Terrible service from Sarah (employee) very mean and unprofessional. Food was very dry and the environment was dirty. Bugs were everywhere.

The food tastes ok-ish, but it's not really what you will expect. I ordered 6 Selects, and they were as thick as my small and middle finger. The chips (french fries) were thin and dry, and in the entire place they had only one bottle of ketchup and garlic sauce (very liquid) on a table for all customers that were eating in (quite cheap on some sauces). The menu was £5.99, but i'd recommend going to Mcdonald's if you want chicken and not just the batter with traces of chicken. Plus, the lady at the counter needs to learn to speak properly english because i hardly understood her, and she didn't understand what i asked for (she screwed up my order), and after i paid, she jumped on the next customer without making sure i was done with her or giving me a receipt. If you ask for the detailed receipt, she may not give it to you. Bad service if you ask me and low quality food.

Dont deserve any stars. Rubbish service I ask them not to put any myonnaise in my burgers he still put the myo. I went to change it, he change the buns and still give me same myo strip chicken puece not advise anyone to go there.....

Chips were fresh and tasty. However, the chicken was dry. It had probably been sitting around for way too long.

I ordered a quarter pounder and it was under cooked plus they put mayonnaise on the burger who puts mayonnaise. burger sauce and onion should be on the burger staff don't know they need training all I say avoid the place rubbish

Stopped here for lunch on the way to a car viewing in the area with my son. My son had 3 pieces of chicken , fries, and a drink. I just had 4 spicy wings. I thoroughly enjoyed the wings. My son definitely enjoyed what he ordered. Would recommend this takeaway.

I am a chicken lover, I tried several brands of chicken food, but since I have tried to eat selekt chicken. That’s one best chicken in my experience. Every product are excellent, peri- peri chicken, selekt combos, BBQ, Grilled, Boneless combo, Burger, Beef & Lamb Pounder Meal, Grilled & BBQ chicken Burger, chicken Salsa, Smokey BBQ , Grilled Chicken wrap all the food perfect, tremendous, Marvelous, price very economical test excellent. I and my family are lovers of selekt chicken

Cold dry and shrivelled up chicken. Chips were cold and had old oil on them. I ended up with a sore throat. Wasn’t cheap either. Shop was clean though. Please sort out the food. The guy behind the counter was asking customers to pass food to other customers as he was too lazy to come around the counter.

I used to eat my lunch here for very long time..

The food was actually decent but the service is awful. As in, I asked if they had salt or ketchup and the dude at the till said no. Then I asked if they had sauces and he said no. But here's the funny part: I literally walked past bottles of burger sauce already in the kitchen. They also only ask for cash as well, so that's kinda sus. They did have straws, though.

I have been here a few times and the person serving is so rude and half the items on their menu is not available. Avoid at all cost.

Meaning to write a review , I went hear 4 months ago the staff member was very rude and judgy I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my food.When I took my bag and looked inside all the fries were burnt and the chicken burger meat wasn’t cooked . would not recommend this place to anyone your gonna waste your money

Nice food. Food is Air Fried for example the spicy coated chicken pieces. Makes for an alternative healthier option. Otherwise your standard burgers and take away joint. No issues from here!

Awful service! If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a load of food via Just Eat and when the food was finally delivered much of what I ordered was missing and replaced with items of THEIR choice. I phoned the restaurant to ask what happened and a rude guy answered and was just like sorry we don’t have that and we didn’t have that. I wasn’t informed and asked what I would like instead but was just sent extra chips to replace my corn on the cob and spices of their choice because the ones I wanted were not available and extra fizzy drinks that I didn’t ask for or want. What a disaster and they completely ruined my Friday night takeaway. The customer service is very poor and many reviews also confirm this. Save your money because the food was not even all that!

I'd not been there for a while due to the pandemic, but one thing I was always impressed by was the excellent customer service. How things have changed. The guy serving me was rude, abrupt and very unprofessional. Ironically, when his mate walked in ten minutes after me, he was all smiles and banter with him. I shan't be going back there.

Terrible staff, awful service, I ordered food via uber eats to break fast and after 45 mints when I went to collect it ,they saying as they don't have stock and they are unable to make the food and asked to contact uber eats. Never will go there again.

