Visited this last few days.. Mansfield UK place is filthy with loads of flies. See inside ice tray shocking.. back of bench seats grimy... and flies.. grandchildren 6 & 9 spent most of meal wafting flies away... complained to the manager.. he sent sum1 out to clear a table next to us lol.. so wasn't really listening.. And the chairs are not child-friendly.. cant really tell by the pic but the gap in the back is way too high.. 9 yr old said hurting his back whilst smaller children could easily fall through the back of the chair the gap is that high.. So we had to move to the bench seating which as per pics you can see are absolutely filthy.. that was just 1 spot most of the back bench was the same.

The food is always been nice, excellent service and always keep the food as I like it light and tasty on the tongue that why this is my favourite BK of all time.

This spot is a great place for food and I think there should be more people here it's amazing you should come here I don't know why it's so empty 5 stars

Kylie and Sarah was so helpful at burger king chatham I accidentally placed my order to the wrong store, and these lovely ladies helped me with my issue and manage to get my order sorted for me cant thank them enough always the best Customer service!

Had a really bad service from just eat. Ordered food and no driver turned up at Burger King so our order was never prepared. Waited for over an hr before contacting Burger King in Chatham to talk to a lovely lady called Lou. She understood the problem and advised us what to do 20 mins later still no further forward contacted them again and to be told driver still not turned up she was so good she even offered to drop it off to us. Definitely was worth contacting the restaurant as i could not fault them for accommodating us and we managed to sort it out. Thank you for all that helped us tonight and a special thank you to Lou

Nothing exceptional, just a place to have a bite to eat and a tea. Though was clean and staff friendly, helpful and efficient.

Multiple signs in here ask me to review the restaurant, so I am. The place feels very sterile and unwelcoming. There’s only one kiosk to order at and those who work here are mainly in the kitchen. This didn’t feel like a modern, fast food restaurant. The food is ok.

Chatham high street may not always be the best when it comes to family values and with MC d being so close its easy to go for the cheaper option but saying that burger King in chatham has always been pleasant experience with good food for your money with great service ie you will always get a smile over the counter. The restaurant its self has more then enough seats and keeped clean 👌 sarah one of the staff at burger King has given excellent services and is very welcoming to the restaurant, I like to thank her for my experience in this review. So if your looking for a real family restaurant like the old days and real beef good food don't go to the cheap option and treat your self go burger king.

Visited today for the second time really helpful staff we wanted our burgers a certain way the lovely lady Lou behind the till was so helpful she even brought our food over to us very good customer service and really good at her job 🙏

food was late, chucked in bag messily, food was Cold. driver didn't apologise and just walked off. My kids kept asking how long it would be and it kept getting delayed further

my box of fries was under half full below the line inside box Phoned bk and told to take a photo and send to you which I don't intend to do. I have been a customer long enough for you to trust me and I have had this order enough times to know what the portion should look like. can you help please.

Nice & hot and fresh excellent service

Delivery driver couldn’t find us so he called. I told him we were at the Holiday Inn and that on the map it was showing he was at our location. He was very rude to me on the phone several times saying he didn’t have time for this as he was on a bike and had another job. My husband took over the fall in the end and he was very rude to him too. Next thing we know, he has marked the food as delivered, despite us not receiving anything and he was heading away from where we were. Not happy!

Both whopper burgers where watery, and it took about an hour and half for delivery

Food never showed up! I walked up and down the road looking for it and couldn’t find anyone. Absolute disgrace. This isn’t the first time this has happened!!! And now I lose money on the delivery and fee when I never even received anything or even saw the driver!!

Update since last review. The food was all freshly cooked. The staff was friendly. The food was tasty. If you have the app still scan it for the points even if you're not ordering from the app. Previous eaters before leaving take your rubbish & bin it, you have to pass the bin to leave.

Food was freezing, delivery late and packaging ripped and squashed

Hello. I did not rceive my order. I have been waiting in my office. Checked and saw the status is updated as delivered but I did not receive it. Neither did the rider call.

