Always good food. Ordered pizza and chicken burger multiple times and each time food has been great

Ordered a variety box, which was chicken wings, 2 bits of chicken and chips with a drink. The wings were not to bad, but the chicken was very dry and not much flavour and the chips were just about ok to eat. I phoned up and ordered and the man was absolutely fine good service it was just a shame about the food though.

absolutely terrible service first he comes with the pizzas then forgets the chips! the guy goes back for them after i paid £5 so he comes with the chips absolutely awful all burnt then a small few frozen chips after i ordered a large chip not to mention the CHIPS ARE FALSE ADVERTISING THEY NOT REAL CHIPS! wont be ordering from here again am put off my food now😡

super yummy, nice and warm on delivery. The place called me to make sure I could see the driver so good customer service aswell ^^ got 2 free garlic sauces aswell with my order =)

This place is usually pretty good, but this order was missing 2/3 of one of the meals (was missing the chips and drink). Just eat sorted it out with a refund.

Ordered a delivery. Food was wrong. Delivery driver was talking on his phone and just shoved it in my hand and left. Rude, poor service. Tried to phone and get it put right, apparently calls from my area are not accepted. I’m within the delivery area!

Very good choice locally, but the takeaway certainly can improve the quality of food and then keep it stable. The staff is good.

Earnt enough stamps by ordering through Just Eat to finally get my stampcard discount only to have my order cancelled when trying to use it. Upon calling them I was told I cannot use the stamp card when paying via card/direct debit. When asking if I can use it and pay cash and also collect, I was told no and they hung up on me. Now they won't answer the phone and I cannot use a promotion that they advertised and that I have earned. Not only is this false advertising but also absolutely disgusting service from a takeaway that I regularly use. I will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered 2 pizzas last night . Deep pan. Was more like thin and crispy. Dry as a rock. The ham tasted funny. It the gone down hill the last year. My last pizza was naff too

What a waste of money I ordered lasagne and cheesy garlic bread, the order was really late the delivered vegetable lasagne instead of the normal lasagne and it was disgusting It gave me a stomach ache. I don't really know what to say but I should be closed down do not order from this place especially If you have kids

Wings are very flavourful and nice. Can't really say the same about the chicken pieces, they're quite dry and look like someone's taken a bite out of them. But always arrives hot, so can't complain

Burnt quarter pounder stuck in a roll that was half its size with barely a few strands of lettuce that was meant to be salad 🥗.. Ordered 2 piece chicken and chips, got one piece plus a drumstick that was to the bone like somebody already had a go at it..

Food as always was excellent and the exploding garlic sauce tubs are now being put into separate bags instead of the pizza boxes as standard, so everything was perfect! Than you very much.

Ordered three deep pan pizzas but received thin crust and one of them was missing half of the toppings. Called the store as I’ve usually had good service from them and had the guy mansplain the difference between a deep pan and thin crust pizza and said I should ‘dig under the cheese’ for the toppings 🙃 absolutely abysmal service will not be ordering again

The food is great here, but there's one thing that really annoys me to the point that I might start ordering from somewhere else if they insist on not listening to my request to leave the garlic sauce pot out of the pizza box. They explode in the heat. Especially bad for those who don't want garlic sauce with their pizza.

Second time of ordering. First time they only delivered 4 out of 5 pizzas. I'm one to give everyone a second chance. Ordered again today and low and behold they AGAIN delivered 4 out of 5 pizzas. At least they are consistent with their mistakes!

Call restaurant and they said they tried to deliver. Said they call my phone and knock on door. Which they never did. Driver was seen sat in car and he drove off as he could not find house he later said to my husband in returning to re deliver. Food was over done and not nice

It arrived 45 minutes late. The ice cream melted and was missing items. Tribute service from them today.

If I could give this a zero stars I would. Avoid this take away and a complete waste of money. Waited 2 hours, line constantly busy but I would imagine this was taken off the hook. Delivery driver was very rude, both me and my partner really poorly from eating. I don't usually review a restaurant and I take reviews with a pinch of salt but definitely would not order from here again.

Probably had 12/15 orders from here, Ordered burger meal which was fine plus one pice chicken meal, which was literally a drumstick and chips.. Come on guys you can do better than that.. A drumstick and handful of chips for a fiver?? Not a happy customer today!!!

Don’t order the nachos I got a box of broken tortilla chips with a bit of scattered melted cheese. That’s it! 2 ingredients ! Mozzarella sticks tasted so oily they tasted very “dusty” with zero taste

little hard on the chicken but its not too greasy and the coating is absolutely addictive just wish i could say the same about the chips (word of advice for the chips might be worth using some of that amazing coating for the chicken as a seasoning for chips)

This was probably the most pleasant eating experience we’ve had in a long time. Not only was the food very reasonably priced, it was bang on time and delicious. I had the meat calzone which was cheesy, filled with toppings and delicious. My mrs had the bbq chicken pizza which was also perfectly cheesy and had the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. It was all fantastic. Our driver was very friendly as well. We will definitely order from here next time we are in town

Normally order from pizza planet as a "one stop shop" as the kids like different things. On this occasion they fell short. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and they delivered 2. Other than that great quality and timely.

Exceptional customer service, the delivery ran late due to a new driver getting lost. The restaurant cooked a fresh new order and resent it too is as soon as they were able, food was obviously later than Just Eat predicted but it was worth the wait and exceptional service

This place does some of the best pizzas around...tasty and not silly expensive. Has tempted us away from the big boys.

Didn't show up with my order but marked as delivered through deliveroo at 03:53 just before cut off to cancel order. Order went though at 02:17 and had estimated delivery of 02:35 to 02:55. I end up falling asleep at just gone 03:30 still waiting to find that it shows as delivered qhen i woke up just gone 05:00. No phone call or missed notifications through my ring doorbell app. I wouldn't order through these guys, use their own driver which is fine but makes it really hard to get deliveroo to help, real dodgy.

Note requesting items are in paper instead of polystyrene was not noticed/was ignored. Food was delivered in polystyrene meaning that items tasted of plastic. :(

Over the last month the shop has been under new ownership. So thought I would give it a try. 1 time went in for lunch they cooked everything fresh whilst I waited. Second time ordered and again they didn't disappoint. Polite on the phone and pretty quick with the delivery. Ordered the chicken and pizzas for a family get together everyone loved it. Highly recommended 👌🏽

Since the restaurant being taken over by new management, it is exceptional. Food is really nice, and staff are really lovely.

I have rated them highly in the past on ubereats. A regular customer from last few months but won't be ordering again. Ordered via ubereats and ordered supposed to be delivered by 5:40pm the latest. Received after 6:10pm. Called the restaurant and the guy sounded very rude. Wish I could give them ZERO Star.
