Only half of the order turned up. It wasn’t even a big order so not sure how they couldn’t work out how to send out a full small order!

Very late, stone cold and sauces missing. I would prefer the order be refused than be so late and incomplete. After the wait and trying to reheat without ruining the food my families evening was ruined. In these days where we are finding a take away meal a rare treat we felt very disappointed .

the put in the smallest box of popcorn chicken instead of a mini fillet burger... couldn't eat them.

rubbish bits of chicken , no breast only 1 thigh all the rest were drumsticks !!! chicken was not up to usual good standard. normally always have a decent meal here. on a positive note delivery was good and driver very polite.

My order was delivered to the wrong house, therefore I never received my food so I had to go to the shop and re-order which cost me double not happy

Honestly shocking. Stone cold food, missing items from the order and the driver could not care less. Not the first time this has happened from here either. I could get my 2 year old to do a better job.

Food was cold as delivery driver went to petrol garage to fill up before dropping off… ive got screenshots to prove if needed. Also didnt even get the “free” popcorn chicken? I’m not one to usually complain as you can see from so many previous orders but filling up your car can happen after the drop off for food surely? Sorry about this but it’s annoying when my family have a cold dinner.

Ordered a party bucket for £40.99 out of the 14 pieces of chicken 10 were drumsticks and all were cold and greasy and rammed so tight into the bucket all the skins had stuck together and had slipped off the chicken, the chips were cold as well

Drive through - ordered a 10 pc Family Bucket £22.99 for the family at home but when I arrived home there was only 6 pc of chicken and the fries had been thrown in a bag upside down. No reciept in the bag as requested. No contact details and due to family commitments could not go back. Be aware to check your order!!!!!

I got none of the parts I ordered in my notes. What was the point of the notes if I can't what I asked for. I did not enjoy this meal at all.

Ordered the food about 3 - 4 hours ago food never arrived and can’t even get a refund anywhere horrible probably not gonna get food from here again.

Not my first choice, fried chicken is a bit greasy compared to my normal choices, but when hungry, and it is the only place available locally, it makes for a tasty meal on a rare occasion.

First time I’ve used just ate….did not receive my bottle of Pepsi Max 😢😢

I have been to the Kfc on Dock Side alot of times and never had a problem, on this occasion we had a Home Delivery and it was a quick, driver was polite, rest of order was fine but Zinger Burger had rotten lettuce inside, when we called Kfc they did offer to replace the Zinger Burger but i'm more worried about who thought it was ok to put rotten lettuce in a meal to begin with and the chips look and taste like they retired years ago, poor show Kfc. 🤢🤮

I do like the colonels recipe but not a great fan of the switch to sugar free drinks, this has always been a treat. Do they not realise the harm drinking aspartame can do if drunk continuously.

Bought a fillet burger from the drive through. The burger was curled and stale, the burger was so dry, I could hardly bite into it. Thoroughly disappointed - won't be using that KFC again. I wonder whether a full refund is in order but I doubt it.

Originally stated 30mins max delivery, but jumped to 30-60mins once order was placed. Then went up another 15mins. 75mins seems a long time for a midweek delivery when there's no special 'occasions' going on, but the food was great.

Excellent delivery, on time and hot. My complaint is aimed towards KFC. I ordered a 10 piece bucket and requested some breast, rib or thighs ... at least 1 or 2 would have been nice. However, I got 8 legs and 2 thighs!!!!!!! Surely by ordering a 10 piece bucket you would get at least 2 of everything on a chicken. Very disappointing after spending £32.
