Missing food double cheese burger nuggets from a happy meal chips are freezing

What is going on with this Mcdonalds?! I can't remember the last time they got an order right! We ordered a Mcrispy meal with a latte and a double quarter pounder with cheese meal with a latte and a free item of 6 nuggets. We received no fries with our meals, 6 dips instead of 1 and 4 straws to go with our 2 hot drinks! There's obviously been no care or attention made to our order. The delivery was quick, but I would rather more time was taken on getting the order right. Won't be using again.

Place is getting ridiculous. 1st time ordered I was missing half my items. Thought I’d try again and yet again missing half my order. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I ordered my meal at 9am.. at 10.56am it says my meal was delivered.. it wasnt . I called McDonald's and they told me the courier had left with the food so where is it?

Long delivery, food stone cold AGAIN

I ordered a CHEESY McCrispy meal but requested that they remove the crispy onions and pink pickled onion chutney, which they did 👏 but they also removed the 2 cheese slices and the cheese sauce 🙄 leaving me with a dry chicken, bacon and limp lettuce burger. It's called a cheesy Mcrispy but there wasn't a hint of cheese in sight. Also why don't we ever seem to get the rich tomato dips with the bites share boxes?!

food was freezing cold, the courier decided to deliver to someone in Bluebell Hill when I live in Rochester, food was not edible, add to that just eat think its acceptable to refund £4.62 when the order cost £14.99 plus service charge (ha) plus delivery fee ( ha again ), I will never use this app again.

The food was missing the main parts 2x 20 nuggets and 5 chicken selects this is not acceptable my two sons are now very hungry and have to wait another 40 minutes to an hour for their re ordered food to come, and I have to hope that I will be refunded for the missing food - poor performance to say the least !!!!

Driver was very rude. Shouting “guys” “guys” from the front door in my place of work rather than coming in and speaking to a member of staff who would have called me down. The drink was knocked over from the cup holder and was leaking in the bag.
