McDonald's in Medway

Food was cold on arrival, not even luke warm. Seriously, chips cold, burgers cold, even the hot apple pie was and past its discard time. Worst McDonalds ever!

Missing food was all cold and nasty

I ordered 20 nuggets were cold you could bounce them no crispyness, 9 chicken selects meal, quarter pounder

My order was missing items not happy at all had four kids to feed and could only feed two and not myself

the man who brought me my food was so sweet and caring once he realised he spilled my drink he went to the shop and brought me a new one

Missing half the order. How difficult is it to put items in and bag and check it off to the receipt.

My mc spicy did not have jalapeños or franks mayo

was missing all sauces and drink was all spilt in delivery bag

Always something missing from order and issue never rectified. Orders need to be checked more carefully as fed up with paying for items that are never received.

Cold uncooked chips and triple cheese burger looks as if it was thrown togetherr

came here today and experienced awful customer service from one of the managers. he gave a lot of attitude when we asked for the selection of drinks that were available, he said “it should be on the menu” despite the menus only displaying promotional meals (we ordered through the drive thru). this type of treatment should not be tolerated, especially from someone who is in a higher position. very disappointing.

food was cold as well as the coffees, the driver went the wrong way completely then drove straight passed me, then tryed messaged him as could see he was lost but after 10 minutes he drove back passed had to flag him down. driver had his wife and daughter in the car with all 3 of thought would have been better. told McDonald's but as it's been delivered there's nothing they can do.

Amy and Stacey are amazing, always come in and they are the ones that are always greeting customers with a smile and extremely helpful regardless of how busy it is they don't let it get in the way of delivering great customer service

We need a complete refund of the whole order McDonald’s gave the driver the wrong Mills we didn’t get anything that we ordered apart from two milkshakes and a Coke. We didn’t order that ended up going all over my house my floor my carpet my furniture it’s just taken me an hour to clean it up.

i m disappointed with my order today. After my long shift , i want to surpise my kids. i did order 2 happy meals and 1 wrap meal. One toys was missing, the kids chips was very tiny portions. I dont really get it, who is packing the meals. I do pay 20£ , so I expect so normal kids portions not 5 chips.

I placed my order at 19.15. It finally turned up at 20.57. It was cold, I tried to warm it up in the microwave but the bread rolls and chips just went hard, it was totally inedible. The so called hot drinks were lukewarm , it was totally unsatisfactory. I like McDonald’s but I don’t think I’ll be rushing back anytime soon. I’m disabled so am unable to come and collect it myself. Very very Disappointed!

Why are the chips always cold? And by cold I mean. Like they have been sitting around for ages cold. They tasted absolutely awful

It is a McDonald's you know what you are getting, however the service from (who I assume was) the manager was great. Very friendly and attentive and rectified a problem with an item very effectively. If I have a favourite McDonald's it is this one.

Lovely! Big thanks to Jo(?) who gave us dessert on the house because part of my dad's food took a while to arrive, plus gave my sister an extra mcflurry to try as well as what she asked for. so kind and friendly, we left smiling ❤️ thank you!!

Have to say, the staff here were exceptional 👍🏻 Despite my ordering glitch they were polite, smiling and dealt with it without fuss. Second time from this restaurant we have had no Minecraft toy with the Minecraft meal. Food was very cold and delivery time was significantly longer than the estimate when we ordered.

Food was around an hour late and was really cold upon delivery and the drink and McFlurry had fallen over in the bag and leaked out almost half the contents.

Instead of a breakfast roll and a latte, I was given two bags with just a latte in each!
