Over an hour and half since I ordered and still hasn’t turned up

Their 5 meat special is LUSH!, especially with a couple of grilled veg skewers. I love their chicken Donner meat qith tandoori seasoning.

Always good food with good delivery

So i ordered 2 burger meals. Firstly the drink was wrong. Then there was no sauce as asked. then the lettace was all putof date and brown. The burger was so over cooked. that ihad to throw it away. I have rang so far 20 times for them not to amswer

Chips were over cooked and looked awful. Left half on them due to not looking good. Bad potatoes I guess but not good

Chips were swimming in grease as if they had just been tipped out off the fryer, add the meat on top of this alongside the sauce and it was a mess. Chips were soggy and meat was hard was inedible.

2 and a half hours late , food tasteless and cold . no drink

For 6 pounds, I expected the "veg skewer kebab" to come with a pitta. was just 6 pieces of veg, not value for money at all.

The food was good. However I did not get the sprite that I ordered and the courier was rude. He was in a rush to deliver and did not ask for the code so it the status kept saying “in delivery” long after it was actually delivered.

Food was good. Great portion size. Will definitely order again.

16.30 food still not arrived estimated to be delivered at 16.00. The shop is in Gillingham.

I ordered a sandhu special it took over a hour and a half to be delivered in which time I rang 3 times and was told twice he was on his way and then the 3rd time he had broken down and they was cooking me a fresh new order to which 5 minutes later they turned up with my original order the meat was cold as was the chips and the salad was diabolical. I rang again and they tried to deny all of this and have been told to call back in the morning for a refund! I would advise you never to order from this place they are rude and very unprofessional.

Food is always amazing at Sandhus we have been using this chippy for years . The portions are alot smaller when the cod and chips comes in a box so I much prefer it in the standard paper wrap.our large cod&chips was more medium .But very Tasty still

I ordered at 7.30 it stated 35-55 mins. as soon as I ordered it said 8.30, which was longer straight away. the time then went to 8.45. at 9 I rang the restaurant to be told it had left and wouldn't be long and it eventually cacame at 9.10. food was nasty and cold, burgers were cheap and tasteless. never ordering from here again

I've ordered from these are few times ans food been nice. Buy tonight has put me right off ordering again. Ordered food that 6.30 it arrived 8pm cold paper all wet where food had sweated in the plastic bag, chips were cold and cooked for to long and I was really looking forward to my pancake roll. Well wasn't much longer than a fun size chocolate bar, flat and not crispy at all. How they can charge 3.60 for that is beyond me.. definitely lost a customer.

Useless restaurant!! Don’t order from here I ordered 3 kids meals sausage and chips and it was ordered at 5.30pm and its now 7pm with no food still I live 6 min drive away from this place as I don’t drive it’ll be a 15 min walk there and same coming home sounds like it’s run by idiots who don’t care!!

We have ordered here before and always enjoyed it however, tonight was really not great. Food was cold, greasy and just not very nice. A real shame....

forgot the chilli sauce with the order, very small portion for the money & chips were like cardboard unfortunately. this is not their normal service of food 🤔

normally always on time or early, was 10mins past their ' 15min estimated time' and food was cold, never had a probably with their food/temperature before but today was very luke warm not their usual standard. was fairly disappointed as tonight I ordered for myself and a friend as id recommended them.

awful. double cooked overcooked burnt food. cheese in a non cheese burger caused a negative health reaction to a dairy free person. absolutely awful

Ordered 2 half ponder burgers. 1 with cheese 1 without (i am dairy free through illness). 1 burger was burnt on outside recooked ? The pther was also burnt recooked. Tried to eat it but throat started swelling up. looked in burger and it looked like someone had put cheese in it then taken it out. The pickled egg and gherkin were hotter than the hot food was supposedto be and it was an hour late. Would like my money back for something i wouldn't even feed my dog but doubt it will happen. Definitely will be raising concerns about this takeaway

