Today ordered pizza, such a soggy crust and with little cheese on top really wastage of money

Delivery was good but food was very rubbery and not veryhot

Getting a decent pizza can be a feat for someone as picky as I am. Cheerz pizza is going to be one of my go tos and its super affordable (not sure if it's a short term promo tho).....

Order double prawn and double tuna pizza . Only put single prawns and small portions of tuna .

Pizza marine . Supposed to be double prawans and double tuna . But only put single tuna and put six piece of prawns when it suppose to be double prawns .lies about content of food .

Didn't like the idea of 2 of the staff sitting on the chest freezers with there feet and shoes on top them too just imagine I've been in there and some times there food on them and people still go and eat from there this is the last time for me They advertise bbq spare ribs but don't sell them sort ya menu out even the new one above the counter what a joke

You pay your money up front and expect to receive a fair amount of chip. £5,50 for xl chips, and it isn't enough for 1 person, never mind a family. WON'T BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN

My only request is NO GARLIC , this time, not only did my pizza turn up with a tub of garlic butter, but the tub had split and covered the pizza , I complained to just eat, and they did nothing

One pizza was wrong with the wrong topping but the others was correct

Chicken burger was hard, chips were sweaty. Chicken strips were ok. Burger was ok but had 2xsmall burnt cheese on it and no salad. Food was hot on arrival.

This was our go to pizza for 11 years. Don't know what's happened but it's now on my "you've lost a customer " . Twice we have ordered - once was burnt and had about 6 bits of pepperoni on. Gave them another go because maybe it's a one off? Nope even worse. Burnt, 6 bits of pepperoni, cheese on only one side' no tomato sauce and somehow cut into tiny strips on one side and giant slices on the other. Sorry guys but after 11 years I'm breaking up with you. It's not me - it's most definitely you. What did you do?! Shame as assume they'll soon be out of business. Totally avoid!

need to sort out the menu on just eat. tried ordering a 3 special but will only let me choose 2. single pizza menu is messed up also

Food was very poor quality compared to what it used to be.

the delivery was 40 min late as the estimate time. When I call the restaurant 15:35(when the pizza should be here by this time) they said to me that the driver is now on the way- VERY VERY Disappointed! the order been made 1 hour and 10-15 min in advanced! Was for my boy B'day which was in room , where we should be gone by 4 -the actual delivery was 16:05!!!

he was at the door, when the app said it was still being made. second time this has happened with cheers pizza.

Pizzas were good, there was a slight issue which the manager resolved swiftly, great experience!

These place has been recently took over by new owners and they damaged its reputation. The other day they sold me a reheated pizza from previous day. Be careful and check on place what you are buying from them!

The garlic dips were 2 months out of date

Good pizza, great value. Only criticism would be needed more sauce as couldn’t taste it at all, very heavy on cheese which over powered everything so less cheese would actually benefit the flavour.

Booked 7 pizzas for an event and they turned it round in 45 mins and delivered on the dot. So grateful guys. The pizzas were good too and all hot!

Your leaflet delivery guy today needs to learn not to put leaflets through doors that do not want them (Davis Estate). I have a sign on my door, both English and Arabic so there is no mistake. He did not adhere to my message so sadly I did not give a positive review. I do not want junk takeaway menus through my letter box. I do not eat from far out take aways nor do I want to fill my recycling up with other people/businesses rubbish. Good day!

I'd give less than one star. Declined order on Uber eats. Poor operation, won't bother again.

Had to ring after waiting for over an hour and a half despite having been told via an app that it had been dispatched 20 minutes previously. Told that it had left 2 minutes ago and they only had 2 drivers in. When the food did eventually turn up everything was burnt. Tried to ring to complain but the phone wasn't answered! Didn't want to wait another hour and a half for another order. No wonder you have a good hygiene rating of 2! No we will not be using you again.

Been ordering from here for awhile but tonight i have been mugged right off ordered pizzas and both arrived fine but one was thin crust when ordered deep pan and it was cold rang up and complained and said would send a new one out pizza never arrived shocking service.....😡😡😡

Not the first time that pizza extras have been put on the wrong pizza. Bottle of drink was either absent or not what was asked for. Food was dropped on delivery, we were offered item free on next order plus free desert however neither came. Really gone down hill, and they used to be really good. I wouldn't recommend them unless you want to take a punt on whether your pizza comes as you asked. Also pizza was burned . Poor quality these days.

Awful. Pizza was supposed to arrive, it didn't. The app said it had arrived, nothing was. When I rang, they said the driver has just left and "I just work in the kitchen so I don't know". Then, when we took the refund for a late delivery they cancelled the order via JE app! Never using again.

I wanted to give a "zero" star, the way Manager Behaviour was awful we paid a price for an item to go on pizza as a topping, on arrival we notice that the item we paid as a topping is missing ,so we rang the cheers pizza and started the conversation the man on the phone was very rude n agreesive, instead of giving us apologies he started to scream n sought stating that he never made any mistake n he asked us to bin the pizza if you don't want to eat. I am not returning again, and neither will buy pizza from this place.

Ordered online and told "Delivery at 19:39" but it arrived at 1926 so was extremely happy to start with. as I was hungry. Opened the box to find one of the best takeaway pizzas I've seen. Loads of toppings & nicely cooked. Good quality, fast delivery & value for money. I'll definitely be using you again SOON !!

Had been using cheers pizza for 15 years, most of time was OK, nothing brilliant but could fill the kids stomachs cheaply versus the American idiot brands like Racist John and the the DOM (30 quid for a cheese sandwich knob heads). Had two really rough could not give a SH*T 10 inch pizzas for 15 quid... they came and were inedible and could be bothered to argue and getting towards end of evening, they close their oven off at 11PM. Next evening, I asked if I could have a FREE pizza and not be charged given previous evening, plus 15 years, and he knew me, mentioning it was probably an off night. Girl on the phone said she would have to call the owner as he was on holiday... ??????... Told to eff off basically. I think that is really silly and short sighted, If I could be bothered I would have him chasing COD deliveries where there are no legit deliveries. owner of cheers pizza, grow up, use your brain...!!!

