Extremely poor service serving mediocre food

Ordered a party bucket, got home, they didn't put in the wings. Rang them like 50 times but no one answered.

The restaurant is clean, the service was fast and there is plenty of parking.

Got the order wrong on the drive-through waited for it to come out. It never did went in to collect it myself and staff were so rude. Wouldn’t give me my wrap that I ordered to go with my bargain bucket manager needs sacking staff were rude most of them foreigners, but there was one English man who was also very rude, I don’t know why he called me a sausage. He said keep driving the rest of the food back and got a refund. I will not be visiting this establishment again and not KFC ever.

I have been to the Kfc on Dock Side alot of times and never had a problem, on this occasion we had a Home Delivery and it was a quick, driver was polite, rest of order was fine but Zinger Burger had rotten lettuce inside, when we called Kfc they did offer to replace the Zinger Burger but i'm more worried about who thought it was ok to put rotten lettuce in a meal to begin with, poor show Kfc. 🤢🤮

Rude staff. Immature order taker refused to complete my order for no apparent reason other than misundertanding my order. It's totally baffling. Unacceptable behaviour

On Friday evening I placed an order via Just Eat around 6:30 pm and at 8:00 pm they hadn’t even started making it let alone deliver it. I cancelled and went to Morley’s instead. I will use Morley’s from now on.

Pleasant enough building with a good views of your car park

Every time I come here, they get my order wrong.. I should check before I leave as it’s drive through, however prime example literally just got in to have been given 2 mini fillet burgers for the price of 2 normal fillets, I don’t know if it’s a language barrier or their shafting me.

Very quiet at the time we went in (mid morning) and felt a little odd, but I can't hold that against them. The food was great as usual. KFC have turned a corner the last 18 months, getting back to the great quality they used to be known for. The toilets were a little odd, without clear signage as to men and women's. Everything else was what you expect, good food (for fast food) and a clean enough building. Not too shabby.

Honestly, if Reluca (I'm assuming the manager) is there, your food will be amazing and service was impeccable

Ordered via the drive through. Had popcorn chicken and the mighty bucket for one as these were both deals on the KFC app. The food was hot and tasty. KFC chips have improved but are still not that great. Would definitely recommend downloading the KFC app for rewards and offers.

When I walked in the staff were all out the back joking about going to the till to serve me because none wanted to, before I even handed the cash over they handed my food…which was cold. I’ve noticed they pre make the food and leave it under a ‘heater’ so all they have to do is pass it over, which is why it was cold. So I took it back and asked for my food to be made fresh and was fine. You have to basically tell the staff to do their job, have to remind them I had ordered a drink and paid for sauces.

We took our little one there, and it was a very disappointing experience. The food was served cold, and the kids' mini fillets we ordered were improperly cooked – truly disgusting. We won't be going back.

Ordered delivery £40 total, 1 hour late and freezing cold as they put the coleslaw and pineapple stick on top of the food , tried repeatedly to call to complain but guess what ? No answer terrible service.

As a London cabbie for 39 years now retired I can safely say that I I have eaten in most KFC, I have been to this place twice now( I assumed the first time was just a bad day, today it got worse, I got a zinger stack it was lukewarm at best the cheese was as come out of a packet no melt at all , it had obviously been made well in advance and left somewhere to try and stay warm all that had was the affect of making the bun rock hard, KFC please look at this store do you have mystery shoppers like other high street stores? I always looked forward to a KFC not anymore, ps if you want proof it is in the bin outside the store, icwould normally complain to manager but was in a hurry!!

before i had the chance to process what i had ordered, the food was literally ready. took maybe 10 seconds no exaggeration, and all of the food was hot. they also seasoned the chips properly!! cheeky kfc

We went to KFC Horsted on Tuesday 5th December. We ordered a sharing bucket. The chips are horrible the chicken was the smallest ever and very greasy. The tables were dirty the bin was so full we couldn't put our rubbish in it. The place was empty so the staff had time to clean up. It is just not worth going there and definitely not value for money

Used the drive through. Food was ordered and handed over with ease. The person serving us (Jack) was very helpful in helping us sort out an issue we had with our app when paying. If everyone is trained the way this employee is, then would be the best service we have had in a long long time. Food was also nice and fresh.

