KFC Chatham - Horsted Retail Park in Medway

Witnessed the staff outside smoking wearing the same gloves they use to prepare the food. They are mixing the orders, checking them out as fulfilled but customers still waiting. Bad service I will try other kfc places but not this one

Can get really busy at peak times. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Drive through is good and works well.

When hiring people at least make sure they can speak and understand basic English got my order completely wrong I ordered large they gave me small went through drive way and she was stuttering because her English is that bad !

we ordered food 5pm and received it at 7:15 pm, tried to call restaurant for over an hour and nobody answered, tried to cancel order and no luck too. and when it arrived was missing food. So we are a very disappointed customers and from now on we will never again ordering kfc

ordered at 17:11 and the delivery time got pushed back and back. The app said "delivered at 20:00" even though it was 19:33. Now I have to wait 48hrs for a refund. Avoid just eating from this KFC. Just to confirm. NO FOOD WAS EVER DELIVERED.

Dont go there. Gave my food to another table then took it off them and tried giving it to me after the other customers touched it then asked for it to be re cooked, staff member gave attitude when I asked and got the same food back just in different boxes. I will not be going back there absolutely disgusting

Ordered at 18.42 when it said delivery was 19.00 to 19.15 it was eventually delivered at 20.14 . The chips were cold along with the chicken. The chicken was dry too

complete wrong order delivered, which was half the food I ordered, JustEat refused to refund me so I could rectify their drivers and the restaurants mistake. I was therefore forced to return the order meant for someone else and demand they rectify the mistake who also at first refused to replace it and tried to palm me back off to JustEat. All staff in the restaurant were rude, standing with backs to counter and ignoring you like you're invisible - some training in customer relations is needed!

Chips were stone cold, burgers were lukewarm, cold drinks weren’t cold. Delivery time kept getting pushed back and ended up being half hour later than originally advised. Very disappointed

driver tried to deliver wrong order, I said it's not mine, be took it away and driver marked as delivered. kfc don't answer calls.

had a phone call from the deliverybdriver stating he had a flat tyre on his car and was waiting for rac to come out to fix it. ended up going to collect the food from him at his breakfown and by the time I got home to eat the food it was cold

Unfortunately this is the second order in a row that has had an item missing

Well prepared food here, but when using the drive thru, they have a habit of always forgetting something minor - a spoon, the dips, a straw - the last 3 visits have all had bits missing..

burger slapped together. chicken tasted bland didn't have the authentic kfc taste. order missing popcorn chicken for both meals. not a good experience at all

delivery guy was ace. explained that he'd just picked up food despite the restaurant saying he'd left ages ago. the app wasn't kept up to date with progress. won't be ordering there again. total bunch of amateurs. should lose their franchise!

This is one of the nicest KFCs I've been to. It was clean, modern and friendly service and food piping hot. I wish my local KFCs were more like this one

Went to get kfc it said it was open on line and we got there we travelled a long way and it wasn’t open it should have said closed on the internet

Food fresh and hot but not delivered to table using table service. Had to run downstairs to reorder and wait 15 mins. Defeats the point of table service

This spot always does it for me. Their chicken is so freshly made. I usually use their drive-through service, which is always effective.

The two burgers were missing from my order not very happy!

Food was cold. Was late I watched delivery go in the wrong direction. Traffic was light I checked. Food was shoved at me. No answer to why they were late or went in the wrong direction. I refused delivery as unsafe to eat Luke warm chicken

Absolutely disgusting customer service at this store, rude staff members, disrespectful to customers and discrimination to customers, lied to when I asked for the manager and told she’s off sick and then the manager appears… not that she was any help anyway, very rude also, food that has been sitting out in suppose “hot hold” for over an hour, so unless want to be treated so bad and have awful customer service and get a serious bad stomach I would not eat here or order from here ever!

Food was quick and delicious. Toilets are upstairs but there is a lift for those who can't do the stairs.

What on earth happens between giving my order into that little drive through machine and what I get to go home with!!??? I went through the drive through tonight. I ordered a six piece bargain bucket and asked for no drumsticks (if possible). The guy advised he can request it, but it isn't guaranteed. I accepted that and said that was fine. After all, a normal 6 piece bucket normally has 2 drumsticks, so if they are able to reduce it further then great! I also requested 2 mini fillet burgers with extra pepper mayo. "Mayo?" he asked. "The pepper mayo please. The peppery one" is what I replied. "Yep, sure" was the response. I got home with my order.... FIVE drumsticks in the 6 piece bargain bucket. Yes, you read it right....FIVE! REGULAR (sweet) mayo on the mini fillets making them taste sugary. Not the pepper mayo I requested. We did not enjoy them. To make matters worse, I had no idea KFC were adding some kind of roast dinner seasoning to their fries. The skin on fries were a bad transition.....the seasoning just makes them even worse. All in all, a big disappointment and sadly I remember now why I stopped going in the first place!

Poor service, half the order is missing. Contacted just eat for refund but was refused even with photos to show the order is incomplete. This is not the first time KFC has done this, don’t they check the order before sending them out?

Placed my order at 17.19, estimate delivery 17.49…..Was preparing my order for 1 hour 40 minutes with the courier at the restaurant. Then guess what no delivery was made although you said it had been delivered on the app at 17.49… it’s now 19.22 and there’s no delivery.

Had various drops and food took longer to deliver than should of.

Terrible delivery bag absolutely soggy , gravy absolutely everywhere making everything soggy boxes practically disintegrated ,either a terrible delivery driver or poorly packaged by the restaurant the bag was ripping and falling apart ! Nearly lost our food on the floor !
