Food is normally good, however they don’t ever answer the phone or listen to requests.

Poor service poor quality food avoid !

Disgusting 🤢 the guy was moping and blowing his nouse and started making burgers not washing his hands 🍔 I asked another guy to make ma a wrap and I found hair as well 🤢🤢 I’m still sick I’ve showed them the hair and he just said sorry and going at the back. Disgusting disgusting disgusting 🤢

Now this place has really nice staff. They always make you feel welcome. The chicken is lovely.

Has gone too expensive. KFC is now cheaper. One wing £1. Completely rip off. Used to be busy when it was value for money but now is dead. Walked in and walked out as soon as I saw the ridiculous prices.

Well, you know what you are going to get from a chicken shop that is not KFC... The man behind the counter was very helpful and friendly, advising us which are the better value meals. He gave us generous portions of regular fries, it was more like large portions. He even threw in an extra piece of chicken into my order. As for the food, it does the job. The breast was a bit dry but we did get our food at about 11.30pm, so it had probably been sitting there heating for a decent amount of time. The fries were...fries! This place will never be my 'go to' for a takeaway, but it filled a spot when there was nothing else open in Harrow or Wealdstone after coming from an evening out in Central London. February 2023 edit: This is now my 'go to' place for Friday evening take out, I love it! The chicken is great and all of the staff are friendly.

Avoid.....This place is gone downhill not how it used to be and had the worst experience yesterday where my food was stale n cold with a smell I ordered through uber eats for 50pounds worth for the whole fams and got disgusting food that went straight to the bin. Never ordering from here again

Absolutely poor, waited 15 minutes for burger meal and wings, when I eventually got it was cold!! Put lot in the bin, AVOID AT ALL COST!

Cold and disgusting. Avoid this Chicken Cottage. The one in Rayners Lane is 100x better. This place should get closed down, it is letting down the Chicken Cottage franchise.

Sunday Staff is very rude,front guy who don't know how to talk with customers.

Very slow in serving, staff doesn't communicate or smiles. When ordering they are in your way of your choices. When I want to order I want to order whatever I want if I want an extra drink then I can have an extra drink right?.

Never ever they read the notes!!! This is the 5th time I’m paying for peri peri extra for the fries and they don’t bother adding it!! What a shame I’m a Regular customer but today is the last time I ever order from here! Also the sauce I paid for is all over the bag! What a shame

I went there late on Saturday night, there was only one other customer in the shop. First the guy took ages to prepare my order, then forgot to include one of the burgers in my order. It really isn't that hard.

For fast chicken meals, this is the place. Very friendly staff and affordable prices. The portions are really huge and kids love this place especially the slush puppy

TERRIBLE DO NOT ORDER I ordered food and after getting my order wrong and giving me less than what I ordered, I called to tell them they forgot what I ordered and gave me the wrong order, they kept hanging up saying they are busy. So if you don’t wanna get bumped do not order from here!

2nd time they missed food off my order, its not expensive food, it's just the hassle of going back to the shop. Watch out, check your order before you leave.

Ordered some today. Absolutely horrible, the wings were so small there was literally not a single bite of meat on it. Then forgot the sauces i ordered and paid extra for. COMPLETE RUBBISH. Will never order from here againnnnnnn.

Just got a chicken burger and it was supposed to be spicy but wasn't. Not only that but the chicken was really dry with hardly any sauce on it.

We noticed this restaurant and decided to pop in with the kids for lunch. The staff were very polite. Showed us the special offers. Tables were clean. Although the seating is limited and is only suitable for small families. The food was great and provided value for money. We even tried the slush which was nice. The sauces are available at the main counter.