Terrible staff working there, face like thunder and dull as a wet cloudy day, all look bored and obviously don’t even wanna be there! ..Take the money and don’t even have manners to say hello, thank you or goodbye, poor service, won’t use again!

It's literally the worst KFC I have ever been to. When I placed the order I said to my partner it will be wrong, and it was. Tried to discuss it but the staff member was just interested in getting the serving window closed and not listening to us. Gave up! Got the 'food' home it was scroney and freezing cold. There is absolutely no way this 'food" met corporate standard. @KFC please listen. this site is damaging your brand. Never again.... highly recommend you do not use this branch.

Absolutely piss poor twice I’ve ordered family buckets the most simple thing and twice they have messed it up I have a autistic daughter who will only eat the popcorn chicken and twice they have left it out leaving her without food making me making her something to eat difficult from the rest of the family the first time they done it they give us a code to replace it so we had it again tonight however they messed it up aging causing my wife to go out again to try and solve the issue not happy at all phones r off so u can’t call them and there is no other way of contacting them

The fries were not properly cooked. This is first time I am receiving such a bad food from KFC. Fries were just like boiled or half cooked

Just picked up a six piece meal from here, all six were drumsticks chips were cold and had a funny taste. The lot went straight in the bin would NOT recommend.

Worse toliets I've ever seen! Urine EVERYWHERE! Floor, seat, even the skirting boards! The place looks like it needs a thorough clean! Food was ok but slightly over cooked!

Cannot tell you how important this is and how excited I am to say this. My food was hot. My food hot very hot. Going through the drive-thru has always been the best way to get food from any fast food place. I have been to wetherspoons, Burger King, McDonald's and other takeaway places. The food has always been cold. There was a car park across the way where I noticed that the KFC customers were eating in their cars. So the KFC car park was not big enough. The staff well polite and quick.

Nicely decorated, beautiful view. The toilets were very dirty. Have problem with my order. When I visited it wasn’t busy so the staffs seems too relaxed to serve.

Do not use this place even on just eat, Greasy tasteless and dont even get your full order items missing and swimming in grease, Will never use again Not the first but keep trying to see if it improves but never does

I felt very attentive to the helpfulness of the staff. I just had to buy chicken legs since I couldn't find them on the menu. When I went to the counter and explained that I wanted to buy only chicken legs, the waiter enthusiastically helped me. I’m very grateful for the waiter’s attitude

Discusting!!!! Paid £60 for a family delivery, 1 whole meal missing, food cold! Called and was told i need to go collect, when i actually paid to have delivered! Also told i should call just eat, you were supposed to cook and pack up the food for delivery. Never use again. Disgraceful and a waste of £60

Shorter wait to be served than expected. No wait for food. Condiments and napkins provided without needing to ask. Friendly and efficient. Yum.

Sorry but the quality of food in KFC is going down. Chicken is often dry and over cooked like it's been standing for a long time (doesn't matter what time of the day you order). Prices are too high.

As per usual with KFC half my order was mixed up with my friends but we sorted it out between us. Food was tasty though

Ordered a Takeaway and was totally disgusting. All the Coating was Burned and Black and the Chips Soggy and will go down as the WORST!!! KFC i have ever had so avoid using this place for anything to do with food. My Wife ordered a Meal for One and had fallen out the bag and also Burnt and inedible. Total Disgrace and cost us over £25.00 for a meal thats straight in the bin. Never use this branch for a Take Away EVER!!!! as this is the second KFC order we have had from here and that was disgusting as well.

