KFC Chatham - Horsted Retail Park in Medway

Staff are so rude. Mid ordering they just walked off and didn't finish my order, had to ask another member of staff to finish my order. Discounts weren't working so couldn't even get my free part of meal and could hear managers in background complaining

Didn't hear the order right ordered boneless box got bargain bucket didnt know until I got home when rang said we must have missed heard you and hung up

Food was delivered on time but the cold drinks were in the same bag as the food and was therefore not very hot. The food was not in an insulated bag either, just a supermarket carrier bag.

Absolutely disgraceful!! I found 5 BLACK hairs in my chicken they were rude from start to finish at the drive through AND they forgot the beans and replaced them with gravy my son is allergic to gravy and now we sat in the hospital thank you very much this is horrific service I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!! very disappointed just gonna go mcdonalds from now on!!!

We'd barely sat down by the time we got out food, rapid service. Food was good too, unlike some other KFCs... Update: it's still good.

Courier delivered the wrong order but very quickly sorted it, so no problem there. But the chips (fries) were awful, really dreadful even by KFCs standards..

2nd time of ordering and service and delivery was good. lovely stuffing Tower Burger, and a piece of chicken. Also a Colonels burger with 1 piece of chicken. sides, chips and gravy. absolutely fantastic

Hi, made an order for KFC to be delivered at 5pm on Saturday 23rd. Didn't arrive until 8.45pm which is totally unacceptable. Kind regards, Mandy Bolton

Good delivery however I got a 10 price bucket and only 1 drumstick so wasn't happy with that was not variety

Ordered and was told 17.55 -18.15 I got the order at almost 19.00. The food was cold, the chicken dry & the coating was burnt…never will I have food from kfc Horsted again

The chicken was disappointingly dry and not up to the usual standard I’ve come to expect from this KFC location.

Need to check the bag before leaving, very poor team at this KFC, missing food from my order. When spoke with the shop manager she said: maybe they forget it, but she needs the receipt and to wait several days until they will investigate...

Don't use this for the drive thru. Never known them to get an order correct, always missing something. 100% guaranteed disappointment.

Bits missing: both dipping sauces, a fruit shoot and a regular gravy.

40 minutes late. 1 kids meal missing and drinks missing and Corn on the cob. Useless. How hard is it to put 3 meals in a bag and some drinks. Safe to say will not be using KFC again.

Witnessed the staff outside smoking wearing the same gloves they use to prepare the food. They are mixing the orders, checking them out as fulfilled but customers still waiting. Bad service I will try other kfc places but not this one

firstly the order was sent to wrong address, then the 1.5l bottle of pepsi max was missing plus the sweet chilli dip was missing - all in all a poor experience

food was luke warm and tasty like it had been sitting around for a while.

My kids love kfc or I wouldn’t continue to order from this branch. They are constantly leaving drinks off the order has happened several times.

Delivery was great but once again KFC forget to put all the order in the bag. Every time we order they forget something. It’s a joke.

Ordered food at 7:25 first stated to arrive between 7:45-8 and kept delaying until food arrived at 8:50! Got wrong order but to make it worse the incorrect order we received was ordered at 8:24! Food was poor quality with tiny bits of chicken and food was bearly warm

Can get really busy at peak times. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Drive through is good and works well.

Missing chicken strip and beans

not only was it 30 mins late there ws no communication . and foid food was cold thread away. most expensive take ive had.

My food took nearly 2hrs to arrive. When it did arrive it was cold and it came with the wrong dip!! Really disappointed with your service!

Delivery was great however food arrived soggy and soft. Wasnt enjoyable at all

The meals were cold, the box meals were squashed and the tower boxed meals were either slapped together or vigorously handled and majority of the burgers had separated and smeared the side and lids! Won’t be returning!

The meal arrived cold had to reheat it in the microwave. When I ask why so long was told that I was their second delivery. Can you tell why I pay delivery charges and have to share the same car . Only for my food to arrive late and cold . The girl was just rude and didn’t care . Very disappointed

Another good experience from Horstead branch. Thank you again for listening to our requests and delivering good food. Nobody’s fault, but we bought the party bucket feast, that is a lot of hot chicken in one bag. It might be an idea to double bag them as we lost the entire chicken wing part because the bag broke apart from condensation. No one’s fault, just to note.

When hiring people at least make sure they can speak and understand basic English got my order completely wrong I ordered large they gave me small went through drive way and she was stuttering because her English is that bad !

we ordered food 5pm and received it at 7:15 pm, tried to call restaurant for over an hour and nobody answered, tried to cancel order and no luck too. and when it arrived was missing food. So we are a very disappointed customers and from now on we will never again ordering kfc

Awful. Arrived late and cold, chips were soggy and inedible

ordered at 17:11 and the delivery time got pushed back and back. The app said "delivered at 20:00" even though it was 19:33. Now I have to wait 48hrs for a refund. Avoid just eating from this KFC. Just to confirm. NO FOOD WAS EVER DELIVERED.

Dont go there. Gave my food to another table then took it off them and tried giving it to me after the other customers touched it then asked for it to be re cooked, staff member gave attitude when I asked and got the same food back just in different boxes. I will not be going back there absolutely disgusting

Ordered at 18.42 when it said delivery was 19.00 to 19.15 it was eventually delivered at 20.14 . The chips were cold along with the chicken. The chicken was dry too

Chips were stone cold, burgers were lukewarm, cold drinks weren’t cold. Delivery time kept getting pushed back and ended up being half hour later than originally advised. Very disappointed

complete wrong order delivered, which was half the food I ordered, JustEat refused to refund me so I could rectify their drivers and the restaurants mistake. I was therefore forced to return the order meant for someone else and demand they rectify the mistake who also at first refused to replace it and tried to palm me back off to JustEat. All staff in the restaurant were rude, standing with backs to counter and ignoring you like you're invisible - some training in customer relations is needed!

driver tried to deliver wrong order, I said it's not mine, be took it away and driver marked as delivered. kfc don't answer calls.

had a phone call from the deliverybdriver stating he had a flat tyre on his car and was waiting for rac to come out to fix it. ended up going to collect the food from him at his breakfown and by the time I got home to eat the food it was cold

Well prepared food here, but when using the drive thru, they have a habit of always forgetting something minor - a spoon, the dips, a straw - the last 3 visits have all had bits missing..

A place that serves southern fried chicken

burger slapped together. chicken tasted bland didn't have the authentic kfc taste. order missing popcorn chicken for both meals. not a good experience at all

The chips stone cold The zinger burger meal was just a burger with 2 bits of lettuce had obviously been cooked a long time as the sauce was soaked into the burger no hash browns no cheese won’t be ordering again
