Burger King in Medway

Twice I've been to this branch and twice I had missing items. Luckily I was eating in so it was quickly fixed. The staff just seem very unprofessional compared to other branches

Disgusting!!!!!!!!!! Waited 10 minutes for food to be cold. Asked for source and they tried charging 30p for one little pot 🤣🤣🤣 no chance. Not after I paid over £20 for 2 cold burger meals your having a f**king joke mate. You need your heads looking at

Had such amazing service from the female Manager at the branch due some issues I was experiencing on the app. She did everything in her power to make sure me and my two little girls got what we wanted and enjoyed our meal. Went above nad beyond. I must say, there are a lot of places that lack good customer service and even with the difficulty they face in Chatham, we seem to always have a a very enjoyable experience. My girls favorite place to eat is Burger King 👑 as a treat and our favorite is the plant based whopper 🍔👑😜 thank you for the amazing service 😊

Best Burger King in the area, I live closer to the Gillingham store but the Chatham one is way better, especially for delivery.

Shame about the app everytime you try to add from rewards it charges you, codes don't work and can't order everything from the menu on justeat. Spend most of your time app jumping to see whats going on by that time you just figure it's easier to order from elsewhere.

My favourite is the whopper meal

I ordered a chicken royal menu this afternoon and when I bit into and the burger had black stuff in it and it was hard in side and then I started vomiting.

This place is shocking since the last manager has left and gone to the Hempstead valley one. Can’t even get a simple order right (EVER) so will be the last time I use this one. Pay for extra cheese and a plain chicken royal and every time your carefree staff just clearly don’t read there orders and I get it filled with mayo and lettuce it’s really not hard to make a chicken burger as it says on the till. I know you don’t need high grades to work here but surely you have to be able to read

Spent 60 on food that took 2 hours to arrive and wasnt all there. People who work here can't count. Ordered 5 drinks and got one. Manager should make everyone count to 5 before hiring them. At least ensure they have an IQ higher than their age.

Service was pretty poor, it seems to be chaos behind the counter. There is only one self-service machine in this takeaway and that wasn't working. The food was OK, once we finally received it. This is not a Burger King that I'm in a rush to return to.

Like most eating places if you go to eat the food than it must be reasonable

they never got my order correct and I will never understand why. I asked for a cheeseburger and I got a pickle with hot sauce. what part of that is related to a burger, pickles are not even in the menu this is unacceptable. I tasted the sauce and I instantly got huge stomach pain because of what ever nightmare they put on that pickle. worst part is I couldn't return it because it was takeaway.

The service was very fast. But the food taste bland and the fries they gave had no life felt like having reaheated chips. The burgers felt fresh and the sandwitch doesn't worth the price.

Ordered food 2x paid and waited 3h and nothing delivered. Apparently merchant cancelled my order without letting me even know. So I missed completely my lunch today and need to wait for refund now. Absolute joke.and incompetence.

Nowhere to park closeby to pick up an order, have to park in the multi story car park if you want to visit here. Terrible location for delivery drivers, I feel sorry for any just eat or deliveroo car drivers who go here. On top of this i have had mutiple vegan royales from here but many are either too hard (reheated) or just arrive cold if you get it delivered. Rather go to Chatham maritime, it doesn't take long and lots of closeby parking.

Chatham branch usually has the occasional nutter init, and app ordering is a nightmare at any burger King.

Ordered a chicken sandwich the hot grease was not drain off causing the mayonnaise to curl. Not sure but I thought it came with lettuce and tomato which was non-existent. Now I know why nobody goes there but you'll still sit there for 10 minutes waiting on your order with nobody in front of you

I visited the store last week and was pleasantly surprised by the welcome and smiles I received. The staff were extremely friendly, and I would definitely return. Felt cosy and comfortable and the food was good.

Disliked the cola I asked for a small one got a large one had to Wait for food and it was cold supposed to be fast food service for prices you charged it's disgusting not going there anymore

I traveled through Sandpoint idaho on my way home i stopped so my grandkids could grab something to eat, the Lady at the front counter (She said her Name was Danielle) was so helpful, she offered my grandkids each a crown then helped them put it on, after we ordered and sat down to eat, she came out to wash tables in the lobby she asked us if we were ok, if we needed anything and if we did to let her know. I was blown away never at a fast food restaurant have i seen this before. Then when we were about to leave she offered my grandkids each a small ice cream cone!!! WOW absolutely blown away.

What a joke !!! Waited a long time to have someone to take my order, with no one I front of me . So slow, then waited at least 5 minutes for my fast food !! In the meantime 2 more customers had walked in and back out again for waiting to long for for someone to take their order , I wish I had done the same and walked out .., Cold chips . Burger ok Ordered 6 nuggets only got 4 !! When complaining not even an apology. Staff more interested in having a chat and a joke then looking after customers. Not going back agin to Chatham high street. Will be going to MC Donald’s instead.. never again will I go to the branch on the high street. AVOID !!!!

Had a £2.99 burger and chips, but it was soooo small!.

Ordered food through just eat which never turned up although stated delivered at 10pm. Waited an hour and a half for it before ordering something else. So £20 spent on nothing.