Great healthy alternate for typical fried chicken shops. Tried the fried free chicken wings today and enjoyed a lot. Modern decor and professional staff, strongly recommend. Also great location as very near to Harrow town centre. They also serve grilled burgers and falafel wraps. #halal

I am shocked to see that this place averages four stars as it indicated to me that there's a lot of fake reviews. I went here one night about 8pm and was greeted by an unfriendly male, ordered two chicken burgers and some chicken wings. The wings were cold hard and you could tell they had been sat there since the morning if not earlier. The chicken burgers were steak burgers which I was shocked with. Food was terrible and I came out feeling as if I had tortured my body by taking some bites. I got the wings refunded in the end but had reluctantly consumed 1/4 burger so took the hit on that.

Very poor quality chicken, no idea where they source it from. The employees have terrible training and cannot deal with customers. Was told over the phone that my order would be ready in 20 minutes - I arrived to collect 25 minutes later and was told to wait a further 30 minutes as "the chicken can not be made". I chose to take my money elsewhere.

Hi I really like this shop’s burgers but now the chips are getting harder not fresh like before. The reason I am going to give two star today is that, today 12/10/20 3:20 Pm, when I went to collect my burgers two Afghan workers were there, one of them( skinny )tried to flirt by asking several times whether I am Afghan or Arab. Though I was refusing to answer cause it is not part of serving food, he keeps asking the same questions again and again and talking with different language to make sure what language do I speak. The other worker told him no she is Afghan without knowing my ethnicity. His job was to remind his colleague that it’s not part of his job to ask these personal questions. I want to complain about them As they don’t know how to serve the customer. The other day, the skinny guy gave wrong money and didn’t know how much was the price of the meal. I am shocked why they are working in the shop before training customer service. I hope it won’t happen again.

Awful service i ordered non spicy chicken fillet buger they give me spicy chicken grilled burger which was a left over and wasn't fresh. I have been going to this place previously it was great since the staff has changed the service and quality of food has horribly dropped. You thought you saved a burger brother? No, you lost a loyal customer will never go there again!

Looks are very deceiving? Place is very clean but food is completely rubbish. I got a fillet burger, very bland and the chips was horrible, very hard and crusty. When someone cant even get the chip right u know there's serious issues

Recent order : 2 ch fillet burgers -It's not the first time I've ordered from there and had an average rated experience. I asked for sauces and only gave me one little pot of chilli sauce,didnt give more even when I asked for it. I especially Asked for onions and tomatoes in my burger and got really thin 2 or 3 tomatoes and onion bits ( not even slices). In the past when I've ordered a grilled burger it didnt have onions and tomatoes even though its shown in the pics.

I've been a customer of Selekt Chicken in Harrow for quite a while now and I can say that the food quality and freshness never let me down. I always order meal of half grilled chicken with chips and drink. They can make it what flavour you like or less spicy if you prefer. I like the garlic flavour and my 4 years old daughter loves it. The chips and other chicken they sell are air fried so there is no oil, therefore a much healthier option but tasty to the fried chicken. The staff is also very nice and respectful. You can eat in or take away. The place is nice and clean. I would recommend very much this place.

Utterly bad first time experience, suggested that it opens at 10 but turned up for a quick meal before work and they were preparing and recieved my food at 11am.

Only one guy in here who is lovely and knows what he is doing! His name is aman or something I’m not too sure. When he is working, the food and experience is unbeatable. The food here is amazing and clean! However, a fair few times I was dissatisfied with the customer service and stinginess as well as the quality of food. But a hit and miss, must try though.

Lovely little place in harrow weald. Food is delicious, i tried the chicken wrap, burger and also the grilled chicken salad amd it was great! The staff are friendly and professional and the service is fast during non busy hours. Great atmosphere and modern interiors which makes it a cosy place.

The food is good and the staff are friendly. But me I have very sensitive taste buds and I'm not good with spicy food. And there was nothing on the menu to indicate that it was spicy which is very disappointing.

chicken was fantastic, the grilled chicken is perfect for after the gym or to have as a nice family meal.Staff are warm and welcoming and the shop is very comfortable and modern.

Great tasting food, had the steak and the fry free chicken. Tastes fresher than the usual fried food shops and not being fried is a healthy bonus! (It's hard to tell that it's not fried)! The place has classy modern decor and the prices are as good as the local fast food places!
