Missing items, extra toppings were completely and it was the worst cheers pizza I have ever had, very quality, it went in the bin😡

called me with order update within minutes, friendly helpful service.

absolutely fabulous food, very fresh and hot, taste was out of this world! definitely got a favorite meal now.

Booked 7 pizzas for an event and they turned it round in 45 mins and delivered on the dot. So grateful guys. The pizzas were good too and all hot!

Your leaflet delivery guy today needs to learn not to put leaflets through doors that do not want them (Davis Estate). I have a sign on my door, both English and Arabic so there is no mistake. He did not adhere to my message so sadly I did not give a positive review. I do not want junk takeaway menus through my letter box. I do not eat from far out take aways nor do I want to fill my recycling up with other people/businesses rubbish. Good day!

Was almost cold when it arrived

I'd give less than one star. Declined order on Uber eats. Poor operation, won't bother again.

Not only was the food late, but it was extremely burnt and not edible!

Had to ring after waiting for over an hour and a half despite having been told via an app that it had been dispatched 20 minutes previously. Told that it had left 2 minutes ago and they only had 2 drivers in. When the food did eventually turn up everything was burnt. Tried to ring to complain but the phone wasn't answered! Didn't want to wait another hour and a half for another order. No wonder you have a good hygiene rating of 2! No we will not be using you again.

Ordered two pizzas both had burnt crusts and one had undercooked meat on it

Sadly the pizza was overcooked and tough. The stuffed crust was near on pointless in ordering.

ordered donuts, got a cake, which is ok for me but still annoying. also, why do you get tango if you order fanta? like I enjoy tango more yes, but it is fanta on the website. food was good otherwise.

Lousy customer service first food delivery turned up over an hour late and it was cold. We had to ring back to get another delivery which took another hour but we was informed they no longer had all the ingredients for our pizza, we agreed to extra beef instead but if the beef seemed nearly non existent.

Order didn’t turn up then they closed so couldn’t speak to anyone after ringing and speaking to someone several times and then telling me it was on the way!

Arrived early, which would normally be ok but was not good as I stated the time I required. Really salty / greasy pizza with uneven slices, pathetic slices of dry garlic bread . Will not be ordering again. To much money for substandard food.

Been ordering from here for awhile but tonight i have been mugged right off ordered pizzas and both arrived fine but one was thin crust when ordered deep pan and it was cold rang up and complained and said would send a new one out pizza never arrived shocking service.....😡😡😡

Not the first time that pizza extras have been put on the wrong pizza. Bottle of drink was either absent or not what was asked for. Food was dropped on delivery, we were offered item free on next order plus free desert however neither came. Really gone down hill, and they used to be really good. I wouldn't recommend them unless you want to take a punt on whether your pizza comes as you asked. Also pizza was burned . Poor quality these days.

Awful. Pizza was supposed to arrive, it didn't. The app said it had arrived, nothing was. When I rang, they said the driver has just left and "I just work in the kitchen so I don't know". Then, when we took the refund for a late delivery they cancelled the order via JE app! Never using again.

Burgers were cold, chips over cooked, food wasn’t bagged so had been allowed to cool down on the delivery. Really unimpressed, usually so much better from Cheers

I wanted to give a "zero" star, the way Manager Behaviour was awful we paid a price for an item to go on pizza as a topping, on arrival we notice that the item we paid as a topping is missing ,so we rang the cheers pizza and started the conversation the man on the phone was very rude n agreesive, instead of giving us apologies he started to scream n sought stating that he never made any mistake n he asked us to bin the pizza if you don't want to eat. I am not returning again, and neither will buy pizza from this place.

Ordered ham and mushroom with extra black olives. Unfortunately there was no black olives on my pizza even though I paid extra for them. Disappointed.

I paid for bacon and yet there was no bacon on it .

Wasn't deep pan, there was wet mush on the pizza that had a horrible taste and the slices r never cut properly

Ordered online and told "Delivery at 19:39" but it arrived at 1926 so was extremely happy to start with. as I was hungry. Opened the box to find one of the best takeaway pizzas I've seen. Loads of toppings & nicely cooked. Good quality, fast delivery & value for money. I'll definitely be using you again SOON !!

Very late on the delivery with no explanation from the pizza staff I felt this was unacceptable as I paid £2.00 for the delivery

Had been using cheers pizza for 15 years, most of time was OK, nothing brilliant but could fill the kids stomachs cheaply versus the American idiot brands like Racist John and the the DOM (30 quid for a cheese sandwich knob heads). Had two really rough could not give a SH*T 10 inch pizzas for 15 quid... they came and were inedible and could be bothered to argue and getting towards end of evening, they close their oven off at 11PM. Next evening, I asked if I could have a FREE pizza and not be charged given previous evening, plus 15 years, and he knew me, mentioning it was probably an off night. Girl on the phone said she would have to call the owner as he was on holiday... ??????... Told to eff off basically. I think that is really silly and short sighted, If I could be bothered I would have him chasing COD deliveries where there are no legit deliveries. owner of cheers pizza, grow up, use your brain...!!!

I ordered a deep pan stuffed crust pizza and it was well over cooked. I had to throw most of the crust away. My partners thin crust pizza was very good though and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Avoid the stuffed crust and you’ll enjoy your food!

The pizza was burnt to a crisp was rock solid had no base sauce on it . Chips were soggy and nuggets were over cooked had to bin it all

Delivery was late, food was stale and cold

Main dishes (spag bol and lasagne) were very nice - too heavy on the cheese for me but that’s a matter of taste and could be a bonus! Fries were DIABOLICAL- overcooked, dry, and tasting of burnt potato. Was obvious just by looking at them so I don’t know how they left the kitchen - inedible and should have gone straight in the bin (as they now have).

Food delivered on time but doughnuts substituted for cake with no phone call or explanation on delivery. XL chips were not even a half full box for £4.50. Rang for spares - 35 minutes we waited. Not good enough.

Driver inapropriate will never order again

Salad is very over priced for the size and quality wouldn't order salad again pizza lovely as always though. Shame salad was such a let down

Dont normally leave reviews but the delivery time and packaging was great, chicken strips were also very nice but the lasagne and strawberry cheesecake were a bit disappointing as i was looking forward to those especially but not everything can be perfect!

I ordered my meal on the 27th you took the money on the 2nd but you’ve taken the money again £28.67. Can u get that refunded please