We went to this store last night. I can honestly say the staff in there need sacking the girl who took the order was useless. We finally placed the order after about 10 minutes of trying only to get home to raw chicken strips they were individually rapped and uncooked the food wasn't in a box just thrown in a bag absolutely discussed with this store it should be shut done before someone is seriously ill with salmonella

If you're in a rush and moody teens, you're heading to the right restaurant. Let's start with the food it's great it's KFC. If you fancy you have no problems, food comes out hot but SLOW and if your going drive-thru you will hear the sound of a teens dream dieing as they will moan about their jobs there is no customer care at all no pride in KFC

it was ok no table service even though advertised it didn't really matter but should have said as i sat waiting for it to be brought over to the table you have to use the self service if you pay by card even though they was all being used and there were 2 tills behind the counter not being used chicken wasn't as good as other kfc's i go to skin was a bit slimy and chips were a bit anaemic gravy was top draw though and the Kansas bites were spot on

I know it's the "norm" but the food is just thrown together, you have to construct the burgers yourself, but the overall experience is worthy of the 4 stars.

Some staff need to learn customer service skills. Grunting at customer and saying use the machine is not very helpful when the machines aren't working. It's not my problem either so don't make it my problem. Good was great service was a let down.

Have ordered from here many times through Just Eat, i don't live that far away but on many occasions arrived Luke warm, saw an advert on YouTube for first time KFC app users, you get 8 mini fillet chicken pieces for free, driver arrived on time & when i picked the bag up i thought it was light i asked the driver did it include the free mini fillets, he said he didn't know i didn't want to hold him up so i opened the bag inside, no free mini fillets, went back out side but the driver was gone, called the store & they said to contact Deliveroo, the bag is sealed with a label & receipt stating the order that was incorrect , the only people responsible are the KFC store, i would suggest to not trust your orders & ask to check before excepting it, or make a video of you opening it, as you will have all the hassle to get your money back, food was cold after i filled in the forms, I am certainly not using this store for delivery ever again!

Went through drive thru 29th June at 22:30 and the girl at the speaker and at drive thru window so rude, no customer service at all. there was no problems in the first place and no need to get a customer facing job if that’s not a trade your good at using

Most visits have been ok but yesterday (14 June) was the worst customer service ever. Order was totally wrong. When I got the food home it was not the bits of the chicken requested and the person confirmed with me so I tramatised an elderly relative for whom I went to the shop is a treat with parts of the chicken they do not like. Tone and attitude of person taking drive through orders was at a low level that I have never experienced at this drive through. Now I will drive to Rochester for a far superior service than have to go through last night's experience again.

told system was down so need to use the self service inside store they didn't work but kept on telling people to use them they then just starting ignoring people coming in didn't have a clue had to use the drive through in the end which was packed

Terrible !! 14/06/23. Will never comeback one of the girls in black shirt very rude and just walked off when I was asking for assistance. I just walked out not buying anything. Very upset. Next time will go to McDonald’s better service.

Always much cleaner and friendlier than any of the Maidstone franchises. Today , quick , dining area was clean and tidy.

Used the self service which crashed on payment, stood being ignored by staff until I interrupted them. Ordered at till and paid then the self service charged me again. Manager (Luca) tried to tell me I would get refunded automatically which is rubbish because as far as KFC are concerned I’ve paid for two meals and had them. All I asked for was a receipt from the manager to say that I had paid twice due to the self service machine error so that I could claim money back if and when I didn’t get refunded but this was too much trouble obviously as he refused. STAY AWAY from this place.

Not the best i have been to. Always screwing up orders, and very disorganized. Always make silly mistakes like forgetting to add a spoon when you get mash etc. I have also had the misfortune of being held to ransom in the drive-through for well over 20 minutes (not an exaggeration) on one occasion.

Absolutely disgusting! Took meal back bun was rock hard gave them a 2nd chance chicken dry chips freezing and staff don't even acknowledge you so rude !!!! Stay away, kfc do yourself a favour get new staff who can communicate properly and a cook that can do the job otherwise close your doors!!!

It's a KFC you get what you expect. Sat in a queue for a few minutes and was then rushed at lightning speed from the second I pulled upto the ordering post. There are no points for customer relations.

Today we order party bucket, which cost 31.99£ and what we got :( from 6 side fries can be max 3. In one box was 8 fries, this is even not funny
