This is rubbish food, and I will never recommend it or return it. Every time I eat or drink from this restaurant, I get stomachache. I don't know what this food is made of.

Ordered food at 4pm and it did not arrive to 5:20pm when it was supposed to be 30 mins and it arrived cold

Whenever I get here every time is different prices and on the app its says a different price and here it’s too expensive compared to other places bad customer service and hot chocolate is very bad so disappointed

What is going on with this Mcdonalds?! I can't remember the last time they got an order right! We ordered a Mcrispy meal with a latte and a double quarter pounder with cheese meal with a latte and a free item of 6 nuggets. We received no fries with our meals, 6 dips instead of 1 and 4 straws to go with our 2 hot drinks! There's obviously been no care or attention made to our order. The delivery was quick, but I would rather more time was taken on getting the order right. Won't be using again.

As this is the third time this has happened, im leaving a review. Third hot chocolate that I’ve purchased that is just warm brown water, it’s disgusting. Why has this store got such a bad hot chocolate, I buy these all the time and it only ever happens here, but not all the time which is so strange…

I ordered my meal at 9am.. at 10.56am it says my meal was delivered.. it wasnt . I called McDonald's and they told me the courier had left with the food so where is it?

I ordered a CHEESY McCrispy meal but requested that they remove the crispy onions and pink pickled onion chutney, which they did 👏 but they also removed the 2 cheese slices and the cheese sauce 🙄 leaving me with a dry chicken, bacon and limp lettuce burger. It's called a cheesy Mcrispy but there wasn't a hint of cheese in sight. Also why don't we ever seem to get the rich tomato dips with the bites share boxes?!

Long delivery, food stone cold AGAIN

Ordered a bacon roll with no sauce, two hash browns, hash brown bites and a sausage and egg mcmuffin. After a 20 minute wait we instead ended up with 3 sausage and egg mcmuffins one with bacon in bacon roll wrapping paper to add insult to injury, two hash browns and two hash brown mini bites which were not crispy but instead cold and chewy.

ordered at 8:40pm it said 20 minute delivery and it was being prepared for a long time. then the couriers tracking wasn’t working and the food is freezing cold. been delivered at 9:55pm

Only popped in there to see if the menu was different to at home... They have a wide range of dips but we didn't eat in there so can't say much except that it's apparently 'The Northern most MacDonald's in the world

The food was missing the main parts 2x 20 nuggets and 5 chicken selects this is not acceptable my two sons are now very hungry and have to wait another 40 minutes to an hour for their re ordered food to come, and I have to hope that I will be refunded for the missing food - poor performance to say the least !!!!

food was freezing cold, the courier decided to deliver to someone in Bluebell Hill when I live in Rochester, food was not edible, add to that just eat think its acceptable to refund £4.62 when the order cost £14.99 plus service charge (ha) plus delivery fee ( ha again ), I will never use this app again.
