Station Grill in Medway

I ordered a kebab. I asked for garlic mayonnaise. TBF I asked more than once. They gave me garlic mayonnaise. Lots of it. I was happy and satisfied. Kudos.

Got the chicken, doner and kofte, amazing flavours, one of the best kebabs I've had in Medway!! Not greasy at all, chips crispy and hot too definitely recommend

the chilli sauce was basically chilli powder that was on the outside of the chicken whilst it cooked

Really tasty just some constructive criticism- make sure the lid is properly secured on the pot of sauce as when the food arrived garlic sauce was over EVERYTHING and none left in the pot

Sadly missed instruction again to pack pitta breads separately as requested and we ended up with a soggy mess at the bottom of the tray to throw away. Why anyone would want a soggy pitta bread is beyond me. Don’t let that put you off. Food is excellent

I paid 18 quid for yesterday’s chips and reheated kebab…

Ordered food for 5pm arrived 35 minutes late. Food was cold and soggy. Absolutely disgusted. Will be asking for a full refund

Ordered mix kebab, nuggets n chips and sausage and chips, delivery comes and hour and half later cold with no nuggets and everything is cold.

Clean, tasty, always meets expectations. Thus has been my favourite kebab house for many years. Their combination kebabs hit the spot, every time. Great portion sizes and pricing is agreeable.

Ordered meat and chips with burger sauce and cheesy chips paid by card over phone when it turned up hour later the driver tried taking cash off me so said I paid by card he said no you haven’t I phoned the shop and they told him I paid the chips were like last week chips the burger sauce had been watered down absolutely disgusting AVOID at all costs just hope I’m not I’ll tomorrow look at all reviews delivery driver was rude

Honestly I really love their Kebabs, order from Deliveroo when I feel the need. Never had an issue with delivery so far. The price and how much you get in a Small is just perfection. Keep it up!

Have never had a problem with Station Grill, always great food and their drivers are either early or on time. If you have never tried them give them a go.

Pros: absolutely plentiful, arrived hot, arrived on time, friendly driver, great deal for the price! Cons: pretty tasteless, the meat didn’t seem to have any favour like it’s missing the spices and flavours, the gateau tasted of nothing too was really disappointed as to the eye it looked amazing! The only thing I really enjoyed out the whole meal was the chips they were banging!

Normally I wouldn’t complain about how early it is but when the driver doesn’t follow the instructions of calling when outside the property, waking up everyone who was asleep, to then leave the gates and that open, bang out of order. Don’t give a “Delivery notes” an option if they can’t read it…

The free on the house item was a nice touch, but saying what was in it might be a good idea, as I had no idea that they were covered in 🌶️ (which I am allergic to). A nice thought, but needing antihistamine and inhalers after 1 bite was not fun. The kebab and chips were as nice as they usually are.

AVOID, Ordered two kebabs from this establishment last night and even though they took the money from my account no food turned up and they didn't answer my 10 phone calls..apparently they weren't even open fpr business. FRAUDULENT business and I wasn't the only person this happened too.

Ordered a kebab for my family at 7. 20pm and got no food at all, aren't answering their phone at all....AVOID AVOID AVOID..They take your money and don't deliver the food. Fraudulent....I will be taking this further!!! And by looking at the reviews after maybe I had a lucky escape!

Placed Order on their website and showed they was open for business, order was m £30.10, it asked me to pay on Apple Pay, which I did and the payment came out it bank. It then went to a ‘waiting for restaurant to confirm order screen’ after about 5 minutes it said ‘no order’ calling restaurant no answer, went down and restaurant was closed, so now I’m £30.10 down and no way of contacting anyone

Very bad, food took more than 1.5 hours.. also they put the polystyrene chip box in the oven/ micro wave and re heated them the chips were stuck to the polystyrene... unless you have a death wish please avoid...

Very bad experience, spoke to the restaurant for being late, they said it will be here in 5 minutes, it came late 40 minutes after, food was cold, we didn’t eat it, throw it in the bin. I want a refund for £39 order

I’ve ordered from here many times befor and never once has my food turned up 20 mins late but this time it did and the chips had gone stale and the rest of the food was cold

Said the order was confirmed. Came today's the delivery time and no change to to the status. Called the restaurant a number of times and no one picked up. Got a text saying it will come 40 after the time it was meantto be delivered and still came over an hour late. Was shown as delivered once the text was sent and took ages to arrive

If i could give this -1 I would. Chicken was UNDERCOOKED. Was bright pink and slodgy. Chips looked like they had been sat there all day and night. Sauce was lumpy and stuck to the pot. Me and my partner ordered two chicken kebabs, Chips and sauces. Could not even stomach one mouthful complete waste of money and will be reporting to Food standard agency in the morning - on top of this waited 45 minutes for them to ignore my calls finally turning up with no apology. Not surprised to be honest; clearly do not care about their food standards so why would they care about customers awaiting.
