Quiet day for me just as I like it .

⸻ Hi, I recently visited your restaurant and had an experience I feel I need to share. I ordered my usual meal and everything seemed fine at first. However, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the staff. Although they smiled, it felt like they didn’t really want to serve me or have me there. When I kindly asked for a tissue and tried to check if everything with my order was okay, I was dismissed in a very rude way. I genuinely enjoy your food, but this experience left me quite disappointed. I hope this can be addressed so it doesn’t happen to others.

Pretty crappy experience with you guys the worse we have ever had for a takeaway, half our order missing and food not done correctly at all what a freaking joke 🤬🤬🤬🤬 you guys need to make sure you all read your orders correctly at lest 3 time before sending out and managers on duty need to check everything in there for the order too

Missing more than half the order from a delivery and turned up cold. Would not recommend ordering here.

Staff are always really helpful and very polite, will definitely come back

It was so lovely, the staff was friendly and Chantelle was so much help .

Food was delivered nearly an hour late. Delivery time on the app kept changing. I messaged the courier, who did not reply. When the food finally arrived, I said that it didn't feel very hot, to be told that it had just been picked up. The label on the bag stated delivery time for 20.15; food was delivered at 21.05. No apologies offered.

Two kids burgers didn’t come plain

I paid for 9 Chilli Cheese Bites and only received 6

Driver was rude, so I didn't give a tip.

Food was cold, 1 item missing and they also sent a wrong item.

estimated deliver was 20-30 mins. more that an hour and a half later it is shown as 'delivered' although it necer arrived. so much for ordering a quick meal for my break time

Missing kids meal and freezing food

Food arrived quickly which is great. The Chilli Cheese Bites were nice and warm, but the fries were lukewarm.

Went in for a takeaway. Our chips were put in a bag and left on the side in an open bag. By the time the burgers had been made, the chips were cold. The person serving was miserable and didn't smile once.

chips were under salted but overall delivery time perfect and meal was delicious

Was served by Louise today and service was exceptional! Louise was dealing with many orders as well as getting food ready for deliveries. With all this going on, Louise still smiled and was really friendly. Even took time to answer my daughter's questions about what the different machines were.

The food was cold when it arrived, I asked the driver how many meals he had delivered before mine-he suddenly couldn't understand what I was saying-i nearly didn't accept it but to be honest I was hungry and I have an oven I could warm it up in.

It never arrived. I looked on the tracker and the driver was at the bottom of the road but never turned up. They are supposed to have a code before they hand the food over but I have had a delivery where they haven't asked,

I’m not sure why cold drinks go in the same bag as hot food now? It’s happened with our past 2 orders, making the food a bit cold. Still nice though. Arrived on time with nothing missing and the driver was really nice

driver was extremely rude to teenage daughter who opened the door to collect order as it took her minute to get to the door, was very abrupt and questioning her. When I came out to question him was very rude and argumentative when I stated he shouldn't be rude especially to young girls and learn manners due to his aggressive manner. His argument was he had no where to park even though he was parked right outside the house with no problem and this gave him the right to behave in such a manner

My food was awful I ordered Peppercorn Angus Burger and cheesy loaded fries. the burger filled with too much leafy salad to cover the fact the bacon under Cook, big chuck of onions and the burger taste bitter, well loaded cheesy fires! Not loaded and it appears to have one slice of processed cheesy melted on chips or a squirt of cheese, really cannot tell. Well off to the wimpy in Rochester simply starving claiming back my money...

food came stone cold and absolutely took ages to come

This is a good fast food restaurant in Chatham high street. The food is good and the famous whopper burgers are great. Good customer service. If you’re a member of the armed forces don’t forget to use your defence discount card as you get 20%, one of the best discounts from all food chains at Burger King for armed forces.

order placed 5.30pm advised delivery 6pm - 6.25pm, this kept changing food finally delivered 7.05pm and freezing cold!!!

I hat to warm up the food in my microwave which meant taken the lettuce out and the tomatoes which spoilt the dish which is abysmal considering the distance between my place and the shop you could almost believe it was cooked and then left out to get cold

Party for 2 had kids burger and the fries missing, so why did I pay a service charge when the service is is clearly not being done.....

Fast food and service as it used to be. Like others have posted huge respect for Lou the Manager who served me . From the second I walked in the door she was polite, smiley, engaging and a pleasure to meet. She helped me reinstall the app on my phone and happily engaged in conversation about her years working for the company. On my visit the store was spotlessly clean and the food was hot and tasty. I have to say this exactly why I visit the store and don’t order from a machine or an app! Well done to all concerned during my visit! Thank you.

Ordering food from them online and got half of my order! Missing chips from a meal missing 2 other items as well so three of us had to share a portion of chips and we were also missing the other items which was dissapointing

I brought the burger King combo on the offers app..ended up with a very small burger and only 3 chilli cheese bites which should of been 5 and a drink ..hardly worth the £4.99 I paid for it ...won't be going back there again ..

I'm so impressed with the manager at this store. My daughter doesn't eat a lot of foods but here they make the loaded nuggets for her. The manager goes above and beyond for my daughter shame other BK's don't have the same attitude. Well done 👏

driver was rude. arrived and just said "code'.I gave the code which he shook his head at. I showed him my phone and it obviously worked. No thank you, no ok that worked. Just opened food bag which I then had to get the food out myself

Did not give me all of the sauces I paid for. Did not give me my Ben and jerrys ice cream. Forgot most of the order and hardly added any chips in the kids meal. It’s really not that difficult to pack an order but clearly it is rocket science for them

the burger was excellent but cold as courier turns up in car being driven by a learner driver he's teaching to drive as had l plates on and he gets order out of the boot of car know keeping it warm and taking twice as long to deliver as journey is 2mins from my house was not impress with that
