Food is freezing not for the first time but keep giving them chance after chance they can’t get it right AVOID

Can you help me please? I didn’t receive my order!!!!!!

First time using Just Eat and the last. Order took 50 mins and arrived cold.

Food come late and was all cold.

Food was stone cold, coffees stone cold, courier at the restaurant for over 45 minutes apparently. Order to delivery 1 hour and 5 minutes

So late. Driver said he was at restaurant and he wasn’t as I rang. Food was cold stuff was missing. Just such bad service. Very unhappy

The sauces are never delivered so what’s the point ordering them

Did not deliver food to my place has delivered somewhere else or taken it for him self

Ordered at 630 arrived at 8pm and was stone cold. Total waste of money.

Branch near Medway City industrial estate. Has a drive through, outside seating,there are toilets onsite. You are encouraged to order via the touch screens but you can just go to the counter. They were not really busy and I felt my order took quite a while to come. It's was just a sausage Mcmuffin and a coffee so nothing too complicated. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly enough. My Mcmuffin did look a little thrown together and was not even wrapped that well but it was hot and tasted ok.

Delivery time was good, courier was polite, shame I got given the wrong item and it included stuff I asked to be left out.

Non hygienic, dirty seats and smelly uncleaned toilets. Food is ok.

Complete wrong order and missing items!

Decided to try the katsu curry wrap, it wasn't too bad, got it on it's £1.99 day, but I always forget that McDonald's crispy chicken is a bit peppery for me! May try plain next time 🙂

said it was delivered, did not arrive and cannot get hold of Just Eat or McDonald's. Very angry and disappointed. Will not use this app again.

Again paid for six nuggets got four and no cheese burger again please stop taking peoples money and not sending correct food out double check please

All 3 drinks turned up with half empty and the single muffin had paper inside it. Looked like the muffins had been thrown together

Food arrived stone cold. No straws, napkins or sauces for the chicken select arrived.

Don’t bother going, I have never had an order the way I ordered it, always something missing or something wrong, I was having a bad day today and they decided to give me a vanilla milkshake instead of the one I ordered and that was the FINAL straw 🤣 in all seriousness tho, I’ve actually never had a order correct from this store, weather it be for delivery or actually ordering in the shop.

Delivery drivers left outside of building never told me where and confirmed my order was delivered when I never received it as they left it outside

Delivery came on time but I didn’t receive my hash browns with my breakfast meal. Overall it was fine

My food didn’t even arrive !!! And the driver marked it as delivered !!!

The driver would not hand over my order as he had lost Wi-Fi connection on his phone. I refused to let him connect to my home Wi-Fi, due to the fact that I had just finished a 12hour shift, I gave my order number but he still refused to hand over.

Lack lustre uninterested staff. Poor service rather talk between themselves than serve the paying customer. One that served us was barely coherent

Food was fine, delivery was a little late but still ok. What I didn’t like was having to go outside because the courier said he was outside before he even got there, he wasn’t, went back up to my flat, and then he messaged me saying he was outside, so I had to go out, walk across to the wrong car park that he was in just for him to say ‘I said I was in the car park!’ Yeah, what one?!! Every other delivery driver has had no trouble finding my place.

Missing food on a small order! Turned up 45 minutes later than originally said and was stone cold! Not difficult to put a few hot burgers in a bag is it

Food was cold. Drinks were all flat. Food had clearly been sat there for some time.

Really bad. Ordered at 1810. Told it would be 20 mins. Arrived 1920. Would have been quicker if I collected it myself. Then when it arrived all the food was cold. Reheating just makes the food taste awful. A rubbish experience.

Wrong items delivered grimace shake missing no straws to use on drinks delivered a fruit shoot given a cola drink. No idea if sugar free as I didn’t order that drink. How can you get an order so wrong

This is rubbish food, and I will never recommend it or return it. Every time I eat or drink from this restaurant, I get stomachache. I don't know what this food is made of.

We were given a delivery time of 7:20 arrived at 9pm, stone cold! Completely freezing and the order was wrong. There will be someone missing some food.

Whenever I get here every time is different prices and on the app its says a different price and here it’s too expensive compared to other places bad customer service and hot chocolate is very bad so disappointed

What is going on with this Mcdonalds?! I can't remember the last time they got an order right! We ordered a Mcrispy meal with a latte and a double quarter pounder with cheese meal with a latte and a free item of 6 nuggets. We received no fries with our meals, 6 dips instead of 1 and 4 straws to go with our 2 hot drinks! There's obviously been no care or attention made to our order. The delivery was quick, but I would rather more time was taken on getting the order right. Won't be using again.

Driver got lost but no tracking and no phone call. Fold was stone cold. Complained and was offered a £4 credit on a. £35 order. Useless.

Absolutely awful food is always cold. Never get the order right .... Give you ice-cream and then park you up for 15 mins. Used tonight and was missing food from our order. Avoid this restaurant at all costs

I ordered my meal at 9am.. at 10.56am it says my meal was delivered.. it wasnt . I called McDonald's and they told me the courier had left with the food so where is it?
