This store has really gone down hill, every time we've ordered something, it's missing and the food always cold

Nothing to say mc ds is what it is and not cheap no more definitely spend a extra 5 pound and get a five guys over this anyway now, best bit was mc flurry but that's like winning the lottery if the ice cream machine isn't broke(they just can't be bothered to clean it)

Worst MC d yet, no hot chocolate, no ketchup, near £7 for a meal eat in given no tray or serviettes

It's a maccers what do you expect. Not sure why these keep getting pushed to me, to review even when I don't go inside them, it's like McDonald's wants to have their ratings go down, I wonder if they pay Google services to ask for more reviews depending on proximity to each store in the hopes that people will just chuck um a quick 5 stars thinking it's their local McDonald's or summin.

We told the person we paid for our food to keep the change and she said so what your being ungrateful then in a bad way

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. It took 20 minutes to get our food. I only got it then because I asked them how long it would be, or i would probably still be there now. Totally disorganised and they had clearly forgot about us. Few of the staff need to grow up, messing about, more interested in talking to each other and absolutely no interest in doing work. Then got home to this strawberry milkshake and cold food. Absolute shambles whoever was night manager last night!!

Very often been asked to park up and wait for the delivery where parking space is very limited and often you got to block someone until the delivery

Didn't go in but my grandson's nuggets happy meal disappeared very quickly so he was obviously very happy with it

Food was fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly and willing to help.

This morning was a quick and easy order. I did have to wait a while for my food, but I didn't have anywhere to be. Staff were friendly and food was good. So happy the breakfast wrap is back!

It McDonald's. Food is the same as everywhere I have been. The service was excellent.

This would be a good McDonald’s however the night manager Steph seems to be under the impression that if you know people that work here, you can’t enter the store. On 4 different occasions now, I have been shouted an sworn at by her just for ordering food and minding my own business. She is definitely ruining what would otherwise be, a very decent store.

Very disappointed,warm fries,burgers tasteless,ketchup not available,had to ask for it.Will not be re visiting in a hurry.

Never gets the order right, cancels orders frequently. Can't get through via the restaurant phone number. Service and quality fell off a cliff in last couple of years since the new franchisee took over

Very poor welcome, actually no welcome at all, no one spoke to us or even looked at us. It was almost like it would have been better to have artificial intelligence and robots there rather than staff. The food took so long and still not one member of staff updated us. Its supposed to be a fast food restaurant and we waited about 11 minutes 34 seconds, it felt like forever, we should have got our burgers in at least 2.5 minutes Max as my husband is an ex McDonald's employee he has never experienced this lack of customer service as a paying customer. A bit of common courtesy and hot food would have been suffice. Then when we did receive the two cheese burgers that took that long to make, were cold, and looked like they came out the bin. (see pictures). All the staff there look like they don't want to be there. I told my husband that we should go in as the queue was so long at the drive thru, I felt as if I should have just waited at the drive thru as it would have taken just as long, but at least we would have been greeted 'welcome to McDonald's, can I take your order' unless they were as miserable as the staff inside the restaurant. I won't be going here again, I'm so disappointed with this particular store.

It was mostly fine, but they got the order wrong so had to go back in. Being disabled this is never 'fun'... Service was not exactly slow but not prompt either. Only 1 butter and syrup with 2 orders of pancakes. Paper utensils are a joke.

They have a drive-thru, which was fast and efficient. Good customer service. Disable bays in the car park. Car Park has a waiting area for collection if you pre- order.

Stopped for a coffee. They don’t do a plant-based milk substitute. The service was atrocious and the car park and interior were absolutely filthy, as usual. My card allegedly got cloned here once when they allegedly took it away to refund me and the manager later allegedly said I was lying and the CCTV allegedly showed this had never happened. I’ll never darken their door again.

It gets busy, They must be thinking, not this guy, again with the grilled chicken salad order. Holding up the drive-through, lol Sorry guys! My son loves his big mac but I'm on a diet. Point is above about how busy it gets, Just be prepared to be asked to park if you can find a spot.

At least we know the server at the input window didn't pass her test at the University of Charm. Bloody rude and obviously not likely to win employee trophies for monthly award contest.

Just went through drive in order 3 big mac and 2med fries drove home to walderslade to find 1 big mac missing 3 times it's happened not going anymore

A typical McDonald's, great for a quick and good value breakfast with the kids.

What can I say, it's a McDonald's. I went inside rather than panic buy at the drive through, it wasn't so busy that I had to wait to order. The touchscreen kiosk did it's thing and I order to takeaway. I actually got my receipt, bravo to the staff here! After a short wait my number was politely called and my bag handed to me. Everything I ordered was there, it was fresh and hot. Good stuff

Don't bother with the drive thru unless you want to park in the car park and have multiple meals brought out at once and walked around the carpark getting colder

They always struggle with drive-thru orders. Always get sent to wait for your food in the car park — it's meant to be fast food! Car park is too small for this restaurant.

As per usual, the thought of eating a Macdonalds is a far greater experience than actually eating it.

Person taking the order couldn’t understand what I was saying, didn’t have half the food we wanted to order and as usual no milkshakes or ice cream. What’s the point in being open!!

