Lovely tasty hot food. My fish and chips was great and my sister loved the halloumi kebab.

Unfortunately chips were over-cooked, possibly reheated, and missed part of the order, just a savaloy, but still. Very disappointed.

App said food had been delivered but it hadn’t. Contacted restaurant and they said it was out for delivery and should be with me in 10 minutes. App then updated and said was out for delivery and would be here in another 20 minutes. Food finally arrived 5 minutes after the new delivery time and was in a soggy condition and half cold. Very very poor.

Food good and hot chips not to bad scampi and shish good

Chips were re heated horrible the fish cake was burnt the pancake rolls were burnt and tasted alright the rest was average I e never had a issue with these before the food is normally cooked perfectly but I’m throughly disappointed this time round also the halloumi was the only best decent thing about the whole order

Food came cold, and bits missing but when I called the shop to notify they sent out a new hot meal with sauces, and apologised for the mistake, very good 2nd time round.

Chips were not fresh and and most of them inedible due to black marks on the chips..

I ordered the fish and chips meal and also a burger. I can not exaggerate how OILY and GREASY the food was, the fish was just full of oil and did not taste like fish at all! The chips were soaked in oil and the oil tasted reused from fish being cooked over and over again. Burger was tasteless and meat patty had weird hard bits in it. Never again am I eating from here. Very unhealthy disgusting experience.

So the burger was lovely but the cheesy chips where rock solid and was a bit disappointing coz we love the food from here

Had to ring restaurant twice to chase order

Chips were soggy with so much oil. Sausage so overcooked it was split almost the whole length. Ordered 2 ice creams but only one turned up. Called them and was told another would be sent straight out, an hour later and still nothing! Will never use these again!

Tasted great Kofte needs more spice shame it took so long to get here, prob traffic. Needs salad box added to menu, wanted 2 more boxes.

From ordering to delivering took an hour and 35 minutes and then when I got the food I didn’t get everything I ordered.

Mixed shish kebab was fantastic, very tasty chicken and lamb, and the salad tasted fresh. The chips weren’t especially good though.

Ordered from here a number of times before and its always been good. However on this occasion my order (Doner Meat & Chips) arrived but when I opened the carrier bag with the polystyrene container inside...... IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DRIPPING IN FAT OR OIL!!!! The paper wrapped round the container was about 75% covered in the stuff and more residue was actually inside the bottom of the carrier bag :-( Added to that,, once I had unwrapped the paper, I also found that the polystyrene food container within was also covered in the greasy liquid!!! Never had this happen before and it was that bad that I had to go and wash my hands to remove all the oil on them before I could even start to eat my food. Not what Ive previously enjoyed from this place, hence only a 2 star for food quality.

Delivery was early, Food tasted like it was recooked Burger was forgotten so I rang the restaurant and the customer service was Horrendous nothing but laughing down the phone and when I told them my burger was missing he just said it with the driver and hung up

My order was not fresh. There was no salad in my order just onions and beets that were s few days old. I ordered a kofte kebab but got something else. The bread was wet with dont know what. The service and food was appalling.

So went there and one of the employee took my order and asked to come back in 7 mins. Went to wait in the car and was called loudly from inside the shop with hand gestures. That already put me off. Been there a few times but never got disgusted. Took fish home and to my surprise it was soaked in oil and there were 2 coatings... so basically fish has been standing there probably long enough to be thrown away and he had to chose someone to give it to. Will never go back there.

Absolutely beautiful. Chicken cooked fresh and perfect. Kebab was great would have liked a little more salad but was fresh and good.

I asked for no chilli and got no chilli, I asked for only white cabbage and lettuce and got white cabbage and lettuce. That's service.

Beautiful fish. Great chips.. although no salt and vinegar… but that didnt matter, chicken donor and lamb donor tasted amazing, massive portions… lovely salad… this is our now ‘go to’ kebab and fish & chip takeaway… keep up the amazing food 😊

Food was cold, fatty and took longer than expected to come. Considering it took over an hour to come, it was cold, disgustingly greasy and curry sauce was like water. Won’t be ordering from here again.

2 stars because considering I live up the road I ordered on just eat and the food was warm yes but soggy stuck to the wrapper litterally pick up chips and have to peel the paper off! Battered sausages where not a single bit of crunch to the batter my son alikened it to having bread around the sausage it was that bad chicken nuggets same texture as the awful battered sausage really dissapointed usally I go down and order but wasn't feeling up to it today and food is usally good so I haven't a clue what happened from the shop to my house up the road it only got 2 stars because it was still warm as quiet frankly worst sausage and I've had even the curry sauce is like water

Just had my order of fish and chips delivered. Chips where mostly black and cold fish looked as if it been cook more then twice and still cold . Will never order again from their

Cod was lovely, crispy batter and moist fish. Chips were inedible, overcooked, or recooked, black and green bits, eyes. Burger was nice, but the salad consisted of great hunks of onion. Where's the lettuce and tomato?? Chicken was overcooked on the outside, but not cooked properly in the middle. Inedible. Sausage roll hard, filling unidentifiable as sausage. Extremely disappointed. Just eat, and the restaurants and drivers are just not providing the service we're paying for.

Ordered food at 17.20, shop is 4 miles away , food due to arrive between 18.15 and 18.35. It arrived at 19.20. Onion rings completely flat. Warm chips with no salt n vinegar. Saving grace was the chicken was perfect. 1st time and last time ordering from here.

This tasted absolutely amazing and will be my of our favourites going forward in our new place for kebabs. The one downside is I ordered just meat (large) and got it with chips in the box (which means less meat so an overcharge for “meat and chips” at 12.50) this was my ONLY issue but it was one of the tastiest meats I’ve ever had and the chips were amazing

Don’t ever order for delivery, it’s nearly been 2 hours and 30 since I ordered and even after ringing twice and being apologised to, it hasn’t come.

Absolutely disgusting, I would have done zero if possible. The food arrived cold, greasy, messy, and tastes cheap. I requested a replacement, and that wasn't any better, I didn't eat it and thrown it away, as fear for food poisoning. Please don't order from here, unless you want to be ill.

This has to be the best in town. The chips are real chippie chips, the kebabs are really flavorful, and the portion size is excellent value for money. Very highly recommended by us, family of 5

Absolutely amazing, delivered early and really good food. We enjoyed our large special kebab and the chips are delicious.

Delivery was a 2 hour wait. The cod had gone grey in parts where it had been kept warm too long. The batter amazingly was soggy and rock hard at the same time and the chips were dismal. Unfortunately this was not the first disaster dinner from here, after years of use, and chances, its time to find a new goto chippy :(

Honestly the best southern fried chicken I’ve had, very generous portion and cost nowhere near as much the other well known southern fried chicken shops, other reviews mention the wrapping being soaked in grease, ours was too, other than maybe draining the grease a bit better the food was great

Ordered at 6.30 arrived at20.00 it was cold the paper was soaking wet we’re it had been sitting in it to long pie ok chips all shriveled up awful saveloy so over cooked when cut open the contents squirted out like paste so disappointed normally food is v good

Ordered 1/4 of chicken, chicken and mushroom pie, sausage medium chips. The chips were pretty disgusting as in burnt ends, potatoes used weren’t exactly good either. Chicken and mushroom pie was Luke warm.

My experience at Sandhu's fast food joint was utterly disappointing. The burger and chips I ordered were a complete disaster. The chips were limp and soggy, and the burger was far from fresh, devoid of any vegetables whatsoever. 🤦🏽‍♂️😪 It felt like a total waste of £15, and I wouldn't recommend patronizing this place to anyone unless you enjoy culinary disappointments.