Ordered 13" 4 toppings online + was told delivery in 45mins but it arrived in 25. The pizza was nice with loads of cheese + toppings. One very happy customer

CHEERS PIZZA on Luton road So we ordered a pizza from cheers on Luton road As we sat down to eat this pizza I pulled out a plastic clothes tag from inside the dough. Rung up the pizza shop and said we found a plastic tag inside the dough of the pizza so manager sent someone up to come and check the pizza which is fair enough they then decide to take the pizza back to the shop and never rung us back about a refund. So then rung the pizza place back up after an hour to be told we can’t get a refund because we put it in there! Then started getting shouted at down the phone saying it’s impossible for it to be in there because it would’ve melted in the oven. And shouting saying we’re mugging the shop off and then ended the phone so we rung back and said can we speak to the man who put the phone down on us for the girl on the phone to say he said he can’t talk absolute disgusting service 😡

Always liked the pizza here, the price is outstanding but waiting nearly 2 hours for a meal is shocking. It is Friday evening, granted but hire mire drivers if you're that busy. Good food. Never late on week days or during the day but order in peak times and get your food 2 hours later. Will be using these guys again despite this. Not sure if 2 stars is fair or not but it is what it is

The pizza 🍕 place is ok. It has been around for years. Never had any issues. I had a pizza delivered folded in half and upside down. Not sure how I felt about it but I ate it anyway. I am still alive and didnt have any illness so cannot complain.

Definitely best pizza aroun Luton Road. Fast service, professional Staff. Good value for money. Full recommendations.

Ordered pizza for deli every, they said it would take 1hr 10 minutes. That was fine but the pizza never arrived. We called a couple of times and was told it would be another 10 minutes... eventually nearly 2 hours later pizza arrived not hot and squashed spall the top of the pizza was stuck to the lid. The delivery driver couldn’t get away fast enough! We refused the food it was that bad and requested refund! Left hungry, annoyed and disappointed- never again and my advice to anyone is DON’T BOTHER!

Ordered from here a few time......this time delivery driver phones and he can't find us.....we give him directions and can see him down the hill on the road below......10 mins later still nothing so we phone to cancel.......10 mins later can hear him outside on the phone to them arguing then drive off. Had already told them we would be ordering elsewhere......a further 20 mins later he turns up again very vague probably hoping we think he is the other order we have done...... my husband asked if he was from where we had ordered from and he said "um.....um....Yeah from there"....... who knows what the state of the pizza was by that point but will never order from them again.......

The food is very nice but the customer service isn’t always the same unfortunately, they seriously need to up their customer interaction, the price is exceptionally good however... depending on who you speak to depends on weather you’re spoken to with respect or not

My daughter and her friends found two long black hairs in the base of two of their pizzas tonight. We informed the takeaway and they sent a horrible man around who basically inferred we'd put the hairs in them as the girls had eaten most of the pizza before they'd found them! No apology and very aggressive towards teenage girls. Manager meant to call back but surprise surprise he never did. If you read the other Facebook reviews of this establishment you can clearly see they have a hairy issue with their pizzas! Yuk. Avoid at all costs.

I always use cheers pizza and never had a problem, their food is lovely and always nice people. 9 times out of 10 is on time but I don't really mind if it's a little bit late as I always know it's going to be nice and eatable. Very happy.

Don't often order Pizza but have used Cheerz for the past 6 years + have always enjoyed them. I phoned tonight + received fantastic service, the phone was answered immediately + the Lady was polite + helpful and went through everything carefully + asked to ensure they had what I wanted (Anchovies arn't always available from some places though Cheerz always seem to have in stock) , I phoned back a few minutes later to add something to my order + it rang about 6 times a man answered (I could hear the Woman taking an order in the background) + he was also friendly + helpful. Pizza was delivered within the 45 mins stated, was HOT + I enjoyed my BBQ Ribs + Cheesy Garlic Bread too. Will definitely carry on using them (Would love to meet the Woman who took my order, she sounded like a very nice person)

Tastes OK, but at £10 for a huge 18" delivered on time - you can't really complain. Decent price, tastes OK, not the best, but equally not the worst.

Pizza is alright from there but the delivery times are shocking, was waiting almost 1 and half hours for a pizza that was told would be with my within 40-55 minutes.

I order from here all the time but won't be ever again I rung them up and placed my order for delivery and was told 45 minutes then and hour and a half later still no pizza rung them up again and was told they are on There way and will be no longer than 5 minutes so I waited then half an hour goes by still no pizza and rung them again and told me I haven't order any food to my address what a joke!!!!

Bien, no es Dominos tendré que admitir que pero por el precio que estaba dispuesto a conseguir una pizza más grande por menos dinero que me gastaría en Dominos. Hicimos la oferta de dos 18" pizzas y una botella grande de Fanta por £20 y, sin duda, diría que valió la pena. Ambos nos pedimos la pizza con todas las coberturas y estaba un poco decepcionado con la cantidad de ingredientes y el hecho de que no nos dieron bases de salsa barbacoa pero en general, estuvimos muy contentos. Era fácil y llegó mucho más rápida que esperar (aproximadamente 20 minutos después de haberlo pedido). Sin duda recomendaría que le dan una oportunidad.

We use to order from here regularly, £10 for a 18inch pizza is a bargain. However that's the only reason we order it, it doesn't taste nice at all and isn't enjoyable in the slightest. It's cheap, greasy and bland.
