Top Kebab in Medway

Everything would of been great if the Map shown for delivery, actually showed the right direction to the house . Then it would of been early enough

Never had a bad meal,tonight's was awful,fish n chips wasn't up to the usual standards chips were fine, the fish was terrible, it was like someone had hacked it with a knife,looked like it was over cooked,batter was burnt,very disappointed

The food quantity is going down and down every time I ordered. I left a review in past but nothing has been improved. The delivery was late today, food was cold and less quantity even from the previous order.

We were hosting a birthday party with friends and family today and we ordered the food from here, I must say the food was spectacular including the service and timing everything was prepared to the best tasting kebab I’ve had in a long time we ordered 13 top kebab special mixed grills thanks guys will be returning very soon-Ataei

Took over an hour to deliver and I like hot and spicy I had the halep in chips The chips appear to be refried dry and claggy they stick in your throat The halep was a firebomb! I could only eat a tiny amount You youst be great sounds like youve given up

Hi Guys, Food is really good as always, only thing I would say the quantity of food has been dropped nearly to half from last 2 orders, which is unacceptable. If you can maintain the same quantity please speacially, as I am a regular customer. Thanks

The pizza is great. So many choices and good price! Quick to deliver and always hot and prepared nicely. Number one place to go to if ever ordering pizza. Recommend!

The food was dry not very nice and items missing and wrong sauce sent infact the meal was practically unedible

Ordered food. Was late being delivered so ri g to chase up the order. Was told it’s on its way..still no pizza, ring again to be told they didn’t get order. Hardly speak English and was so rude..would never order from them again!

A complete disaster. Pizza cold and completely tasteless. If I hadn't had air fryer and seasoning I wouldn't have had dinner. Never again.

Much better, guys. The burger was delightful and the chips really good. The only slight letdown was the garlic bread not being too hot. Other than that, well worth the order. Real fast delivery, too. Cheers.

Always use top kebab and have done for years, but really disappointed the food this time was terrible! Chicken doner was really watery and kofte was really tough, don’t think I’ll be going back in a hurry

Order arrived earlier than expected and food was both hot and tasty. I'm a regular customer and their half pounder burgers (with salad) are the best I've ever had.

Unfortunately although the food arrived in good time, the kebab meat, the chips and the pizzas were cold so they clearly hadn’t been kept warm during travel……….this was very disappointing to recieve cold food that was inedible

This place is a joke for deliveries. Been a few times now when I'm waiting for my delivery for over an hour and no one can give me an update. The staff are rude and not helpful at all! The drivers deliver it elsewhere and then refuse to help and resend the order. Will not be using them again and I do NOT recommend them at all!!

Probably wouldn’t order again. Just not my preference. The lamb doner just smelt and tasted funny. I was a little concerned it wasn’t properly cooked to be completely honest. Chips were ok. Pizzas were ok. Chilli sauce should have a warning sign lol

1 pizza was wrong and the stuffed crust in both was lacking. we order from here all the time and this is the first issue we've have. usually really tasty. when I rang and told them of issue they were apologetic but when I asked could they deliver the correct pizza they said they can't as they are too busy but when I call in the future they will do a good will gesture which I do appreciate but one whole pizza got wasted as it was poor so ruined dinner

nuggets were like rubber and very overcooked. garlic bread was hard and in editable.

Best pizza ever. Honestly so cheesy and the deals with this place are amazing! Not expensive and absolutely delicious. One of our favourite takeaways and we only get pizza from tops now 😊

Both my partner and 7yo son ate here yesterday and are now both suffering from sickness and diarrhoea. It has been an eventful night to say the least. Would not recommend.

Ordered 1 medium chilli sauce chicken shish 1 large garlic sauce chicken shish Both came with chilli sauce & I can’t tolerate chilli so he’s kept it for today’s lunch. Disappointed £15.50 for mine & couldn’t eat it. 🥲🥲🥲

Chicken wings slightly dry garlic mushrooms over cooked and didnt taste of garlic This is highly unusual still tasty just not up to their normal standard today.

This kebab has gone downhill. Over 20years I've been a customer it 100% is not made fresh the meat is pre cut and left in a pan and then taken out when someone orders there's no way that the salad is fresh either they can't even add a lemon to the salad. In short don't buy from here I recommend Master Kebab freshly made and the best kebab in the area but they don't deliver

Wrong order delivered 2 hrs after order = 1hr late. Sent out right order in 40mins undercooked thin crust and ingredients missing.
