Too much onion and bland, needed more sauce

Ordered 1 medium chilli sauce chicken shish 1 large garlic sauce chicken shish Both came with chilli sauce & I can’t tolerate chilli so he’s kept it for today’s lunch. Disappointed £15.50 for mine & couldn’t eat it. 🥲🥲🥲

Chicken wings slightly dry garlic mushrooms over cooked and didnt taste of garlic This is highly unusual still tasty just not up to their normal standard today.

This kebab has gone downhill. Over 20years I've been a customer it 100% is not made fresh the meat is pre cut and left in a pan and then taken out when someone orders there's no way that the salad is fresh either they can't even add a lemon to the salad. In short don't buy from here I recommend Master Kebab freshly made and the best kebab in the area but they don't deliver

I’ve been using these guys for a few years now and I’m never disappointed. Their prices are good and they always deliver fast. I’ve just tried one of their pizzas and they are the best pizza ever. Don’t buy from Pizza Hut or you normal main stream place. But from here. Best pizza ever!

Didn’t listen to order requests

I ordered through their website, they took my money and then about ten minutes later I got a message saying the shop was shut and I’d get a refund next week. I then called the shop as it’s Friday evening and unlikely to be shut. The guy took my postcode and name and said the order had gone through and would be delivered in ten minutes. It wasn’t. I tried calling back and got hung up on. I tried several more times and it was engaged. After almost an hour (unrelated call came in between) there was still no sign of my food. So I called again. They answered and hung up. I called again and got through to a very rude man who said I had to reorder through Just Eats. I asked why he had said my order would be ten minutes when I called before. He wouldn’t answer just said the machine was broken. I asked about my money and he said I had to call “the number” - I said that was what I was doing and again asked why he had told me before my order was on its way. He hung up. I’m going to report them to trading standards next week. My advice - AVOID THIS BUSINESS THEY’RE LYING RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Salad was all fresh and kebab was nice

Done an order and waited an hour and half and still not arrived, called the shop twice said it was on its way and then continued to wait we called back and they said the driver has delivered it which was not true and they said they can’t do nothing about it. Rude staff and unhelpful trying to say we were lying when we been waiting for the food, Disgusting behaviour will not be ordering for. This place again

Never ever order from this restaurant! I order a meal which never arrived. The first time I called them they said the driver was on the way (this was after over an hour waiting). The second time I called they said the driver had already handed me the food. They said I was a liar and that the driver had worked with them for 20 years. They said if I was unhappy to complain to just eat. Completely disgusting and rude staff. Didn't care that they had messed up my order, made me wait 2 hours, and taken my money.

Pizza was good except there wasn’t much sauce on the base. If more generous with the sauce it would be 5*!

Both the staff and the food quality has been poor, once ordered a burger without cheese because my partner was lactose intolerant and despite mentioning this to them they still added the cheese and when I spoke to them they just basically said scrap it off, my partner was in tears and she was heavily pregnant, my lamb donor was basically swimming in grease and the garlic sauce tasted like soap. I would avoid this place until they change management and staffing.

Never arrived! Argued with me that my address was wrong, couldn’t find me. Wouldn’t listen to me. Then thought it would be ok to still deliver. Then put it as delivered when it never arrived.

Do NOT go!!! We've ordered from here a few times every time we've had problems but tonight was the WORST SERVICE AND DISAPPOINTING, I'm heavily pregnant and lactose my partner explained to them on the phone many times i'm lactose and NOT to put cheese on the burger, when we received the order there was cheese on the burger, barely any sauce and the garlic sauce on my partners tasted like washing up liquid, we called back in regards to the burger as its all I wanted to eat and they weren't listening to my partner trying to speak, every time he spoke they spoke over him, he told them the situation politely as we do understand mistakes happen even if it's a dietary requirement! The man on the other end just said "yeah, there is cheese on it. Just tell her to take it off." Even though we requested it to have no cheese and my partner double checked before the end of the order, the cheese had completely melted on the burger so I had to scrap off the cheese taking all the sauce off, even a few bites and I was in pain, the way they spoke made me feel like I had to eat it and brought me to tears as I'd been craving a burger. The service I wouldnt even give a star to, I can't believe how they treated people were not even too far for them to deliver! Or rectify their mistake the food was even cold when it arrived some how. When people make a mistake is it so hard to be polite and apologise ? And rectify their mistake ??

Who the hell put the pitta bread in the bottom of the container and make it soggy. Not impressed !!! Gritty bits in meat. Thankfully I can't be held responsible for choosing this establishment as a family member picked them. I certainly won't be picking them in the future