Was looking forward to a treat of a takeaway. Had to ring up to see where order was, was told driver stuck in traffic! Food arrived and chicken burger was fine, wrap had no salad in it & looked so dry & was cold & greasy. My fish looked lovely but was stone cold & bottom of the batter was a stoggy mess. Large chips looked like they’d seen better days, greasy cold & lots of chips with black bits on & green potatoes had been used. They went in the bin as wasn’t chancing eating them! Waste of money

We have ordered from here multiple times and never had a problem but tonight I had to ring twice to find out where our food was, the first time I was told our food was ready and waiting for a driver to turn up, the food arrived 45 minutes later and it tasted like it had been sat for that long, it really wasn’t nice and I am so disappointed

Huge portion of hot chips, the fishy was crispy and tasty. Chicken shish wrap was delicious and juicy. Tiny complaint, a bit greasy. Would order again.

very poor, both burgers were burnt, chips and the kebab were soaked in Grease. The salad that came with the kebab was rotten. Will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Food was ordered at 5pm called at 6 to be told it was ready and awaiting collection from courier, food arrived at 7.10 and was cold and hard, chicken inedible burgers rubbery and not enjoyable at all :-(

Food arrived quickly and was hot. However, I wasn't all that impressed with the taste or quality. Batter on cod was quite thick and dry, chips weren't salted and quite tasteless. Had better fish and chips. Wasn't awful, but not sure I'd order from them again.

My order never arrived. They were very polite and I was told it was on its way when I called them, there had been a mix up with the orders, they called me 30 minutes later to confirm my address and said it was on the way, so I waited… called them again a while later and they said they were closing and all drivers had now gone home. They did offer to provide me with my order tomorrow but really disappointing service after waiting over 2.5 hours.

Normally love this place but the delivery time was nearly 3hrs and once again I’ve not received items but have been charged and have no way of claiming it back.

Wrap was huge for a medium so great value for money quantity wise. Did taste great :(. Wanted garlic sauce and think the sauce may have been forgotten so was pretty dry and bland chicken wrap.

Ordered at 18.30, told it would arrive between 20.00 and 20.30. Arrived at 20.45!!! Give youurself a 2 hour window and still half an hour late. Utterly useless. Also order is incomplete. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

I thought the price was pretty average for what I ordered, however when they meant small portion, they meant tiny. it's one of the smallest chicken shish kebabs I've ever ordered. chicken was over cooked and dry and the pitta was burnt. I was Soo disappointed and very hungry still after. was a pretty sad experience.

Order placed: 15:35... stated delivery eta: 16:35-16:55... received: 17:30. The food, when it eventually arrived, would have been delicious, I'm sure, if it had been warm and fresh... the chips in particular were stale and dry like refried leftovers!

First of all I just wanna say I’m not the kind of person to complain not at all so the fact I’m even writing this says a lot. I ordered the food and it said it would be about 35 mins from when I ordered it. When it was only 5 mins late I decided to ring the place an just see out of curiosity how long it was going to be and the response I got was it was on the way and being delivered then. 15 mins after that when it was then 20 mins late I get a message from just eat. It came 35 mins late cold

Kebabs were nice enough. No extra onions that we asked for. No salad with kids dinner. Chips were disgustingly overcooked and dry. How a place that specialises in chips can send out such jank.

usually I have no issues with the quality, but the fish was more batter than fish this time. Chips were crisp ends. I am sure this is a one off disappointment.

Food was freezing cold and soggy when arrived, scampi in a polystyrene container soggy as heck, and even if warm the piece of fish I got was anemic and full of gammy inedible bits. Finally, it arrived at the very end of an already long delivery time, sadly won't be ordering again

Wanted to give zero stars for delivery From ordering to delivery it was over 2 hours. Had no updates until out for delivery. I contacted the restaurant 15 minutes after the due time. Was told another 20 minutes. I contacted the restaurant another 15 minutes after this. Food arrived 5 minutes later. Apart from this the food was amazing. Generous portions and very tasty. If I was to eat from here again i would collect

Poor food, normally foods lovely but very very greasy. Chips looked warmed up and not fresh. Battered sausage coating was soggy same as the fritters.
