I ordered 2 pizzas last night . Deep pan. Was more like thin and crispy. Dry as a rock. The ham tasted funny. It the gone down hill the last year. My last pizza was naff too

What a waste of money I ordered lasagne and cheesy garlic bread, the order was really late the delivered vegetable lasagne instead of the normal lasagne and it was disgusting It gave me a stomach ache. I don't really know what to say but I should be closed down do not order from this place especially If you have kids

If I could give this a zero stars I would. Avoid this take away and a complete waste of money. Waited 2 hours, line constantly busy but I would imagine this was taken off the hook. Delivery driver was very rude, both me and my partner really poorly from eating. I don't usually review a restaurant and I take reviews with a pinch of salt but definitely would not order from here again.

Didn't show up with my order but marked as delivered through deliveroo. I wouldn't order through these guys, use thwir own driver which is fine but makes it really hard to get deliveroo to help, real dodgy.

Didn't show up with my order but marked as delivered through deliveroo at 03:53 just before cut off to cancel order. Order went though at 02:17 and had estimated delivery of 02:35 to 02:55. I end up falling asleep at just gone 03:30 still waiting to find that it shows as delivered qhen i woke up just gone 05:00. No phone call or missed notifications through my ring doorbell app. I wouldn't order through these guys, use their own driver which is fine but makes it really hard to get deliveroo to help, real dodgy.

Over the last month the shop has been under new ownership. So thought I would give it a try. 1 time went in for lunch they cooked everything fresh whilst I waited. Second time ordered and again they didn't disappoint. Polite on the phone and pretty quick with the delivery. Ordered the chicken and pizzas for a family get together everyone loved it. Highly recommended 👌🏽

Since the restaurant being taken over by new management, it is exceptional. Food is really nice, and staff are really lovely.

I have rated them highly in the past on ubereats. A regular customer from last few months but won't be ordering again. Ordered via ubereats and ordered supposed to be delivered by 5:40pm the latest. Received after 6:10pm. Called the restaurant and the guy sounded very rude. Wish I could give them ZERO Star.

I have ordered food for delivery. Chicken is not good cook. Very bad smells coming out Even pizza was bad not happy avoid this place. Spend money wait for the food not good save your money

I have just called the restaurant, I explained that I had a delivery thru justeat, I have been to the doctors, and I have food poisoning.. When I spoke to the staff on the phone, I was told that I was speaking to a manager.... Then when the argumentative person spoke and shouted at me.......

This place takes orders over apps but they accept orders late at night within half hour of their closing time and don't turn up, then when you contact support on that app this restaurant will lie to them and say that they did deliver the order so that you can't be refunded and they get to keep the money. I know exactly where their shop is on Chatham high street and will be visiting them later to put my fist through the owner's face or worse. You don't steal from people and think you can get away with it...

Very poor experience. Ordered tortilla base pizzas due to a health condition and being unable to eat regular pizza bases. Food was delivered and the pizzas were the wrong base. Phoned the restaurant and first time was hung up on. Second try and they refused to send the correct pizzas. Very poor customer service

Reheated chips, not sure on ribs, chewy, funny colour and taste, large deep pan pizza was ok, not very thick for a deep pan though, Small Margherita was so thin and tasteless was like cardboard, and finally the 7" garlic bread was similar to the Margherita but swimming in oil

Ordered through uber eats, half the order turned up...phoned and they said the rest would be delivered in 10 minutes....the food did not turn up...called again, was told I'm a woman and should listen to them!!!...I was swore at and told not to phone again...took my money did not deliver all my order, refused a refund...they were rude, swore at me and half my family was not fed..disgusting...they should be shut down

First time I ordered through Uber Eats I was given a 30-40 minute delivery time. It took an hour and 20 minutes. The second time I ordered (tonight) I ordered at 4.30pm and the order didn’t arrive until 5.30. There were items missing from my order so I called and they said they’d have it sent to me ASAP but now it’s nearly 6.30pm and still nothing. The food itself is pretty good though.

Use this place alot. Its our favourite pizza but every now and then they use a different cheese in the crust. Its like mush and it tastes like s**t. When we rang about it before they admitted its cause they ran out of there normal cheese and this was just a replacement until delivery etc. So no problem. Went back to normal, beautiful pizzas. Well this time they denied they changed the cheese, and said just dont eat the crust...well im sorry thats not good enough. When I asked to talk to manager quite conveniently he was not in and this man was working on his own. He kept repeating this cheese is quality but I tell u something, its not, even my dog didn't have any. I said we don't want the pizza come collect and refund but he could not do that without managers say so. So tomorrow im taking the pizza in a carrier bag to the shop and demanding some sort of apology and to prove how disgusting it really was!! I guess I'll keep you all updated

Was not happy with last nights delivery driver!!! I asked to be called by phone on arrival as its 11 at night and people are asleep and the driver was talking on the phone loudly on phone speaker at full blast and woke people up!. Also the pizza was more cheese then topping very disappointed will not order again!