Staff is very rude. Messed up order. Didn’t give drinks properly as they fell out of cup holder. And refused to give a refund! But to where they fell out of cup holder. Ginger lady who gave food and drinks was extremely rude! Wouldn’t even give a 1* it’s a -0!

The music was to loud and the staff were untied, no interaction with customers and need training on customer service not impressed I am sorry for this comment as first experience like this at mc donalds

Awful, a while ago I ordered a double quarter pounder with NO Cheese and it went back 3 time due to it having sodding Cheese every time, unbelievable. What illiterate staff are they hiring at medway tunnel site. Mc nuggets are us

Located somehow on the outskirts, but the environment is lovely ang welcoming and service delivery is superb. It's a good choice for travellers along the London - Kent corridor, especially those travelling by road. It's also close to the train stations in Strood & Rochester though.

Asked the manager if bacon was smoked. Told it wasnt . It was horrible so asked again different staff member she said didnt know Googled it and it is .

I've visited this site today evening 1.10.2023,honestly the worst mcdonald's I've ever been to, the service is appalling, the order machines don't print the receipt, the screen with order numbers to collect doesn't work, orders pile up hence long waiting time when it's eventually ready it's messed up and the mens toilet is as dirty as it gets... oh... and for some reason the recycling point for cups and plastic etc. was covered by a tray when I removed it to recycle it was put back again with other stuff on top to make sure it want be used... I can only imagine it was because the service didn't want to have an extra work with recycle bags... worst experience ever I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Terrible service sent my son to obtain a large order all ordered at the same time yet took 20 min from the time the first bits came out to the last bit so everything first came out was cold and yukky to eat by the time last bit came out to service at this McDonald is a shamble manager's should be fired and replaced with ppl that can do the jobs and run the place as it should be. Previous visits have resulted in cold incorrect orders missing items rude staff that moan to other customers about customers because they complained and shutting down the milkshake machine during peak times great management and staffing take the job seriously or get another job. time to go through head office they will not be impressed this is their name being dragged down with great publicity.

It's McDonald's, I always enjoy their food, the only down side is across the chain they seem to have repetitive issues with their milkshake machines, this time it was like a cold banana slurpy rather than a mushed ice cream, the girl at the till got me a fresh one, but it was the same normally the banana milkshakes aren't available, though I've noticed it's been a thing since the start of covid, I'm not sure how the two coincide 🤣

Only had take away but burger was amazing

The staff are useless! We ordered and it all comes back wrong and then they don’t give us the sauce we payed for, I barely got any cheese or lettuce in my burger and everything we took out of our burgers was put in them, now we’re standing here in our kitchen scraping all the stuff we didn’t want out of them. I get they might have been busy but for gods sake can’t they do anything right for once!

Did not like it one bit, only went there as was having some tyres fitted to my car cross the road, I had a chicken meal and had to ask for a coffee as it dint work on screen, I sat outside to eat, The berger was cold, same thing with the chips

ordered through uber eats, they lost our order and then had items missing and wrong, had 3 meals, one had no large chips, one was supposed to have no cheese and didn’t receive any straws or condiments, called to explain that they added cheese to an order that said no cheese and they didn’t care.

Soo slow at drive thru, its ridiculous

Myself and my partner went through the drive through and ordered our food. Not only did we have to repeat ourselves 5 times before they got our order right. We were then asked to park in a bay which were all taken. Eventually we parked in the bay & waited for AGES for literally a chicken mayo. Absolute joke. Eventually I had to go in and ask about it elsewise we’d be waiting there forever. To be told they’ll start making it now? Like what? So it wasn’t even started? Not the first time a situation like this has happened, I’ve been going to that McDonald’s for a while, and there’s always issues with either other customers or our food being wrong or cold. Really needs sorting out and better managing.

The most incompetent staff and service. You are more likely to get someone else's order than your own. Been going there for 5 years, the only thing is that it seems convenient, until you're there waiting an hour for food, to then get someone else's order. Standard McDonald's, had good food today

As a family we use the mcfood for thoughts vouchers regularly. I had filled in the survey about an hour before our visit and had 3 to use. They were not accepted at the self service so I went to the desk and asked if they could do it manually. The worker got his manager, Ellie I think her name was. And her attitude was disgusting. Telling me they're not working because I had "obviously already used them". I told her i hadn't long filled out the survey and even showed her the dates and times of the emails. Her response "doesn't mean you haven't used them" She put them through the till and one worked but claimed the others had been used so can't be processed. I get this is mcdonalds. But I was actually shocked at the way she spoke and looked at me. She was reluctant to even try and put them through the till. Other staff were lovely, shame they are on a lower wage than her. I spoke to a member of staff at the gillingham branch and he told me there had been an update on the self-service screens meaning the codes can't be used on there but she obviously didn't get the memo.

Ordered thro app. Sausage & egg mcmuffin had fallen apart in bag and hash browns we're missing from order. Had to ho back in to get them. No click & serve service before 9. Drive through was busy so collected inside. Coffees always good!

Ordered a drive thru Egg & Bacon meal. Quite a wait and when it arrived the bacon was barely cooked and inedible. I threw it away and went elsewhere.
