wrong pizza sent 😞.. felt unwell after eating..hesitant to order again

I’ve been using these guys for a few years now and I’m never disappointed. Their prices are good and they always deliver fast. I’ve just tried one of their pizzas and they are the best pizza ever. Don’t buy from Pizza Hut or you normal main stream place. But from here. Best pizza ever!

Didn’t listen to order requests

I ordered through their website, they took my money and then about ten minutes later I got a message saying the shop was shut and I’d get a refund next week. I then called the shop as it’s Friday evening and unlikely to be shut. The guy took my postcode and name and said the order had gone through and would be delivered in ten minutes. It wasn’t. I tried calling back and got hung up on. I tried several more times and it was engaged. After almost an hour (unrelated call came in between) there was still no sign of my food. So I called again. They answered and hung up. I called again and got through to a very rude man who said I had to reorder through Just Eats. I asked why he had said my order would be ten minutes when I called before. He wouldn’t answer just said the machine was broken. I asked about my money and he said I had to call “the number” - I said that was what I was doing and again asked why he had told me before my order was on its way. He hung up. I’m going to report them to trading standards next week. My advice - AVOID THIS BUSINESS THEY’RE LYING RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Salad was all fresh and kebab was nice

Done an order and waited an hour and half and still not arrived, called the shop twice said it was on its way and then continued to wait we called back and they said the driver has delivered it which was not true and they said they can’t do nothing about it. Rude staff and unhelpful trying to say we were lying when we been waiting for the food, Disgusting behaviour will not be ordering for. This place again

Never ever order from this restaurant! I order a meal which never arrived. The first time I called them they said the driver was on the way (this was after over an hour waiting). The second time I called they said the driver had already handed me the food. They said I was a liar and that the driver had worked with them for 20 years. They said if I was unhappy to complain to just eat. Completely disgusting and rude staff. Didn't care that they had messed up my order, made me wait 2 hours, and taken my money.

1st time ordering.food was On time, nice and hot and very tasty.

Restaurant said they hadn’t seen my order, phoned twice before I was told it was on its way, also asked for no salad and it came with all salad

Pizza was good except there wasn’t much sauce on the base. If more generous with the sauce it would be 5*!

Both the staff and the food quality has been poor, once ordered a burger without cheese because my partner was lactose intolerant and despite mentioning this to them they still added the cheese and when I spoke to them they just basically said scrap it off, my partner was in tears and she was heavily pregnant, my lamb donor was basically swimming in grease and the garlic sauce tasted like soap. I would avoid this place until they change management and staffing.

Portions are smaller than usual, only a few pieces for £14

Added anchovies, as I often do, but they tasted off and couldn’t eat.

Not enough sauce, lacking salad variety

Never arrived! Argued with me that my address was wrong, couldn’t find me. Wouldn’t listen to me. Then thought it would be ok to still deliver. Then put it as delivered when it never arrived.

Worst kebab ever and expensive the grease is free . It ended up in the bin my pet turned it's nose up I had two bites then threw up yuk never again

Ordered a chicken and lamb shish with burger sauce and they gave me only chicken with garlic sauce. What a joke.

Honestly two of the best pizzas ive ever ordered. No grease smears over the box, generous topping amount on both, arrived piping hot. Will absolutely be back.

Do NOT go!!! We've ordered from here a few times every time we've had problems but tonight was the WORST SERVICE AND DISAPPOINTING, I'm heavily pregnant and lactose my partner explained to them on the phone many times i'm lactose and NOT to put cheese on the burger, when we received the order there was cheese on the burger, barely any sauce and the garlic sauce on my partners tasted like washing up liquid, we called back in regards to the burger as its all I wanted to eat and they weren't listening to my partner trying to speak, every time he spoke they spoke over him, he told them the situation politely as we do understand mistakes happen even if it's a dietary requirement! The man on the other end just said "yeah, there is cheese on it. Just tell her to take it off." Even though we requested it to have no cheese and my partner double checked before the end of the order, the cheese had completely melted on the burger so I had to scrap off the cheese taking all the sauce off, even a few bites and I was in pain, the way they spoke made me feel like I had to eat it and brought me to tears as I'd been craving a burger. The service I wouldnt even give a star to, I can't believe how they treated people were not even too far for them to deliver! Or rectify their mistake the food was even cold when it arrived some how. When people make a mistake is it so hard to be polite and apologise ? And rectify their mistake ??

Who the hell put the pitta bread in the bottom of the container and make it soggy. Not impressed !!! Gritty bits in meat. Thankfully I can't be held responsible for choosing this establishment as a family member picked them. I certainly won't be picking them in the future

Fansied something a bit more mediterranean so had shish and halloumi. Wonderful flavours. Going even more so next time. Almost getting a mexze here. Top kebab is more than just kebab and it is top

Order of wasn’t even delivered did not leave outside nothing I had to call up to get it re sent out. Then when food did arrive it was stone cold and had a funny taste to it. Not very happy with my order

Tasted lovely. Lots of tasty well cooked chicken and the chips were crisp and still hot. The only let down was there was hardly any salad and the garlic sauce was bland.

Ordered and paid for a bottle of coke and didn’t receive it. Everything else was great.

I normally only order chips here, I don't eat them often enough to warrant buying frozen. I have tried other things on the menu, and the food seems really good so far. Family run business and the young lad I see regularly behind the counter is, polite and courteous.

This place is one of the WORST kebab spot I went in Medway. A couple of weeks ago I went there and I bought one of their pizza from the shop. I went home and pizza tasted like I was eating a cardboard and the pizza was EXTREMELY cold to the fact I had to call the person who worked there, it was a total waste of time.The manager was so rude and I wanted refund because how cold it was and how rock hard pizza was that I could build a house with it. The next day, I woke up at 1am in the morning and had extremely bad headache that I had to call a day off at work. I recommend you DON’T GO THERE! Even though after the beef we had with the manger and the fight that I had to put in, I managed to get my refund after all. DON’T GO HERE PLEASE

Kebab wasn’t abit of me at all, understandably the shop had shut but I would have rather the order got cancelled or change your times on just eat and I would have gone else where, instead I got scrap food that was cold. Got put straight in the bin

Just had some food delivered. Delivery was early and bought to me by a friendly polite man. I had ordered a medium chicken kebab. It was delivered well wrapped and was absolutely brilliant. Large amounts of chicken topped with salad and garlic sauce. Very tasty and fresh. I will certainly be using this company again. 😊

Didn't get a free bottle of drink even though it stated orders over £22 you get one. Chips were not as hot more like Luke warm. Usually very good when we order from here