Ordered from here last night from their website but omg what a mistake!! Should have been delivered by 7:30 pm so phoned them at 8 to find out where it was only to get told it was delivered 45 mins ago . The manager was rude accusing me of trying to get free pizzas then after a 20 min argument with them on the phone I then had to get dressed drive down to the shop with my missus to prove I wasn’t the man they described they handed it to ! Then I had to sit there a go through my cctv footage for 15 mins to prove 100% that the driver had made the mistake before I was able to get a refund from them ! Mean while we had 2 children sat at home waiting for their dinner that we eventually got somewhere else at 9:50pm so made the whole experience extremely unpleasant after myself and the missus had a long day at work ! Ps after visiting the premises we were actually glad we hadn’t eaten from there as it was old , tired and dirty and not 1 of the chefs were wearing any kind of hygiene protection while handling the food !!

the customer service is the poorest but can't expect too much the guy just don't want to talk he is also not telling people that a size is not available .... he is making any size he wants and then saying we have pest control infestation does that not mean there should be no piazzas made. Ordered on uber eats my chicken burger is pink. First call to the restaurant I was told it because they are taken frozen from the freezer straight into the deep fryer. Then the phone cut off. I rang back a second time to be laughed at on the phone passed around to a few different people then told that the manager isn't in for 15 minuets and to call back. I was also offered next time money off. Because I'm going to think ah I fancy free uncooked chicken!

Ordered via Deliveroo. Max 45 minute delivery time, rang them and was told it would be ten minutes. It was more than half an hour after a very generous 45 minute max delivery period. No apology. Why don't companies just apologise when they don't deliver what they promise anymore? Pizza is okay, lukewarm, but I ordered from a company 0.3 miles away because so many takeaways end up cold by the time they get to you. I really should have just walked there instead.

Cold and the wrong order. almost 3 hours and the driver went to the wrong address. Won’t give my money back and hangs the phone up. Reported to food hub which they can’t help you! They have removed him from food hub as he hung the phone up on them to. Just eat offer a better service and they give you your money back so you don’t have this issue. Don’t use this business as they are rude!

The pizza meal I ordered came very quickly however, there were holes in the box and the pizza and toppings were burnt. I will never order from here again.

Preordered the food with 3 hours notice before delivery time. We waited an extra 25 minutes before calling to chase up. Took us 45 minutes to even get through to anyone and was treated like an inconvenience. No apology, nothing. We were told that it wasn’t ready and will be another half an hour. That half an hour came and went so we called again and was told it was on its way. 45 minutes after the second call, there’s a knock at the door. The delivery driver offered no apology and even left some of the order in the bag and went to walk away. Luckily I noticed that there wasn’t enough boxes and queried this, that’s when he noticed the box still in the bag. Will never use them again. Absolutely disgusting service with second rate food.

Highly recommended, the pizza was amazing and very good customer service. Had the Mexican Chicken Pizza and was best I had in a long time. Lots of pizza takeaways about but will be going back to this place. Great value too.

Order was sent with half missing. I spoke to the shop and the member of staff didn’t seem to care. He believed that as my order was delivered 30mins early I should be greatful and the rest of it will be delivered on the time it was due. The member of staff was happy to have a confrontation with me about the fact they had delivered early and didn’t matter that some was missing. The pizza was kind of dry too. Wings were nice but unless you want to risk fighting for your food I wouldn’t order from here

Where do I start! Took ages to deliver, then discovered that my chicken burger that I'd half eaten was completely pink inside. When I called asking for a refund they said yes and someone would come out to me. A while later, delivery man turned up with a fresh order which I had already said I didn't want and refused my refund saying it was against their policy!? I asked him to take both back with him but he refused and left. Disgusting customer service! Never again!

Was 28 mins late, had to call up to find out if it was still coming. Onion rings were overhead, and cooked in old oil( can tell from colour). Pizzas came attached to the roof of the box due to not having the little plastic spacers. Delivery person seemed a bit unenthusiastic. Overall I understand I'm just buying a takeaway, but I believe in pleasant greetings and professionalism goes a long way. The food quality can be easily addressed, but I believe for a much more pleasant experience I could've had a warmer welcome from delivery person and person on the phone. I never mind waiting a bit longer, or even poor quality food at a push, but the interaction between workers and customers would've made it so much better

Food was not hot was just warm and the spicy chicken wings and bbq chicken was horrible didn't even eat them.

The food was cold and stale. The food was not edible and I would like a full refund because they sent us non edible food. The delivery driver rufesed to deliver to my door so I had to send my partner to get the food. They where also late because refusal of coming to my door. This is unexceptable for a takeaway. I will never order from them again.

They didn't have any nuggets so gave us wedges as a substitute, the cheesy garlic bread wasnt delivered, the pizza was warm verging on cold, the spicy wings were just southern fried.