Our family haven’t been here for a while. The restaurant floor change is nil. So.. there’s me, my partner and our two sons (18 & 3yrs) We ordered & paid for 3 Adult meals and a Child’s Cheeseburger meal. Sat down to wait for it to be cooked.. Got called. When we got to counter. There was One Meal. I showed the receipt to show 4 types. DID NOT get an apology from who we think was Restaurant Manager nor Counter Staff.But got told for some unknown reason it spread into 2 orders. (Fair Play) The Manager rustled up the rest of the order. We sat down to eat. Then realising that my younger son’s Cheeseburger Meal magically turned Into nuggets! 😂 That got changed. The fries given were all the same size portions, even though we all went Large. The Adult portions were same size as a Child’s sized fries!! No sugar offered for my coffee at counter. So had to ask. Then got told..”Oh. We have None! Only Sweetener 🤮 No Thank You. But.. The food was tasty. Music was better than the service. It’s a big shame that childrens meals don’t come like their Counterparts…. Shhh M.D But would be good for future if BK Changed a few things Like Kiddies meals gift and Politer staff!!

Worst burger king ive ever ordered from. Any time ive eaten in OR had food delivered its been cold, and had half of it missing. When you bring this up with the manager he doesnt care and is incredibly rude. And he’ll even hang up on you when you tell them you dont want the refund you want your food! How hard is it to get an order right.

Classic Whopper is like eating steak and salad. Never feel bloated afterwards like other burger places. Bun ready for upgrade.

Ordered impossible burger in store and went home to eat. I quickly noticed, that in addition to large bun and patty, there was only a small sprinkling of lettuce and that was it. No tomato, onion or pickle. The whole thing was without favor or good taste. This is second in a row for Burger King where the food has been bad. This is the last visit for me to any Burger King!!

Nice place to have eat out once in a while

I was here on Saturday, after ordering at the machine I waited more than 20 minutes, they still didn't have my order. After I reported this incident, they finally found the order, but they made a mistake in the delivery, fewer products and they were already cold. I noticed several mistakes in several clients at the same time. I add the fact that a few days ago I ordered online, but after a few delays they canceled the order. DISAPPOINTING!!!

Ordered from just eat, my order came to £20 when delivered i had 2 portions of chips in my bag i called the resturant to ask if it was acceptable the staff packed this up knowing there was £20 worth of food on the receipt he said mistakes happen and that i had to get a refund from just eat and reorder as if im going to re order from you now when you clearly dont care that people are placing orders and they are not being checked properly im fuming with the attitude i received over the phone its not good enough!!

A lovely Burger King branch, back in 2018 I’ve ordered a cheeseburger with out any veggies and sauces because I don’t like veggies and sauces, and… they gave me a burger with pickle’s and I’ve ate it. Today, I’ve ordered the same thing but, without any pickles this time. But, the cup in the drink machine fell out! So odd…

We love Burger King but the outlet at Meridian Park Leicester, has consistently served us, COLD FOOD, missing items, half cooked food and today CASH ONLY but no signs any were telling you before you enter the restraunt, we even ordered food before we where told cash only .. feel really sorry for this outlet, when will they ever get things right here at Leicester....

Inconsistant most times i receive things almost steaming hot but tonight when i recieved my order i was missing a burger and the chips were stone cold even in the pot. My partner rang up and the person at the end of the phone shifted the blame to just eat. Just eat obviously made the mistake of forgetting to collect full order but burger king can not put the blame of cold chips on just eat when the chilli cheese bites and the burger turned up hot whereas chips cold and tastes like cardboard. its just a case of passing on old chips sitting there for god knows how long onto the paying customer rather then throw them away and cook fresh.

Plant whopper and vegan Royale are always amazing, fries are always hot and they are not scared to put sauce in the burgers

Burgers are rarely available. Drinks are warm, if not hot and out of a bottle into their cup - if you are lucky. Customer service is poor also.

I wasn’t happy with my meal with my friends it came out 30 mins late and not salty chips at all, 2x small burger and And as a cherry on top my drink was almost flat and no staff cared about any of my problems 0/5 Picture looks small but is smaller then child’s hands

I have placed an order through Swiggy with Order No. 124037304536...containing 2 veg whopper, 1 tikki twist burger and 1 makhni burger....First of all I have placed order around 8.20 pm today and I got food delivery post 9.40 pm. The worst thing which I have seen in this order is the Burger Buns used in Tikki Twist Burger and Veg Whoppers are stale one and smelling like hell.....This is not at all expected from Burger King.....I want my money back from Burger King.

I ordered a delivery via uber eats and part of the delivery was missing. Went through uber app to say that items were missing and it thanked me for the feedback but said i was not eligible for a refund. Around £14.00 of the order missing. Phoned burger king and the lady I spoke with redid the whole order and brought it to our door herself. So kind. And she wouldn't even accept some petrol money. Fantastic lady just wish I had got her name.

Won't ever order though uber eats and from this one again. Firstly I paid for priority delivery was over an hour waiting for it. When it arrived it was cold chips were under cooked and not great I had to put it microwave and wasn't great tbh. :(

I had a very bad experience in burger king churchgate outlet, after a long time I came here n there service is horrible they do so many mistake when they take your order I don't order extra cheese slice still they charge for it still...

Went yesterday (Thursday) 10:30 am wasn't open. Even though, on here (Google map) it said it was. Burger King you really should update, so customers know.
