Cold chips and burger not great

Food was delivered after 1 hour 20 mins of the initial order placed. Upon delivery food was cold and not cooked properly. Please do not order from this Sams.

Food arrived very quickly and was piping hot unlike other eaters. I am a big fan of Sam's and highly recommend them.

I received 4 pieces instead of 6

The staff was rude and the food portion was less than other sams

ordered was 15-25 mins. Received hour later? Sams not answer phone when called. Food arrived all buns were broken like out of date. could not even pick up burgers. As food all fell out. all cold even chips . would never order again. .again. As terrible service. courier told me he was at resteraunt 15 mins aft order made waiting

Absolutely disappointed , I told the staff I’m here for collection 7-8 times not exaggerating and looked at me and looked away. I understand it’s busy but COLD FOOD and no customer service respect is sad. expect better

Highly unprofessional and unorganised staff. Ordered from self order machine and staff doesn’t know about the order at all. Don’t know what they were doing. Took very long time to prepare the order.

Good food not good and service is very bed

A lady staff everytime i go this store and i take peri peri fries large size and as they ask extra charge for peri peri i every time telling her to put more peri peri inside fries but every single time she just showing she is putting but inside it’s always less and the fries aswell compared to other stores this store giving less in large size. I forgot to read her name though but next time for sure i’ll write with her name.

The order was correct and good value on a Tuesday. I use it often during the week.

Burgers are small and not seasoned enough. Honestly walk up the road for 5 mins and go Morley’s for better quality food!

Sam's Chicken is one of my absolute favorite places for wings and chicken! They offer a variety of combo deals, and honestly, I love almost all of their meal deals. This is my go-to spot for lunch most days. Their peri-peri fries and chicken wings are simply the best! Just typing this is making my mouth water. I absolutely love their food!

Recently I went with my daughter.Her favorite foods are Sam's chicken. Thanks to their professional and friendly staff my daughter enjoyed delicious foods.

I order strip burgers for my kids. Sam staff served me with in 1 minute but burger was cold. They served me old pre made burger. Very disappointed. Harrow council must check them food standards specially around 2:00 am in night

Staff is not responding to customer while playing loud music in the kitchen and I have to wait 10/15 min to place and collect the order

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service at this fast food. After in the first phase I received only half of the order, I asked for my order to be completed so that I would receive ONLY what was missing at the beginning, and the box with rice only had half of the food in it. This after the last visit I also ordered a box with rice and chicken, I was told to change the order because they don't have anything like that anymore, but looking in the fridge I saw that they did and I showed them, blocking it so that I could then check on online and to discover that they kept those boxes for online orders because they were £2 more, they choosing to lie to me. The employees behave repulsively, and even if you ask to eat there because there are tables, they pack out of laziness not to chase after customers. Employees should be changed.

The standards of this establishment has gone down drastically in previous months. The chicken wings are tiny and doesn’t even feel like your eating a chicken wing. The quality of the fries is very poor, seems like it was refried and just very oily. The personnel’s will never look at the instructions when you place an order even after calling them to confirm. I am a long time customer but unfortunately this branch is longer up to standards they had.

rice was not fresh looked like it had been reheated in the microwave and food was pretty much cold. You think after poor reviews they would improve but they are consistent with this.

I have no complaintsof food, but the restaurantcloses at 3am, buyt when I went at 2.15am they said its closed and only for delivery drivers. I really don't understand why the staff did this to me. Can the owner reply. For reference please check the cctv 18 April 2024 @2.15to2.20am. It's really not fair.

I got the Devil's Box Meal (Burger + wings) It had a weird smell. The burger tasted okay and the wings were mediocre. It came with 3 wings, I only ate one. I wasn't feeling the other two wings. The delivery was good and the food was still warm but I still didn't enjoy it. Definitely not worth the money. £9.99 is considered a "small order" 😐

Thieves. Accepted an order on Uber Eats at 02:30 and then marked as dispatched. Then nothing after almost 45 minutes and the manager refused to cancel even when he admitted the store didn’t have the food and had not dispatched anything. Very rude and thieves.

Ordered 2 blaze burger meals - only received burgers (no chips, no drinks). Loaded fries were requested without coleslaw but came with it so the whole thing went in the bin. Got the refund for fries but the missing fries and chips were never refunded. I used to order from Sam’s very often but this time it was utter rubbish and I won’t order from them again