Food was beautiful nice and hot tasty and nice and quick

just kept moving expected time. Ended up over an hour later than the original time. my lunch break had finished so a complete waste of money and food. was not even able to cancel as it said the courier was at the restaurant,well they must have been eating in there at the time. VERY DISSATISFIED

i did a order through the burger king app,and had a couple of problems,phoned up and spoke with a lady called (D) or (G) which she was really happy to help and made my experience with burger king much better and sorted my problem straight away,leaving me very happy and satisfied with her service

No it hasn't been delivered at all!!! Saying over an hour as there is no option for not been delivered!!!

To Begin: I have counted Burger King as my favorite fast food restaurant for over 55 years. I usually go to BK 1-2 times per month. I particularly enjoy the Whopper, and in all these years I never had an issue until today. I went to Store 7345 at 9018 S. Federal Highway in Port Saint Lucie Fl, drive through, and ordered a whopper (extra ketchup and onions), chicken sandwich, fries and small coke and told them I had a receipt for the free whopper. When I went to the window, the employee asked me if I wanted both whoppers the same: I replied I only wanted one whopper, and was free with the receipt with survey complete number and order of drink and fries. She replied that it was buy one get one. I said no, just a purchase of fries and drink. I said “ Please look at back of receipt”. She replied she did not have to and would not look at the back of the receipt: She said she had been doing this for years. She would not look at the receipt. It escalated a bit. I cancelled my order. Went inside to try to discuss. Same women told me no, I asked for the manager: She said that was her and she would no longer serve me because I raised my voice (Which she did as well). So, I left and went to Mcdonalds!.

A driver was not assigned for this order for over 2 hours

ordered at 6:15 roughly expected to be delivered at 7 roughly got delayed several times and and 1 hour later food was finally delivered at 8 and was cold

We ordered 2 chicken royals, 2 sides, one cheesy fries and one plain fries. cheesy fries were smashed! very small portion and charged £1 extra for cheese! one chicken royal was missing, the other one was supposed to be plain but had mayo! And it took over an hour to arrive!

The drinks are missing when I asked the delivery driver and showed him the receipt. He said he was not given the drinks.

normally i dont have problems ordering takeaway but tonights order was disappointing as i had ordered food on completion i wanted to check the order, the page for the order could not be retrieved so i cacelled the order then reordered only to find the first order had gone through hence we ended up with two orders with one being thrown away.

Food was terrible and overpriced, messed up my order twice by giving me the wrong flavour despite me asking if they had the other flavour and said they did, and then gave me the wrong quantity. Also ignored my friend whilst he was waiting at the counter

Rude delivery driver rung to say he was at the door when he was no where near the door was actually at the back of a garden gate I had to get my shoes on and walk down the garden and open the gate ridiculous see as I also left a not to say deliver to front door

Well done just eat. Burger king is in the clear. But just eat sent an order out to me that was incorrect. Spoke to restaurant who were still waiting for driver to be assigned by just eat to pick up my correct order. So order not received so far although now over time by hour plus. Driver took the delivery back with him but who knows if I will receive anything now.

Delivery apparently came from Luton Road(Bowen Motorcycles) when the Restaurant is on the highsteet, food came cold. Can only assume delivery drivers take multiple drop offs

Some of my delivery was missing which happened to be my order. So not good to them only get a credit back to just eat account. When all I wanted was my burger! To reorder it would have cost me another £3.50 plus waiting time

Original delivery time was 20:10. Delivery time changed 6 times. I tried to phone them 7 times, nobody answering phone. I cancelled order at 21:20 with Just Eat, food arrived at 21:40. 20 minutes after I cancel it & 1 hour 30 minutes late. So I sent it back to restaurant. Terrible service & disorganised.

It's a shame our orders always arrive cold, surely the food should be placed into an insulated bag until it is delivered to the door!

Expected delivery time kept getting longer and longer…..waited well over an hour for food that was on the cold side……..

Had such amazing service from the female Manager at the branch due some issues I was experiencing on the app. She did everything in her power to make sure me and my two little girls got what we wanted and enjoyed our meal. Went above nad beyond. I must say, there are a lot of places that lack good customer service and even with the difficulty they face in Chatham, we seem to always have a a very enjoyable experience. My girls favorite place to eat is Burger King 👑 as a treat and our favorite is the plant based whopper 🍔👑😜 thank you for the amazing service 😊

Good ordered and waited over 11/2 hours. Absolutely disgusting when you’ve got children to feed. In future I will collect my order and not order through Just Eat. Food was amazing. Well done Burger King.
