McDonald's in Medway

Poor very poor no hot chocolate no milkshakes and a sausage and egg muffin meal was only warm and very oily. Also had to wait ant wait for it

Unfortunately this McDonald's is too popular! Car park is usually full and queues inside & out. Be prepared for slow food rather than fast food.

Was so cold inside we brought our food home...service was slowed down due to too many delivery collections

45 minutes delay on my order for £7 . Definitely not gonna order from here anymore

great place for a late at night snack also a great and pleasant journey.

Decent location within 3 minutes walk of the adjacent industrial estate, and 30 sec walk from co-op next door. Hot food and good service 👌

Came here at 5am on a Wednesday and saw someone eating an ironing board so I swiftly turned on my heel and vacated

This is the second time in so many weeks that this mcdonald's haven't put part of my order in and it always misses hashbrowns!

Orderd at 615 at first I was told delivery was 655 it arrived at 740 and was stone cold like it been waiting for ages and all the Mcflurrys was runny like liquid very disappointed

Very poor, not only was it late I was missing an item (apple pie) and also the wrong drink was delivered for one of the meals. I would like a refund.

My order took two hours to arrive and when it did it was stone cold. Very disappointed.

driver say outside our address on the phone for almost 10 mind before bring food to the door and every time we order we are mossing stuff and they don't answer the phone and have the cheek to ask of we want to go collect it

Something needs to be done to improve the drive thru! The wait is insane all the time!!

Everything has turned up cold and inedible. Disgusting over one hour late and now having to go out and get more food as this in not edible

This is not an issue with McDonald’s, this is an issue with just eat. My order was left while driver was nowhere to be seen. Had to collect myself as nearly 2 hours waiting for delivery and it had been waiting and freezing; only for a new order to be delivered 4 hours after I had originally ordered and had collected myself.

The food took over an hour and a half and was freezing. The Mc Flurry was fully melted into a liquid and as always, no straws !! Understand it’s a Saturday but this should be prepared for! Service is getting worse. Everything has gone in the bin

We were given a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. And we didnt get the sauces.

Don't EVER order from here. Food is always late, cold, and (or) missing items. The estimated delivery time is nonsense and just keeps getting pushed back. Never again!

keep getting my order wrong, this morning ordered a wrap with brown sauce got a wrap with ketchup, i hate tomato's so i threw the wrap in the bin, but things like this keep happening

We ordered 3 hash browns with our breakfast which never materialised ! The egg in my double sausage & egg Mc Muffin looked like it was dropped on the floor ! The best part of the breakfast was the Tropicana Orange juice bottle !

The nice thing about McDonalds is that no matter where you go the service and products are generally pretty consistent- which is why they’re popular.

Best delivery I’ve had from there in years. Literally. Order correct. Sauces included. Hot. Delivery man was great too. Hopefully it continues this way!

Absolutely awful, we waited nearly 3 hours as there was an accident in the roads which we had patience for as it wasn’t their fault but then the food come come absolutely freezing I couldn’t feed the children that, the food was left out THREE HOURS

Delivery estimate was 15-30 mins - there is a note on the delivery instructions to call a mobile number but the delivery driver called the account holder. The driver didn't understand directions and when finally arrived lots of order was missing.

3 hours late, didn't arrive till 9.30pm when we order at 5.30pm absoloutly ridiculous. food was cold and was medium chips and drink rather than large.

It's ok, it's quite slow service, the food is just warm...

Original time was 8.20 then it changed again and again and then got it at 9.02. NO milk for tea and breakfast roll and hash browns were cold. Only refund 3.69 it costs more than that so not really very happy

Definitely recommend order the night before you go, hopefully it might be ready by the time you get there! No sense of urgency at all.

They have really upped their game. Always got the order wrong drive through or takeaway (no cheese). But they are consistently good now for both. They have a great team who deliver. Thank you

Every time I come here they say their tills are down. You would think they would do something about it but they don’t…. Milkshakes are always “Not Working” as well.

I ordered this meal using just eat at 11:30pm yesterday and was due for delivery at 11:50pm & 12:05am. I only received my order at 2:45am. The food that was delivered was also very cold as well. I would like to get a refund for this terrible service

not only was it late, it was cold and the driver gave me the wrong order didn't even ask me for the code to make sure it was the right order I then had to rush outside and catch him before he left and he just laughed like it was actually funny, shocking customer service
