much hotter. Won't be ordering again.

Delivery time was moved back fom 18.00 to 8.30 between placing the order with the restaurant and the order being delivered, despite being told courier was at restaurant and food being prepared... Food was also delivered stone cold.

Food was warm. Drinks were still chilled. Contents were not squashed, unlike other main High St burger operators.

McDonald's deliveries are always missing an item or the other and this was no different. I ordered nearly £15 worth of drinks that were never delivered. Unfortunately, by the time I opened the sealed delivery bag, the driver was gone.

no drinks received as had split on the way. just said "sorry" and walked off. food Luke warm

Got someone else’s order wasn’t even a Just eat it was a Uber eat

It was delivered 2.5 hours late, the order wrong and it was stone cold. Disappointed and so were my children.

Food took over 2 and half hours to arrive, when it did the food was cold and items missing. Not happy, need to be a cancel and refund button as we would have ordered something else!

The driver even said sorry for your wait there was loads of traffic .. there were items not in the bag all the food was cold

Although I can justify orders taking longer as it is a Friday night, I cannot justify however, 2 portions of fries that were more like small portions rather than medium, and overcooked, everything was cold, even the ice cream had melted

Close to 2 hours delivery take when the app said 20 to 30 mins. Food prepared and in the bag for over an hour and 20 mins before being delivered , drink flat.

Delivery driver quick and prompt, no faults there. However, ordered a strawberry MILKSHAKE for my son and have given him a strawberry LEMONADE which he doesn't like (it's he's birthday btw, so cheers there!! McMuffins near cold & badly packed!!

the chips were cold and burnt so much they were solid. the big Mac burger was cold. the nuggets were tasteless, they forgot dips, and the lid on my coke wasn't on properly so had split inside the bag.

Paid for a meal but did not get my drink

I live a 5 minute drive from restaurant time first said 12.15pm rang restaurant as app was saying courier was in store waiting for them to prepare for over 4 minutes. I had to be picked up for work at 1.15pm so really didn't enjoy rushing and as the restaurant received order there was no option for me to cancel

Just eat sucks and this mcdonalds has zero work ethic. always cold, always old meat etc and don't pay attention to your allergies which could've landed me in hospital.
